My Mommy is Holocaust Survivor. Her name is Hilda Mantelmacher–please Google her name. She’s on oxygen now and must use a lip balm with no vaseline. She can only use Burts Bees Beeswax lip balm . She loves it. Can u find it in your heart to donate some tubes to my Mommy.

I have ordered products which you advertised in the emails I receive regularly. The person asked me for the productnumber which obviously does not appear in your emails. She was not knowledgeable about your products and had to confer always to a male person next to her. I believe
I am eligable for free shipping but it was denied. She did not even know your latest skincrem which is an alternative to retinol. I do not think I will order again…… it was too much of a hassle to communicate with the person in your callcentre.

I am disappointed: I have used your cuticle cream for years. BUT you have changed the formula, and it does not work. I guess I have purchased my last BURT’s Bees cuticle cream.

My family loves Burt’s Bees products, but as long as you continue to advertise and support Teen Vogue we will sadly not be buying any Burt’s Bees. Teen Vogue is promoting obscene content to children and young people.
Martin R. says
Hi All,
Teen Vogue is now in the category of a XXXXX magazine and I don’t appreciate your support of this obscene content aimed at children and teens.
I will not be using Burt’s Bees products anytime soon or buying Teen Vogue!!

I would like to buy a product which I bought in the USA while on holiday a few years ago – herbal insect repellent pump spray.. I have been informed by yr UK counterpart that it is not possible to buy this in the UK. Please can you add this to the most extensive list of products as there are are an awful lot of midgies, mosquitoes + stinging/biiting insects in the UK.
You are losing a lot of sales to your competitors because you are not targeting the UK properly. You have an excellent product but you cannot buy it in the UK.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards
