Had a very bad experience at Bubba Gump in Galveston Texas we were the only black people in the restaurant and everybody walked around us I had to get up twice to talk to the manager people came in after us and got served and we still sit there with only water after sitting for 25 minutes no food no drinks from the bar we order food got up and left

Hello I am from NYC and I’ve been to Bubba Gump in Times Square on numerus occasions and had an awesome time. Last night Saturday August 28 , I suggested that we go to Bubba Gump in Fort Lauderdale Florida to celebrated my cousins birthday. It was THE worst experience EVER! We had a party of 15. When we arrived it was 8:30pm and we were seated, the waitress Jazmine was not attentive at all. The restaurant wasn’t crowded and we felt like we were not wanted there. We waited 30 minutes for our beverages and wasn’t served our food until 10:45. The restaurant was closed by the time our party was served our food. People who came after us was served and gone by the time we ate. No one came to check on us and we had to look for our server for our request. We sat there and watch the other servers sing happy birthday to other parties and they never did that for us. I was so embarrassed that I recommended this place and we got treated so poorly. This was so upsetting, I will Never visit or suggest this place to anyone ever again

March 14th Destin Florida, my family of 10 went to your restaurant at 5:15, was told there was a 20 min wait, after an hour we were called to our table, then it wasn’t even the right table. The hostess and a shift manager was VERY RUDE. We were told to sit outside at a table that was already taken and then two more hours later we got our COLD FOOD. Didn’t get the utensil to eat crab legs our food was horrible and when asked we for them they said we should have gotten them look for them. Three hours later my family is still hungry, 250$ damn bill and was told they were out of take home boxes sorry. I have never been treated this was in an establishment especially in a big party. They tried to seat us ALL at an outside table for 5. You take advantage of paying customers, your help is for a better word HORRIBLE and now I have to go somewhere else to feed my family.

Hi my name is Susan Darden. Recently on Tuesday 23rd of February I shopped at one of your stores in Gatlinburg Tn. I purchased a shirt that when I got back home was holding it up to look at it and there was a big hole in the back of the shirt. The shirt was $24.00. Hello my name is Kim Watson, I visited the Bubba Gump in Baltimore, MD on July 4, 2019. I was billed incorrectly and the cash payment was not recorded. The receipt I signed was not what I was billed for as I was billed for the entire amount. I tried calling the next day and spoke with the manager, I believe his name was Kevin who was not very helpful in handling this manner. He would not take my name and number so the GM who he suggested I talk with could call me back and would not even give me his name. I am totally disappointed with this company. The waiter took cash and a credit card from us as the bill was to be split and he said this was okay and yes he could split the bill. The waiter left what we thought was our bill but in fact it was other customers signed credit card receipts, so we had to wait for him to come back to our table so we could let him know this. We were not even finished that evening and the waiters were closing up the section we were sitting in and putting chairs on top of tables before the customers were even finished eating. There was spilled salsa sauce on the floor that I looked at the entire time I was there and the workers just walked in it and tracked it all over the floor. I would like a call back from someone in corporate to deal with this issue. I hope this is not a case of Fraud and Theft. Billing incorrect amounts to customers credit cards after they signed for a different amount and cash payments being stolen. I can be reached at 540-840-XXXX. I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company on March 12, 2019. I was visiting for my 8 year old son birthday I went to Bubba Gump with intentions to enjoy my food and have a good time with my family and the first waitress I had gave us an awful experience we were so appointment and no manager offered an apology when he arrived that afternoon. Your Customer Service Manager Representative did not care about great Customer Service I just wanted my son to experience a decent birthday; the food was okay it was just the service.
I need to tell you are family did end up with a great waiter that came over after the other waiter his name was Kevon Qarak.
I just needed to say sometime when I come the food is delivered cold.
Furthermore, Bubba Gump Corporate Restaurant I trust this is not the way That Bubba Gump wishes to conduct business with valued customers—I have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity with a better return and my family love Bubba Gump maybe Bubba Gump will prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to returning someday.

We ate at the Charleston, S.C. location Saturday June 9, 2018 around 6 pm. The food and our waitress was good but the manager on duty was RUDE! I did not get his name but he was a white male on the short side with brownish colored hair and had on a stripe shirt. There were 8 of us and we sat upstairs at a table and there was an older couple that sat in a booth on one side of us and there was a family that was sitting at a booth on the other side of us. The manager came up to one of the waiters and told him not to sit anyone else in our area. He came back to the waiter a few minutes later and told him to ” get us out of there, he had a party of 25 he needed to sit!” It was the way he said it to the waiter. The manager came around and was trying to clear the tables and was reaching over everyone and asking did we need our checks. The 4th time he came up to our area, a waiter was cleaning a booth and he stood up and stepped back (I guess to make sure the table was clean) and the manager sped up and ran into the waiter. He then grabbed the waiter and pushed him into the table and said ” You need to start paying attention!”
You do not talk to your staff like that! If a party that big shows up with no reservations, they need to be told they will have to wait if the place is full. If they had reservations and someone dropped the ball, you still do not have to be rude to the staff or the other customers in the business. I would have told the manager what I thought of him, but we had several young children with us and I felt it was better just to leave. I probably will not go back. We live about 2 1/2 hours away from Charleston and that was not the experience I wanted to have at a restaurant I had heard so much about.

I am on my holidays in universal/Disney Florida and had been looking forward to attending the universal bubba gump shrimp restaurant since we booked our holiday! I am from the UK and expected a far different experience than I received.
Firstly we waited over an hour for our food, then when it finally arrived it was stone cold, I was with my entire family ( a party of seven ) and had to send every meal back ( apart from two ), Once we received the second meals my partners was still cold ! By this point he was to angry to eat and didn’t want his meal or have to send it back for the third time!!!! ( he didn’t eat )
Again we all ate at different times so our family meal was ruined
We also asked for appetisers to come out with our mains however everything came out at different times again!!!
We then asked for the bill after being in the restaurant for two and a half hours, only to be told that no discount was made, I was disgusted at how poor the management was and how rude he was ! We then asked for a discount to be made because Of such poor service and he deducted a measley 15%
By this point I was insulted at how little the restaurant cared about our experience, we then politely asked for a further deduction to be made as the experience and food was not worth our time or money and he was extremely rude and sarcastic, asking what we would like him to do, ( an unfair question to ask ) we then said 50% (the service was not even worth that ) he then disagreed and we agreed on a 30% deduction.
Understandably we did not pay the tip, and left the correct money, THEN, we walked out of the restaurant and got chased and shouted at by both the waitress and manager stating that we didn’t pay our bill, we were treated like criminals and felt extremely embarrassed in front of other customers, it was humiliating! We then had to add up the bill for the waitress on her calculator to prove we left the correct money, however she stated we did not pay the SUGGESTED tip, we then had to explain that due to the terrible experience and service that we would not be paying her tip !
What a horrible memory I have on my holiday about bubba gum shrimp. We should have NEVER bothered to come to this restaurant!!!!

I would like to see a Bubba Gump come to exit 52 0n interstate 295 east by pass in Jacksonville, Florida, there is a North Florida University and a new Tpwncenter shopping center there, but not a good seafood restaurant. I have eaten a many Bubba Gump’s and have to travel to get to at one, I think the closest one is inPalm Coast, Fl.

We have been to other Bubba Gump restaurants and was always satisfied with the service which is why i always return. My boyfriend and i visited the Santa Monica location and encountered the worst experience ever. Once we were seated it took awhile for a server to get to the table and take our order. Finally a server walking by who happened to be carrying plates from another table decided to stop and take ask if we had been helped and kindly took our order. When my order arrived it was the soup and salad combo and i chose the cesar salad and gumbo and my boyfriend chose the Forrest Seaford Feast. After awhile, my salad and gumbo arrived. The gumbo was cold and we let a server know when they finally got to our table again and he took it back and brought me hot gumbo. Several minutes later hia food came out and his fish was doughy and undercooked. We brought it to the servers attention, he informed the manager and he came to our table and said that he would remove a portion of the bill for our trouble and offered us dessert which we declined. When we got the bill, the manager had only taken off half of the amount for the uncooked food. We asked the server to bring him back out because we didnt feel we should have to pay for something that was not satisfactory or well done. The manager never returned to the table and the server only charged us for the food that was satisfactory. We were EXTREMELY disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and food.
