I bought a pair of Natural Sole leather shoes that indicate Brown Shoe company on the box. I only wore them a handful of times. Today my foot was flooded. It felt like I was walking on a cold wet sponge. The bottom rubber of the shoe cracker just below the balls of the foot and that was how rain water was getting in to the shoe. This should not have happened. Serious design flaw. How do I get my money back?

I ordered two pairs of sandals 8 days ago. One pair is on the way but the other is just sitting at the Chino CA warehouse. The site says to be shipped Sunday 5/13/18 but nothing has happened thus far. I have called customer service and have even sent an email Diane Sullivan but nothing. Customer service says to wait until next week. That is not acceptable and I am rip-roaring mad. Good shoes, bad service. Why can’t someone with authority call the warehouse and tell them to mail the shoes?

I see there are many others with my complaint, I have a very narrow foot, among many Nauralizers I like one of my favorites is the summer sandal, Scout, over the years I have purchased many of them, now they don’t even make the AAA and I cannot wear them anymore. With summer coming up I’m desparate, I have tried other makes but do not like them. Please start making the AAA at least!.

I have been buying “narrow” women’s Naturalizer shoes for about 15 years. I am writing because I have recently had to return several pairs of “narrow” shoes because they are just not “narrow” enough. I am so disappointed and frustrated that I decided to write to you.
My most recent purchases were for the styles called White Lea Jetty” and “Blac Lea Sabin”. Both were returned because they are too narrow not only in the heel area, but overall as well. I bought 3 other pairs in Dec of 2016 that also had to be returned – but cannot recall the style name.
Naturalized shoes for years had been the one shoe I could rely on to be “truly narrow” and provided a good fit. But now I feel like you (like the clothing manufacturers) are “supersizing” the shoes – for what reason I cannot imagine.
I am pleading with you to return the “narrow” sizing to the narrow so years ago. I am forced to buy Munro narrow shoes otherwise, but they do not have as many styles to pick from as Naturalizer, and of course are more costly.

I have purchased a nice pair of platform sandle from your company called Sam and Libby’s. Thought they were comfortable until I went shopping with,y grand daughter then all of a sudden I felt like I couldn’t stand up straight the shoes had just fell apart like a dried up and feel apart like sand or a broken candle. I still can not. Believe it. Twisting my ankles and feet.

Fort Collins, Colorado location is where I have purchased several shoes. The remodeled store looks great. Now however none of the shoes on display are priced! “We sell shoes so often off the displays it would be hard to keep them priced. Just ask us we will be glad to tell you the price.” Are you kidding me…I don’t shop that way. I like to compare value and look around. Sorry but you lost me if it is too much trouble to price your merchandise.

A few years ago Naturalizer made a sandal with a removable insole. I purchased two pair and my orthotics worked well with them. Do you have any plans for making another sandal with a removable insole? I wear a narrow shoe and most shoes made for this do not work for me as my orthotics are thin. Look forward to hearing from you…….Lucy Cook
