Brazi Bites was founded in 2010 in Portland, Oregon, by husband and wife team Cameron and Junea Rocha. Junea, a Brazilian native, was craving Pao de Queijo, a type of cheese bread, which is a popular snack in her native country. Unable to find any in the US, Junea decided to make her own from her mother’s recipe.
The company saw a huge increase in business after appearing on the television reality show Shark Tank in 2015. Within just days after the show aired, the company completely sold out of product. The 2017 Inc. 5000 list places Brazi Bites at #81 on their list of Fastest Growing Companies in America. In 2016, the company saw annual revenue of $8.5 million and a 3 year growth rate of 4,555%.
Brazi Bites also took the #1 position on the Inc. list of Top Portland (Oregon) Companies and #2 for Top Oregon Companies. Brazi Bites is sold in markets and in the frozen food aisles of numerous retailers across the US.

I tried these as a sample at Costco in Merrillville, IN. I really liked them so I bough a bag of the Garlic Asiago. Your directions say Preheat oven to 400 on lightly greased baking sheet or on parchment paper. I decided to use the parchment paper. After about 13 minutes my smoke alarm went off & my kitchen was filling up with smoke. The parchment paper was turning black & smoking almost starting s Fire. Had to throw all out as the bottoms were all black & hard as a rock. I probably should’ve just did lightly greased pan, Not used Parchment Paper. Have you even tested this with parchment paper? I Never had a problem like this when using paper. I cannot even remember how much I paid for the bag but I can get that information from Costco I’m sure. I would hope I can get s refundas I’m retired & on a very fixed income & can’t afford to be throwing food out. I also left a voicemail on your Corporate phone number with Customer Service.
