I ordered shakeolgy and tried to cancel the order within 10 minutes of ordering it and had issue so I contacted your online customer service and the lady that helped me (Uma Maheswari) ASSURED me that it would be canceled and she would take care of it and send me a email confirming the cancel. I have screen shots of the entire conversation. Later today I checked my email and I didn’t get anything so I contacted your company again and got no where. Spoke to corporate escalations (Katherine Walker) she said she couldn’t do anything and I asked for someone higher up and got nothing but a expired chat notification !!!!! HOW CONVENIENT! Ridiculous customer service. I want my order cancelled like I was told it would be! I can send you the screen shots of entire conversation showing the agent saying it would be cancelled. I want to talk to someone in corporate.

I have not been receiving my shakeology due to my address never being updated on subscriptions when I updated it in my account when I moved 5 months ago. Here is the exchange I got from your customer service. I still have not received any shakeology and have paid for it monthly. I currently am owed a bag of chocolate, a bag of vegan chocolate and a box of mixed vanilla chocolate that have never been received and have been paid for. My name is Kim Kasten. I am a Dietitian at a dialysis clinic in Kentucky. Our pts need high protein with restricted amounts of potassium, sodium, & phosphorus contents. I have the ingredient amounts per scoop of your product (Shakeology, Chocolate Vegan) for protein (16g–per nutrition label), potassium (0 mg–as stated on an internet source), & sodium (250mg–per nutrition label).
Pls let me know if the potassium amount (0 mg) is correct and
advise what the phosphorus content (not required by law) is per scoop either in mg or % Daily Value.
I phoned customer service @ 1-800-998-1681 who is unable to advise info & phoned corporate office @ 310-883-9000 with no opportunity for voicemail or opportunity to speak with a representative. Thank you.

I have contacted Beachbody Customer Support to report that I am receiving unsolicited emails from Beachbody and I want them to STOP! There is no “unsubscribe” link on your web site. The rep I spoke to said because I was using Windows and Internet Explorer, there wasn’t a way to unsubscribe from Beachbody. He suggested I use Google or another browser. This is ridiculous and an excuse for not removing my email address. He also claimed my email address wasn’t in your system, yet I am receiving emails from Beachbody. Please make sure you get my email address removed from your system as I do not want to buy any of your products.

Good Afternoon,
I made several phone calls and I was very upset. I did not order the Piyo dvds. But they were sent to me. I was very upset that I had to speak to someone out of the country. They didn’t understand me and when I ask to speak to someone in the USA, that didn’t speak. I got upset. One person gave me an cancellation number and told me it was canceled which turnout to be the order number, oh and he ask me for my credit card number and I gave it to him like a jerk. Well the next day my credit card was charge for something in Home Depot. Oh that’s not good.
Listen I just want a return postage paid to return your dvds and a credit to my credit card card for $39.18 . I believe that was the amount.
If you can help me in this matter I would appreciate it very much.
