I used Bark Busters and was unhappy and dissatisfied with the service. I paid $395 and am seeking a partial refund. I am a reasonable person and understand the Rep needs to be paid for the 3-4 hours he spent with us however he ‘guaranteed’ us verbally several times that the dog would “be trained” by the time he left our house. The pet was ‘not trained’ even after the 2nd visit. We contacted the Rep to request a partial refund and were refused. Is there no other avenue for us except small claims court? I’m sorry we had the same issue however we paid $1800 for several dogs and ended up rehoming 3 of our babies ! My heart is literally shattered!! Our Bark Buster rep told me she would refund half in installments because she was having financial difficulties after her vacation! I haven’t received a dime !!!! I am contacting the BBB and a lawyer today !
