I purchased a baby trend sit n stand double stroller in July 2022 and have had nothing but problems with it. I have only been able to use it a handful of times because the front wheels don’t work properly and now are falling off. I have been sent two sets of new wheel and the problems continue. Everytime I email they company they just tell me they only deal with parts and then stop replying to my emails.
I am writing to you because you are currently in a lawsuit with Jeremy and cheryl Reed. I am Landon Reeds godmother. I have known him since he was born and other than his parents I know him better than anyone. I have contacted you previously and have even spoken with your attorney that is helping in Fort Payne Alabama. The problem is he has no initiative to help you because a lot of money to a small town would be beneficial to all the attorneys, judge and even your own attorney would be helped by it if you lose. I received a Baby Trend City Clicker travel system. There are numerous complaints in this stroller because the front wheels don’t swivel and get stuck therefore your infant or toddler lunges forward out of the stroller. I contacted the company and even sent a video per their request showing how the stroller sticks and how dangerous it is. They replied to me that because ” I don’t have a receipt that it was purchased outside of their warranty time Fran rand that it’s probably because debris is in the pin attached to the wheel and there’s nothing they can do”. Now my child has been in this stroller once and because it’s dangerous I had to buy another stroller. I have a $200.00 stroller sitting in my garage that I can’t use now, ever, because this company refuses to admit their front wheels are faulty. There are tons of complaints and negative reviews on this exact stroller. If I were you I would NEVER BUY A BABY TREND CITY CLICKER TRAVEL SYSTEM. It’s not worth the $200.00 and if you ever run into a problem the company will refuse to help you.
