The company began expanding internationally in 2003, offering insurance on a variety of electronics including cell phones, satellite dishes, appliances, and jewelry. In 2014, Asurion partnered with America Movil, giving them access to all of Latin America.

In February 2017, Asurion launched its Simplr subsidiary to provide customer-service via on-demand staffing and machine learning. I’ve been trying since January to get my iPad replaced or fixed I have had insurance for 16 years and only claimed it one time on his cell phone. It is sad that the people that work here don’t have a clue what they’re doing. And are in capable of solving any problems that may occur. It is now April and I still do not have my iPad and I probably will never get one. But I like the comments here I think I might go talk to an attorney and just get a class action suit together against them since I’m not the only one having problems with this company. Someone may call me if they want and send me an iPad that’s all I want I’ll be glad to send the broken one to them. Even Verizon told me there’s nothing Verizon can do because I have to go through this company. And don’t worry about Apple because Apple won’t do anything either I’ve tried everything and just cannot get these people to honor the fact that I was paying insurance on iPad and now I can’t get any service from these people.Leaving your name and email and telephone number whatever down at the bottom doesn’t do any good no one still calls you back.

It is so sad that there is no one in your company that cannot make a decision or upper level management in the adjuster dept. This company has messed up so bad in my claim for an I pad replacement. Please call me and help claim number 302720351449. . It has been over a month with no correction.

The U Break I Fix store on Old Troy Pike in Huber Heights, OH is completing warranty work but charging fees under the table. If you bring your phone in for repair they want to keep your phone for a week but if you pay out of pocket $100 they will fix it right then and there. When asked why the difference in timing, it was stated that since they are not paid for warranty work it will sit until they feel like fixing it. If you pay their personal fee, they will take care of it now. This is not how business is conducted. Samsung has been notified and provided the TikTok that was created documenting the ordeal.

I have been in a claim for my cell phone for almost a week now. I was delayed several days because the phone was out of stock. I wasn’t told that though. I was told the claim was pending. Once that the claim was approved but waiting for upper level approval. When I finally reached someone who told me several days later that it was out of stock, she told me the quickest way to handle it would be a reimbursement check. She told me she was processing the claim for the check yesterday (Wednesday.) She told me that the check would be cut Wednesday or Thursday and would arrive by FedEx or UPS by Friday at the latest. I have been lied to the entire way. Now I was told the check was done today but would now take 3 to 5 BUSINESS days to arrive. THAT IS ALMOST 2 WEEKS WITHOUT MY PHONE! This is not okay and I am looking for Tony Detter’s email. Does anyone at Asurion care about customer service? You are going to lose a customer for life and I will tell anyone I meet to NEVER get the warranty (and I sell warranties for cars every day!) I need help! We will see if anyone cares.

I was sold an insurance service that would cover my electronics. Some were damaged in a move and I was told by the salesperson who sold it to me that any damage from any time would be covered. Called the company to file, they denied the coverage and are failing to make good on a promise that a member of your sales team extended to me. I feel lied and victimized in this up sale predatory practice.

Hello! I am really sorry to bother you. This is not about a phone. But this is about employment with your company. No one wanted to listen to me. I got messed up emails. I tried to explain that to the lady and she said I had to wait 6 months and I told her I told unemployment I no longer needed them.
It took them 5 days to call me back. Your solutions person told me to call because I had so many mix up. And when I got to do my drug screen they were closed.
I think I was treated very unfairly. And when I told the lady she said I had to wait 6 months no matter what. I’m not usually like this. But when I know I’m right. And I did nothing wrong it’s kind of funny l. Oh well. Now probaly no one will get back to me now. I live in Syracuse New York. By the time 6 months hits I’m hoping to have a job.
Your whole process sucks. At least care about people. I was a assistant manager I did my people.
      Thank you
      Donna white
