Gene, How do clients who pre-purchased massage packages file for a refund now that you have closed your Soho location?
Bri says
Margaret, have you found an answer to your question? I’m in the same position. Currently preparing a lawsuit against Gene and the entire company. I’m still gathering other clients who want to team up, so please reach out if interested.

I want to team out. It seems like hundreds of customers are scammed out of their money by this unethical business owner. I am ready for legal action.

I was scammed out of a large massage package I bought over $400. I took them to small claims and won (they didn’t appear) but but the time I was then trying to collect they had closed.
I got one email from their Concierge saying that a Trustee was appointed to wind up the business and dispose of their assets and that my claim was void.
I would to be part of a legal case with similar clients so please contact me.

I had a gel manicure on Friday, October 13 at 1PM in the Soho office. I have photographic proof that at 5:07PM on the same day the nails began to chip. I was not able to return to the salon to get it fixed but called the offices on Sunday. The Soho owner proceeded to ask my what I did over the weekend and wanted to call a salon in a different state where I had gotten them redone. I find this behavior both appalling, offensive and inappropriate. Instead of refunding me for the poor services the salon provided, he interrogated me on my weekend’s agenda. I ask that someone in customer service please contact me immediately. Thank you.
