I purchased a Arris SBG6900-AC on 07/30/19 at a Walmart in Bullhead City, AZ.
My internet service, Suddenlinks has said it is faulty. Walmart doesn’t allow for returns after 90. I don’t want to mail back a have no access to services for a period of time, it is under warranty still. What is the answer????

I bought your product and it didn’t work couldn’t connect to the internet or Wi-Fi I called Comcast and they had a connection I called you twice. The first guy tried very hard to help me fix the problem the second guy would not help. So I am returning it and buying a different brand and since I sell your product in my place of employment I will tell my customers not to buy your products and how you refused to help me fix it.

A very recent experience with Metro PCS in Port Saint Lucie, FL, has made me feel that I would never subscribe to Metro PCS or recommend anyone else to, either. The customer service was of no help at all at the office located at 10933 S U.S. 1, Port Saint Lucie, Florida, 34952. My step-daughter’s brand-new phone purchased through Metro PCS just two weeks before started having a dark spot in the upper middle of the screen, and as the day progressed, it got worse, so she went to the aforementioned store, and was treated as if she’d done the damage, and was given no options for replacement, rather was told to go to the store at 277 S.W. Port Saint Lucie Boulevard, that they would handle the matter. When I met her there, we had quite a long wait, but a very personable young man named Rico helped us best as he could, by examining the phone (which the woman at the store on U.S. 1 never even offered to do, and he spoke to his manager, who had him call the manager at the U.S. 1 store, and after all of that, Rico said that his store would handle the warranty replacement of her phone. He said it would be 3-5 business days before the replacement phone (to be a Galaxy S5) and as of today it hadn’t been received. My step-daughter’s phone number is (772) 940-8844, and her name is Danielle Widman. We were very unhappy with the fact that no loaner phone or on the spot replacement was offered. She has three small children and lives alone, and has a very unreliable phone right now as this wait has caused a lot of worry and fear of not being able to receive or call out on the defective phone. Thank you.
