To whom it may concern,
I own Arundel Market and Deli in Arundel Maine. I am not getting my payments because the information that you have does not match the IRS information. I submitted the correct information 3 times on the e-mail links provided. ALL other tobacco companies are paying me. You in my store is the No. 1 seller and now the 2 reps. are ignoring me. In Maine territory sales manager Brian Nowak and sales rep. Dori I guess was suppose to be right there for me. I will send you what you need a w9 and the IRS letter with my ein which is for the millionth time 82-440XXXXX. I hope some can help or cares as all that money is really hurting my operation. If this continues I will seek other action. No returned phone calls nobody to talk to and I am sitting here in front of me with a check from another tobacco company. I am truly dissapionted.
