Dear Representatives,
I’ve written letters and emailed you on this site.
the condition of the dress I received is unacceptable. The fabric was not finished, choppy cuts across the back requiring a total redesign of the back.
I will continue to complain until this is resolved.
Please have a representative call me with options for restitution for the poor quality of the dress, unfinished work and overall condition of the dress.
Judy

Dear Mr. Crum,
I am writing for a full refund on my Bridal gown. I ordered it from a reputable Bridal shop, based my choice on a similar silhouette, with mesh as part of the applique design for the look and feel. I used your website to see the color and patterns on the dress.
Upon trying on my dress for the first time, it’s just a different dress than advertised and shown on your website, color, quality, design features, and more! Below are the issues on misrepresenting and quality of the dress:
• The photos have ivory mesh, the dress arrived with beige mesh
• The mesh across the back of the dress is cut in pieces leaving some applique with partial mesh, unfinished edges, no consistency with the mesh, some areas – no mush, and jagged edges (unfinished) throughout.
• I paid $50 for extra applique for alterations in case I needed to close in some areas. I receive Ivory tool, no appliques. Not only was it wrong, it was the wrong color and didn’t match the beige mesh. Mesh and tool are different fabrics.
• The pattern of applique on the back of the dress are pieces sewn together and no the pattern (at all) on the photo. Nothing as the photo shows.
• The hips area had points vs. a smooth seam
The dress actually looks like a knockoff from the photos. This dress requires an entire re-make to compensate for the choppy mesh, mismatch applique and overall seam accuracy. Alterations so far are at $595 which and that’s before the actual repairs can be assessed.
My receipt is attached for a dress that I probably will not wear. I’ve had to order a dress as a back-up due to quality and false advertising in the design of the dress.
I request a response as soon as possible on the refund and next steps to make this right. My wedding is July 2019 and now in crunch time for a resolution.
Respectfully,
Judith Mavrakes, 732.720.XXXX

Judith, did you ever receive a response? The same thing happened to me. My wedding is in 4 months and I’m terrified I wont have a dress.

Michael’s Store in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho posted a job position “available” on the INDEED Job Site… and after 2 personal interviews, and upon agreement on terms as to pay, hours and number of guaranteed days and shifts… and after waiting for 14 days for a call back from the Manager, Ed, (who said he would call back… “later in the afternoon or by the next day at the latest with the schedule”… had on 5 separate occasions… and NEVER had the professional courtesy to return his calls as promised) to find out what the schedule would be… said the job is not available and went internal. There was offer and acceptance for this job!
