I have been given the run around on my refund. Amazon has authorized a refund but Affirm refuses to honor it. Clearly customer service is incapable of handling this issue. December 21 will be one year since I e been dealing with this issue.

They ABSOLUTELY SUCK!!! PISS-POOR CUSTOMER Service!!! They can e-mail you, but you can’t reply…Well, I’ve sent all my documentation (e-mails from them, screen prints of mine to them on their platform), etc. to my attorney…I’ve had a total of 10 loans with them (7 paid in full, on time w/Autopay) and the current 3…DO NOT USE AFFIRM!!!
