2018, I placed an order for my twin boys. I had ordered (2) Active Faith Hoodies and they were going to be Christmas gifts for them. When they were arrived. I wrap them up as presents. On Christmas morning they opened their presents and they were very tight. I sent them back asking for an XL. I went through HELL with Active Faith. I provided them with proof of the conversations and I still have it. I provided them with proof that I had returned the hoodies and provided them with all returned information and I sent a letter to the CEO Lanny Smith and explained the situation. Active Faith basically called me a liar. I still have the proof and basically not only did they received their merchandise back. They DID NOT send me the exchanged from Large to XL. They kept my money and I NEVER heard from The CEO Lanny Smith. I see that this is how they handle business. They have you return their merchandise, they keep your money and you don’t her back from The CEO. The various people that I was talking to were no help at all and seemed to me that they did not care even though I provided them with proof on everything.

My complaint is the same as all the above. I ordered merchandise and it’s been a month and still haven’t received my ordered. No responses to e-mails, phone calls etc. I definitely won’t purchase from them again and will let my friends know as well.

What is the status of my order 360938 please? I ordered on 28 August and I still don’t have a tracking number. It’s about to go on a month and I still haven’t received my order. I doubt if I’m going to purchase from here again. If you go on my account you will see this is my 4th order from you guys and this is the first time I’ve had a problem but it is the worse communication by far to customers. There’s no where on the site informing customers of the status of why orders are taking so long. I also have been promoting your business to the military because I’m retired Army, to my gym that I frequent consistently on the military base which is where I wear your merchandise and my church members but I don’t want to continue telling people about you if you guys can’t get the orders to customers on time. Why would you promote a Labor Day discount when there would be difficulties with orders?

This is my 2nd correspondence and I have not heard a word from anybody. The only thing that I am receiving is merchandise that you want me to order. I ordered (3) Active Faith Hoodies for my 3 sons in January and we are in February and in 2 day, it will be March. I ended up returning (2) of them back because the Large was too snug and I asked for an exchanged to be an XL. I also ordered (2) Active Faith Polo Shirts in a 3XL and also had to return them because the polo shirts were too snug and they were the biggest size that you had. I sent both the (2) hoodies and the (2) polo shirts back through the USPS. I received my refund for the polo shirts but was sent an email after I had inquired as to why I had not received the exchanged from Large to XL for the hoodies and I was told that they did not received the hoodies. Someone there misplaced and/or lost my returned slip and so therefore my twin boys still has not received their hoodies. I wrote a letter to the CEO of Active Faith and explained my situation and I left my email address and my cell phone number and I have not heard back from anyone. I am out of the $75.00 that was charged to me and my boys will not get the XL hoodies. I am not a happy person. I now do not want the exchanged. I want my refund. Is this how you treat your customers?

I don’t know where to start with my horrible experiences with your company. I hope you take this and all others, very seriously because you will never get my business again and I’m spreading the word! I was treated with disrespect, sarcasm, rudeness, and absolute fail in professionalism and customer service! I ordered two hats that came in the wrong colors and was told that it was my fault and how I should look at SKU numbers and such “before I hit that button.” I even offered to send the hat I received back! This is my third communication regarding my order. My order was shipped and as per the tracking information my order was returned back to the sender. Not sure what address was used but I never received any notification that an address update was required. Active Faith may be a small company but it does not mean that the customer service needs to be small. There is not even a telephone number to communicate about this issue. I have supplied my telephone number in both past communications and not a courtesy phone call. It is a shame because Active Faith is my favorite brand and now I HAVE TO STOP BUYING YOUR STUFF BECAUSE OF YOUR POOR, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I need resolution to my issue ASAP.

This is my fourth communication to this company. I placed my order on 12/4/2018 and I have not received a shipping number nor any information with regards to my order, or when is shipping projected however my E-mail is bombarded every two hours from marketing solicitation and promotions from Active Faith Promising delivery before Christmas. This is not the way to do business I have ordered and received gifts from China that I ordered on 12/04/2018. Then to add insult to injury when you look for the customer service number and then call it. You are told that the ” Mail box is Full and the caller can not leave a message . This is a terrible way to conduct business nor build a customer base. Having a great product is one thing, but having great customer service keeps businesses in operation. Active Faith please provide a shipping confirmation number or return my money.

I ordered today 12/13/18 a faith red hoodie for my boyfriend for Christmas, I know I hit x-large, my receipt says large. I am very disappointed that there is no phone number to correct or speak to a live person, I really wanted the right size and gift to be perfect as this is what he wants, now I am not even sure I will get it right for Christmas. I emailed several emails hoping to get a response. nothing yet. Please correct my order and please do better with customer service. I will not longer order online

It is hard to believe that you quote Colossians 3:17 on your website, it doesn’t appear that this is done in the name of The Lord. I want an answer to my inquiry of $113.05 made on November 26, 2018. I ordered a hoodie and received it rather quickly, but it was WAY too big, so I returned it. It’s been several weeks and I still have not been reimbursed on my credit card. I’ve tried to locate phone numbers, etc., no luck. These guys seem crooked. Stay away from them!!!
