Good afternoon my name is Mike and I am in need of somebody from corporate to take ahold of a situation we have encountered at your St.Cloud Florida location. I manage the fleet of vehicles for Allen & Company in Winter Garden , Fl Back on Friday I had one of my drivers that called me in need of immediate tire care and I called the St.Cloud location and spoke to Michael there, I told him the situation and that we were going to go ahead and replace all four tires on the vehicle with the issues, I told him the tire size 265 70R 17 and he came back and said they could order 4 tires that he and I agreed upon Cooper Discoverer AT3’s . He ordered them and told us they would be in on Saturday which happened except he ordered 235 70R 17’s which were tires that not only were not what we ordered but too small even for what our vehicle recommended ( 2018 Ford F-150). They proceeded to put on tires and my driver picked up vehicle. I had them go ahead and do an oil change on top of tire service as well. When my driver pulled up on Monday we instantly noticed that the incorrect tires were put on. I emailed the shop manager Mike and he was very accommodating in helping us start correcting the situation but only a few minutes after getting done with initial email I get a call from my driver after his trucks engine light was on, he lifted the hood only to find that the oil cap was never put back on the vehicle. I proceeded to email again and Mike responded very apologetically and wanted to make situation right . He ordered the right tires and had us come in to switch out the tires and make sure nothing was wrong with the oil level . My driver went back up there to have all corrections made to his truck. He comped the oil change which was fine and didn’t switch pricing on tires which I thought was fair compensation for everything. Everything was resolved and fine until my driver had to pull off on side of the road due to stability issues on a tire , he gets out to find a lug nut completely off the tire, he proceeded to try and make sure all other lug nuts were on properly and found 2 more loose nuts and 1 stripped nut. I am beyond dumbfounded by this and am not sure what kind of store/company you run but this is not right and I am ready to stop all other business completely if this does not get properly resolved. We spend thousands of dollars yearly with your company and have a good repour with Ocoee location and Noel but we are not happy with this experience and something needs to be done. Safety is one of our biggest things we preach at our company and this does not coincide with this. I look forward to a quick response in the matter.
