Fazolis # 5903 in alton Illinois, is usually soo good. we go there quit alot from out of town. yesterday was different. to start with we orderd lunch, pick 2 items. ahd another person with me, on separate orders, we got our 1 item, but our spaggetti and our fettucine, which was suppose to be ones his and ones mine, all came on the same plate,touching and mixing a bit, i told the girl and she gets me a plate so i can scrape the food onto the bowl, REALLY! the person with me, thought OMG. why did she do that? she should have got us 2 new bowls of pasta, by the time i scraped what liitle bit was there, there was about 4 bites of pasta, it was kinds hard and cold, we wont go back, we got up hungry after spending almost $20 not right

The Fazolis in Mishawaka, In was originally a Burger Chef. It was my first job s there are a lot of memories there. I had just gotten back from a family vacation the summer of 1968 and my girl friend went in and there was a good looking guy working the counter and he thought I was strange when I asked for a cup of pickles to go with my hamburger. Fifty five years later we have been married 54 years. We enjoy going back and reminiscing, and we do enjoy the food. We were supposed to go tonight for our Valentines dinner, but one of us worked in the yard a little too much (it has been 55 years and he forgets gets started and forgets to stop until everything is done), but we will be going there soon.

I did an online order today got my food at the time they told me to pick it up the food was ice cold and my cheese pizza was burnt to a crisp I called the location to get a voicemail and no one reached back out yet. I would like a full refund for the crappy food I just paid $13 for a lunch combo. I still have my receipt and I took pictures of the burnt pizza slice they gave me.

Where did your employees learn to sack food? I ordered baked spaghetti and lasagna for delivery from your store in Saint Joseph, MO on March 1, 2022. I received a mess, they put the breadsticks on the bottom and the containers on top which tipped over and made a mess in the bag. The breadsticks were so salted we couldn’t eat them. I called the manager and tried to complain SHE hung up on me. She tried telling me the delivery was to blame. The delivery people do NOT sack the door. That would be a health violation. You have lost a customer. Portions were small for what I paid. $40 wasted.

i work at fazoli’s and my general manager christen walters is the worst person i’ve ever met. she constantly wants to send me home or ‘attitudes’ but i’ve never given her an attitude ever. she constantly has an attitude with me and tries getting mad. she gets mad if there is no one in my line there’s no food ready and wants to say im just standing around when i’m waving at my face or trying to catch my breath in the heat bc i have severe asthma and i’ve been diagnosed with abnormal brain problems and everytime i tell her she doesn’t care but another employee if she’s just standing and looking she gets an hour break for ‘dizziness’ and i’m over her picking favorites and being rude to me constantly, all of our employees dont like her unless she gives them the best treatment which is rare, i also think she’s racist because shes be ok her phone 24/7 and when she puts it now beside me and walks away i’ve seen the ‘n’ word mutiple times and i play it off and everyone says they get bad vibes from her and i’m just done with the crap i receive from her

Ate at the Fazoli’s in Shawnee KS. Had to wait a long time for the food thru the drive thru, however, with the short staffed issues, were very patient. Ordered a small spaghetti w/meat sauce and Broc/penne/chicken. Drove all the way home and received the wrong order. I don’t know how this could happen as slow as they were. Took 30 minutes to drive there, back and get the food. 5min. drive from our home. Went back, went inside and they gave us the correct order with an extra bread stick for 2. The food was not good. The broc was rotten, the noodles dry, not enough sauce. The spaghetti was not any better. Very dry and not enough meat sauce. Will not be going back to a Fazoli’s any more. I don’t care where it is located.

Went to the Champaign IL store yesterday. Waited about 10 minutes to give my order. Ordered 4 meat manicotti, medium soda, and had a coupon for a free chocolate chip cookie. Paid, and went to get my soda, and sit down. Was approached by a male employee, who said we are out of all manicotti meals. You will have to come back up to the register, we will void your first purchase, and you can reorder something else. I went with a small spaghetti, with meat sauce, medium soda, and the coupon fir a free chocolate chip cookie. Even though the small spaghetti was about $1.50 cheaper entree, I somehow got charged almost $2.00 more. Went back to table, got my drink cup off of the tray, and filled the cup with my choice of beverage. While doing that, some dumb a** employee took off with my tray, and didn’t leave my two receipts, one showing my refund, the 2nd with the 2nd meal I had to order.
Waited about 10-15 minutes patiently, as there are a shortage of employees, but noticed others coming in after me, getting their meal before me. Finally, a African American female employee wearing a orthopedic boot approached me, and said, you don’t have your food yet. I said no, and I don’t have my receipt to show you what I ordered, because some employee took off with it in my tray as I was getting my soda to drink. And, people at a nearby table which I pointed to, came in 10-15 minutes after me, and they are already eating. She asked what I ordered, and I told her. A few minutes later, she brought a small bowl of spaghetti, with regular tomato sauce on it, not meat sauce, and 4 breadsticks. After about 5-7 minutes, she brought my chocolate chip cookie, but said or did nothing to find or replace the two missing receipts. I mean, come on, who doesn’t have enough sense about them to take the receipt off of the damn tray, and leave it on the table?
Keep in mind, I drove 90 miles one way to eat there, as the Fazoli’s in Normal IL was closed about 13 months ago. Been wanting Fazoli’s for several weeks, went yesterday, only to be treated like crap. I’m not very happy.
The next closest Fazoli’s is Quincy IL, 140 miles one way, or Mt Vernon IL, 160 miles one way. I feel corporate needs to address this situation, and do something to reprimand the employees at the Champaign IL store, and do something to make this up to me. It had to be, hands down, the worst experience at a Fazoli’s I have ever had to endure. And, I’ve been a customer for close to 15 years.

Walked in and ordered a chicken fettuccine Alfredo dinner to go. Got home. 1 piece of chicken. Half scoop of Alfredo and the noodles were cold. My dog cooks better then this. And you charge 7.50 for that. You can have it. I’ll stick with real Italian restaurants.

Everything tasted like leftovers from the night before. The Spaghetti had barely any sauce and it was so salty! There were no tomatoes in the salad. I specifically looked online for a side salad with tomatoes and still did not get any. Salt, salt and more salt!
I called at eleven to pre-order; but, they would not hear of it. I was told to just come to the drive thru. The pie was pre-pared and still tasted old. This is what you get for coming into the restaurant soon after opening, the leftovers.
Now I know why I was told that they could not take orders over the phone; they had to get rid of the LEFTOVERS!

Two weekends in a row….a friday night and a saturday night we have come to the columbia fazolis in columbia missouri….two weeks in a row we have witnessed kevin yelling at his women employees in an inappropriate manor to the point both times both girls were crying. We came back to talk to another manager. This manager an elderly woman named debbie informed us that there is always an issue with this so called general manager. The information we were given about the enviroment the employees of this establishment are forced to work in is horrible. Employees cannot call in sick or miss work for illness or family illnesses like children without having reperocutions!!!! There are always sick employees there and pple working injured….why? Why why why is this acceptable? And you want pple to pay to eat at this place with sick or injured people!!! No!!! No more business from us or our family’s!!!

My family had just got back in town and ordered 2 family meals through the drive through. 2 spaghettis with meat sauce and 2 fettuccine alfredos with Chicken. We got home and everything was there but the chicken that was already paid for. I immediately called and was told that I needed to come back for the chicken and when I told her (Kasey) that I’m already home and had no intention of making the trip back she said that she would put me down for 2 chickens to be picked up later. What the hell am I supposed to do with 2 sides of chicken? Order more pasta so you can make more money? And when I said I didn’t want it she stated that I would have to drive back to get my refund which is crap since I already came home. Because the staff there can’t make sure their job is done right by checking the order before it leaves. It wasn’t like they were busy. If I’m paying for something that I don’t get I’d call that stealing!

We went to the Shawnee, KS store #5948, yesterday. I must say that I haven’t been to a restaurant that was so screwed up as yesterday. Order taker/cashier had a heck of a time getting orders entered from a line of customers before us. When we finally got our order it was just so/so. Wife ordered a drink and went to get ice first. OH MY GOD —NO ICE IN ENTIRE Store. She asked for her money back on the drink and instead was offered a brownie…….She took it even though she does not like brownies. We told staff there was no ice and that they should inform patrons as they attempt to order. We watched several customers with drink cups and we told them there was no ice………No one told them as they took their order. Dirty tables……THEY HAVE a lot of issues…One custormer said this has been going on for about three months. MY wife told me…we were never going back to Fazoli’s…….McDonald’s here we come……………

I was an employee at Fazoli’s in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. As of this past Saturday, I am no longer employed. I am looking for the corporate office for Fond du Lac. On 12/1/18 my husband and I tried to eat at the Cape Girardeau, Mo. store. We ordered and went to get our drinks, there was no tea of any kind. After about 15 mins I asked an employee if I could get some tea from the back. After another 15 mins we went to the register and asked for a refund. It had been over 30 mins with no tea or food. It took about 8mins for a manager to come to the register and then another 6 mins for her to figure out how to give us a refund. No excuse or reason was given and no sorry until we were on our way out the door. We love fazoli’s but they made no attempt to keep our business. Our daughter worked at this very store and this is not the quality for service that Fazoli’s is known for.

i worked at the fazolis in Lubbock Texas on 19th for about 1 in a half months and I gotta be honest…the entire experience was horrible. Almost everyday that I worked there the GM was stresses about his personal life and took it out on his employees at work. I’m gonna skip pass the not so bad stuff and tell you exactly why I don’t work there anymore. Last week on Tuesday (Oct -23- 2018) I didn’t really feel that well but there wasn’t that much workers that day and I didn’t want to let anyone down, plus I was put on dish washing that day so I would’ve been fine. Anyways I went to go talk to the General Manager, Ken and asked him if I started feeling worse if I would be able to go home, He asked me if anyone will take my shift and I said “But I’m here sir, I didn’t want to let Y ‘all down” and he told me “I have enough shit on my plate already, so go talk to Jodi (The assistant Manager). 2 days later on Thursday I went into work and I was busing tables that day. I worked hard all that day getting my hands dirty with food getting my fingers poked with pointy forks and knifes and i was also doing kitchen for a little because they needed help, so i was doing everything they told me to do without hesitation. Then once we started closing down and cleaning up the assistant manager Jodi went outside to talk on the phone and me and swey were cleaning up in the dine… I was taking the tea kettles to the back so zay can wash them. I go back to the front to get the bottom pf the tea kettles and Jodi comes back inside but she sees me empty handed so she assumes I’m not doing my job and tells me “Chris if I see you not doing any work again your fired”…I was confused but i just said yesmam then i continued to go get the bottoms of the tea kettles and i go to take them back there so zay can wash them together so they wont get lost like last time…Then Jodi follows me to the back and says “Chris go home and don’t come back, Your fired” I then tried to tell that i WAS doing my job. She then cuts me off and says “You have been slacking these last 2 weeks and I’m done with it go home i don’t want to hear it”…I say yesmam and go clock out. But the confusing thing is that when i was on break a couple minutes before we close and she said I was doing a great job….but she has been having family issues because once she got off the phone she was mad and took it out on me, and I honestly don’t think that’s right. 2 days later on Saturday I went back to fazolis to see about when I get my last check and when I walked in my ex-coworkers saw me and came to talk to me about what happened. And I said “That’s stupid right?, I didn’t even do anything” and the MANAGER Nikki came up to me (In front of customers by the way) and said “Yea exactly, you weren’t doing anything, you weren’t doing your job, you were just messing around and I also caught you on your phone, what were you doing on your phone anyways?” and I said I was just checking the time for a quick second. But the fact that she raised her voice like that to me in front of customers is not ok…Could you please go do something about them…they are always hiring and now i know why, they treat their employees terrible
Also besides the way how rude they are, they are un clean…There are roaches behind the steam table, the meat we use is left out on the table with no heat or coolness.

Fazoli is gone in 2018 at Traverse City, Michigan. That mean I will lose my $55 dollars gift certificate from Fazoli empty. I just been told from resturants.com. I always eat there 2 or 3 times a year. It is tough for me to go up the hill on my bike and eat at Fazoli, Every year.

Columbia store…..horrible. Employees are always over worked and stressed out. Anytime the manager is asked for he isnt avaialble but seen sleeping or hanging out in his car in the back of the store. Employees are friendly but as guest we dont ever need to hear about the store drama. There should never be a guest hearing about managers being in their cars sleeping or popping pills. We should never hear who is job is on the line because the manager gossips with his employees about other employees. It is sad to come to a store and hear nothinf but disgruntled employees talking about one another let aline slacking at their jobs while two female managers are always hecticly doing their jobs and busting their rear ends to play catch up . where is the general manager for this store? We have adked several times for him and it seems everytime we do we get miss Debbie or miss Jessica but never the real manager. We enjoy the food here and we enjoy the facility but thisbis out of hand. It seems that no one but maybe two or three people here care abkut their jobs…..

Regarding your store 5916 in columbia missouri….this store is in desperate need of employees they are consistently short handed and it seems a few of the managers are always breaking their backs to pick up the slack. Our last visit there wad horrible which is not usual at all. Screaming and cursing going on from a manager in the kitchen and from a younger gentleman towards another employee… The elderly manager seemed to he st a loss and not know what to do or how to handle anything and even our visit a few days later they were still understaffed and we were informed that it was due to the same manager who had been cursing the few days before who seems to be running off and upaetting the few good employees we have had contact with. We are shocked ad a family at how anyone can allow a tyrant and a spoiled scting child to behave in such manors in a business as well known as fazolis is. We hope that you can fix these issues to make everyones experience more enjoyable and professional . we really do enjoy coming to this establishment . Miss Debbie and Miss Jessica as well as a few others like jennifer and Mary aleays take very good care of us and our children but whomever your newer manager amd her * son* are ….we are highly disappointed in their choice of language and behavior as well ad how poorly they speak of the other employees whom we know are very polite amd good. We are sorry to leave such a complaint but we enjoy our children coming to this establishment but cannot do so if cursing and threats are going to be made in ears distant of children. We hope you can resolve this issue so we can comfortably come back.

Hello! My recent experience at your restaurant at 2374 W 86th St, Indianapolis, IN on 711/18 was below average. I ordered a large blood orange Italian ice, waited about 6 minutes to get to the window and the employee at the window told me that the machine was broken. However, before she opened the window, she proceeded to make my drink, I am assuming that something was wrong because she was speaking to a manager ( a woman in an orange oxford shirt) possibly informing her that something was wrong. I could see the woman throwing up her hands and shrugging her shoulders before the employee opened the window. Once the window was opened the employee show me a cup of liquid that was not in anyway an Italian ice and asked me if I wanted it like that. I told her no, I would like and Italian ice, what I ordered. She told me that the machine just broke. I said really…nothing was offered. This behavior does not tie into your company values of great guest service, people come first, integrity or pursuing never-ending excellence. May someone please ensure that the machine is repaired so that the next time, if there is one, I can enjoy the drink that I purchased? Many thanks!

Fazoli, 400 Harvey Road, College Station, Tx 062718 Order ID AABQHG2SAEBN 4:00 Pm. I have been to this location several times. Each time the place looked bad, plates not picked up or washed. Unsweetened Tea was poured in a container stating it was sweet tea. Silverware (knives) was unavailable because the server said they needed to wash them. The bar holding the straws, napkins and etc was nasty. The place was not busy. The spaghetti was salty tasting. I assume you pay your employees poorly and the management use to be better but not now. I guess from the above complaints that you do not want your company to succeed. I hope you actually take an interest in your company. We need the jobs.

I have worked for fazolis in shawnee ks before. I quit because of bad management. I decided to try back this year still bad management and employees that were preparing the food were not wearing gloves while preparing the food. They had a manager from independence store who his girlfriend and friend came in the manager gave them free food. So i had health issues stress due to the place of employment so i decided to quit. I would not go back to work nor eat there.

We went to our local Fazoli’s on Veterans Day weekend it was advertised that Fazoli’s gives a free spaghetti to vets. we had our family and our grandchildren with us when we ask for the spaghetti we were told we don’t do that here. So my husband asked to speak to the manager his name was James. He showed him the article out of our local news he wouldn’t even look at the article simply said we don’t do that here, turn around and walked away. Really put a damper on our family meal we won’t be back.

On 10.23.17 at store #1753 in Wausau Wisconsin I witnessed the most unprofessional treatment by a manager to his employees that I have every heard. He was trying to get a woman employee to get “bread” and she responded she was working on it. I didn’t think her tone was unprofessional however the manager (I didn’t catch his name, but he had tattoos down both arms) said to her “lose the f*cking attitude or go home”. I overheard this conversation because he had left the drive up window open. Once he realized the window was open he slammed it shut. God only knows what else he said to this employee. I am also sure that guests in the dining area had to overhear this because he was raising his voice. The name on our receipt was Shane S, order #AAA2YGKCAEBK and our receipt was stamped 4:06:28 PM. I was absolutely appalled at his behavior and hope that he is fired. I don’t believe that a company like Fazoli’s wants a manager with obviously no leadership skills at all and runs a store where the employees seem to fear him.

I went to Fairview HT restaurant , made my order through drive through , I got home my order was wrong. I spent 17.00doliars. When I call informed the manger about my order , he talked to the young lady, and then informed me she said that’s what you ordered. I informed him we could agree to be disagreeable. Tasks list are not assigned properly per shift. Tasks list are not dispersed equally to employee. Employee are being treated unequally. Favoritism by management. Management is not around to help out during closing time – when staffing is very short. Leaving variety of tasks to be completed by employee. Management leave early during the week and weekend does not help closed when staffing is very short. Management do not represented as a teamplayer. In order to be a manger – manager needs to lead by examples. Less talks and more actions. Be professional and deliver. Employee morales is low due to poor management in this location. Corporate need to clean house (managment) in this location in order to have high employee retention rate. Turnover rate is high to these particular reasons. Employee satisfactions is very low due to poor management. This location need expertise advises from corporate in order to have a high employee retention rate and make this location a safe, fair, and respectable place to work.

I first want say we eat at Fazolis quite often my daughter is severely autistic mentally handicapped and her favorite place to eat sometimes only thing I can get her to eat well, today I saw something that disgust me not sure if we will be going back, employees were behind prepping food and they were eating mouths smacking food could been spit in others food they saw us customers see them and just continued to eat, that is just gross sorry but it’s making us think twice about going back.

I will atop coming to ur Anderson store as long as that little heavey set manager is there i think her name is Cass,she taunts the pther emplyees makes fun of the coustmers is down right rude she rolls her eyes id i come in late and you can hear her yelling inthe back talking about and sown to everyone i hope everyone atops co.ing until you get her under control and i love ur food but not putting up with that nasty little girl please get her xtra traing thank you

On May 22 2017 i went into Fazoli’s on Jefferson Ave. Newport news Va. around 5:15 P.M. there was as an older Caucasian patron in front of me her request was very appalling, i became sick to my stomach. She requested that all of the people of color be removed off the steam table.But what; really got me upset is that this restaurant actually made all of the black workers leave the cooking area. i was hoping the days of discrimination would have been over and for this restaurant to cater to racism. it really makes me wonder if this is the kind of ideology Fazoli’s promotes. And to add to this very disrespectful situation myself and other customers had to wait for twenty min to be served our order. WOW!!!!! I guess we all need to have a DREAM. I saw one employee crying as she walked away from her post. Is this how Fazoli’s treat there workers of color? its time to boycott to end this injustice…

I visited a fazolis location (west 10th street, indianapolis , in 46224. Around 9:45 pm. 15 minutes before close. I needed to order some breadsticks. They insisted they were closed at 10pm and I said “it is 945”. I’m in the customer service field so I felt this was rude and unprofessional since my establishment takes customes up until minute we close.

Went to the Danville restaurant and ordered a Caesar salad and all i got was nothing but lettuce, absolutely ridiculous. I will never eat there again.

Good afternoon, i just wanted to let you know about the bad customer service an associate at the location of 6345 quivira rd Shawnee, Ks 66216 provided as of the date of April 09, 2017. She was irritated upon arrival and made us feel extremely stupid about not knowing the sides. Also she was raising her voice in a none professional way when asked if she could repeat the sides. She also got her attitude when I asked to speak to the manager. The manager on the other hand was very generous and polite and handled the situation very well. The associate name was Debra, order ID number is AAA24F62AQCT.
