Hello! I bought one of your baskets with a lid some years ago, maybe 20? The lid was held on by leather straps. But they dried up and the little tacks fell out, although I still have them. Is there any way the straps can be replaced?

Order # 1913617
I placed an order with Longaberger Jan 27, 2018. I have called several times and sent an email re the status of my order. Not only have my emails gone unanswered, the phone numbers have now been disconnected. You have had $500 of my money since January and I have yet to receive my merchandise. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I would really appreciate a response. If you are not capable of filling my order, then refund my money.

Thanks for letting us know that site was out of date. It appears that the company may have gone out of business but I can’t confirm that. I’ve included the number to the parent office
