    Hello Peter,
    This was sent to Peter and the second time I sent it.
    I have been waiting for you to contact me regarding a system and to discuss one of the employees.

    It has been 3 weeks since I first contact you without a reply. Is this the kind of customer service Livewatch offers?

    Shame on you all.

    I have spent time in a chat with shamesh Moore and did not receive very good service. I asked for a Taylor’s plan since I have recessed doors and she dead unable to assist me. I then submitted an on line request and I received a generic email asking me to call.
    Why can’t these representatives read and call customers with a detailed personalized plan suited for them?
    I have experience probably the worse service of all the competitors so far with Live Watcj.
    Does anyone care?
