I was at Incredible Pizza on August 21st for my grandsons birthday at the San Antonio location. Assuming you have cameras, I fell near the plates. Theres was spilt ice cream all over the floor. I hurt my knee, wrist and elbow and decided I didn’t want to risk going back for more food. I was in a above the knee dress which mortified and embarrassed me to death. My head rammed right into some poor ladies behind. I’m hoping to be contacted by email by someone. I didn’t fill out a accident report because I was so mortified and just wanted to leave.

My daughter slipped and fell on wet floor when the employee failed to put out an wet floor sign and did a poor job mopping up the water and food spilled that when I came to see about my child I almost slipped on a puddle of water myself….two strangers that were sitting near by had to help my daughter get up off the floor and seat her on a chair and when they were trying to alert the employee he just walked away and did not bother to say anything…. My other daughter went and got another employee to tell them what had happened and that is when they decided to put the wet floor sign down after the fact and when we asked to see a manager or supervisor on duty the employee stated they she was already gone and that they would have the security officer come and help my daughter…we asked the security officer who was going to write this up and that is when the young girl ( another employee) came and took down the information and what had occurred from my daughter and other two people who witnessed her falling and had to help her get up from off the floor and seated her in a chair near their table. We had to ask for the ambulance to be called because my daughter could not walk on her right foot and we were never given the report from that night nor have we heard anything from ICP in over two weeks! My daughter suffers from back pain still and her ankle was swollen for a few days and this happened on June 25, 2021!

Terrible place to go. They want to charge $38.00 for my 7 yr old grandson with only $10.00 toward the games.. How can they force you to pay for a buffet that you DO NOT WANT… Pay attention people its a complete scam….

I went to Incredible Pizza yesterday and the food was nasty and the cooking staff wouldn’t put anything new out for us. I asked about the blackberry cobbler and the guy wouldn’t cook it.. The place smelled like dirty mop water.. I love incredible Pizza but service is going to be like yesterday I will not be going back.

Seriously?? Your Las Vegas store needs an inspection…It had to be one of the WORST pizzas I have ever ever…EVER eaten..I have zero issues paying for very good food, but take the price out of the equation. I would gladly pay almost 25.00 for a regular cheese pizza of high quality but this pizza was not worth the box it came delivered in. Short and to the point…Tastless sauce (if there was any),the tiny amount of cheese tasted old, doe was wet…how could the restaurant manager allow this to go out the door. At least it got delivered in a timely manner and it was not cold. Wasn’t quite warm but I can even take that out of the equation, We are splenetic. Bottom line is please do something about the pizza…I never write letters ad very seldom complain, but this got under my skin and unfortunately my friends felt the same way…I am telling you to please get to that restaurant (Las Vegas) and try that pizza….worst…absolute waste of good money…Not only my opinion but my dinner guests as well. So unfortunate…Robert H) 702-846-XXXXX
