History
Suing this little worker and therefore company. My Family members are lawyers. Myself a law student . Worker at Menchie’s took my picture without my consent, shared it intentionally electronically to co workers and other businesses. Did this act in a malicious manner knowingly to purposely cause harm and distress. Amongst other things . Violating my privacy and civil rights. Etc. Incredibly , highly unprofessional and evil . This low down behaviour shall not be tolerated .
No bathroom for customers. My 7y daughter could not use restroom. Employee was rude place was dirty. Owner Chris isn’t capable to operate any business. I wont be surprised when this place goes under.
My husband and I took our 9 year old grandson to 8130 W US 192 Kissimmee, Florida, as we were eating our yogurt we notice a bunch of people who were there eating and they sure did made a mess there. After they left I notice your employee Claudia Guerrero start cleaning immediately I couldn,t believe how fast she cleaned it up, I called her over and told what a great job she did. You should be very proud of her.
The Menchies in Clifton Park NY, the place is filthy, the toilet in the girls bathroom has not worked the past 3 times i have gone and it’s disgusting. I asked the girl when they are going to get that fixed and she looked like a deer in headlights. The paper towel dispenser is hanging off the wall. The place is a disgrace to the franchise .
I have observed that the toppings at the self-serve condiment bar are exposed to potential contamination by customers during display. The sneeze guards do not cover the unprotected food items; including they do not extend up to, or past the unprotected food items, thereby, exposing them to potential contamination from sneezes and other contaminants.
Clearly this is my second complaint in which I was contacted by a Junior Franchisee Contact at Corporate in relation to my first
complaint about Winthrop Town Centre Store location here in Florida, and was told the franchisee would be contacted in reference to my concerns. Clearly nothing has been done, the cleanliness has been neglected and the store looks tired and distressed. This is not what Menchies brand is about as my in laws opened this store and gave their sweat and tears to this business. First appearance and customer service goes a long way and this owner does not care for both. Taken our business elsewhere.
I am appalled at the management of the of the Menchie’s in Lexington, SC. Megan Gonzales is the manager and treats her employees HORRIBLY. The staff seems to be intimidated by her except for a few. I just witnessed an incident wher an employee that was apparently fired came to return her keys and one of the junior employees stated out loud, “is this the one you fired”, Megan said, “yes she is the one I fired”, she and the junior employee laughed at the fired employee and embarrassed her. I felt so sorry for her. This was the most unprofessional manager I have ever seen. I will make sure all of my friends and family does not enter the doors of Menchie’s and I will post bad Google reviews, as well as on Trip Advisor to let prospective customers know the poor quality of character that was displayed. I can’t imagine why she is employed there as a manager. She represents Menchie’s and this is a reflection on the company. This is Horrible ! She is setting an example for others and if she acts like this, her employees will think this is a way to treat other human beings. She treated the poor girl with Disrespect, totally uncalled for!
I just left Menchies in Fayetteville, NC. I ordered the Pineapple Dole Whip Sundae. The very young girl behind the counter informed me she was the only one there at the time and she did not know how to make it. This is the second time I have been in to this store and have been told by the young lady she did not know how to make it. This is a Friday night and she is by herself and she does not know how to make a product that you sell. REALLY/
I was going to leave a detailed message about my seriously rude encounter, but from reading the above it looks like it is corporate policy.

I started to get a cup and get some frozen yogurt as my wife and I have been doing weekly.
My wife started to the bathroom and was told by the employee that they were closed, because they had already been cleaned. It is my belief that in California it is against health dept. code to serve food when there are no restrooms available. I am contacting the health department to verify this. My question is where are they washing their hands between handling money and customer food? This happened on 8/30/2018
9:15 in the evening a full 45 minutes before the store closes.

When I ask the girl working for the name and number of the Manager, she told me NO.
She was very rude and condescending. The good part is there is a Yogurt shop across the street, so it is a right turn instead of a left for us. Sad to see such a good name dragged through the mud by a poorly trained employee.
I will of course be posting this in all the local facebook pages in our community, and if I do find out it is a health code violation, I will see what can legally be done about it.

I live in Santa Monica and have been a frequent customer at your 732 Montana Avenue location since it’s inception. I have always enjoyed my visits for its great yogurt and very sweet and personable employees, until my last visit.
At approximately 8:30 pm on Saturday, July 7 I had an encounter with your employee, James. He was extremely rude and condescending. As a 61-year-old man, I have never been treated as disrespectful from a service employee as I had with this boy.
Please call me at 310-617-XXXXX to discuss this situation. I am sure our conversation with will be of benefit to your corporation as I am sure you would not want him to treat other longtime customers in the same manner and risk losing valued patrons.

The day before went to upscale shopping mall in Calabasas The Commons 91302 on May 9 2018 at 3:30 pm… and a guy who still works at Menchies…threw me out of the shop…just like years ago when I went to school Pierce College…..he gives me two sample cups telling me I only get two so he puts his gloves inside the cup and he takes money too…so I say I want to take the cups myself…so he says I got two he handed me two that’s all I’m going to get….so I say I don’t want your gloves inside the cup I want to take it myself…so he says I got two that’s all I’m going to get..so I say I want to take it myself it’s ok if it’s two…so he lets me take them but they stick so I said do you want to pull two off he says no I don’t want to touch it….this is an Iranian owner and staffed shop…so then when I get my samples he says are you buying anything and I say it’s none of your business…..so he then orders me out of the shop if I’m not buying anything….so he pushes me out with his body…to the door and I remember his derogatory comments previously years before about how I’m wearing the same clothes and other stuff I can’t remember now…so I tell him he is a nasty….disgusting person…then an upscale lady comes to his defence that he is so nice …and I’m out of line….was escorted to the door as he closed it behind me and told me don’t come back.

My two daughters an I went to the Menchie’s on Ridge road, in brooklyn ohio. I promised my girls we would go there before I When to work my 3rd shift job at the Hospital .Went into the store the girls had made their cups and put their toppings on, get to the cash register the lady states that their credit card machine is down. All I have is a credit card and actually even have a gift card no cash on a time schedule She says let me call my manager calls the manager the manager state said the girls cannot have their Froio With 2 young girls very upset crying in the store needless to say all they are going to do is throw it away would not let them have that regard less because there were no signs up that were able to be seen by anyone so needless to say horrible horrible customer service with no care for customers Or their children .
