Bruster’s Ice Cream was founded by Bruce Reed in 1989. Reed learned the restaurant business by helping out his father, who owned a diner in Bridgewater, Pennsylvania. The company’s first location was next door to his parent’s diner.
Today, the company has franchises in more than 20 states and recently opened their first international restaurant in South Korea. All ice cream and frozen yogurt is made by hand at each location. Waffle cones and other treats are also made at the site. Ice cream is made on site to prevent the formation of ice crystals.
Bruster’s Ice Cream has more than 170 flavors, along with a number of seasonal flavors, such as gingerbread and peach. A few Bruster’s franchises also operate as Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog franchises, selling both items from one location.

How can I get my Bruster’s phone app to work again? I can use my mobile phone number at the store, but every time I try to sign in with my email it says email invalid? I tried every email I have and it won’t work? When I try to sign up for another Brusters account it says my email and phone number already has an account?? So how am I supposed to get my app to work? I should have a free ice cream by now because we keep spending $20-$25 dollars each time we go!

I’m very disappointed at your Morrow George’s store. I get butter pecan and it’s always soft. Because it’s soft I’m not getting my money’s worth when they give me two scoops for a medium-sized cone. This location is closer to me but I went to Fayetteville location I got a perfect cone and my money’s worth. The ice cream was firm. I bought the same order so many times at the morrow location did I did start to complain about the size of the cone. Just recently I did visit the other location in Fayetteville and I was very very satisfied

Blusters still after all the years under belt still has the best ice cream but l am surprised at the fact that from a scooper to the owner that they are so nasty to their customer. I worked at the store in Ross twp.for 13years when I go back for ice cream I am appalled at the way they treat me an outher Pelops New owner once treated me very nice.promised to save me boxes.next time l stoped l was told lm way to busie she was very nasty. The Corp office never seamed to treat the Fran owners right to much friction from with in.But there is no doubt in my mind brusrers he’s the best ice cream today on the earth They need an attitude change phone call 412 367 3084 l want to see this co. I sent my husband to the buford location to get a banana split, first the employees was very rude, went to other window to take care of another customer why my husband was standing there first. My husband said he was very specific about I only want vanilla ice cream, strawberry and banana. Well when he came home sundae had choc, etc. I called the store to express concern David Armstrong was very rude, and uncooperative. Someone should teach employees how to treat customers, no customers, no money.I would have to write a book to express my experience right now, very fustrated.

I don’t get it. The inconsistency of the size of your scoops is very disheartening. You don’t give your ice cream away, so I think we should get are monies worth i which there was a way to send you a picture
