The worst experience I have ever had ever checking in at this hotel ever I advise any and every person to never stay at a Hampton America’s property if they allow the staff to treat guest like that. Racist, lazy, and tried to scare me away by telling me he was (the manager) calling the police. Stop lying and help us you are not in a meeting. Funny how fast he came out his office when his desk clerk went to his office to tell him what I said.

I have spent hours today trying to make a reservation online for Zurich Switzerland. The website would no longer recognize my password. Called Customer Service and after telling individual that I did not get an email with he sent me the reset instructions. Changed my password but when I thought I made the reservation I was pushed to another Radisson website (I guess for International). Could not complete the reservation for a pre-paid because it was looking for my password again. It did not accept the new password I made up previously. I gave up finally. Worst website experience bar none. In addition I tried to make the reservation by calling the US number. This is only for US reservations she said and then gave me a number to call for International reservations (353 1513 8010??). Can only call on Monday through Friday and only after midnight she said. How bogus and pathetic is that. Worst hotel website and worst Customer Service bar none. How can you not have a 24 Hour US number to make reservations for your International Hotels. It is very rare that I complain about anything but this was too much.

I agree with you, I had a bad experience in the US down near the Kings Dominion in Doswell, VA. I stayed in a room the last night and got bitten by bed bugs, know report was taken by the General manager but instead of having my room cleaned he called the County Police, which was not necessary, management kept saying they would refund my money, never did I was charged and was embarrassed thrown out. The room I went to from 110 to 211 didn’t have a smoke detector know trash can, and there were spiders and bugs crawling behind the drapers, it was the worst I must say I ever stayed in Doswell, VA.
The stay was everything all the other comments that were Posted!

The Radisson on North Beach at Corpus Christi TX had been our favorite place for years because of the location. But OMG, that place needs to be torn down and someone else needs to build there. It’s been about 2 years since our LAST stay. The room was sooooo bad. My husband was tired and didn’t want to go look for another hotel. I was sick the whole time we were there. On the last day I started taking pictures of the run down, moldy, dirt trap. I discovered a ton of mold growing behind the night stand. I took pictures of all the issues in the room, submitted them with a letter to the hotel, to Radisson Corporate, and to the Corpus Christi health department. NO ONE and I mean no one has contacted me…at this point I don’t care because even if they offered me a free stay, there would be no friggin’ way. Reading all these other complaints, it sound like Radisson needs to be shut down everywhere!!!!! I used to think if it was a Radisson hotel that it would be a great place to stay… well if given the choice I would be going to Motel 6 over Radisson. My sister just came back from a trip to Corpus Christi, she stayed at this hotel hoping repairs had been done and she has stories to tell as well. I just don’t understand why corporate won’t step up and address the horrible issues everyone is facing. It just shows they are interested only in the all mighty dollar and not customer service, cleanliness, maintenance, etc. I hope they go out of business soon.

We stay at the Radisson in Phoenix (skyharbor) April 18th. room 702 and 102. The website advertises 24/7 shuttle. When I called to confirm I was told they do not pick up after 10pm and to call a taxi. They also do not answer their phone after 10pm as we found out after calling them 6 times. They were no taxis!
When we checked in there were parties and loud music and the hallway full of folk having a party. At 3am there was screaming and fighting in the hallway- very frightening. At 4am the police showed up.
We told the clerk the next morning when we checked out it was a very distressing stay and she responded “Ma’am this is a public building!!!!
Very disappointed in this hotel.

March 20th 2021 Radisson hotel location Brooklyn center I booked my room through Priceline and I booked a king bed with a pull out bed. I arrive at location at about 9:00 p.m. to check in get up to my room to find that I have a double queen beds. After I noticed the beds I start looking around the room and I opened up one of the drawers and there’s sticky stuff everywhere in the closet where the iron is the wallpaper was all falling down in the bathroom there was a little cupboard and there was a bottle of patron in there it was a conjoining room which on the door handle had some blood looking type substance. A Culver’s french fry wrapper laying out the the air did not work properly this was I’d probably have to say the worst hotel I’ve stayed at the cleanliness was something that was like if I was at an abandoned building. they have one ice machine in the whole building there’s 11 floors so I had to go to each floor to find the ice machine that did work and as I’m going to each floor to where the ice machine should be the ice machines are either unhooked and there’s and there’s food and trash and and debris everywhere as I’m walking so I started decided to take the stairwell which was a big mistake because each floor I got to I got to see the absolute disgusting this of of what was going on here and it just needs to be addressed the cleanliness is absolutely something like I said I have abandoned building. I do have all the photos as well to collaborate my story here the Radisson did say that that they are going to refund my money but as I went down to the front desk to ask about the king bed they didn’t even have it available they didn’t even I didn’t even understand it because we booked a room that was that a king bed and they didn’t even have it why why sell somebody something you don’t have we didn’t have a refrigerator in our room we didn’t have a microwave in our room we didn’t even have a hair dryer in our room I really don’t know what’s going on with this Radisson but there’s no way and that I’ll ever stay at this hotel ever again I I was super disappointed I was expecting to have a good time and I had to pretty much just put on a front to just get through the night.

We checked in last night (3.14.2021). It was after 9:00 P.M. The hotel had signage the pool hours were 10-8 PM. But a very loud group was swimming after 9:00 P.M. We were informed by the front desk that if we wanted cleaning service, we would need to call the night before, because of Covid. We’ve not run into that level of service at any other hotel the last year, and we travel frequently to teach two and three day workshops.
We were exhausted when we arrived, and subsequently, forgot to call when we got to the room.
As were getting ready for bed, I wet to find two bottles of water to take our evening meds, etc. Every bending machine was empty or out of service. I went to check with the front desk for suggestions or alternatives. I rang the bell twice, but no one was to be found.
We were teaching all day. After we both got up, Rick used (number 1) the toilet and it was stopped up. I called the front desk to tell them. I was asked if I could hold on a moment. When the girl came back on, she old me “unfortunately, there is no one here that can fix it. Give me your room number and we will have him fix it while you are gone.
I returned today at 2:00 and it was still not fixed. I also had to run down my towels myself. I’m so disappointed we didn’t stay somewhere else. I’d sure take someone up on an upgrade.

My stay at the Sparta Wisconsin, Country Inn & Suites Radisson is a 1 star is only deserving because some off the staff were friendly; however, this was the most unhygienic and filthy facility in which I’ve ever stayed. In a COVID environment, and with tags on the room doors proclaiming they were cleaned in an manner so as to hep prevent the spread of COVID is a joke.
The bathtub was brown, slimy, and had an obvious dirt line. Clearly body filth was left in the tub from visitors for a long period of time. I complained to the managers daily and was told it would be resolved, but never was. I then purchased cleanser. I scrubbed half the tub myself, making a clear visible differentiation between brown filth and a white tub. I left the cleanser in the tub with a note asking them to clean the tub. The note was left on the sink vanity and cleanser put under the sink storage area. The tub was never cleaned. I then dumped the cleanser all around a dampened brown tub. Without scrubbing, the cleanser started to turn brown…is was just that bad.
Intentionally, I put dabs of liquid face makeup on the sink and counter. It was left there to dry and never cleaned off during my entire 22 day stay.
The floors were never vacuumed and the sheets felt like they had grains of sand in them. As such. I purchased sheets that I laid over what they provided.
I stayed there for approximately 22 days by need. We sold our house and new home purchase wasn’t for a month. Without doubt the department of health should be notified.

When will you stop the drunken parties and violence at the Radison Blu Aqua in Chicago? Located at 221 N Columbus Dr, Chicago. IL 60601. Before it closed in March due to the pandemic, it was a very nice somewhat upscale modern hotel that fit our residential, business, tourist, downtown location. Since re-opening about 14 days ago the guests at the hotel have cause a great deal of problems in the neighborhood. There have been 3 shootings and assorted other violent crimes with a few 100 yard of the hotel entrance. In additional to the violence, guests yell, shoot off fireworks and drag race down Columbus Drive in 4:00 AM. It appears to the neighborhood that the local hotel management has reduced the room rates below a reasonable level, allowing up 10 guests per room while under-staffing the hotel to save money. The result is bedlam.
I assume that the Blu Aqua is a licensed franchise that is not owned by Radison Corp. Nonetheless it is reasonable to expect that Radison has minimum standards for its franchisees and is interested in protecting its brand. Unless there are immediate improvements, a group of neighbors intend to meet with the city to discuss the process to revoke the hotels operating license.

My company reserved 4 rooms for my crew in Raleigh. We checked in 07/20/2020. My room had been cleaned but the trash from the previous guest was still all over the room. The front desk clerk offered to change my room but I was too tired to move again. I gathered another person’s trash and set it on the counter. I left a note that said “please, don’t leave trash again. It’s from the last guest. The ne t morning, I leave for work. When I returned, some of the trash had been left, again. I just watched one of your company’s video talking about heightened cleaning during covid. Apparently, Country inn at 201 Airgate drive has different views. Completely unacceptable. I’ll have to inform my company not to reserve rooms at Country Inn and Suites, anymore.

My daughter booked us a room at the Country Inn and Suites in San Marcos this past weekend. Worst experience ever. When we walked in you could smell Pot in the Lobby and near the elevator. The elevator sounded like it was not going to make it to the fourth floor and there was no inspectors report in the elevator. My girls had to go back to the car so they were going to walk down the stairs but that was so bad they walked one flight and took the elevator. We get to the fourth floor and it is 90 degrees in the hallway. We get in our room which was cold at the time. As the evening got cooler the room got hotter. I even turned the ac to 60 and on high. I never did cool to 60 all night. Half the plugs in the room did not work and we had requested more towels and wash rags and did not get as requested, they only gave us one wash cloth for 3 people. When she checked out the girl behind the counter had an excuse for everything. If I am correct you are not to run a elevator unless it has been inspected. I can see from other reviews that we will never stay at a Radison ever again. I am sure that this post will never be answered nor does it seem that they care.

Country Inn & Suites, Annapolis, MD Oct. 2019
Received your email offer for a free night by staying 4 nights, I don’t think so. I booked a room at your Country Inn & Suites in Annapolis, MD on May 19 for mid October of this year through Booking.com. I needed to change the date, but Booking.com didn’t have any available rooms for that night, so I was able to cancel the reservation. I immediately called the Annapolis facility and was able to book a room for October 18, which is what I needed. Being that I was able to cancel the Bookin.com reservation, I didn’t brother checking further when I made my reservation. When I received my June credit card invoice, I had already been charged for the room, and thought no more about it. It’s evidently their policy that once you book the room that’s it, even before you see the email reservation.
As it turned out, I needed to change the date by one day, and the Annapolis facility wanted to charge an extra $100.00 to change my reservation from Friday October 18 to Saturday October 19. When I asked to cancel I was told that there was a no cancellation policy, and I would have to pay $173 for that night, if I used it or not. To have my money for 4 months and then tell me that I can’t cancel is plain wrong in my eyes. Besides, I tried to cancel the room in September, and being a football weekend, it should have been very to rebook the room. I picked the Annapolis facility because it appeared to be the most reasonably priced facility, and I have used Country Inn’s in the past and they were excellent.
As it was, I had to cancel my reservation and eat the $173 because of our change of plans, and will therefore try to avoid having to use Country Inns in the future. No I am not a member and don’t plan on being one.
Just letting you know that I’m not a happy camper and that’s all, not looking for any compensation.
Thank You

We have been going to Treasure Island for 10+ years 2-3 times a year with family and friends. This year we went with our daughter and her friend. Apparently at 3:00 a.m the friend who was sleeping in the second queen bed tried to locate her phone on the bed somewhere. She moved one of the pillows and felt something and then used her phone which she then had found to see what it was. To her dismay a pair of dirty men’s socks. This meant that the sheets had not been changed. I spoke to reception in the morning and then to the manager on duty. He said the protocol (which I did not know about obviously) was to have housekeeping come up to verify that there was a pair of socks there because they needed to make sure that the socks were not planted there! Interestingly enough this was the first complaint I had ever made to this hotel, if I was in the business of planting dirty socks surely after 10+ years of staying there I would have planted more socks?
Unfortunately I have to say ,based on the way I was treated and the dirty sock incident we will need to be staying elsewhere.

I would like some attention regarding the conditions of the hotel at Raddison North Pennsylvania, We stayed in room 340, We arrived (3 adults, 1 child) on 8/23/19 for a 3 night stay,
The room was dirty, the bathroom door was being kept together by staples, the lampshade had holes in it and there were coffee rings on the desk, which I took pictures, Also the room smelled of gross food, which we left the door open and sprayed to get the odor out,
On our first day 8/24, we left at 9am and came back at 8pm after a day at Sesame place, (which is another story), and our ROOM HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED, BEDS NOT MADE, NO TOWELS. I called downstairs and they had someone there in 30 minutes, but at that point we did not want them to make the beds because it was too late.
On our second day we decided to come home from the park early and go to the pool, It was filthy, the water was so cloudy that we could not go swimming . I did mention this to the worker but he shrugged his head at me,
Your workers are rude, they didn’t care and they did not offer to move us when we first got there and said there was no other rooms.
I will never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone, You show your best on the website but this is not what you get,
Please feel free to get in touch with me by email, I would be more than happy to submit pictures and give you my phone number, I feel some compensation would be suitable for this disgusting stay at your hotel.

Event/Tracking # 3448448: I am writing about a stay reserved in Early 2019 for Aug 28-Sept 01, 2019 for the Park Inn Kissimmee Fl. Afterwards hotel was sold to Wyndham. I called to inquire if new hotel would honor my in which I received a confirmation email from Radisson CS on Jun 4th, 2019.
On Sunday Aug 25th while driving back from RDU NC to Lynchburg, VA 24551 I was on the ph for about 2hrs of the 2.5 hr drive trying to get confirmation only to find out Days Inn did not see a reservation on file.
Tracking # 3476612: I spoke to Mark or Mike once i got home at about 10PM and he tried diligently to assist. We ended the call after ~40 mins to say call Radisson in AM to speak to Days Inn Manager. I did call Radisson at ~9:30AM to again be told no reservation found. I believe Radisson should treat it’s Gold Members (100K+ Pts) with more dignity and try to compensate for staying on the phone for over 4hrs in 12 hr period trying to work out situation.
The big issue is I will be arriving in Orl at 1030PM and after getting rental car, I would likely arrive at hotel about 12AM only to find NO RESERVATION. This would have been a stenuous/stressful situation trying to locate a hotel at 1230AM.
I ended up making reservation for Radisson Lake Buena Vista for 4 nights. NO ample compensation render by Radisson i.e. no courtesy night stay, no additional pts given, no discounted room rate, no breakfast vouchers, etc. Not a good sign of valuing your customers.
I am requesting some sort of compensation for what would have been a nightmare had I not called to confirm reservation even after receiving conf email from Radisson on Jun 4th.
Respectfully Submitted,

I stayed at the Radisson this past week (8/12-8/15) with my son, daughter, her boyfriend and 5 year old son. It was a dual birthday celebration. We were at the Radisson located at1150 Camp Hill Bypass, Camp Hill PA 17011. We arrived about 5ishpm and decided to go to the pool. They swam and I sat on the side. The pool is beautiful and looked clean. I got up to get a towel and was walking to the cabinet where the towels were held when I tripped over (at the time) I didn’t know what and fell hard on my knee, side, elbows, broke my fall with my left hand but still hit the floor with my head. My daughter and her boyfriend ran to me and I couldn’t get up. I told my daughter to go to the front desk, let them know what happened and to get ice immediately. Thank G-d because of my quick thinking, I didn’t have a concussion. Another woman who frequents the pool came over. I saw that the pools flooring by the 3′ section was some type of tiling (asphalt probably) and the squares looked like they had settle so it was like step up by about an inch, just enough for someone (like me) to trip. The woman claimed she knew about the tile and that plenty of people were tripping over it. I refused medical help and no one on staff came out to see if I was ok. I went to my room, washed up and assessed my bruises. I got a severe black eye from my forehead down toward my cheek, a sprained and bruised wrist, badly bruised knee, hip, leg, and a pulled shoulder from trying to break the fall. I chose no medical help because I knew nothing was broken and that I did not have a concussion but I was surprised that no one on staff came out to see if any help was needed because to be honest, I couldn’t get off the floor and my daughter’s boyfriend could have used some help getting me into a chair. After cleaning up I went to the front desk and the guy working the desk was shocked seeing how bad I looked. He did apologize telling me he was very busy checking people in. I didn’t really say anything. The next day I met with a “supervisor” who read my report which was filled out some hours after the incident, and showed him where I tripped but he already knew the spot. I’m writing this not as a complaint or to warn you of a lawsuit because it would be a waste of my time but in hopes someone will fix that tile so no one else will trip and possibly get hurt worse then I did. I’m still in a wrist brace and am having trouble with walking. I am a 69 year old woman who is heavy set but all in all, this should have been handled differently. The woman who was swimming told me there were quite a few people who tripped and that the floor was like this for a long time. Thank G-d the rest of my stay was quiet. I really hope this is taken care of so no one else gets hurts or worse.

had the misfortune of choosing the Radisson Fallsview. we had a reservation booked through Southwest Vacations and arrived at 1:20pm we were told the room was not ready and was “Guaranteed for 4pm” we left went to walk around and returned at 3;30pm. were again told room not ready “guaranteed for 4pm checkin” we left again and returned at 4:20 pm and were told again the room wasn’t ready. when I asked about the “guaranteed 4pm checkin” i was told that was really a guide. They were in no hurry to check us in. We later asked the maid when the room had been made up and she said 3pm. On top of that Monday morning without warning or notice the water shut off in the hotel! So no water for showering, toilet or anything else. You need to drop this hotel AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!!!
On top of that we were told we get no Radisson Rewards credit since it wasn’t booked through the Radisson website and we didn’t have a Radisson Hotel confirmation number. since it was booked as part of a Southwest Vacations Tour. In fairness, the restaurant staff and bellboy staff were extremely helpful and friendly. But the desk staff was awful and rude

My Radisson Rewards was formerly Club Carlson.
I have tried now for 4 months to log in on the website, and reset my forgotten password. I’ve called the number on the card for assistance now seven (7) times and each time I get told “We will escalate this to our IT Department to look into the matter. I have had enough!! The website is not allowing any type of login, nor is it allowing me to reset my password.
Ironically all of the “Contact Us” links lead to a “Page Can’t Be Displayed” error.
And CONVIENENTLY, there are no live people at the corporate HQ number. Just one huge voicemail.
Bravo Radisson, you have lost a customer!
Judging by the other comments I’ve read on this webpage, It seems you are losing customers by the hundreds.
Wake up and smell the coffee, which if it was anything like I had at the last hotel was as flavourful as the dish water.
Extremely disappointed in you!

This past weekend I took my family to the Radisson in Buena Park due to its great location near all of the theme parks, attractions, etc. I reserved four rooms for my family and I and I ended up very embarrassed, frustrated and angry. The hotel did not look the same as it did in the website pictures. I only stay in a 3 star or above type hotels. We could not use the hotel pool, restaurant or bar, due to them all being closed supposedly for renovations; which was not mentioned on any website when I made my reservations weeks before. I did not even get an alert to those issues even after my reservation was made. Only one elevator worked, the hotel was dirty, it had what appeared to be termite damage in certain areas, the showers had rust in them, the tv in my room did not work, several of our rooms drawers would not stay closed and microwave did not function properly in another of our rooms. To top it off there was a couple arguing and creating a scene the night we were there and then the following day around checkout time. In either instance, there was no security personnel anywhere. The hotel front desk personnel had to try and deal with the potentially violent issue and then my family and I had to step in to help this woman, to keep her from being injured/assaulted as we were checking out. This hotel should be condemned, you should not be taking reservations. This hotel is a standing liability and an embarrassment for your company. You have no right to allow any person to stay in this hotel. It is a wonder that no one has either been seriously injured or killed in this hotel. I am demanding a full refund for the horrible stay and embarrassed it caused me and my family. This was not even a 1 star hotel in its condition.

I stayed at the El Paso Radisson on Saturday 6/29/2019. I have been going to the Radisson at least twice a year for the past 9 years for staycation purposes. My husband and I began the tradition with our children when they were a lot smaller and it is a tradition I have continued. My intentions on my stay on Saturday were to check in and relax poolside throughout the entire day. I chose the Radisson over other hotels that I have frequented in the El Paso area primarily because I like that there is both indoor and outdoor pool and jacuzzi areas and that the indoor facilities are open 24 hours and are for adults only after 10 pm. I arrived at the hotel at about 1:30 pm to see if early check in was available. The young lady at the front desk informed me that there were no rooms available and stated that I would need to return closer to 3 pm. I asked her if the pool facilities were working both indoors and outdoors as that was my main concern since that was the primary reason for my stay. She confirmed that they were working.
I returned to the hotel at about 2:40 pm. I was informed that they still did not have rooms available. The young lady that was their earlier whom I had asked about the facilities recognized me and asked me “Where you the person asking about the pools earlier? Well the indoor pool will no longer be open today.” I proceeded to ask why and she stated that they had to close it and did not offer an explanation. Since they were not ready to check me in I decided to walk around the hotel facilities while I waited for my check in. I proceeded to walk to the indoor pool area to find it closed off with police officers and red caution tape. Alarmed I walked back to the front desk area and asked the young lady again what had happened in the pool area. She stated that she could not discuss it. I asked her if someone had been injured at the pool because just two days earlier a man in the El Paso area had been electrocuted in a pool and suffered fatal injuries. And I did express extreme safety concerns since my intentions were to be with my family by the pool all day. She stated that no one had been electrocuted but again offered no other information.
I had been waiting until after guaranteed check in time of 3 pm and the front desk still had no rooms available. More and more people continued to fill the lobby area and even though I had been waiting there for quite some time the young lady at the front desk proceeded to help other guests and check them in before even acknowledging me or the fact that I had been attempting to check in since 1:30 pm. At this time another young lady returned from her lunch and began helping me with my check in. As she was explaining the breakfast and handed me one pool bracelet I asked her if I could get another bracelet for the pool. The other young lady who was attending other guests and had nothing to do with our conversation stopped helping the guest she was checking in to turn around and tell me in front off all the guests that Radisson would probably need to be charging me extra for another bracelet. Feeling singled out by your employee and embarrassed at this point I asked her “So if we are staying her we cannot have a guest come and swim at the facilities?” And she stated “Yes but there will probably be extra charges for that.” And then I proceeded to tell her that I made my reservation for two guest and I was given only one bracelet.” She then ignored me and went back to continue helping her guest. The other young lady that had been attending me apologized and gave me the other bracelet.
I went to relax finally at your outside pool facility and began finding out from news reports and friends and family that a 3 year old child had drowned in the indoor pool area and that was the reason behind the closures and the police and fire department being at the hotel for a few hours. It was very alarming to find this out especially after me expressing my concern to the young lady at check in, her being consistently rude and unwelcoming and even singling me out as a guest in front of other guests. I did come across a couple at the pool area who witness all issues at check in and they expressed the appeasement they also felt towards what is supposed to be the hospitality industry.
I made and expressed my reason for being there clearly. First of, there was a detrimental issue at hand and it was handled poorly by the hotel staff. When a guest is stating the reason for being at your facilities and then your facilities aren’t even working as expected due to an emergency your employee’s are making sure to express concern about additional charges instead of trying to put at ease the guests concerns. You want to charge people extra money when your facilities aren’t even up and running as expected.
This was a very disheartening stay at Radisson and not at all the relaxing stay I was hoping for. This was an experience I will never forget and I want to make sure I warn others about an experience like mine. With so many hotel options available all over, Radisson should be more aware of how they treat their guest and how they handle situations which are of grave concern to other parents/guests.

We booked our stay through hotels.com for June 2, 2019, to June 8, 2018. Your elevator was broke closest to our room 203, the Jacuzzi was broken the entire time. TV went out for the whole facility on June 4. They gave us a free breakfast that was discusting. My daughter found a cockroach in the bathroom sink for the restaurant crawling around with no soap.
Easily in our trip the manager helped us extend our stay 1 day to leave on Sunday. She saw that hotels.com somehow split our reservation, which she said was odd. She told us we would need to check out on Saturday and pay another $100 deposit on Saturday afternoon. While walking back from Knott’s Berry Farm at 1:30pm to get lunch, your staff locked us out if our room and demanded another $100 deposit saying our reservation ended today June 7. My reservation is from June 2 to June 8 per reservation number 159026754386 not two. My kids had to use the restroom and we’re hungry. Your staff refused to open our door which had my car keys, phone, money, lap top and all belongings. They refused to let them use our restroom which we already paid for unless we paid another $100 and then another $100 tomorrow. That’s three deposits for one stay. I am so pissed. You held my belongings for ransom and no manager on site not could they be contacted. I am beyond angry. Your staff needs training. They are horrible. How dare your company do this to my family. I will share my horrible experience with everyone. Tyler Wright

I made reservations back in October for a queen suite….2 queen beds with an overlook of the lights in Bentlyville. This was done for your HarborView Radisson in Duluth Minnesota…We had a room PROMISED to us on the 15th floor that would overlook Bentlyville….After traveling for hours and being early for the 3 oclock check in we went for lunch…We arrived at the radisson at 3 for check in..To our suprise there was a VERY LONG LINE and VERY FULL lobby of people….after 30 minutes of waiting in line we got to the check in only to find out our room wasnt ready..and that when a room was available they would call us…STILL waiting an hour in the horribly filthy lobby we returned to the counter after watching almost everyone else be checked in. ONLY to be told AGAIN our room wasnt ready or available….WHY PREPAY AND MAKE RESERVATIONS A MONTH PRIOR??? We asked what was available as we had three small children we were given a room on the 12th floor (NOT WHAT WAS PROMISED OR RESERVED) 1st of 4 keys didnt work…2nd of 4 keys didnt work…ahhh 3rd key worked….its now almost 5oclock kids really needed to use the bathroom….ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? there was so much hair and filth so we called the front desk asking for a manager to come to the room..in return was told….We are busy what do you need??? Response was a clean room…we got ready to go to Bentlyville so the staff could come and clean this slum room. also offered 2 free drink tickets seeing as the room was prepaid and thats all they could do….(NEVER OFFER FREE DRINK TICKETS TO A RECOVERING ALCOHOLIC) upon our return….first thing we checked was the bathroom….STILL NASTY.We took the grandkids to the pool where there were UNRULEY UNSUPERVISED hockey kids…NO TOWELS…The MOD came and talked to us and understood our frustration at that point we were given 3 breakfast coupons to the rotating restaurant….we all turned in at 11 that night..It had been a full day…3oclock in the morning we are awake by the heat in the room…the thermostat was at 90 ARE YOU KIDDING ME..So we opened the window..NOW mind you we are on the 12th floor…the window opened WIDE..enough for a small child,an animal or debris to fall out as there were NO SAFE GUARDS OR SCREENS on the window….Finally after getting the room to a comfortable temp. we fell back to sleep….only to be waken by SPIDERS crawling on my granddaugter,,,,that was at 7am….we then decided to just go shower and go to breakfast….GUESS WHAT……NO HOT WATER…..So we went to breakfast at the rotating restaurant upon arrival there the hostess was rolling her eyes at us and kept putting her finger in our faces telling us to just wait…Finally got sat and were given 1 kids menu and 1 adult menu..there were 6 of us…We ordered our meals (the waitress by the way was FABULOUS) I had steak and eggs ordered medium on the steak my daughter had the eggs benedict…We waited 45 minutes for our meal……in that same 45 minutes the hostess continued to walk by…WE NEED REFILLS ON BEVERAGES…rolling her eyes and making gruff DISGUSTING noises,,,,FINALLY receiving our meals I cut into my steak which was BEYOND well done and the eggs on the benidict were HARD….Our Servere graciously reordered the 2 meals….30 minutes later our new meals came to the table…..Eggs STILL HARD and the steak was RAW when I cut into it…..We left the meals…ENOUGH IS ENOUGH returned to the room 1201 to pack up our things so we could leave this nightmare..While we were making sure we hadnt left anything behind we pulled the covers from the rollaway bed that my grandson slept on only to find A PEE STAINED SHEET THAT HADNT BEEN WASHED….MORTIFIED TO SAY THE LEAST…My Grandson couldnt even take a shower because there was no hot water…..We grabbed our belongings and the sheet and went to check out….We ASKED the gal…Manager at that time to speak in private.but she wouldnt…..after telling her of the ENTIRE NIGHTMARE she grabbed the pee stained sheet..(TRUST ME I WOULD HAVE ADVERTISED IT) and she did refund my 200 dollars…We shall see if it shows up on my account….THIS IS ABSOLUTLEY UNEXCUSABLE…HOW DARE YOU PUT MY FAMILYS SAFETY AND HEALTH AT RISK….THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE A SHELTER FOR THE HOMLESS…..THEY WOULD PROBABLY APPRECIATE A ROOF OVER THEIR HEADS…I ALWAYS REMEMBERED THE RADISSON AS BEING AN UPSCALE HOTEL…WHAT HAPPENED?? NEVER AGAIN WILL I PUT MY FAMILYS SAFTEY AND HEALTH TO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT..I WILL BE CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AS WELL AS THE BBB AND MOST LIKELY MY ATTORNEY….THIS IS AN UNSAFE UNHEALTHY property….THIS IS A SLUM PROPERTY at it best…..I WOULD TRULEY APPRECIATE AN EMAIL OR RESPONSE FROM YOU…NOT A RECORDING when I call

My wife & I stay at the Country Inn & Suites/Radisson, Grand Rapids, MI. On 9-21-18 thru
9-23-18. The door cards code would not open until after several swipes. Management did
replace the cards the next morning but during the course of the day we had to wait for the
desk person to Get Time in letting us in with his electronic devise due to our cards still would not work. We could not move to another room due to the hotel being full due to a festival being in town. They was honest and stated the room has been a Problem waiting to be fix and Shouldn’t have been given out? So we Inherited the Problem. Not asking for a refund but a voucher for a free two night stay at any of your Hotel Branches on our next travel. Thank you; Just two Senior Citizen who want to be treated right.

I am part of the Order of the Eastern Stars. We have a convention at Radisson Hotel Rochester Airport every year. The service was horrible this year weekend 9/20/18 – 9/21/18. No toilet paper in rooms. No staff to clean rooms. Computers down on the 21st from 7am until 4pm could not check in or out. Rooms still not ready when you got to room. Restaurant not open for people waiting to check in. Scared to leave because no system was put in place for to take names so you could go out to a eatery. then to top it all because you called for clean towels at 5:15 pm on the 22nd, garbage removal, coffee the staff come in with an attitude, make you upset and God Forgive me yelling stay I am paying for this room do your job. It was the worst stay. I asked my president to not book there next year if they do I will not be going. by the way I drove 8 hrs, never again.

I’m presently staying at the Radisson hotel at Baltimore’s inner harbor! DISGUSTING!!!! A 4 night stay has really turned into a nightmare! Housekeeping has only cleaned my room when I complain, but yet it’s being checked off as my room was cleaned. The clerk at the front desk offers me complimentary breakfast! I don’t want to eat their food they can’t even clean my room and then lie and say they did! I don’t trust that behavior! And after speaking to Sammie, the manager who assures that everything would be taken of, nothing happens! Unbelievable! I would never recommend Radisson to any of my clients!

I stayed at the Raddison Hotel Washington DC Rockville from June 25th till July 2nd, I was in room 253, They never once cleaned my room, also charged my card $800 after I had paid for to once, it took them a week to get the charge off my card, the rooms were very dirty, hallways filthly, never vacuumed all week while I was there, staff very rude including the GM manager
I think these franchises are ruining Raddison image, I will never recommend Raddison, or stay at one again.
The hotel should comp, me some thing or Raddison should send out free start at The country suites those are better than this hotel.Look forward to hear from some one.

I have used Radisson hotels in Akron Ohio on Montrose for the last 5 or 6 years the second week in June. This year was a huge disappointment. We had to switch rooms for there was no working water in our shower the first night the second and third night are Sleep Number bed deflated. when I finally spoke to the manager about it he took measly 20% off of two of the three nights we stayed there. I probably will not be using at Radisson in Akron Ohio again. This seems to be sad situation for us as we have always been treated quite well there up until this year. Even though it was a little more expensive we used to feel it was worth the money. Signed Jack

This has been the worse hotel experience ever. They gave us room # 396. Once you walk past the lobby, it gets worse. To sum it up….I pulled back the covers to get in the bed and felt something wet. I jump up and tell Jamar i think I just layed in piss. He laughed at first thinking I was crazy. He thought maybe the kids waisted their red and blue drinks. Noooooo. Its yellow and the top cover is dry. So I sniffed it and OOOOOMMMMMMGGGGGG!!! It smelled like pee.
I tried to call front desk and the phone didnt work. He walked to the front desk. He said they got us another room down the hall (319). I’m trying my best to be calm with all this and 3 kids to control. So we move all our stuff in another room. I head straight for the shower and stumbled on this hairy razor…..my kids open the closet and find dirty underwear and someone’s court paper ( I blurred out the name. I told Jamar to go tell them to get our money and we are leaving. They told him we have to call Orbitz since we booked it through them. As we drive in the middle of the night to to find a hotel I call orbits. ( deep breathe) so when the Orbits lady call the hotel they told them no one has complained to them and there is nothing they can do. They asked Jamar what was the name of the people at the desk (mind u we are driving through from Oklahoma). He didnt get her name, we just need to rest so we can get back on the road. He said one lady had a tattoo on forearm and white and black fingernail polish, blond hair, gap and skinny. When we called the hotel they act like nothing ever happened and kept asking y are we asking for names and refuse to cooperate with us. That place is not worth $139. It sucks we have to pay more money somewhere else to get some sleep. Oh..and Jamar has the video of the pee on his phone because I was too shocked to even function. So let’s see if this refresh yall memory.

This complaint is for the Radisson Hotel, West Middlesex, Pa.
They leave drunks on the dance floor with beer & mixed drinks. Tonight,6/9/18 at 9:00 p.m. a fellow broke a beer bottle on the dance floor. Four other idiots with beers in there hands came to his assist. this has become a common thing now. Years ago the bands would make an announcement that no drinks were aloud on the dance floor. Why have they stopped???
A year or so ago they had to replace the floor because of all the spilled drinks.
This is not just men but young women too. This is every week they have a band.
Been going to the Radisson for the last 20 years including there New Years party’s.
The guards and management do nothing to stop it.

We had to rent a room on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 due to some plumbing issues at home. My dad had just been discharged from the hospital that evening with Bronchial Pneumonia and a heart condition. When we arrived at the Radisson in Buena Park it was around 9-9:30 pm. We went to our “Suite” and my first impression was this looks disgusting and it does not look like no suite. Well low and behold my dad gets to sleep on the sofa bed and once i opened it up what i found was DISGUSTING!! The pillows were stained with blood, no sheet and the mattress was soooo worn out that not even a stray animal would be able to sleep on that (i have pictures).. I called my daughter in law to take a look at this couch so she runs back to the bedroom to check her sheets and low and behold they were dirty and stained. We called the front desk to complain so they sent maintenance and all he could say was “Well, were getting 200 new sofas tomorrow, I can bring you another mattress” REALLY!! How can you continue to rent out rooms under those unhealthy, deplorable conditions at $185.00/night!! We had to get on the phone at 11:00pm to find another hotel to stay at. We had 2 kids, 1 sick elder, along myself, my son and daughter in law. Were still trying to contact corporate to file a complaint and to top things off they charged my daughter in laws card twice (Online and at the front desk)!!

Raddison Jamaica Queens NY.This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. The Room was awful. The bathroom door was broken and could not be closed. The coffee pot plug was broken, window cracked and tv off. Horrible. Not only was everything broken but other guests entered my room with an additional key card. The exact same thing happened to another guest while I was at the front desk. The hotel duplicated the same cards and kept double booking the room. That Is So Dangerous!!
The hotel offers luggage storage for a fee. My headphones and Clarisonic were taken out of my bag. The Hotel Manager never returned my call and I was supposed to receive a refund and after over a month of hassling I still have not received it. The corporate offices told me to file a police report and there was nothing that they would do. I live in Austin TX and This was in Jamaica Queens NY. Seriously? Terrible company

Radisson Coliseum in Greensboro, NC is the dirtiest hotel ever!!!
They dare to charge me over $218 a night for a dirty room. Couldn’t find any other hotel because it was the Furniture Market and there was no vacancy anywhere in the area.
Had to go and get bug spray and spray the dirty stained mattresses of my daughter and mine because we were bug bitten.
Radisson should be ashamed of charging those prices for this place that is the nearest thing to a crack house!

I recently stayed at the Radisson Inn Fort worth South on 10/8/2017. I rented two rooms for me and 3 of my friends. When we checked they did have two rooms for me but only king beds. It was 11:30 at night and we had been driving most of the day. So we just went with it. But at 2am another customer was given the same room and walked into our room why we were asleep. This was the most uncomfortable situation you could imagine. On top of that very unsafe for both parties. The person walked back out once seeing the room was occupied. About 15 minutes later they comeback up with security banging on the door. Interrogating us on why we are in the room. This was the most unprofessional hotel I have ever been to. The next morning the front desk worker was being slammed with people complaining about their stay. We finally got to the desk to figure out what had happened and wanting some sort of compensation for this event. But he was no help and the manager was not in until 11. We had appoints to be at . So he gave us the managers card. I have called 5 times since Monday. Left messages on the managers phone and with the front desk to please return my calls. IT is now Thursday, I called again and was sent to voicemail. I called back and the lady at the front desk said she would go get her. Still no time to talk to me and still waiting for a call back. This is inexcusable. I am now calling corporate to see what can be done.

Horrible customer service is an understatement. After signing a contract in july to reserve roomd for my wedding event, and also confirming my reservation the day before, I arrive at the hotel and was told that they have no record of my reservation. I not only needed the room to stay for the night but also to get ready in with my bridesmaids for my wedding. The wedding was starting in an hour and a half. The representative, Mary, who was assisting me was rude from the minute I got to her counter. She was constantly rolling her eyes and was willi g to put no effort into helping me. At one point when I was trting to explain to her that I had a contract signrd by her manager, she put her hand up in my face for me to stop talking. I was astonished at how disrespectful the staff treats their guests. The radisson is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Even after showing her my contract she stated that the contract is done with sales and has nothing to do with them. I was very upset. Only after I mentioned that I’ll just get ready in a friends room did they accommodate me and said they would give me the suite i reserved initially. I received no apology. A manager never contacted me. I was 45 min late to my wedding because I was at the front desk for half an hour trying to get my room. It was awful and the worst experience that I have ever encountered.

I stayed at the Radisson hotel in Baltimore downtown on July 29th to July 30th. My first issue was the room was extremely cold that I could not stay in the room. I called for someone to turn the air down and they took hours to fix that issue….. The most important issue was when it was time to lay down…I saw a stain thought it was something spilled on the sheet so I pulled the sheet back and it was blood on the bed….which means the sheets were never changed from the previous guest….Totally unacceptable!!!! I called the front desk again the manager came and saw it then offered me a $35 voucher for their restaurant… He said he could not refund me because I booked through Hotels Tonight…. That’s fine but the least they could have done was offer a free night in my hometown.

I stayed in a Radisson in New Rochelle in NY. I had a confirmed room for 5 and when I arrived they said there were onky beds for 4 and fire code did not allow a rollaway. They refused to take repsonsibility for the mistake and would not give me a room that would accomodate 5. I has a wedding for my neice to attend in an hour and I had no choice but to take the room to get ready. When I returned home, I complained to Radisson but they keep on insisting fire code would not allow a 5th bed. Ok! But then why did you confirm. O had a choice to go to the residence inn around the corner for a similar price and they had 5 beds. I had thought the Radisson was a more up scale hotel and foe that reason I booked this room Had I known my teenage son would have had to sleep on the floor cuz the room did not accomodate 5, then I would have made the xhoice to go elsewhere. why will they not admit they were wrong.

I want to be contacted immediately regarding our stay at the Radisson Hotel in Schaumburg Illinois. I have tried to work with this hotel as well as hotels.com as this was booked thru hotels.com. But if I do NOT have this resolved I will be reporting both Radisson and hotels.com to the BBB and leave all my comments regarding our stay. One we arrived late and in a hurry to drop our bags in our room and get to medieval times for the father’s day tickets I had purchased for my husband. We literally ran in our room, dropped our stuff and ran back out. We returned to our room for less than 5 minutes after Medieval times and returned sometime after midnight. We were too tired to “inspect” the hotel (which we should NOT have to do) as this was supposed to have been an excellent hotel. We woke up in the morning, there was a BIG yellow stain on our sheet (which i wish to god i would have seen before i slept in the damn bed) and nasty black hairs all in the sink (don’t get me started on what i think or don’t think it could be) it’s disgusting. We couldn’t even brush our teeth that morning as i wanted to puke….these hairs were all in the sink and around the sink. We stayed on 6/16 and checked out 6/17. I have contacted the manager at this site, as I’m NOT paying for this stay and I will have it reversed and disputed by my bank if this is not taken care of. I do NOT want a free nights stay, this hotel is NOT worth it, let alone the 3hr drive we had to drive to get there.

I am a former enployee at the Radisson Northeast Philadelphia Hotel located at 2400 Lincoln Hwy in Trevose, PA. I was wrongfully terminated on June 16, 2017 due to ficticious complaints from the housekeeping department manager and general manager. Both manager and general manager errorously scheduled me to work the 3rd shift alone with no assistance on June 15, 2017 with the complete knowledge of a work overload. In addition to scheduling mismanagement within the housekeeing department, there is payroll fraud iinvolved as well. Upon termination from Radisson, I was not given a write-up or a termination letter as protocol from management. Within my 30 days of employment at Radisson, I have not received a ‘clock-in’ I.D. or a uniform shirt as provided by Radisson upon hire. Proper protocol again was not followed. Housekeeping manager fraudulently stated to me I would be employed as full time upon hire. My schedule was not. I was employed 32 hours. This department as well as this location needs to be investigated not only by Radisson Corporate, but also by The Department Of Labor immediately.

Radisson Grenada was one of the most horrible vacation that I had ever experienced. The stay there was very unpleasant, some of the staffs were very unprofessional, rude, and unfriendly. During our stay we had staffs that were accompanying us while we were eating our breakfast every morning, they were monitoring us from the moment we started to eat until we were finished. We had to contact the operator to get our room serviced for the first two days, we were ignored at the Bamboo Lounge Restaurant, then one of the staff made a rude comment ” wishing for sickness” on our return flight. We were checked out of our rooms while our luggages was still there. Because of the services that was received we will not be returning to Radisson Grenada or any of its hotels or affiliations. We are greatly dissatisfied and disappointed at the services that was received.
