I have played your Texas Hold’Em Poker for years and to date have been screwed left and right by bots which takes all my chips. The cards are miss leading and the winners normally are the last card killers. It’s a shame that we pay and spin to get chips and the program takes it all back almost every time I play.
Also, my wife has the option to watch videos and collect millions of chips and I can’t get that option on my windows computer. So I’m so tried of money making games that screw it’s customers.

I have been playing Texas Hold em for a few years now and the bot situation is out of control. I play the tables everyday but recently I have started playing less. It’s like there is a bot on every table, wiping out the honest players. I can tell by their stats and the way they play, but sometimes it’s also a bluffer. Zynga needs to clean up the bots. You state it’s fair play, not even close. Please don’t email me back and state you control the bots on the tables, in all the years I have been playing it’s the worse I’ve ever seen.

i love playing wizard of oz but i started noticing if i bought chips i was charged double, i have my bank statements and text messages to prove this, i notified google and zynga, google is being helpful to restore this money but zygna refuses to admit to any wrong doing on their part, they was rude and didnt even want to try to hear about it. Google is working to fix this issue glad to see im am not the only one who is having problems with Zygna seems they care nothing about their customers, hopefully with google working on this and my bank statements as proof im pretty sure it will get corrected in a court room very quickly. people work hard for their money and should not be treated this way!

Since Sept 28th 2017, I have been trying to get my account back. I was on FB playing FV when taken off by FB to do a scan on FB or FV I take it with TrendMicro that FB has you to download for scanning. Afterwords you always have to change your password, but only this time it wouldn’t take my password and lock me out of my game FB and FV altogether. I have written FB support several time about this, and even call the company with no luck. I have no idea why I have been locked out of my game or FB. I contacted Windows, and Google Chrome to see if they could help even contacted Microsoft to help, with them cost me $ 52 with no luck in getting FB or FV back. I since then have turn in a complaint to the BBB in order to get my ACCOUNT back.. FB support has never said why I was locked out I did tho try to open acct in the same name in hopes they would know it was me.. but was locked out and phone number taken off my acct. was a VIP now am not, tho they took the money this money and didn’t send it back to my bank. I have been with FB and FV for many years and have spent lots of money over those years on my farms.. all I want is my darn account and my farms.. everything the way it was before all this happened..that is it.. nothing more.. I have the ID number, I do have friends that can vouch for me, and I will make sure that I do not make the same mistake again. I am not one to voice my opinion online but, having endured multiple hacks in Zynga Poker over 20b in chips and thousands of dollars spent over 17 years of achieving to b a VIP player and the support team hiding behind the TOS saying you are responsible for your security and not wanting to compensate is puppykok.
Let’s see where these stocks will go when nobody will buy chips because of hacks and ranking the worst poker site. This year has been the worst of hacks in Zynga’s career. If this is how you treat your loyal VIP players I believe you will be having many disgruntle people and massive lawsuits.
This should not constitute for being hacked of them! Especially when you sell these for cash this becomes a monetary federal theft. And because you have a team that records all plays and have the tools to know the hacker becomes a lawsuit for not taking the responsibility for restoring either the chips that were taken or the cash that was paid for them. Your customers deserve to know and have rights of who the culprits are as to be able to get compensated for their duress and breach of security.
Get it right Zynga especially when you are making your players show government id’s then everyone playing your game should be carded. This will stop alot of these hackers!!!

I play Farmville II Country Escape. I used to play Farmville but issues got so bad I quit. Now so, so many problems with Country Escape it is wearing on my whole co-op. Why can’t you get the issues under control and stop adding to the issues and not tending to them. Maybe you need to hire new programmers. I played on Pogo site for years and never saw it have issues. They shut down once a week and updated. At least ee knew we couldn’t play for an hour or two.

So I decided after playing Dawn of titans that I really enjoyed it. Got lucky and got a three star titan. A few more weeks (tonight) I decided to spend 20dollars, on a chance for a 4 star titan at level 15- or higher. I received a 2 star …. please rectify my purchase. Idk what I need to say but I feel robbed and I really love the game, it’s great. Does it help that I am a veteran ( do you need my dod #)? I have played Farmville for years. In fact, this is the only reason I even have a facebook account. But recently, the game has some most unfortunate glitches. I try to spend time on Farmville exoress, but the crops do not grow. Trying to get a human in their customer support can not happen.
I am watching everyone else pass me by as I get spanked on the quests and weekly competitions. Does not make sence to continue playing.
one more week of sinking deeper into the hole and them time cancel farmville and facebook.

Last week the weekly challenge came onto the screen over the game and I can’t play, sometimes it comes off for a little while and then back on tha next morning. The challenge is on the screen now and I am unable to play for at least 6 am until 2pm (now) and it’s still obscuring the screen. Living in Vegas over 12 years, I understand slots run hot and cold, but when it comes to BONUS coins at certain intervals that post then immediately disappear on the Wizard of Oz Slots game, that is an entirely different matter. Zynga with its Hit It Rich, Wizard of Oz and now Black Diamond slots has without a doubt the best games to be found on the internet, but Customer Service/Support is virtually non existent which frustrates loyal players to no end. I have been tracking lost BONUS coins on my own account (Wizard of Oz slots) and to date (23 Oct 2015) that amount is 432,119,000 coins. Zynga in a rare response acknowledges they are aware of the problem and are working on fixing it and even offer periodic promotions with hourly coins bonus (when and if it actually pays) put it has yet to resolve the problem which seems only to affect those using Facebook on a PC and not their smart device app. One would think Zynga would just as a Customer Appreciation For Patience award 500,000,000 coins (which may sound like a lot, but with ever increasing “XP” requirements for level progression…it is a pittance). And while most games you gain “XP” privileges for, in previews (games open just for a brief time) you get no XP credit for, which is pretty unorthodox since players are still spending their coins to play and SHOULD be counted towards the next level. It is sad that the best slot game on the web is so frustrating (Wizard of Oz). Zynga you need to put Customer Service and Support back as a priority.

Players can play 3 to 5 times more often and so the boredom of Hold Em is relieved. PLUS pots are multi-way so many pots are much larger than when playing No-Limit Hold Em.

I have complained and actually got a one time credit of 300+ but that was to shut me up. I need someone other than myself to look into this fraudulent game. He is nothing but a greed driven bastard that moved his call center overseas because he can pay 3 bucks an hour to an employee there and opposed to what he used to pay here. I spoke with a woman from Google that worked in the same building that Zynga used to have their tech support and other operations out of. She said they were always understaffed, underpaid for what was DEMANDED of them, and they were treated poorly by Mr. Pincus himself. None of these games are free. Free to download, but one must open thy wallet if one wishes to actually participate in any other parts of said game. My missing resources are also never replaced. I found that cussing and calling billing hourly helps. I have stopped playing FV and FV2. I hoped the phone app would be different. It’s a money grubbing nightmare full of bugs and glitches. I feel sorry for any parent whose children play these games. I don’t know they could begin to afford it. I’m on a fixed income and have little for entertainment. I have found other games that are more fun, like Kill Shot. I can pretend the insurgents are Zynga employees and blow them up!

I have been playing FV2 for more than 2 years. But this last year has been absolutely painful. When i e mail the staff of problems it is as if they are clueless about my concerns. The U1st bonus collector hasn’t worked in months. I have repeatedly to have it fixed. Most of the techs don’t know what it is. Fertilizer count does not work. Spinning wheel does not work. When I complained they asked me what was wrong with it expansions are overpriced. Really everything is over priced. The order board is ridiculous barely anyone can keep up. I won 1st place in the new state fair. Was kicked out and sent back to farm with nothing. Sent 6 complaints. Never compensated. Power didn’t work. Wasted money. 4 more complaints. They continually lied and made up bullXXXXX story’s. Missing resources never replaced. Clicked on gifts I never received I can go on and on. So sad I love FV2. Will not play it anymore. Basically I think all of you are low life money grubbing thieves. Zynga Continues to violate the Internet Fraud protection act! There are so many problems with there poker site. They favor low levels, foreigners over high levels, Americans! I’ve on Zynag poker for 5 yrs & recently found out that they r being sued by there own people Stock Fraud! They have downsized there company while increasing there cash flow! I call that a JUNK Company! They have more then 3000 complaints against them on the Better Business Bureau mainly for fraud! I am not sure where my previous comment went so I am reporting it. I had over 3.5 million coins and was at level 171 on hit it rich when I received an error message and it all disappeared. To make it worse, I had paid for most of the coins with iTunes cards. I really like the games so I would be happy to have my balance and level restored. If that is not possible, I want a refund. I was on version 1.2.5055 when the error occurred this past week.

I’ve lost over 300 million chips on zynga poker due to your new program changes these new programs have slowed the the game play but didnt slow the timer down …so I was being folded when I wanted to keep playing the hand ….what I dont get is why is a 3 billion dollor asset cvompany having so much trouble ..plus there is accually no way to contact anyone about the problems all you get is answering machines …I’ve been with zynga for 5 years I had chips taken without reimberstment now I’m just being robbed straight in my face without any care from zynga and I say robbed because I’ve spent money to get chips just to play a game that has worse odds then vegas

I spent over $100 to log 185k+ points and #1 position in the last event. I have not received the promised award dog yet, three weeks later. I have logged two complaints via the website. Zynga has recognized this almost universal problem with a brief statement on the game. Now here is mine. If I do not receive an immediate email with resolution I will file a Better Business Complaint. If that fails I will advertise for other players who feel similarly cheated to look at class action. Enough. Do not fail to grasp that I will spend more money gaining resolution than I have wasted on you services. If you are a new player, expect great promises to get your money but poor follow through on Zynga’s part.

It has been months of back and forth emails wondering if you will make Words With Friends compatible with my new android tablet. I have been assured that someone in the library I’ll look into my problem. So far uncorrected.
I have a Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 and the game won’t work properly. I have installed and reinstalled it 19 times. At best I have gotten 4 games out of it but once I close it, it wont reopen….often it crashes my screen to black before u close it.

I am hoping this will fall into the hands of someone who gives a damn about their loyal players. For two years players have been complaining of not being able to play Chefville due to constant refreshing of the page when it loads. Although my problem just started 4 Jul 14, I am feeling that no one cares if the problem has been going on this long. Also, I notice that the page for bug report submission was last updated on Feb 18, 2014. Another clue that no one at Zynga is paying attention to the player’s reports. I, as well as hundreds, if not more players love this game but cannot play. I would not put a product on the market that I did not wholly support and back with good customer service, why would you? It has been the millions of fans who have made millions of dollars for you and I don’t think that a little customer service and attention to how to improve your games is asking too much. I am tired of hearing the same regurgitated speech about switching browsers, emptying cache, updating flash players, and if that doesn’t work please let us know. It is not OUR computers Zynga, it is your servers. With millions of players I can expect and understand that sometimes servers crash or need to be taken down for maintenance but I can’t understand no one there being able to fix the glitch in our games. The people that work there should be computer experts and if they wrote the game they should know how to fix it. All we want in the Chefville community is to be able to play this game………TODAY!!!!

There is an artist out there whose work is to be commended by his/her outstanding attention to detail, making characters very expressive, and whose hard work and talent are obvious in the game of Wizard of Oz. The Wizard of Oz is loved and treasured by young and old alike. A new movie came out, which would also generate more interest in the game.
Because of this artists ability to give such wonderful personality to the characters, I grew attached to my munchkins. I visited my land while having my morning coffee every day for over a year, making it to level 44 and to the Scarecrow. This game had something for everyone, be it farming, building, fighting, target practice, or visiting other players lands. The most exciting was traveling the yellow brick road, anticipating meeting up with the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion. Also anticipated was getting to see what wonderful delights awaited us in Oz, thanks to the supremely talented artist who designed it.
I hear that the reason Zynga axed the beloved game, Wizard of Oz, is that they weren’t making enough money. I can tell you that I spent money on gems just to provide some support to the game, and I know others that did as well. I want to add that I would be very willing to pay for the download if that was needed. I see games going for $10 on the game app sites. I have never paid to download a game app before, but I would be happy to pay to download the Wizard of Oz game, even if that meant having to start the game over from scratch. There are a lot of people who want this game back. We aren’t interested in slots or violent mobster games. We loved Oz for it’s wholesomeness and nostalgia.
Please, bring back the Wizard of Oz. Have a brain-by this, I mean that you would make money by making it a paid app since a lot of people love this game and since there is a new Oz movie coming out, it would generate even more interest. Have a heart-by this, I mean that there are a lot of people who love this game, who depended on this game for stress relief and consider the loss of the game as a loss of a dear friend. You may not make tons of money, but I’m sure you would make enough. Muster up your courage by realizing you’ve hurt a lot of people and you need to make it right. Please Bring the Wizard of Oz game back.

My name is Tawney Beaver. I have been a follower and player of several of your
games for many years. I’m going to be posting this message to your players forums, and
I’ll also be sending this message to your headquarters in San Francisco as I believe
that the gamers have some things we would like to get across. We need help. Plain and
simple. We all LOVE your games (especially chefville!) We have a large 1,000+ member
group just to help other chefville players. We, the gamers, have had long discussions
about the game. There are several issues that a majority of us feel are not being
addressed and its making gameplay nearly impossible.
#1: Goals are IMPOSSIBLE. We understand that your company has said before that we
don’t have to do the goals, just to ignore them… Then please let us ignore them.
Please give us the option to delete the goals, or please give us a way to
organize them so we can locate the goals were working on without having to go thru a
one-hundred page list of goals! One of our biggest problems is we are unable to play
the game because of the constant rollouts. Again, we know you guys say “we don’t have
to do them” but the game can’t take more and more, your rollouts are making it
impossible to get in game, there is just too much stuff to load!! Please, your players
are begging you, slow it down.
#2: We really need to be able to contact someone at zynga when we are having issues
we cannot solve ourselves. For example, I know SEVERAL player who have lost ChefCash
and can do nothing about it because we have no one to contact besides other players in
the players forums. I understand you might not have that kind of manpower, maybe just
allow us to email for these types of things that we need your assistance for? We need
to have the ability to contact your people with things we cannot fix ourselves.
#3: The techinical issues in game are becoming staggering, and a daily occurance.
There is not a day that goes by that your players don’t get an “oops refresh”. Again,
we believe this could be avoided simply by slowing down the amount of new goals you
give us, if you slow those down, more people might be able to play and enjoy the game.
#4: I cannot express this enough, please put more focus on fixing the games technical
issues, there is too much focus on new rollouts rather than fixing the games current
problems. The things we hear most often from neighbors are as follows…
*Inability to visit and/or delete neighbors, which is very important in gathering
of salt and pepper, some of the toughest things to find in game.
*Lack of space due to constant items we must have for rollouts. Making “seasonal”
or “short term” items non-permanent would help tremendously!
*The inability to address technical issues that arise in game which halts game
progress.
Let me end this with a couple of positive notes, we love your games. We really do. You
have an EXTREMELY loyal fanbase! You’ve brought people from around the world together,
and we appreciate all you do. These are just words from your players, who are hoping
that some improvements are made to make the game as fun as it should be. We know you
probably get 1,000’s of emails a day about your games, but we really hope this one
is taken to heart as it sums up what each and every player is begging for, a game we
can all play and enjoy again. We don’t ask too much, we are your loyal game players
and all we ask is for a little help to make this game playable again. I know that as
with any business, the bottom line is money, and I get that! But let me assure you,
if the items above are taken seriously and you are able to do something about the
game issues, I would GUARANTEE that you’d see an increase in revenue! Common
sense tells us that people will be more likely to spend money on a game that
works consistently and is properly maintained by the creators. This would truly be a

I have been playing Yoville for years now and to see it will end March 31 2014, this isnt right to the customers that invested hundreds in the game, and it is decided to end it all. It isnt right, to all of us. Why cant the game be converted to a newer updated Yoville where characters look better etc.. and have all the houses and items people have convert with it. Yes, I am lucky to play for free via FaceBook however over the past year or so I have stopped playing most of your games. I am now only playing CityVille and FarmVille2 but I am ready to quit these last two as well. In the past, technical problems were handled within a reasonable period of time. Now, there is no way possible to reach your technical department. I had thought of joining the “paying” zynga program last year but with some of those negative comments I decided against it. If you would rather not have people playing your “free” games, then kindly let us know. I play Zynga poker on my iPad. The game has more bugs than a McDonald’s dumpster. It has been so bad that I keep a record of every game on an Excel spreadsheet. In the last week alone I have been shorted $13,500, $9,000 and another $9,000. (The last two both happened today (11/2/2013) for third place in a $5000 Sit & Go tournament. I’ve sent repeated complaints to Customer Service (which is a joke) and all I get are 3-4 auto-responses that say ‘HELP IS ON THE WAY’.
I don’t know who is working in customer service but they need to be O U T! And rather than the programmers spending time making little chat bubbles for the tables, THEY NEED TO BE GETTING THE BUGS OUT OF THE GAME!

My account was hacked all my chips were stolen and on top of being hacked my account gets banned out of nowhere for some b.s. violation 4 that I didn’t even do what kind security team is working for you guys? Customer support doesn’t even respond to me anymore I used to love this poker site now I’m a serious detractor.

Happy Black Jack is a great game. However, the hands are a little on the unrealistic side.
I have a really hard time believing that these are “random” deals. Way too many 5 card hands, and 4 card 21’s. Just not feasible!!

I am unable to play my Words With Friends Free app for the past week or so. Every time I try to play, the game either freezes or crashes. I have tried the fixes I found online and nothing is working. It is also impossible to reach customer service. What’s up? Please help me get this fixed as I really enjoy this game. Thank you!

I have been having problems with crafting items needed for construction of rides for quests. This is the second time I will lose out on the big prize because I keep getting messages that the game is connecting to the server and then refresh your page. I lost the prize for the bungee ride and am halfway done with the Halloween Kraken ride. I can’t craft the Pink Tentacle. Please fix this matter asap!!!!!! Time is running out.

WORDS WITH FRIENDS malfunction:
I ahve been unable to play for 3 days due to a new “fix” which shuts down the program after telling me cheerfully that it’s been “fixed” and just needs to restart.
This is sooo frustrating- I LOVED WWF.

The initial notice says:
“We’ve repaired an issue with your app that requires a restart. We’ll close the app for you- just relaunch it and you’ll be good to go!”
I do that and it pops up again after I try and make a move.

Regarding game support…I am writing because I attempt to explain a problem on your user support and when I hit SUBMIT I always get a “sorry we are experiencing problems” message…tried many times. So I will ask here in hopes you can help. I am playing Words With Friends. My user name is “Just Ellen,” your support page says you will do an “auto resign” after 11 days. I have been away from Hidden Chronicles for 6+ months for personal reasons and on my return I find myself inundated with tasks to do, puzzles to make, lands to complete and my computer will not cope with it, let alone myself (I had a nervous breakdown), I would really like somebody to contact me to see if there is a way of sorting out my problems, I have sent e.mails, tweeted so many times I can’t remember and am still awaiting a response. I think it is really bad when a company as large as this does not have a customer service department.

i would be interested in joining a group of individuals to begin a class action lawsuit against zynga; they effectively have stolen cash value money from me and many others they have taken away our ability to communicate with them and refuse to respond on the twitter account they now direct you too even though the games are played and sponsored on facebook they ignore their customer service request completely. if there is any attorney out there that would be interested in taking legal actions against zynga for their failure to perform please contact me right away. i am pretty sure this post will be deleted that is why i am also sending it to the editors of several us news papers and to the major broadcasting stations and other gaming sites as well as to as many of the zynga advertisers as possible. along with a whole host of other complaints that is actually costing there advertiser customer and money.

My wife enjoys playing “Words with Friends” using the name ‘Bres Grace’…. or at least she did enjoy it. This morning at 2:30 am, she was playing a person named ‘zyngawf_54687395. She recieved a one-word message from this individual that was very vulgar…. since then she has not wanted to play.
