I honestly didn’t want to leave this horrible review. But due to the fact of me wasting my money, that doesn’t sit well with me. My stay at Viceroy SM was pleasant until I came across manager William, who wasn’t pleasant. I went to a steakhouse and spent almost 300, party of 1. I didn’t eat much and returned back to the hotel. The next day, I had no idea my room or hotel wasn’t equipped with a microwave. I asked the hotel manager William if he could possibly warm up my food. (And he simply stated no because of a health code violation). He wasn’t remorseful at all!!. He didn’t even try to warm up my food in the staff room microwave!! He just declined me, like I wasn’t even a guest. And I thought it was strange during the conversation that William mentioned that I live in New York. And asked how do you know I live in New York? He stated, “Oh, because I looked at your profile.” I was never checked in by William. This is a huge safety issue for me. Obviously, being a female solo traveler with human traffic this made me feel very uneasy. I wasted money/food and my privacy was invaded
