Hello I just felt like I should leave a comment about all the plastic that is used in your candy. I know everyone’s trying to be green these days and not use plastic bags and stuff but your candy uses way too much plastic per serving you just might want to think about how to be respectful of the planet while providing people with what they want.

I am trying to reach the Topps/Bowman legal or compliance office to report a huge number of counterfeit reprints in the marketplace. There are a number of Mike Trout counterfeit that are consistently some of the most commonly sold. Sellers on eBay, etsy, mercari, etc. are actively selling hundreds and have sold hundreds. Amazing across the entire United States the same # 1 of 1, or # 018 of 150, or # 1 of 5 same counterfeits are found. Who can I get exact details to?
I also want to comment on the generosity of the Joe and Naomi Shorin. I was away at college, when my father had a massive heart attack. My mother saw the Shorins when she returned from the hospital, having been told that my father was in critical condition (he did survive and passed away 3 years later). Mrs. Shorin asked my mother what had happened and my mother explained my father;s condition and was babbling on about my being in college and my sister was in graduate school in the City. Mrs. Shorin called my mother the following day and said that they would like to pay my tuition at college, but not to tell anyone about it. My mother thanked them profusely and refused this incredible offer, but stated that if they couldn’t afford it, I would return to New York, but there was no need for me to change my plans. My mother was overwhelmed by their offer since they were just friendly neighbors and never forgot it. Both families subsequently moved to Manhattan and I lost contact with the boys, but my mother continued to visit Naomi Shorin in the nursing facility where she spent the rest of her life.
I have related this story to my children and grandchildren so that the Shorin’s generosity is remembered.
what ever happened to the Shorin family. I grew up living next door to them on President St in Brooklyn from the late 1930s to the early 1950s, I remember Aleda, Joe, Jr and Arthur and their parents, Joseph Sr and Naomi. It was a lovely family. During the war, we tested their bubble gum and compared it to Fleers. since I was not allowed to chew gum, I buried the remains in our front lawn. I remember the slogan that Naomi Shorin wrote during the war: “One penny one Topps, Two penny two Topps, Don’t talk chum, chew Topps gum”
I am leaving this message because I am not happy with how I have been treated concerning a card. I bought out of a pack. Sabrina has not really helped, she always has an excuse and does not answer her phone or return calls as she states in her voicemail. I have been a customer of topps for over 50 years. This is not the topps company I have dealt with. I sent my card and just want a fair replacement and or my card. Please ask her to do the right thing

When I was 12 years old my cousins and I collectec/traded and yes sometimes stole baseball cards from one another. I had as far as I can remember the 1957 baseball card set complete, I / we cherished looking at them, I had it up until the time I was dreafted in 1965 for active service. When I returned from service I found out my mother had thrown my collection away. (SHE HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE IMPORTANCE TO ME) Now I am 74 years old and would like to know if you have this set available and the price for the complete set as I would like to leave it to my grandson who plays little leage when I leave this world.
hello my name is James Wells I am a campfire victim on November 8th 2018 I lost everything forced to evaluate my home with no warning I managed to pack most of my card collection in my car but due to grid lock traffic we were forced to flee on foot leaving the most important personal possession my card collection of 3 generations my grandpa’s and dad’s and mine witch I was hoping to leave my son who is a avide card collector himself I am trying to start over and buying 2018 & 2019 sports cards but with losing my job and having to relocate to Idaho I was hoping fellow card enthusiasts like myself would help me get back to having the collection I had befor the fire I know it will never be the collection my family has been putting together since the 1940s but it could be something to keep the family tradition going when I present them to my son like my grandpa did to my dad and my dad did to me any help would be much-appreciated
A few weeks back, I asked for help for information about an Albert Pujols, 2001 Topps Chrome, Gold Edge, #596. Under the number, are the words Holofoil Rainbow, which I was told by a few “retailers” it was a Retrofactor. Well, I have been collecting since 1980, and have several 2001 Topps cards that in fact have the word RetroFractor under the number, so it is not a RETROFRACTOR, it is a HOLOFOIL RAINBOW. I believe the card to be somewhat rare. Have not heard one thing from Topps.
Purchased a card in September, Still have not received. Talked to customer service ( that alone is a joke!!) Tried to speak to a manager, ( Sabrina) left messages no response! Customer service for this company on a scale of 1-10, would be a one, and that’s being generous. I stopped buying products from topps.com, what a shame to lose business over not helping the customer!! I hope maybe one day, panini will take the rest! In closing also left messages to management in corporate office, and still cannot get to anybody that could make a decision. I hope someone of importance reads this!! Your former customer

You’ll never get a reply from Topps since 2010. Topps makes small cards as inserts because a small percentage of collectors like these stupid cards. As you can tell I hate them as much as the original person with this question… Yet Topps puts these minis in Allen &Ginter, Gypsy Queen, regular Topps products, etc.
Topps hasn’t cared about ANY of it’s customers since Disney’s FAILED CEO (Michael Eisner) took over Topps in 2010. Eisner made the most respected & trusted card company for over 65-years into a JUNK company WITH NO HOBBY RESPECT in less than 5-years!
First nearly all Duryea, PA Topps employees stole nearly all expensive redemption and replacement autographs, then Topps sent nothing but WORTHLESS common player autographs with very low serial numbers as replacements taking advantage of Beckett’s TOTALLY WRONG pricing of common player autographs (no matter how few were made!). Plus Topps didn’t use the VALUE of the cards collectors entered via online redemption codes, Topps used CURRENT prices and as all veteran collectors know, most of these cards go DOWN significantly in price the 3-5 years Topps was making collectors wait for their autographs!
Absolutely correct James, same thing has and is happening to me. I got the redemption of the Japanese phenom Yu Darvish Bowman Sterling limited Showcase Auto Rookie whom was promoted and advertised all over by Topps on their boxes, packages, and other items. It was over 2 1/2 years of waiting and checking in on the redemption. Only to find out that they don’t even have the card, he never signed, Topps said?? The biggest case hit at the time and I won it but they waited until the price dropped to offer me .25 cents on the dollar for todays price based on e-bay sales. But how did they put a price on an item which has not sold because it does not exist? Total bull crap and I have been dealing with that jerk off Ryan with regards to redemptions and value. But that sack of s**t won’t see it the consumers way who pays full price for hobby baseball cards. Topps business is destroying a hobby with these antics and flooding the market with too many products and autos. How do you sell something you do not have?? That is consumer fraud and I will be writing a letter to the States Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. Class action lawsuit???? Think Panini and Hockey
I have come to the whole hearted conclusion that your organization is completely and totally corrupt from top to bottom. My entire family plays Topps Huddle. My wife, myself, and my two eldest sons. We were ALL recently suspended from the chat / being able to make comments on the feed. When I emailed to find out what was going on, I was given a very loose explanation that I was using “provocative” language. I have NEVER EVER used such language in my personal life let alone on some application. I do have over 300 screen shots of certain traders making what most people would feel are provacative comments. One in particular went on a rant about snorting drugs, banging women, drinking alcohol and getting high. YET HE IS STILL ON YOUR APP????????? HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE??? I have never uttered so much of a curse word on your app. I see these same traders cussing / bullying other traders and yet they are not touched. I and other traders see BIG SPENDERS GETTING AWAY WITH WHAT EVER THEY WANT AND NOT HAVING TO ANSWER TO YOUR TOS violations. Why is this? Why has nobody with your team gotten back to me with proof of what I said that was deserving of a perma chat ban?? THERE ISNT ANY PROOF THATS WHY!!!! The trader that wanted me out JPHILBECK who spends a stupid amount of money on your application and told one of your members he wanted me out ( I had some cards and he was jealous of the fact his money could not buy them ) your team members granted him his request so he would continue to spend thousands. This is illegal and in a court of law there is no doubt in my mind you would LOSE. If you think for a second I’m alone in this – think again. Have have 20 plus emails of other traders reaching out to me as they just couldn’t wrap their heads around how a trader like me who gives card to new traders all the time, talks and helps other traders with real life problems outside of Topps, could be suspended from chatting for good. I’m done reaching out to you. I’m sick to my stomach with what I’ve seen go on in this app. I’m reaching out to my lawyer and you will answer to every question I have asked and your team has failed to provide one way or another. Won 15 prizes from your topps power player football promotion. The 3 major prizes I won have not been shipped I have contacted Topps for the past 5 days and no one will return my phone call. Finally today they tell me they cannot find my items and I am out of luck. Everyone got their prizes except me. I spent thousands of dollars completing the set so I could have a greater chance to win prizes and after I win them I do not receive them. I have been a collector for over 30 years, every since I was a little kid. I am done with Topps company I will never buy another product you produce.
