Hello I have the sleeper app and have been using it for fantasy football for a few years. Just recently starting using the betting portion of it and when I tried to add funds from my bank account ypu guys accepted the bet and for some reason my bank rejected it thinking it was fraud. You guys asked me to get a letter from my bank stating the mixup and send it to you witch I did. I was told you would send it to your financial institution and try to fix the mix up. This was over a week ago. My account has been locked from me doing anything with the 500$ I have in there. That is my money and I don’t have access to it. I’ve wrote numerous emails and I am being ignored. Noone is getting back to me. Please let me know what is going on with my money. This was a simple mix up that could have been fixed already but for some reason I’m getting screwed. Contact me back asap so we can resolve this please.
