The Walt Disney Company, usually just referred to as Disney, was founded in Los Angeles in 1923 by brothers Walt and Roy Disney. Originally a cartoon studio, the company got started by producing silent cartoons. Walt’s first film was Alice in Wonderland in 1923 where a female actress interacted with animated characters.
In 1928, Walt created Mickey Mouse. Originally named Mortimer, Walt’s wife, Lillian, disliked the name. Walt changed it to Mickey. Steamboat Willie, their first cartoon with sound, was a huge success.
In 1934, Disney began work on its first feature-length film, Snow White, and the Seven Dwarfs. The film went on to become the highest grossing film of its era.
In 1955, the company opened Disneyland in Anaheim, California, a cartoon themed theme park. Disney’s film studios stayed busy as well, averaging at least five or six releases per year. including Lady and the Tramp in 1955, Sleeping Beauty in 1959, and 101 Dalmatians in 1961.
The company’s most successful film of the 1960’s, however, was Mary Poppins, which received 5 Academy Awards, including a Best Actress award for Julie Andrews.
Walt Disney died of lung cancer in 1966 and Roy took over as CEO. Walt Disney World in Florida opened in 1971 and Roy Disney died 2 months later.
In 1984, Michael Eisner was brought on as company CEO. Current CEO, Robert Iger, replaced Eisner in 2005.
The company has received criticism for their positive portrayals of gay characters in some recent movies, such as Le Fou from Beauty and the Beast and Scar in The Lion King.
The Walt Disney Company is listed as #17 on the Forbes 2018 list of World’s Best Employers.
Disney is also under fire after announcing that smoking would be completely banned inside their theme parks and that certain “large” strollers would also not be permitted as of May 1, 2019.
Like Netflix, current CEO Robert Iger stated that the company would no longer do filming in the state of Georgia if their strict anti-abortion law goes through in 2020.
The Walt Disney Company is currently the world’s largest media conglomerate when measured by annual revenue. The Disney corporate office is located in Burbank, California.

Hi my name is Emily and I am 12 years old and I am using my grandma’s email cause I don’t have one so yea an I LOVE the movies Descendants and Maleficent. Recently I just watched the new Maleficent at the movies and I REALLY LOVED IT and I was thinking that it would be really really cool if there was a movie with Maleficent and Descendants since Maleficent is Mal’s mon and seen in the movie Descendants it never shows how Maleficent and Hades meet and what happens when Mal was born. Also I’ve always wanted to meet a Disney person, but if I had a chance I would really love to meet Dove Cameron as Mal. When I was little, I use to watch Live and Maddie when it was on TV and I always wanted to meet her.

We took our children to Disneyland several years ago, and except for the one incident during which a character dressed and Chip (from cartoon Chip and Dale)
actually getting fresh with out then 11 year old daughter, the overall presentation at Disney seemed to be quite family-oriented. Clearly, that is no longer the case. When the CEO of Disney openly expresses disdain, even contempt, for those who dare to believe in the right to life, it’s time to close up shop and take your hateful attitude and presence somewhere else. (I suggest mainland China, or perhaps Iran). Anyone who feels that way about kids.. at any age.. is likely not only unfit to be around kids, but quite literally dangerous to them. Shame on you.
My grandkids wanted to go to Disneyland… we will be going to Universal instead.
Now that it’s clear how Disney really feels about kids, they are just fine with the switch to a competitor.

I want to make sure I understand Disney’s official stance is Pro Abortion?
Doesn’t Disney market itself or imply it is pro family?
Please clarify position.
Pam Glenn says
I seriously doubt that this will reach anyone at Disney since the last 4 email addresses I tried weren’t valid and they were listed on Disney contact sites. I have been a Disney consumer since I was a child and as a parent and grandparent. No more! Doesn”t this company make enough money? Your company is aware of the thousands of Braves fans who follow the team on FoxSouth and FoxSoutheast. Why not reach an equitable solution with Dish Network? I foolishly had the opinion that Disney was concerned with the opinions of their fans. How foolish I was. Thank you.
RICHARD SANDLER says
Very disappointed with Bob Eiger’s recent statements concerning future filming or dealings of any kind in the state of Georgia because of his personal thoughts on abortion ( the murder of the unborn). Is he God that he speaks for every castmember that works for the Disney Corp.? How hippocritical of him to condemn Georgia”s stance on abortion while he wallows with the Chinese Government that holds millions of human beings in their goulags and prisons!!!
Walt Disney was a far more HUMAN being. Bob, you have brought shame on the great Disney name

No smoking as of May 1st. This is disgraceful. As a longtime SHAREHOLDER and DVC member I think considering what it costs to visit you should still be able to smoke inside at DESIGNATED areas. You expect folks to leave a large park then have to re-enter just for a cigarette. And why no vaping. Guess I’ll have to sell my DVC and cash in my Disney Shares. Please reconsider. It’s not fair. You keep raising prices. We’re customers too

regarding the new policies-as a smoker I don’t understand the difference in a designated area and outside the gate.it is all the same air.i feel sorry for young couples regarding the strollers-yes they r annoying at times but to expect a young family to re purchase new ones as well as the expense of the parks is extreme.as far as the ice I and many people don’t understand it at all.
I think these new policies need to be re thought.

I think your company is trash now that you stole Star Wars Theory’s Vader film. Give him guidelines which he follows then when he produces something better than your people are capable of you steal it!?! That is crap. Until you release it back to him or he comes out and says you made it right with him your company can suck deez nuts! Screw off evil corporate bastiches!
Kinsey says
If Walt Disney were alive, I have to believe that Sarah Silverman would be the last person he would hire as a representative of the Disney Corporation.
When I see her, all I can think about is her lewd language and behavior and that’s the last thing I want my children to be exposed to.
Very disappointed in this PR choice.
I won’t be buying any Disney merchandise or watching any Disney specials with her as your representative.

The Soul of Walt Disney says
I am just letting you know that I doXXXXent everything and all this silencing of my reincarnation is only going to backfire on you. This is so disrespectful. You cannot take away my freedom of speech. All of this is being written in my book to show everyone how I was treated.
The Soul of Walt Disney says
Greetings Everyone: The soul of Walt Disney is alive and well
Here’s the lowdown:
Bob Iger has acknowledged that a book on my reincarnation is being written and will be titled “Behind the Souls Looking Glass”. However, He nor the company have no involvement in writing or publishing this book. It’s a doXXXXentation of my soul journey over the course of 4 years in discovering that reincarnation is real and exists…yet there has been no proof up until now. All doXXXXents will be included in the book to back up everything I have written here. This is going to be a free book that will be available on Amazon and Kindle and Google in 2019. Money has no effect on me in this life. I have been poor my whole life and I do not care about making profits. I would feel weird in charging people to buy a book about my soul journey. With as much money as the company makes this is my gift to the world.
We came back in a group of 5 within my family:
Me (Walt), my youngest daughter is the soul of Lillian Disney, my mother is the soul of Elias Disney, my son is the soul of Ray Disney, my eldest daughter is the soul of Herb Disney
This is only half of the story…the other half will be in the book

My youngest daughters Bday : Dec. 5, 2003 (Walt Disney’s Bday)
My son Bday : Dec 30, 1999 (Raymond Disney’s Bday & the day Charles Mintz died) My son was born the “Year of the Rabbit”
My son who has Raymond’s Birthday 12/30 was also born at Queen of Angels in Hollywood Ca located at 1300 N Vermont Ave & Raymond’s insurance company was located at 1771 N. Vermont Ave 1 block of each other. His father is a spitting image of Charles Mintz and is of Jewish descent. Mintz was also studying law early in his career and my sons father’s career is in law.
My eldest daughter’s Bday : Sept 5, 1996 (Oswald the Lucky Rabbits Bday and Frank Thomas Bday and my younger brothers Bday) ~my eldest daughter & Herb Disney born year of the “Rat” 1996 & 1888
My cousin’s Bday: Feb 10, 1976 (Bob Iger’s Bday & she was born 5 days before me.)
Walter Jackson (our dachshund’s Bday): May 1, 2016 (Hazel Bounds birthday)~Hazel was also born the “Year of the Dog”
Our cat “Orlando Whiskers” was rescued on July 24th (Willard Bounds death date…this is Lillian Disney’s father.) Willard was born the year of the tiger and tigers are a part of the cat family. Also Orlando was born in 2018 which is the “Year of the Dog”
My last name is Donald (Like Donald Duck)
I was born in Alameda Ca. & Disney Studios is located on Buena Vista/Alameda Rd. in Burbank Ca.

My father in this life was born on Feb 16, 1947 his name is T. Frank Donald (Frank Thomas backwards)~Frank Thomas is one of Walt’s Nine Old Men
Sharon Mae Disney Brown Lund died on Feb 16th Feb 16, 1966 was the premier of “The Ugly Dachshund” (we own a dachshund that looks exactly like the ones in the movie)
My rising sign in my past life as Walt was Virgo
My rising sign in this life is a Virgo
My South Node in this life is in Scorpio and my North Node is in Taurus
My South Node as Walt Disney was in Scorpio and my North Node was in Taurus
(same alignment in both lives)~your North and South Nodes in your astrology chart are what connect your past lives to your present…
My youngest daughter who is born on Dec 5, 2003 and is the soul of Lillian Disney & her South Node is in Taurus and her North Node is in Scorpio (reversed just like our birthdays)
My slip and fall accident March 4, 2014 that gave me a spinal injury just like in my life as Walt from my polo accident with Gordon Westcott that killed him.
March 4, 1932 was Frank Wells Birthday
Art Babbitt died March 4, 1992
Ward Kimball’s Birthday is March 4, 1914
March 4, 1927 Charles Mintz signed an agreement with universal for 26 animated shorts starring a brand-new character by Walt Disney~Oswald the Lucky Rabbit
Liberty Mutual was the insurance company that was handling my claim for my slip and fall accident that happened on March 4, 2014 due to their negligence in not cleaning up an area by a drain in a common area that was backed up with sludge…the manager who filed the claim at the hotel where my accident happened has the last name Lund (Lund is Sharon Disney’s last name when she married.)
On Sept 15, 2015 Walt Disney and American experience premiered on PBS and was sponsored by Liberty Mutual Insurance. Liberty mutual denied my claim leaving me with a broken spine and went on to clean up the area, then they sold the hotel…demolished it and put up a new hotel before my claim was up leaving me homeless. “J” attorney group was handling my case and dropped my case for no reason on May 1, 2014 ruining the case, so no one would take it and destroying my chances of any type of settlement to help me with medical bills for my recovery. May 1st is Hazel Bounds birthday (Lillian’s sister & our dog Walter Jackson’s birthday)
Bob Iger’s wife Willow Bay went to school in Phillips Academy Andover. My apartment we moved into in Burbank when we relocated to was on Andover Dr.
We also moved in to our apartment on 02/10/2017…Bob Iger’s Bday. Bob Iger was born “The Year of the Rabbit” so it makes sense that he got back the rights to Oswald.
My mothers (the soul of Elias), her fathers grandparents (her great grandparents) migrated from Ireland and her name originates out of Kilkenny, Ireland.
The Disney’s settled and migrated from Kilkenny, Ireland to Canada.
~My first job was delivering newspapers on my bike For the San Ramon Valley Times when I was 10 years old. In my life as Walt Disney my first job was a newspaper route to help the family.
My mother (who is the soul of Elias) born in February within a week of her Bday as Elias Feb 6, 1859. (Aquarius in both lives) Her first job through a welfare placement program was with Southern Pacific Railroad. She was one of the first women to move up ladder when men were the only ones getting promotions and women had no rights. Elias moved to California with his father in 1878 in hopes of finding gold. Instead, Kepple was convinced by an agent of the Union Pacific Railroad to buy 200 acres (81 ha) of land near Ellis Kansas in 1885, the Southern Pacific leased the Central Pacific Railroad until eventually merging with it in 1959. Through the years, the line expanded to more than 13,000 miles of rail covering most of the southwestern United States. The Southern Pacific merged with Union Pacific on Sept. 11, 1996.

Hesperian Elementary
~my favorite school I went to age k-3rd
Hesperian definition: of or relating to the Hesperides ~ are the nymphs of evening and golden light of sunset, who were the “Daughters of the Evening” or “Nymphs of the West”. They tend a blissful garden in a far western corner of the world. They are sometimes portrayed as the evening daughters of Night ( Nyx) either alone,[4] or with Darkness (Erebus),[5] in accord with the way Eos in the farthermost east, in Colchis, is the daughter of the titan Hyperion. Or they are listed as the daughters of Atlas and Hesperis, or Phorcys and Ceto. In another source, the nymphs are said to be the daughters of Hesperus. The Garden of the Hesperides is Hera’s orchard in the west, where either a single apple tree or a grove grows, producing golden apples that grant immortality when eaten[citation needed]. The trees were planted from the fruited branches that Gaia gave to Hera as a wedding gift when Hera accepted Zeus.
October 24, 2010~October 27th I got sick with a 103 fever on the 24th & the next day I was checked into a hospital from an infection going to my blood that was going to kill me. I had to have emergency surgery on Oct October 26th and they found out the doctor who did my tubal ligation had tied my tubes with hair inside me. October 24th is the day I testified before The HOUSE COMMITTEE ON UN-AMERICAN ACTIVITIES
October 27th was the day of the Polo accident with Gordon Westcott that left him dead and me with spinal & cervical issues as Walt Disney…that I now suffer from in this life.

The soul of Walt Disney wants Christine McCarthy to be CEO when you leave. She is more than qualified and its time for the company to make a change. Also, thank you for firing James Gunn. Once I saw the tweets…it was obvious that he has no place at Disney. Do not cave into the people who support him. If they want to support him…then let them all go.
Kathy Porter says
Disney as the owner of ABC needs to address the TV show “The View”. Whoopi Goldberg kicking Judge Jeanine off the set who was an invited guess, then cusses her out back stage and asks her to leave. This behavior is very unprofessional and I believe doesn’t represent ABC or the Disney Corporation very well.
An apology is need by Whoopi to Judge Jeanine.
Actually both Whoopi and Joy are too dogmatic on The View and maybe should step down. I no longer watch the show because of this and now watch the Wendy Williams show along with many others.
kevin s says
Disney don’t care. They steal from people so having a hypocrite scum like Whoopi on a show is no big deal.
Dan Burress says
Millions of us would like to see a return to Walt Disney’s dream of clean entertainment, that embraced the traditional family as designed by God with one male and one female with children. To be quite frank, you have spit on Walt’s moral standards, with the adoption of total perversion , targeting our children with lifestyles my dog would be ashamed to copy. How dare you market Micky Mouse hats, with the ears dyed in the nasty so called ”gay pride colors” Really? We have cancelled any future vacations to your rotted empire, you have been unfaithful to us, and worse, you have turned Walt’s original dream into a gross tar baby he would not accept or endorse. If the downward spiral continues, I have no doubt that you will one day put two bulls in a nice pen and put up a fancy sign that says ”Farm Equality practiced here!” Your empire has hired the wrong people to lead, and these misguided souls worship money ahead of common decency, mocking the God of heaven as they chase the wind. All the way to hell.

Shame on you Disney!!!! Double Standards you let others call Trumps mother a Orangutan but you cancel Rosanne I guess a second chance only is given if you are a liberal yet you make your money from conservatives. I was planning a huge very expensive Disney trip but now will go elsewhere. No more money on anything you sell. Change your attitude before you loose more money. I hope Rosanne sues you over double standards she will win there are many many examples on tape the c word the f word and more yet you hire them back or only suspend them. You should hope I don’t get jury duty I will fine you 1 Trillion $$
Jim S. says
My family’s annual trip to Disney World is now done, We will go to Universal from now on.
How dare you allow religious bigotry. Make identical comments about Jewish and Muslim
worshippers. You have a double standard. WE WILL SEE NO MORE DISNEY MOVIES.
Edna Lesko says
I am so sickened by Disney’s cartoon of gay people kissing and a gay in Beauty and The Beast. Because you are influencing children negatively, you are a disgrace to the name of Walt Disney. He would never have allowed this. Walt Disney was a man with morals because he had faith in God Almighty. You may believe that it is ok because it is the way of the world, and makes a lot of money for the Disney corporation, but you will find out that in good verses evil, that good will always win in the end. Disney will reap what it has sewn. Filth and trash will never serve you well. You have become what you think is normal, TRASH.
Dan Burress says
Thank you Edna for your brave words and moral stand on this issue.Walt Disney would be horrified at the nasty trash being served by the criminals that have spit on and mocked Walt’s moral standards.
Donna Collins says
I would like to protest the TV show The View. This show is nothing more than trash & I do not believe Disney should be part of this. Please cancel this show immediately.

You call to complain about this and the Disney Comapny plays games with you and tells you they can’t help you but to “have a magical day”…. are they kidding me???

I am appalled that your corporation has allowed its reputation as a family, wholesome entertainment company to be dragged down into the political mud with ESPN because of an ignorant ESPN employee who made reprehensible and false comments about our President and his supporters. I WATCHED MR. DISNEY EVERY SUNDAY NIGHT WITH MY FAMILY. RAISED OUR CHIILDREN TO SEE THE BEAUTY OF FANTASY AND UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE OF REALITY. IT IS HARD TO SEE THE HATRED AND FEAR MONGERING THAT DISNEY ALLOWS TODAY BY A CASH COW AS ESPN. MY PARENTS TAUGHT ME YOU ARE KNOWN BY THE FRIENDS YOU SURROUND YOURSELF. SO DISNEY AS ESPN BELIEVE ALL CAUCASIANS ARE WHITE SUPREMACISTS? THIS IS THE STANDARD OF ENTERTAINMENT THAT IS ACCEPTABLE? EXCUSE ME, I NO LONGER CONSIDER DISNEY OR ESPN AS ENTERTAINMENT. ARE WE SAFE GOING TO YOUR VENUES? I AM DEEPLY CONCERNED. SO I THANK THE DISNEY OF THE PAST AND VEHEMENTLY OPPOSE THE STANDARDS OF DISNEY, ESPN AND ALL OF THEIR ENTITIES. GOODBYE TO AN OLD FRIEND OF A TIME GONE BY.

Your company has lost our household with ESPN forever!! No more….politics and sports do not mix. Also, due to your company actions we will no longer visit any sites or purchase products associated with the Disney name. Hope your company goes bust!!
Dean Reeves says
Unless I see a corporate culture shift at ESPN, the network I have watched since it began during my high school years will no longer be welcomed in my home. And as the parent company of ESPN, I will no longer spend money on products or services related to Disney for my grandchildren. No theme parks, no movies, and no Disney store shopping (which we have enjoyed over the years). If it wasn’t farcical enough to give Caitlin Jenner the Arthur Ashe award (named for a truly courageous American), ESPN fires people like Curt Shilling for expressing his opinion and Jemele Hill, who might as well have called the President a pedophile, gets to keep her job? This PC world…ESPN taking the lead is upside down! Well, take announcers with the name Robert Lee off of as many broadcasts as you would like…management is incompetent. I will have no more of it. The Hill comments are the straw the broke the proverbial camel’s back.
Laura Davidenko says
Dear Mr. Robert A Iger:
Disney’s majority ownership position in ESPN makes the Disney Corporation responsible for the Mr. John Skipper leadership (President of ESPN). Mr. Skipper is obviously unable to foster and demand a culture from its employees (i.e., Jemele Hill) that promotes sports over politics. Ms. Hill’s comments that Donald Trump and inferences that various followers are white supremacist is absolutely insulting. I will not watch ESPN again nor will I have anything else to do with Disney products and/or theme parks at this time.
At the end of the day, Disney and ESPN are profit driven. It is my hope that profits do not have to suffer before Disney issues an appropriate response to the public and Mr. Skipper’s leadership skills revisited. Disney’s legacy should not be destroyed due to majority ownership in ESPN.
Disney Supports Jemele Hill says
Well said Laura D. ESPN is not responding to emails and this morning (Sep 16) The Disney Company’s Corporate Inquiries contact site is blocked.
Jemele Hill’s tweets concerning the President were outrageous, disrespectful and polarizing ( not to mention an outright lie ). I’m sure if Ms. Hill made these comments regarding a colleague or sports figure she would be gone. In this case ESPN ( and Disney ) supports her position and seems hesitant to take action. These people are out of touch and well over the line. Organizations who act like this don’t stay in business very long.
Pat Kelley says
Fire Hill. She went over the line. Do we have to have politics with our sports ?. I am not going to support any Disney products until she is gone and we have no more of this unacceptable political drivel.
FIRE JAMELE THE RACIST HIL says
I will not spend another dollar on Disney UNTIL: YOU FIRE THE RACIST BIGOT, JAMELE HILL!
DSM says
I cannot express the utter disgust I have for Disney. As others have commented, this is NOT the Disney I grew up with.
Their epic decline of values and pushing LGBT on their TV shows and movies is vile.
Their toxic politically correct culture is truly sickening.
J. Depp threatens the president yet is still employed by this company.
ESPN has Jemele Hill call our president a white supremacist and is STILL employed there.
We spend a lot of money on this companies products just for them to use that money to cave into the left’s agenda of corruption. I will no longer be giving Disney or any of it’s sponsors my money.
This is sad because for me the were the standard in customer satisfaction as far as enjoying their parks but now that they own a good majority of the fake news media like ABC and ESPN, they spew their propaganda politics at us. I’ve had more than enough of this.
Jack Dorsey, founder of Twitter is on the board of directors and is not only censoring content but telling lies about our president which is destroying this country and our 1st amendment.
Bye Disney, I don’t own any stock in your company. You did this to yourselves through your blindness and greed.
David Tegler says
Time for Disney to reign in the staff at ESPN , The latest incident where the President is called a White Supremist by one of the on air hosts and she still somehow remains on the job That incident was the proverbial final straw. The Robert Lee UV debacle , firing of Kurt Schilling , and the over all extreme left wing politics of ESPN has forced a personal boycott of all Disney products and ESPN viewing . The family trip to Orlando is now cancelled and ESPN is getting benched .
Mike C says
I can not believe the Disney I grew up with would allow a racist and bigot to be an employee at a corporation that has thrilled and spread joy to all walk’s of life.Your employee at ESPN has hit a all time low and this isn’t her first time in throwing racist insult’s. I have a hard time believing this is the reflection of management but as you have proven, again, it look’s like the norm. I do not need to subject my family to any of your movies, sport channel’s ,product’s of any kind, there are alternative’s.
SBoyden says
After many decades of being an avid Disney products fan, and many trips to Disney resorts, I’m profoundly disappointed to learn that the Disney Corporation, under the current and previous management has become so openly hostile towards Judeo-Christian views and beliefs. Disney isn’t hometown USA anymore. So very sad. I’ll be looking for somewhere else to take the grandkids from now on.
I don’t think Walt’s resting very peacefully these days.

My son and I visited Disney Paris yesterday Sept 4th, 2017 at around 12PM. We didn’t get to ride our first ride until 3:30 PM because, we first went to Hunted House and after standing in line for 45 min, the doors were closed due to technical difficulties. Then we went to Pirate of Caribbean and after standing in line for 4o min, the ride was closed due to technical difficulties. Then we went to Indiana Jones ride and after standing in line for 40 min, the ride was closed due to technical difficulties. We went to City Hall to complain and the line in City Hall line was so long, it was out the door and around the building and I took a photo of it for you to see how bad it was. You can image how many times and we had to walk cross the park. The first ride we finally managed to get on was Star Wars and the person working there was so rude to my son because he did not speak any English and my Son does not speak French and I had to yell at the host to watch his manners because we just wanted to sit in the back of the ride. Then we tried to ride the train around the park from the Star Wars station, only to find that station closed. We are from San Francisco and this was by far the worst experience we had in Paris and we will complain to Disney executives as soon as we return home tomorrow. We paid money to ride the rides in Disney and should get a full refund due to Disney Paris not delivering what we paid for. Our time was wasted, not to mention my son had a horrible time with rude staff.

I just watched 60 Minutes and heard how Disney fired long time workers by hiring from India. Disney flew workers from India to learn their jobs that they are taking away from American workers. They literally had to train their replacements. Such indignity bad enough to take their jobs but you go even further but making them train their replacements.
These employees did nothing to get fired. Disney used a loophole in the H-1B program to hire outside the US and cut American workers out. I will never buy any Disney products, movies or come to your parks and I will tell this to anyone who I come in contact with.
Boycott Disney! They are unamerican.

As a grandmother I am very upset right now! My grandson, who is in the military, is being deployed next week and is currently home for a visit with his fiancée. Myself and the family, who already have passes, are willing to purchase the $79.00 hopper so we can go to Disneyland and California Adventure on Thursday, August 17th, before he is deployed next week.
However, I just found out my grandson, who is in the Army, leaving to defend our country, will have to pay $165.00 for a hopper for himself and his fiancée!
As I was waiting the 25 minutes+ to speak to someone, I hear music and then a recording of President John F. Kennedy, “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.”
Why would you, Disneyland, put such an thing on the phone while I wait to speak to someone, when you cannot even honor our active military during these times?
I know Disneyland is all about profit, but to have absolutely NO exceptions for the military defending you and your loved ones is beyond anyone’s understanding!!!!!

I have now come to realize that Disney is no longer the place where it is safe just to be a child but has is bringing their own ideology and beliefs to our young and exposing them to their beliefs. I am beyond disappointed in this company that I’m sure wasn’t started by Mr. Disney to cause such controversy but to bring smile to children’s faces. The new episode on Doc McStuffin with the new with the bi-racial/lisbian family is crossing a line for a cartoon for our children. This is the kind of thing that will desensitize the importance of what God has taught wants us to do, NOT what Disney or the LGBT thinks is okay. Personally, I am not trying to judge those who choose to live a different lifestyle, nor do I hate or wish anything ill to come to those who do not think as I do, but for Disney to let our children think is is okay or to take a stand one way or another is wrong. I love Disney for my children and now for my grandson who just turned 2 and could not wait to take hiim to Disney World, it’s sad that he will not be able to enjoy what I think Mr. Walt Disney had wanted for our the children. Thank you.

I’m upset to hear that Steve Whitmire was fired from being Kermit’s voice and personality recently. No one likes big corporations who screw over the more talented little guys. That was not Jim Henson’s vision for the Muppets, and if Disney wants to profit on the back of talents like Jim Hanson and Steve Whitmire – then do it right.
Clearly Steve Whitmire LOVED his job, and took great pride in carrying on in the tradition of the Muppets, in a way that his beloved and ingenious mentor would have been proud of. Disney Corporate should keep to bookkeeping and exploiting the public with it’s sh*t movies made for ‘merchandising’ profits, more than art anymore, and overcharging the public for Disneyland tickets, and keep it’s hands out of what WORKS! And what has worked for decades now. How long did Disney use the same man for the voice of Donald Duck? As long as they could I’m sure. SHAME on you!
Fans of the Muppets are not your average Americans. We are supporters of PBS, which makes us exactly the kind of grass roots Americans who organized and threw King George III out of our new country during the revolutionary war, and exactly the kind of people who can organize a boycott of all things Disney now. Please rethink your decision to remove Steve Whitmire from continuing to be Kermit’s voice, personality and puppeteer. Thanks.

I find the majority of these comments to be absolutely absurd, why do people care about what some actor says about the President? Oh, wait, it appears that these comments are mostly from the very people who joined onto the disgusting bandwagon that disparaged our last President to no end, yet, now they’re upset, for eight years they giggled at every nasty comment said about Pres. Obama, but, that was perfectly fine.
Hypocritical much?

As a grandmother, I am totally disgusted by Johnny Depps comments about our President.
I will never support any of your projects if he is not fired. He is a drug and alcohol abuser. Also a wife abuser. How is this man a stand up guy for our children to look up too. Also, I am tired of false news on networks that you are affiliateD with.
You are supposed to provide a wholesome setting for our children, please get back to that plan.

After hearing about an American citizen and American idol – Johnny Depp talk flippantly to a London crowd about the need for an assassination of the President of the United States, I felt anger, disgust, fear, shame and embarrassment for our Country.
To think that your leading American actor of your many pirates movies, that you produce for family entertainment, actually talked about assassination, a crime unto itself and one that could lead to deadly violence.
To think that Disney was built on a foundation of All-American.
To think that Disney even required a hair cut and dress code for those who wanted a job working in their parks, to reinforce its All American image.
I have been a long-time fan of Johnny Depp and an even longer fan and supporter of Disney.
And all of my life, I have been an American .
Enraged with this un-American act that promotes deadly violence, I am no longer a fan of Johnny Depp. or a fan of Disney Corp. I will no longer go to your movies, watch your TV stations, stay in your resorts, sail your cruise ships, take my nieces and nephew to your theme parks, buy Disney children’s wear and toys, buy your children’s books, plan a Disney themed nursery – in short – I will not patronize Disney Corp.
Rest assured – I will not throw rocks through your windows or destroy your property.
Instead, I will no longer put money in your pockets.

To whom it may concerned,
As a child I always loved Disney and everything that has anything to do with Disney. I still remembered I used to take yearly vacation to the Florida Disney World but the trip to Tokyo Disney Sea TOTALLY changed my mind towards my beloved Disney. Firstly , as popular a destination as Tokyo, Japan is, hardly anything is in English inside the park except they have an English version map at the entrance of the park. As far as the employees are concerned , no one spoke English. I think that’s especially dangerous considering all safety instructions are all in Japanese !!!
What’s especially disappointing was when I promised my niece a picture with her favorite character and while we waited 30 minutes on line for the picture, the character as well as the worker who helps the character around IGNORED AND PASSED US BY 3 TIMES and when we spoke to them in English that we were next , they JUST WENT ABOUT THEIR WAY AND ONTO the next JAPANESE customer !!!!
THIS really ruined my trip to Tokyo and disappointed in Disney and I can’t understand that since it’s an American company , why does it hire non -English speaking employees?! Funny thing is after speaking to some foreign friend we met today, they felt the same exact way . Tokyo Disney Sea is very discriminating!! now I just have to bring
the sad news back to my little niece that her favorite character does not want to take picture with us because we don’t speak Japanese.
I was super excited to come to Japan tokyo but now it’s with saddened heart that I’ll be going back home. I just want someone to know since I’m not the only foreigner who feel this way and looking forward for some improvement as far as that’s concerned

We are very disappointed with the Remarks by Johnny Depp regarding the assignation of the President. No matter what your political convictions, advocating violence against the president or others in office is not acceptable.

After reading many of the comments in this section it is apparent that Disney’s social agenda has permeated throughout it assets and properties. Disney doesn’t really care about these comments. However, the first financial results of a social justice agenda has been made clear. ESPN is hemorrhaging money. Due partly to out-of-control rights’ fees. However, viewership is another large concern overlooked by Disney. Does anyone at ESPN read the sports forums or boards? Obviously not. The old adage of “play to your audience” has been lost. ESPN has become a social justice channel. Liberal insensibilities have taken over. Fine with us the viewers, other choices abound. A local newscaster in Omaha noted that people are cutting cable and this was the reason why ESPN is in trouble. Ah, no, ESPN is everywhere. No one is watching; why? Because of reports and stories focused to social justice instead of focusing on the sporting story.
Doug Adler was fired for using the term “guerilla effect,” a well known term in tennis to describe aggressive to the net play. Apparently, the big dogs (is this racist) at ESPN do NOT know sports? No, they do not, and they fired him. ESPN deserves the lawsuit and they will lose, if it goes to trial. RIP ESPN. Here’s an idea, offer entertainment and sports WITHOUT an agenda. As for now, we aren’t watching.

There is nothing racist about Coco.
Nothing at all.
Coco is an actual name. Oreo is not.

Hello Disney Administration,
I am graduating collage May 2017, and applied to what I thought was the professional internship program. I was so very excited to receive a confirmation of a working opportunity for Disney from Aug 17-Jan 2018. I have my four year degree, double major of political science, pre-law, and I am graduating Summa XXXXme Laude. I have been to Disney over 100 times and know much about all that is Disney Theme Parks. I feel I would be a true benefit in guest relations or informational equivalent. I have instead been placed in “quick services food casting”. I am grateful for the opportunity, however, it has always been my childhood dream to work for Disney, and my hope that I could utilize my education and experience in public relations with the Disney company. I have attempted calling and contacting, but have received no response. There must be an Avenue for a motivated young man, with a good base education, and a love of all things Disney to get an internship that really fits. Please help me make a difference and show my abilities.
Kind Regards,

Dear Disney:
I’m writing to let you know that you have quite frankly broken my heart with extreme disappointment.
I have been in love with Disney most of my life. After marrying and having two daughters, Disney and especially Walt Disney World have become intricate and sometimes emotional parts of our family life, for over thirty years now.
But now I’m devastated by your horrible decision to have “an exclusively gay moment” in your Beauty and the Beast movie. I’m broken up, depressed, and angry.
I’m not a religious fanatic. I’m not a bigot. I’m a simple fairly religious Christian who tries his best to live by Jesus Christ’s teachings. And now I see one of the most family-centered organizations in the world promote, or at least validate, same-sex relationships. How dare you?! And if this wasn’t upsetting enough, in the course of reading the news article about Beauty and the Beast, I read too that you showed kissing between some people of the same sex in one of your cartoon shows!!! What? In a cartoon for children?! Have you gone completely over the edge?!
Do you understand that for any basically traditional religious person, homosexuality is a sin? This is not only from the Bible. This has been believed by 2,000 years of Christianity, 4,000 years of Judaism, and 1,500 years of Islam? Again, how dare you insult our religious beliefs this way? You didn’t have to do this. You chose to. WHY? I’m not asking Disney to agree with us, but to respect us and our ages-long beliefs.
I’m not saying to put things into your productions demeaning homosexuality, but don’t put things in them that promote or validate it. Why must you do that? I imagine a fair amount of your decision was based on pressure (which I’m sure included financial) from some other groups who have an agenda to promote, but WHY WHY WHY do you listen to them, yet turn a blind eye to all of us whom you are insulting? And you’re not just insulting us as individuals, but our religious beliefs. Why can’t you simply not go there?
I don’t know what else to say. I have little-to-no hope that you will give any weight to what I am saying. But I know too you will give plenty of weight to those who have pushed you to do what you have already done.
Please stop doing this. Don’t be more offensive to us than you already have. Leave this controversial and divisive topic alone. Haven’t we had enough divisiveness?
Thank you for whatever time and attention you may have given my letter. I hope you weren’t completely dismissive and close-mined on this topic, as so many people nowadays seem to be.
Sincerely,
Michael Fritz

I did not know that Disney in now a political machine of the liberal agenda. I took my two girls this past weekend 3/19 to see beauty and the beast and left quietly angry. I don’t care what anyone does with their lives, but don’t push the liberal social agenda. If this keeps up, I will not take my girls to see Disney movies or at least get previews. Can’t believe i now have to screen Disney movies. I will share my thought with friends and let their parents know that PC is now infecting Disney.
Igor Shpudejko says
Dear Disney,
As a Christian leader, I feel compelled to tell others not to attend a showing of your new rendition of “Beauty and the Beast” because of its overt homosexual message. Having a gay director and gay actors reflects an agenda opposed to traditional family values. The movie is not “family friendly” and is being banned by most Christian web movie sites. Apparently the only message you respond too is one that hits your pocket book. So be it!

You need to pick your travel partners more carefully. Things like this can only damage your stellar brand. On 3/9/17, I booked and paid for a Disney Hawaiian package with Hawaiian Airlines (Itinerary #7250746137145). Email confirmation 3/9/17 stating “Your reservation is booked. No need to call us to reconfirm this reservation.” 3/16/17, Double checking with Aulani and I was told that there was no reservation under my name. Immediately called Hawaiian Airlines and after spending over 3+ hours on the phone and working up the customer service ladder I was last told by Michael J. that they could do nothing for me except refund the vacation. This was a special vacation for my nephew and niece for their mother just had cancer surgery and is going through chemotherapy treatment at this time. This vacation was to distract them from the medical challenges their mother would be having. What is even worse is that Hawaiian Airlines continues to promote and book this vacation, with the same dates available that we had reserved, on their website. Very disappointed Disney family.

4/3/17 Update. Still trying to get my money back for a vacation that doesn’t exist!!!! After 3+ weeks and having to file a complaint with the Department of Transportation and posting on social media finally getting someone’s attention. Still no refund yet but Hawaiian Airlines is blaming Expedia. Expedia is blaming Disney Aulani so it looks like you not only need to review your travel partners but now you are the “Bad Guy” in this whole mess.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for leaving in the gay character in your new movie. As a gay man who lived with the SAME person for 51 years, but gave up a singing career that was totally promising because of people like the ones complaining. I was on my way to a big career in the business but stayed in the closet. I do have quite a story to tell and would love to have someone produce it!! Also, served in the Army where I won almost 5 competitions singing. I did work at Disney in the 80’s and it was the greatest place to be. Was an Independent worker and worked at mostly all of the Major Studios, but Disney was the best. I am not going to go on and on, but I needed to write the CEO’s who handle what Disney does, and once, again, say Thank you, thank you, thank you.

First of all let me say I have been a huge Disney fan since my childhood. I had a photo from the original animated Cinderella hanging in my bedroom when I was a child. I remember seeing Peter Pan and feeling so enchanted with the film that I looked to the sky to see if Hook’s ship was flying there. I have attended and purchased Disney movies for decades for myself, my children and grandchildren.
Disney was the last bastion of child worthy entertainment. Your company could be counted upon to provide uplifting, positive entertainment that I could take my children and now grandchildren too. I am extremely disappointed in the Disney corporation. There have been subtle changes in your animated and live action films for several years now. At first those changes were hardly noticeable a slightly off color joke or something inappropriate in the background of an animated film. You have placed money ahead of quality, values based entertainment. You have chosen to promote a sexual agenda in your children’s films and cartoons.
There are two specific examples I will share out of many. The first is the new Beauty & the Beast live action movie. You chose to include in this film a ‘wonderful gay moment’ and a character ‘exploring his sexuality’. This has no place in a children’s movie. There is a scene in the cartoon show Star Vs the Forces of Evil where there are groups of couples kissing, some of which are gay couples. Again this is not acceptable in children’s entertainment. There is too much sexualizing of children already in this world today. It does not promote the safety of children to include this type of material in entertainment specifically designed for and promoted to children.
I was a VIP Disney Movie Club member. I have canceled my membership. I will no longer purchase Disney movies, cd soundtracks or blu rays. i will not go to any Disney movies at the theater. I can not give any further financial support to the Disney corporation. Disney has lost my respect and my dollars.

I have been a fan for many years. Need to tell you I do not approve of the LGBT addition to Be Our Guest. I would like you to stay OUT of the politics going on and just do the movie as Walt Disney would have wanted it . This type of thing is soooo offensive to many parents and grandparents that would like to take their families to this movie. You will find numbers of individuals and families not attending as this is not wholesome entertainment that GOD would approve. I want to thank you for this opportunity to express my concerns regarding this matter.

I am extremely disappointed about the decision to include a homosexual storyline in the new Beauty & the Beast movie. Children’s movies are no place for promoting a harmful sexual political agenda, one that offends the deeply held beliefs of countless parents & families. I urge you to reconsider your decision to include the “exclusively gay moment” in the movie, & cut it prior to theatrical release. In the meantime, I pledge to boycott both the Beauty & the Beast movie, & other Disney films & products, until such a time as Disney commits itself to protecting, not harming, the innocence of our children.

Dear Disney,
My mother and I both feel like we cannot even spend the money to go see the new Beauty and the Beast movie since it is supposed to have LeFou be openly gay. It is sad because we were both really looking forward to it, only to greeted with a huge letdown. I am highly disappointed with the immoral turn Disney has taken recently. Not only did Disney come out with saying LeFou was going to have “feelings” for Gaston, they even have a scene in their cartoon show Star Vs the Forces of Evil where there are groups of couples kissing, some of which are gay couples. Even Disney himself was christian, so I am sure he would have something to say about this as well. I cannot support Disney while they do this. It is not right. I hope Disney decides to make better decisions in the future. Have a good day and God bless.
Sincerely,
Kristen

What is wrong with you???? How many of you would have a job if Walt or Roy were alive.
The Disney name meant at one time a sake haven to enjoy classic stories. I and my family will not see this “Beauty and the Beast? I was looking forward to it so much. It’s an easy fix. Delete the HOMOSEXUAL inference. It’s a Fairy Tale. Return to the values set up by the Disney’s. Seeing the clip I saw there was no doubt in my mind what the character was. My grandchildren don’t need to see this in this type of film. Shame on you!
Je Eudy says
I have been anxiously awaiting the new Beauty and the Beast film. Until I got the news that LeFou is to be gay? Why is that even remotely important to this story? I am certain the original story did not have such an agenda. Unfortunately I will not be going to see it. This has also caused me to think deeply about my family’s upcoming trip to Disney World.
Jeanne Migdon says
Such a sad day for true Disney lovers! Had my tickets purchased for Beauty and the Beast for opening day and now I have to return all 9 of them!!! Why does there have to be agenda by the people in charge? This has nothing to do with hate as you will like to turn it around. I am a mother and a grandmother who has shared my love for Disney with my children and grandchildren and I don’t appreciate what you decided to do. Walt Disney wanted a place for families to go together, not only the parks but the movies. Now it looks like we aren’t even able to that anymore. Why do you feel you have to rob our children of their childhoods. They are innocent and as parents we want to keep them that way for as long as possible. The world is hard enough and there is plenty of time for us to have to explain all that is going on. Boy have all of you in Hollywood gone crazy!!!!!

Yep, DISNEY has gone over the top now! No longer making family movies. You are playing to the 4% of the population! I will NO LONGER watch Disney movies, buy Disney movies, or take my grand children to see them.

I am deeply concerned about the sexuality influence of the upcoming Beauty and the Beast. I am a longtime Disney lover and am probably not seeing the movie after hearing what “surprise” is in store for viewers a the end of the film. I feel the Disney Company has shown great disregard for the vast number of consumers. It is a sad day for those of us that held your company in high esteem for their family values. I am heartbroken and angered by this decision.
BJ says
I typically don’t ever post anything, as I understand everyone has their opinions. But at some point enough is enough. I’m not going to go on a rant here because it’s not truly worth it. I’m not sure how to even respond to this message about “Disney has shown great disregard for the vast number of consumers”. What exactly does that even mean? The vast number of consumers in my opinion is any and everyone that has been a Disney fan for years, young or old, heterosexual, homosexual, bi-sexual. At the end of the day we’re all human, we’re all entitled to have our beliefs and disbeliefs. Same as Disney has the right to build the story line however they so choose. You and your family can continue to hold Disney to a high regards with regards to family values. BUT at some point the family values for everyone should be about acceptance not bigotry. This is the one thing that the U.S continually faces is dislike for anything that is what our founders of the world consider as normal. Normal is what we all make of it, and co-existing in the world and accepting whatever Disney produces should be apart of that vision. Then again if one of your children we’re to ever breathe the word that they’re “Gay or Bi-Sexual” i’m sure you would possibly be disappointed in them as well. All I can say is once we’ve lived our life and move on to what God has in store, Disney will still produce whatever they want. I’m a long time Disney fan as well and the “surprise ending” still will never change my outlook of a Magical Place that so many kids, families love and enjoy. So at the end of the day I’d say accept it and move on. Stop the hatred.

Can I just tell you Disneyland has finally proven themselves to only care about the almighty dollar and not people or long time passholders… I asked for a medical extension on my pass since I had surgery and I wasn’t going to be able to go to the parks for a while because of my surgery and the rehab I need to do… Well Disney denied it and said she could still go to the parks… Are you kidding me I can’t drive more than a couple of miles without being in excruciating pain from driving are you kidding me with this….. Thank you Disneyland for finally proving that you have sold out thank you I will never buy another pass as long as I live….. I also will not be making the remainder of the payments that are due on the pass I have… If I decide I want to go to the parks I’ll do it when they have the Southern California specials that’s it I’m done thank you for ruining the magic of Disneyland or shall I say corporate Disneyland… Oh and I had someone from corporate call me and he told me I still had to keep my pass current to have the medical extension…. So my pass would be extended a month or two but I still have to pay it every month to have a medical extension does that make sense to me it doesn’t… If you’re not working because of a surgery and going to rehab I’m sorry $66 a month is a lot of money….
Long time passholder long time love of the parks been going since I was three years old I’m done I’m literally done……

As an absolute die-hard Disney fan and a many-time park visitor, I feel it is important that I share my concern over the exclusion of refugees and people from predominantly Muslim countries to your country. As you rely on people from all over the world to come and enjoy your parks, I am sure it is concerning for you too.
Please use your considerable corporate power to pressure your government to remove this ban and allow people from all countries and religions to come and enjoy your fantastic parks.
Unfortunately, until all people are welcome to the US, I will not be visiting your parks and spending my tourist dollars in the United States.
Sincerely,
Rebecca

Are you serious? Did you wake up this morning and decide this stance would garner Disney or any other U.S. Corporate attention.

Thanks for the belly laugh. I needed that!

To Who it may concern:
Please check into a personal under the table stock purchase or one of your employees selling his own personal investment stock of Disney Productions Stock to individuals at a discount.
Can someone verify if my $5,000.00 initial investment is legit.
The employee of Disney is one of your chief producers and according to him one of Disney’s Brain Children with new up and coming series made for television.
John James Jose. He also is posting to lots of friends he has cars to give away and tickets, phones, etc. Mr. James portrays himself as a self made millionaire and represents himself to others that he is a big wig at Disney Productions.
If this is true, can someone get him to make stock purchases legit or give back investors money he took in cash for some odd reason he tells an elaborate story.
Sincerely,
Not a big fan of Disney anymore
P.S. I will continue to look for him on face book but I think I am blocked right now, but I understand many others are also blocked. He says he lives in Las Vegas but has been in Vancouver as the director for the Disney movie Beauty and The Beast.

Greetings,
Myself along with 3 other avid Disney Goer’s, recently stayed at your
*Santa Fe Hotel in Disney Paris.
We visited between
*December 5 to the 10 2016.
*Our Room was in building 58 Room 12.
The room had black mold around the window and I got bed bugs. We did mention this to the front desk but got an ( ok, we will look into this. kind of answer and nothing happened.) eh we might help you kind of attitude.
We where also told we would have early morning entrance into the park the whole stay. This did not happen either. ( we stood at the gate the first day for two hours waiting with many others only to be told ” We decided not to open early”.
Ride’s where breaking down left and right. The quality of the rides where sub par. There where no Food carts open. This was a very strange trip for us since we are from the United States and have become accustom to the quality of the Disney Name. Although I think we made the best of the trip. We cut our stay short because for Disney it was not very enjoyable.
We kind of felt this park and hotel should be shut down or very much improved.
We enjoyed our TGV train ride to the park. The Bus service was very nice. We did enjoy our breakfast and it ran smooth. Earl of Sandwich was a great place to eat with reasonable pricing. It was also refreshing to have a Starbucks and Planet Hollywood around, although the service was not as friendly.
We really didn’t buy any souvenirs because it just didn’t give us a fun feeling.
I do hope this information will help you in improving your Disney Paris park.
Sincerely yours,

I am writing to you to make you aware of something that happened at California Adventure Park on Tuesday July 26, 2016. Let me first start off by saying I have been an annual pass holder for close to 10 years. Me and my family are one of the most Disney loving families you will ever meet! We go to Disneyland all the time. That being said I had an experience there on Tuesday that has really upset me and makes me not want to go back. I will try to make this as short of a story as possible. When we were there Tuesday we were at the Mater meet and greet. I had with me my mom and 4 daughters. We waited in line to see Mater. When we got to the front my youngest daughter would not go up to take a photo with him so I went with her. I had my camera in my hand as I approached. I knelt down with my daughter and as I did that one of your cast members came over and very rudely grabbed my camera from me and said “here mom let me take the picture”. It was not said in a nice tone at all. Kind of a sarcastic, nasty way. She grabbed the camera by the strap and by doing it so aggressively she flung the camera backwards and it went flying. It hit the ground and bounced 3 times. She then picked it up, looked at me and said to me “its fine! there are not scratches!” She then attempted to take a photo with it. She quickly passed it back to me and said see it took the picture. I scrolled through to see if it in fact had taken the photo and it didn’t. At which time I tried to take a photo with it. All I got was a error screen. It wouldn’t work. I immediately started crying. I was so upset. At that point she again GRABBED the camera from me saying “let me see it!” She again tried to take a photo. Again the error screen came up. At this point I was crying, my daughter was crying because I was crying and it was a mess. I was trying to explain to the cast member that she broke it. I was also trying to tell her that I am a family photographer. That camera is my business, my livelihood. It helps keep a roof over my kids heads and food on our table. Without it I cant work. I was completely shocked at how little compassion she showed. She did not once apologize or show concern. She was just rude and nasty as if it was my fault. As i was explaining to her how I needed that camera she said to me “just go to city hall and they will take care of it”. This was not said in a nice way. It was totally horrible the way she treated me. She added insult to injury. I was hysterical at this point because not only was my camera broke but she was treating me so horribly. She should have been more caring. She could have offered to walk me to the front to talk to them and explain what happen. But nothing. Like I said in the beginning of this letter, i have been to Disneyland over 100 times. I love it! I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Not at all what I would expect from a Disney cast member! It ruined our day and is still making things hard for me. I am completely stressed about my camera. I cant afford to go out and replace it. It is not a cheap point and shoot camera. It is a canon rebel. It is my business. I am a mother of 5 kids. I am on a tight budget. I cant afford to go out and replace the camera. I have photo shoots scheduled for next week. Without a camera I can not do them. Which means I have to refund their money they gave me for a deposit and I will not be making the money that they still owed me for the shoot. And that means that I will be short on my rent and not have money for food for my family. I cant schedule more shoots because I have no clue what will happen with my camera. I have filed a personal damage report with your company but they have been unable to give me any answers as to what is going to happen. It has really caused a huge mess for me and my family. Only to be made worse by the horrible treatment of your cast member. I should also add that I wasn’t going to even ask her to take a photo for me. You guys had your photo pass photographer there and I have a pass that gives me all those photos so I didn’t need one taken with my camera. I am extremely upset, stressed, worried, and hurt by all of this. I cant shake it. I normally wouldn’t resort to writing to all of you about this but I don’t know what else to do. I think that it is something that you need to be aware of. Like I said this has made a huge impact on my life. I am in a position now where I cant work and don’t know what I am going to do. And just in case your wondering how we afford our passes being on such a tight budget, they were a Christmas gift. We get them for Christmas every year. We don’t pay for them. We couldn’t afford them if we had too. I am reaching out to you in hopes that you can help me. Help me get some resolution with getting my camera replaced. And also assure me that the cast member responsible for this will have some consequences. She is not at all the type of person what should be working for Disney. Thank you for your time and for listening to me.
Sincerely,
Brandy Heine
Laura Seban says
So sorry to hear about this. I too am a single mother and was an annual pass holder. Not being able to put our passes on payment plan means we were unable to renew this year. I hope you have a resolution soon. I will pray for you as there is nothing more stressful than being a provider for your family and having the means to provide taken from you.
Is there any way I can help? I would love to help you get back to your photography! Would mean more to me to help you and your family than a new annual pass. How much is the camera and how can we make this work for you? I have been trying to save for our passes but this would really make me feel better. Please let me know how we can connect and I would love to help purchase or donate to new camera for you.

My name is John H III and I have continuously have encountered extremely horrific service from majority of personal when I suddenly had my first concern in past 15 years I’ve been visiting the parks. I took my purchased tickets to 2 events through the food and wine festival in April at the Anaheim park. My visit date was 16th of April due to a birthday date I had planned. Ultimimately it was not disclosed that park admission was necessary when I purchased the events. After I followed up a few days before event this information was discovered which we found a resolution. From there everything went downhill. Everything from realizing once we arrived the purchased events were overlapping, my date got food poisining after we asked for ingredients (which we were refused), we were offered to return the following week (which never happened). That was imperative because I’d be out of town the last weekend!! Now we have t wait a year. By the way due to food poisoning we were unable to meet our dinner reservations that evening in LA at the Boniventure hotel. Since then we have tried vigorously to contact the proper personnel to resolve concerns to our liking and now we a being routed to someone specific at the location whom is not only unhelpful but rude and arrogant like most of the staff. I want to speak with headquarters directly and nobody at the park level. We are extremely livid. I have given Disneyland 3 months to find a mutual resolution. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional. Disney has all my contact information so you can please reach out to me through the vague and inaccurate account of reporting they have made. I repaeat, I do not want to be contacted by anyone on the park level. Please have corporate respond to me by phone or email. Arrival date 4.16.2016

We’ve been hearing in the news that the LGBT Agenda is trying to force their perversity onto the younger generation and further degrade our families and culture by insisting that Frozen’s Elsa be presented as a lesbian in the upcoming sequel. We encourage you not to sucXXXXb to the pressure from these militant people who are looking for society to put a stamp of approval on their sinful lifestyles. Please stand up for the families around the globe by NOT including any obvious or inferred references to homosexuality in the sequel. Otherwise, we will join the majority of people who are opposed to this in a boycott against the movie. Thank-you!

My granddaughter, Ashley, will be 24 this April 5th – she was at Disney this week and was going to buy something that would remind her of this trip – she saw a Mickey Mouse doctor and a Minnie Mouse nurse – she will become a doctor in two more years – and was wondering why in the world that Minnie doesn’t have a doctor’s outfit on because there are women doctors – so what does she do – she lets me know – because she knows I would move the earth if I could to please her! She is an amazing lady – when she was 10 she had accepted Christ – and then decided that same year to become a doctor for hearing impaired – so she at age 10 found a lady that would teach her sign language – and the lady said yes, this summer if you get me other students for the summer – Ashley made up the papers – collected the money – and therefore – had enough students to make it worthwhile for her teacher. A year later, her sister, Abigail, was born deaf and has an implant. Now she is paying her way through college – or will have a big bill when she finishes (ha ha) but is really disappointed because of the MINNIE MOUSE NURSE – AND NOT THE MINNIE MOUSE DOCTOR!! I would love for you to let me know if you all can correct this for hundreds if not millions of women doctors – and if you do please e-mail me so I can give you an address to send me one of the first to give to her – and yes, I will pay for the doll and shipping – just e-mail me – not a note saying you received this but a note saying yes we will make the doll or no we won’t make the doll. Thank you so much for your time. Linda (Ashley’s favorite grandmother)

Dear Disney Corporate,
I am so incredibly angry with Disney today that I could just scream! I am writing this to you as the issue I have encountered DEMANDS attention! I am traveling with my family to Disney World in November 2016. For this specific trip we are staying off property. Having been a repeat guest to Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line and Disney World, I have learned a thing of two about Disney vacation planning. Today I was trying to make a dining reservation at Be My Guest in the Magic Kingdom. Today is my 180 day window to make the reservations. At 12:05am I signed on and attempted to make the reservation. I tried every few minutes for 30 minutes straight. Each time I received an error message saying, “We were unable to check for reservations at the time. A problem occurred while looking for availability. Please try again later.”. I know the system was not down because I was able to make “fake” reservations for other restaurants. After waiting up till midnight and going through this process without a response I gave up. I woke up at 7am Utah time and tried to make the reservation again. This time the computer said that ALL the reservations had been made and there was NO AVAILABILITY! WHAT???? How could that be? I called Disney Dining and was placed on hold for 25 minutes. When I finally got a cast member I was told that she did not know why I was unable to make the reservation but that there were no more available times. She also told me that guests who stay on property are allowed to make their dining reservations for their entire stay on the 180th day. I stated that all the dining reservations are for guests who stay on property only then. She said no, that was not the case. I asked WHY was I not able to make my reservation at 12:05am this morning then. She didn’t know. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was transferred to Kelly Sue in Guest Services. She told me that in the FINE PRINT of Disney World’s website it says that reservations that open up on the 180th day cannot be made until 7:00am eastern time. I asked her for the specific webpage where this is stated. While she looked that up I was placed on hold for 8 minutes. Kelly Sue came back on the line and said that she was mistaken, that although this is the rule it is not specifically mentioned anywhere. I asked her how was I supposed to know this? She said she didn’t know that answer. I asked if I was just supposed to stay up all night long and try to make the reservation every couple of minutes? She said no. She said that the website states that Disney Dining reservation agents are available at 7am Eastern Time and that I should have called then. I said, Oh… then I was supposed to get up at 5am Utah time in order to make my reservation. She said yes. I asked her WHY did I not get THAT message returned when I was up at midnight trying to make my dining reservation. She said she had no idea. She said that she checked for the lunch time reservations on 11/17/16 at Be Our Guest and there were no reservations available and she was sorry…. End of story. I said that the entire reservation system was built to favor the guests who live on the east coast then and everyone else can go to hell!
In the course of my lifetime I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars at Disneyland, Disney World and the Disney Cruise Line, but NONE of that matters! I was just supposed to “magically” know that I needed to be on line at 5am to make my reservation. How utterly asinine is that????? I am so INCREDIBLY ANGRY at Disney for the way this is handled! Disney puts their cast members through extensive training on how to make sure that each and every guest is treated well and that every problem is handled with sincerity. Above all else, Disney strives and prides itself for its superior customer service! So I ask you…. In what way is the goal of superior customer service met when the time is NOT POSTED as to when online dining reservations can be made? Is this REALLY the way Walt Disney would want things run? I certainly do not think so!
After two hours on the phone trying to get someone to explain this process and attempt to get a reservation made, I hung up. I am so utterly angry and irritated that Disney has deliberately deceived me because the lack of information. Disney has all the power and all the money! Ticket prices are rising faster than I can shake a stick! And yet… This is how Disney treats its guests.
At this point I am very much demanding a return phone call. Acknowledging my experience and Disney’s errors is the VERY LEAST you can do! This problem and lack of communication from Disney needs to be addressed! I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible!

I have also had a terrible time make on-line dining reservations. I am located in the central time zone. At 6:00 I start trying to make dining reservations and the site always either goes down, or something about my page getting eaten. It is really frustrating!!! Also we are staying on property in December for 1 week and it would not let me make all my dining reservations. I had to keep going back everyday to see if anything opened up.
Now I am trying to check resort availability and I am having major problems.
This web site is awful. I also called and emailed WDW and rec a call back from what I assumed was a cast member. Usually I never have a problem with anyone, but lately no one is helpful at all. We have been going to WDW for the past 20 years.

My comment in this email is directed to Mr.Iger, Disney board members and Disney Corp.. I as a Disney shareholder was recently disturbed while watching the news on TV when a story came up regarding a certain special interest groups encouragment to Disney to make changes to one of Disney’s beloved characters. The news article stated that a Gay interest group has asked Disney to make the Beloved character Elsa have a girlfriend to show that even Disney Characters can be proud and gay. My granddaughter, along with most her friends love Elsa and all the characters in Frozen and all other films. Explain to me, how I’m going to explain Elsa being with another female in a relationship? I’m not against any rights of gay people or groups, I have many gay friends I love dearly. I will admit I along with many people I know were at the time, mad at Disney for making one day of the year, a special gay day at epcot themepark. By doing that, Disney open up itself for other groups to demand a special day for them as well. But when you push your personal preferences to try to make Disney change its characters sexual orientation, it’s wrong. If Disney wants to pursue this opportunity, then maybe make another movie with such characters. Please do not consider ever changing our beloved characters, just to upease certain special interest groups. Thank you for your time. Shareholder Nils Rundberg.

As the parent company to ABC I want you to know that I will no longer watch Live with Kelly and Michael. Shame on you for breaking up the Emmy winning team. Kelly Ripa deserved better from you. I can’t blame her for taking a few day’s off. I realize that Michael was obligated to release the information as you wanted but to blindside Kelly as you did shows you have no heart. For a company that purports ‘family values’ you really failed in this situation. Shame on you. I enjoyed Kelly and Michael as a team. There are many rumor’s floating around about what will happen with Live. I watched GMA faithfully daily and that stops now.
If you want to get rid of anyone it should be Robin Robert’s. Maybe then your rating’s will improve. There are far too many people that would rather see her go.
I hope you do the right thing and correct this issue.

To whom it may concern
I recently visited Disney World & Hollywood Studios in Orlando. My family and I enjoy the parks and ALWAYS have a magical time. However, on this last visit when purchasing park tickets, I requested the 4day hopper for military personnel (veteran ) and showed my id along with my husbands DD214. I was told because he was not present at the time Being his spouse I could NOT purchase tickets at the discounted military rate . Furthermore, after speaking to Management I was left with the only option of purchasing tickets at full price. This was very upsetting and disappointing . Not only did I pay full price for tickets each day I had waited in an hour long line , I spent another hour disputing the fact that I was the wife of a veteran and no one seemed to be able to help me.
Please advise as my family does want to re visit Disney in July but the treatment was unprofessional.

To Whom it may Concern,
I am emailing you because I have tried everything in my power to try resolve my current situation. I believe that overtime I call Disneyland and speak to one of their cast members they seem to be no help or treat me with no respect. I am really annoyed on how it is very easy to purchase a passport but when I have a problem so one seems to care. Just today, April 12, 2016, I called once again, I spoke to a cast member who had be waiting over the phone for hours and tell me that she was not able to help. Furthermore, I asked for speak to some else that would be able to help. I spoke to Miss Liana, Supervisor in the Passport Department in California, which told me she was not able to give me her ID number for security purposes. She was very rude, spoke like everything I said was unintelligent and basically belittled me. I bought two passports in California, never in my mind did it cross me that I was moving to Georgia because my close Uncle would be having Cancer. It is unbelievable how you guys say that you guys take pride in making Disneyland Magical, when you guys do not even understand certain stressful situations. I understand I have to pay for the Passports and I am not wanting to stop paying for them but If I You guys have the mean to change the names in the passport to my sister so they can enjoy disneyland, than why pride in calling Disney Magical, where Dreams come true. I believe I would be Respected And I want my Voice to be heard. After all, being in the Army and Almost being killed to protect the lives of these country was not just because it was for you freedom and be able to own your dream.

On your website you say you are committed to the privacy of children, yet you threaten to boycott states who are also committed to that privacy in restrooms and showers?? This is ludicrous. Urinals are not discriminatory. Having Mens and Womens restrooms, which your theme parks had the last time I was there, is not discriminatory. What happened to common sense, to common decency, and to actually working to protect children instead of trying to force them to have to share restrooms/showers(private places) with members of the opposite sex? Walt Disney would roll over in his grave. There is a reason Men’s and Women’s restrooms have this wording and even pictures on them. Please remember your largest supporters–families, parents, and their children. If you can’t provide common sense safety for our families, then you are not worthy of the support of America’s families. Don’t be surprised to see attendance and income drop at your theme parks if you can’t even provide private, safe places for children and families to use the restroom.

My name is Cathy Miller and I just wanted to reach out to let you know something that happened with your Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Figure Play Set. I purchased this for my Grandson who loves Mickey and Friends.
He loves the “Pete” doll that came in the package. The reason I am reaching out is when playing with this yesterday he actually got hurt.
It was an accident of course, he was holding Pete and we were tossing a ball back and forth.. Unfortunately the ball hit his hand which hit his chin. Next thing I know his chin was bleeding. I had no idea how this could happen until I picked up Pete, realizing then that the ears on Pete are very very sharp. 🙁 We were just lucky that it was my poor little man’s chin.. if that would have been his eye, or his temple.. it was have been a totally different story. I just wanted you to be aware of this. He still loves Pete but we are going to ground down the ears.. so they are not too sharp. I’m sure there are molds that you make these from, but I just thought that you may want to be aware of this!! Just don’t want to see anything serious happen to someone else. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Cathy Miller

I am so confused by this information on facebook about Disney supporting an article about abortion and harvesting organs or tissue from abortions. It seems like Disney is more associated with providing fun for living children and families. I would like to think that Disney would hold it’s entire corporation to higher standards and avoid association with such a issue as abortion. No one can argue the fact that it is the ending of a life – murder. It’s hard to look at Mickey Mouse and the Princess’s at the same time we know your corporation has been involved in any way with this other subject. Please clean up!! Sincerely, Betty-Jo Fancher

I ordered a Mickey Mouse Hidden Message Ring $158.98, when it arrived,
it did Not look like the picture, small, couldn’t hardly see mickey , the rings cheap & small, couldn’t read the hidden messages. I am trying to send them back and get my money returned. It had a guarantee. Bradford Exchange is a joke, inferior quality in representing Disney World. Just caught up on Scandal – I just wanted to say, thanks for producing such an excellent, nuanced show! I appreciate the gravity afforded to the subject of abortion, an issue that is so important to so many people. With drama and and emotional resonance together with grace and delicacy (Silent Night made for a haunting and beautiful accompaniment to the scene), I think it’s fair to say that Scandal is one of the best shows on TV right now.
Nancy Lawler says
I think the show on abortion and murder while Silent Night is playing in the background is horrific. Shame on you. Anything for money, right?
John Bullard says
My family and I spend thousands of dollars a year on Disney products, Disney World visits, etc. We just returned from Walt Disney World last week, where we had a great time. However, I am asking myself if I can continue to support a company that not only supports abortion, but makes hour-long programs to idealize it, like this weeks’ Scandal episode. I would like to express my extreme displeasure with this type of programming, that is the opposite of family entertainment. Disney is built on children and families, not the destruction of the same. I understand that I am one voice, but I hope you know I speak for many others as I ask Disney to continue to provide the type of family entertainment that built this tremendous company, not the type of politically motivated content that the episode of Scandal proposed.

I am thoroughly disgusted by the “Scandal” episode that showed the killing of an innocent life to the tune of “Silent Night,” which is about the birth of another innocent life, Jesus Christ! How could you support this, Disney, when your company is built on the dreams of millions of children? It’s shameful!
Sandra Townsend says
I am sickened by what I have heard about the episode of “Scandals” that aired on 11/19/15. Showing your lead character having an abortion was bad enough (I am 100% pro-life), but to have that happen with “Silent Night” playing in the background……. What an insult to Christians and to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! You are glorifying killing babies, who are your future customers. Please go back to family-friendly programs!
Sandra Arnold says
I am disappointed with your decision to promote the killing of the most innocent among us. Disney is suppose to be an entity that supports the family, it did in the past, but not anymore. If a pregnant woman takes drugs while pregnant she can be arrested and charged with child endangerment, if a murderer shoots a pregnant woman and kills her and the unborn child they can be charged with 2 counts of murder, but it is ok to abort (kill) a baby in the womb, would you air a program saying it is ok to do either of those things. You need to leave these things alone, you don’t have to promote a certain political agenda. Stay family friendly.
Lynn Wiser says
Never watched Scandal, never will, but after the publicized abortion with Silent Night playing in the background on the Disney owned show, if Disney offered my entire family a week free at one of their resorts, I would video myself burning the doXXXXents that verify it and just why; because Disney went to Hell after Walt passed away and has absolutely no scruples, no morals, & is so perversely sordid that I fear for the future of children who are not monitored close enough by their parents to not allow Disney in their homes. If you sleep with or play with the enemy, you condone their ways.

Sad! I’ve admired Walt Disney my entire life. A man who celebrated all that is sacred about childhood. I wonder what he would think of the path his company has taken? My family and I planned to visit your parks this coming summer … I think I’d rather cancel and spend $10,000 somewhere more wholesome that truly celebrates family values.
Lawrence kosedy says
Too bad Walt wasn’t still alive-He woulda fired ya all or never woulda hired you or sold his studio to you faciast evil doers. Promoting killing of a life and trying to make it look ok?? This is the devil at work and smiling all the way home. I grew up when Walt Disney shows were moral and just. So sad to see it flip up side down promoting death/murder of a living identity. Absolute horrifying. Isis and your company could share center stage in your evil. Difference being Isis doesn’t try make it look beautiful. Though you are same in line of “both Being murderers”…!!!!!!
Carl Reiner says
Abortion is murder and your show is sick.
Time to tune out Disney
Vic Linson says
Disney is despicable and will not get another penny from me and mine.
Collin Wahlund says
Portraying an abortion while a hymn about Christ’s birth was a blasphemous insult to all Christians. Would you act like that with other faiths? Of course not.
If you’re going to encourage killing babies my family will have nothing to do with you. ABC is off the air in this household as of now, and I have to seriously consider even your more wholesome products. Walt is rolling in his grave.
Horace Hall says
Your series, Scandal, depicted an abortion while Christmas Music was playing in the back ground, Silent Night, and the narrator makes the statement, “Family doesn’t make you it destroys you.” I find this despicable, distasteful, degrading the family unit, anti-family. I was appalled to see this and to hear this. I wish there could be a positive movement in regards to our moral decadence in our wonderful United States of America. We’ve gained a huge amount of technological skills as a way of life but at the same time we are seeing a decadence in family units, husband, wife, children, etc and increase in the decadence of morals to the extinction of MORALS, almost in our country. A not so happy viewer. God Bless America, Again. Yours truly, Horace R. Hall

OR MAYBE YOUR TOO SCARED OF BEING CALLED “”RACIST”” IF YOU TELL HER NO !!! MIGHT WANT TO ASK YOURSELVES WHAT WALT DISNEY WOULD THINK OF THIS BEHAVIOR ON TV…WE CAN ONLY IMAGINE. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH ALREADY ITS ALL DISGUSTING !!!!
Harold Crumley says
I am disappointed in the Disney Corporation. Your treatment of your employees who are legal citizens of the United States is deplorable. The statement made concerning abortion on your show “Scandal” is a deviation from the image Walt Disney worked so hard to cultivate. Disneyland was the destination all of my children desired on special days in their lives. Disneyland always conveyed the idea of “family”. If you continue to project this new image, I will no longer support the Disney Corporation in any way.
Sincerely,
Harold Crumley

I’m a huge fan of Scandal, ABC and Disney but was disgusted with the last show. Honestly, it made me sick
Judy Morgan says
This is disgusting, showing an abortion on tv. Disney corporation should not be a part of glorifying this event on commercial television. Please respect your community and patrons.
Cheryl Robar says
Truely disturbing, and very morally wrong to glorify abortions. Disney as a company you have lost your way. Shame on you for airing such an episode.
Kristina says
Revolting episode……to have a show preach about how important planned parenthood is for women in low income areas and then have your most selfish and bratty character have an abortion simply because she is just too selfish to have a child. I have watched many crazy things on this show but this was just the worst. I honestly don’t feel i can watch any longer and I have been devoted since the very first episode.
Carol Lane says
The days of watching wholesome family movies are over. I am not happy and I am sure many of my friends are saddened by the way Disney has quit making family shows. All life matters!

I think that is terrible that you Glorify the killing of children on National TV on you show Scandal on the 5th season episode. I know a lot of people who are not watching that show anymore
Kathleen says
I have watched Scandal since it premiered. It has been one of my favorite television shows. However, the abortion scene, with a hymn that celebrates the birth of Christ playing in the background is an abomination. Could you have been any more sacrilegious? I don’t think so, but then I don’t know. To say it’s unbelievably offensive to Christians is an understatement. I’ve watched my last episode of Scandal. Thanks for ruining it for me.
Nan Tedesco says
WOE to you Disney! You truly have shown yourselves aligned with pure evil! It was not enough to show your support of these murders perhaps financially( or otherwise-)-BUT, you felt the NEED to OVERLAY IT on the birth of The SON of God! A musical montage to drive a STAKE in the heart of God!!…HOW could you play streams of “Heavenly Hosts sing,”Hallelujah” “, as a woman kills her child? This was “birthed” from the BLACKEST, LOWEST,
PIT of HELL!!!! I pray your eyes are opened. Call on HIM, who you just slaughtered in your show. He WILL show mercy.
Julia Mandeville says
As a former stock holder, and lover of Disney, if I hadn’t already sold my stock, I would be dumping DIS right now! How DARE you produce a show where you state “Family doesn’t complete you…it destroys you”, while simultaneously producing shows for the little children (Disney Jr) and marketing your Theme Parks to families as ‘The Happiest Place on Earth”?
HELLO! Killing off future Guests/clients/patrons/employees is not the way to keep your company going and growing — I have been dismayed at ABCs programming for many years now – and hence why I dumped DIS stock, but this is just a new low — Stop promulgating the idea that it is ok to kill the most vulnerable, the most innocent – and for you as a company – your future — DIS will loose business – not just in the short term but in the long term because you are allowing the killing of your future Guests and employees!!
Sincerely

Whitney Meadows says
I am disgusted by the depiction of abortion on your show, Scandal. Utilizing a Christian based song while stating degrading things about family is disgusting and reprehensible. I do not understand how a company that seems to strive to make children happy could show such a thing.
Hawke Hartman says
your show Scandal episode Silent Night shows that “family doesn’t complete you, it destroys you”. for a family oriented organization, I am appalled. not only does it show that you don’t care about families, but that you don’t care about human life. how far you have fallen, such a once great organization.
Nick DelGiudice says
Your program showing an abortion on the show Scandal was perverted and insensitive. My family and I will never watch your channel again or support anything with Disney.
Playing Christmas music while this procedure was being performed was an attack on Christians.

Scandal is more than a Scandal. It is a complete abomination! How could you even feel your company could mock a sovereign and holy God by playing Silent Night during a “murder” scene where a tiny life was taken? Silent Night, the most beloved Christmas carol was written about the night our Savior, Jesus Christ, was born. Life is is so precious and Disney has made a mockery of it. I will no longer support Disney. This is a sad day in your business history!

Goodbye Disney. You’ve lost your moral grounding.
Michelle Sztabor says
I was totally disgusted by the show. Worlds cannot even convey how sad I am that what represented wholesomeness is now doing the devil’s bidding.
Bette Anderson says
I find it totally despicable that you would engage in this type of
anti-family message given you purport to be a family-friendly
organization. Your entire structure has changed from forcing out
employees in favor of H1B workers to promoting the killing of innocent
lives because they are “destroying families.” Are you for real? It’s
unbelievable the message you are sending out and I condemn it
along with all of your other anti-family, anti-Christian, immoral and
unethical practices and propaganda. You certainly have changed
180 degrees since my childhood. I no longer consider you a go-to
medium for family-friendly entertainment.
Lawrence kosedy says
Hurray Bette Anderson in retoratin my feelings and ideals. It’s disgusting and despicable what Dusney has turned out in way of moral disrespectful viewing to a entity that “kills” and sells body parts-totally Frankenstein has come to life in PP with backers line Dusney.. Absolute mind bending..
Denise Cressman says
First of all, I will in the future give long thought as to whether I will put any more money in the deep Disney pocket. You choice to make this episode as such shows much depravity in your heart. It shows your disregard for life, its Creator, and the people who made Disney what it is today: the family. Popular opinion may be on your side, the media minions may hail you and you may be patting yourselves on the back, but one day you will all give an account. That will be a day of sorrow, rest assured.
Jo Marno says
If you’re (Walt Disney World) a company built on happy lives for children, and you advertise how it’s a happy place for families, how do you think playing Silent Night while showing a woman receiving an abortion who is listening to someone tell her a family doesn’t complete–it destroys….is in line with what Disney is all about?
Lisa Friedman says
To your shareholders:
Abortion is murder. Walt Disney would never believe it possible that one day his empire would push abortion. We are done with Disney anyway.
You will reap what you sow,

charles says
Disney is the most disgusting, perverted, and obnoxious group imagineable for doing this. Walt would turn over in his grave if he knew of this. However, this is typical of businesses such as Disney, putting money and profit above the words of God and the fact the majority of Americans disapprove of Planned Parenthood and the federeal government financing it. All of you involved in this WILL be answering to God one day and rest assured you will be judged by these type actions you are committing.
Deb says
“Thursday night’s episode of Shonda Rhimes’s ABC series Scandal was an hour-long advertisement for Planned Parenthood…”

And “family doesn’t complete you, it destroys you”?!?!?
Truly sick.
Betsy says
after becoming a huge fan of ‘scandal’, I have decided to turn it off for good. I’m not sure why the powers-that-be at Disney approved he abortion content while silent night plays in the background, but your pathetic quest for ratings is transparent and desperate. I won’t. E back, and I assure you, I’m not alone. Try to keep it classy.
marc says
Are you kidding me…we were planing a trip but will have to reconsider.
chris doornbos says
The whole premise of this show is revolting. Not only is it amoral with all the bed hopping and marriage destruction. Showing how the wealthy and powerful are above the law. Now it is glorifying abortion…….murder. From a company that has for over 50 years milked the American public via their children, live ones. I have never watched this show but the trailers were enough. Will never buy or go see another Disney production again.
Terri Van Dyck says
Your show Scandal has the right name. The abortion episode is a disgusting piece of crap that ruins the reputation of Disney as being a family company. I have young grandchildren and will no longer purchase any Disney products or entertainment for them. Your treatment of US workers was bad, but this show about abortion has destroy the last bit of respect I had for Disney.
Tiffany says
Dear Disney,
You should be so ashamed of yourself for supporting such a disgusting organization of Planned Parenthood in your recently aired episode of Scandal. Disney owes its success to children and for your to allow narcissistic Shonda Rimes to praise an organization that makes money off of women killing children and then selling off their body parts is utterly shameful. I hope this leads to the demise of your corporation. And since you allowed Rimes to state that Family is so aweful in this same episode, I hope families everywhere stop supporting your morally corrupt franchise.
Evelyn Green says
I am absolutely appalled that Sisney would support something like this! I have always that that Disney was a family oriented business, whereby just about anything produced could be watched by all ages! But this show goes beyond the realms of appropriate for TV! I don’t care what your views are personally, but to show an abortion on television because you think it helps ratings is the most despicable, low life form of tv that I have ever see ! And you are doing nothing more than promoting Plannd Parenthood – who believes that it is okay to sell fetuses and/or parts of babies! I am but one person, but your company is wrong on ALL levels to show this and think it is okay. Somehow I think Walt Disney would be turning over in his grave to see the way his company is being run now!
lamar says
The episode of scandal, “Baby, it’s cold outside” was the worse tv show I have ever seen. The playing of Silent night, plus the narration was way beyond despicable and showed very poor taste on the network. PP GOT YOU IN THEIR POCKET. Hey, it’s all about the $$$$$
Richard Damiani says
Nice…Silent Night while murdering a child. I will never take my eleven grandchildren to Disney after this, or take them to one of your movies. Goodbye for good.
Nan Tedesco says

Deb Ketron says
Christians remain the largest religious group in the United States and you chose to spit in their face with this disgraceful scene. Not the smartest business plan! There have been several issues where Disney got it wrong but this is beyond the pale. My hope is a nationwide boycott against your company will occur. Demonstrating total disrespect for an entire religious group is unacceptable. You wouldn’t dare disparage Islam in such a manner. Christians have given billions of their hard earned dollars to your company for decades and this is your thanks??? Whoever is making such decisions at your company should be fired and a public apology should be made immediately to all Christians!
Nan Tedesco says
Yes! A NATION-WIDE boycott!
Dianna Cutrer says
Disney, you have sunk to an all time low!!! You purport love of children and their happiness, yet you support the killing of innocent babies and the sale of their bodies!!! You will NEVER receive another penny of money from me or my family! I will do everything in my power to press everyone I know and have contact with, to boycott every Disney product, to include your cruise line! You have crossed the line of decency!!!!
Doug says
Disney continues to try to influence a political agenda. This will also continue to hurt the company and I vow to be an active voice against Disney. Keep your perversions in you own personal lives Disney exec’s!
Bonnie says
I am glad my children are grown. I do not have to expose them anymore Disney hypocrisy, This is not the Disney that I grew up with and you have no heroes or persons to look up to in your current cast of characters. I feel sorry for you. I can do without you. I can make sure my grandchildren do without you. In some small way. I can impact your world like you have impacted mine.
jeff hebert says
“Family doesn’t complete you. It destroys you.” Are you serious?? This is a quote from a recent episode of “Scandal” which very much promoted abortion. Furthermore the choice to play “Silent Night” during an abortion scene was inappropriate to say the least. This was on ABC, which is a Disney owned network. Not cool, Disney! This will taken into account when we consider spending our entertainment dollars.

This is a new low for Disney. Walt Disney would have never stooped this low. This program is in such poor taste, it’s disgusting. We were planning to take my 3 grandchildren and their parents to Disney World next year, but now I will surely change my plans and take them elsewhere. Disney and it’s affiliates will never get another dime from our Family.
sandra incarico says
This is the most disturbing thing I have ever heard on TV. Are you people just crazy? Insane? You have to really be mentally ill or really evil to think up such a disturbing and evil concept.
It’s no wonder the spread of radical muslims is winning since Christians have completely lost their faith and the path to sanity.
Janice Daubert says
Dear Disney Corp.
Why do you find it okay to have an episode of someone getting an abortion and then have the nerve to play one of the most holy Christmas carols about Christ during this procedure? That is just sick and you should be ashamed. I ask myself many times how low can we go in this World? You have sunk to an all time low. My family was considering visiting your park this year, but I am changing our plans. As a Christian I will spend my money elsewhere as I see that your values are changing. I plan to also post this on Facebook so that others can see how you contradict yourself. Walt must be turning over in his grave!

Francine Flood says
The scene on Scandal of a woman having an abortion with Silent Night playing is a outrage! How dare you mock the birth of Our Savior! What has happened to this company? It used to represent wholesome family values? Now it is only interested in a 180 degree turn from that! I am glad I had the opportipu ity to visit your parks and your cruise line while I could still in good conscience do so! It had always been a dream of mine to do the same with my grand children, but if you continue this backslide of normalizing sin, it would be out of the question!
Deb St John says
HOW DARE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mari Litz says
I am utterly disgusted and saddened by your company’s relationship to ABC that aired the abortion on their show Scandal! How can a company that caters to children be related to this? Sadly, we will have to stop watching Dismey channels and forgo any future plans to visit any of your theme parks. Going forward, I would strongly advise you to consider such actions and how it affects a majority of your customers!
Wanda O'Donoghue says
Your Corporation has lost sight of where you started so many years ago. Your support of the abortion of human life and Planned Parenthood is of the devil. My family will no longer have any connection with the Disney Corp.or your affiliates. Donna Barineau says
I am ver sad and disappointed that an organization that has made its fortune on entertaining children would stoop so low as to present a tv episode that is nothing more than a commercial promoting the death machine called Planned Parenthood. It gives me pause to see you glorify murder of the unborn with a hymn that celebrates the advent of the birth of an unborn child in extremely difficult cirXXXXstances, who happened to be the Savior of all men. You have sunk to glorifying the depths of the depravity of man. When are you planning a recruitment video for ISIS?
Wendy Turpin says
I recorded it last night and was going to watch tonight. However, I saw the news article on it. It’s deleted, never will Scandal be on in my house again. That will include Grey’s as well. Conception starts the moment the egg and sperm connect and the cells begin to divide to create a human being. It is not a form a birth control. Shame on you for promoting murder and the ripping apart of a live human being.
Clay Troxell says
I am astonished and saddened that Disney would be involved with a TV show that celebrates the murder of the unborn. Your contempt for Christianity by using such beautiful hymns as part of the show makes your actions absolutely despicable. What happened to your family values? Your company is a disgrace.

Hello,
I had read about the layoffs the Disney cartoon animators a while ago and did nothing. Yesterday I read the heart breaking story, “NYT: Laid Off Disney Employees Made to Train Foreign Replacements” at Disney World. I can no longer sit idly by. I read the article to my whole family and posted the same article on facebook, and encourage all to share with their friends–just how horrible Disney treats it’s faithful workers.
Just absolutely astonished that Disney would treat it’s workers so badly.
Until something in done to remedy what Disney has done to all it’s workers and their families that not only were laid off, but “FORCED” to train their replacements under the threat of not receiving any severance pay–my family will not watch, see any movies nor go to any Disney parks–nor the new Aulani Resort here on Oahu–or elsewhere around the world.
I do not think that Walt Disney would be so cruel to it’s faithful American workers.
Very upset,
Kalama

NYC Coach with Stomach Cancer becomes like a father to inner city middle school girls: Here’s my story
My name is Christopher Astacio. I am currently a Physical Education teacher and softball coach for a special group of girls in the South Bronx. My girls who I consider like daughters have endured what most adults have yet or never wish to experience. From molestation to rape to making cuts on their arms to hide the pain, there are times where I commend them for their strength and fortitude. Since most of my girls do not have fathers, they look to me. I raised funds to send my girls to Florida State University so that they could train with their softball team and receive mentoring. I brought together 55 Donors to donate $40K in just 5 days for our trip that took place on April 7-10. I have attached a link to a video/doXXXXentary of this trip. This team has grown together so much and I would love you to see their accomplishments. Dealing with stomach cancer, my team has given me the strength and support to stay positive.
During one of several college tours, the Lady Tigers visited a university located in upstate New York, nearly 3 hours away from their middle school. My girls were completely mesmerized by the breath-taking beauty of Pace University and also stricken with disbelief. Accustomed to dismal housing projects, streets riddled with filth, gang presence nearly on every street corner, and a concrete playing field filled with broken glass, etc. most girls did not realize such places like this existed in NY nor they did fathom that they would one day step foot on a “real softball field” made of grass and dirt and not concrete. At that moment, it hit me that most of my girls have never step foot out of the South Bronx, let alone New York. Therefore, a trip to Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida would be a great and awesome experience for my girls to witness firsthand how far education and softball can take them. Donations came in slowly, $50 or $100 at a time. But then all of a sudden, on the second day $15K had been donated. By the third day, we had a total of $25K with donations given by anonymous donors, capital one, and teachers from across the United States. It seem like donations had stopped since nothing was given on the fourth day. By the end of the fifth day that the project went live, I received a phone call from my wife, ecstatic, screaming “I can’t believe you did it”. I cannot begin to describe the overwhelming feeling of emotions that flooded me on that day, especially after telling my girls that their dream of seeing a professional college team had come true. However, just a few weeks late I’d to break the new to my girls that they had found a small cancerous mass in my stomach. And that it might get worse before it gets better which might prevent me from going with them to Florida. Telling my girls that I was sick again was the hardest thing I ever had to do. It was right before Christmas break that I choose to tell my girls since I didn’t know what the future held for me. I knew what I was going to say and how I was going to say it but having so many eyes focuses me, I couldn’t speak. Thankfully, I have some really smart girls and one asked if I was sick again. Girls began to cry uncontrollably. The whole team held me in a group hug. Since I already suffered from severe acid reflux, my health began to slowly deteriorate. My team captain really stepped up and took over most softball practices. She really kept the team together. Girls would come down to the school gymnasium asking if I needed help or stay after school to help clean up. A month before the trip, I began to feel better and hopeful that I could enjoy this adventure with my girls. Exactly two weeks before the trip, I felt really ill one night. My health quickly spiraled out of control. I was rushed to the hospital and given medication which did not stop my violent regurgitation. To spare the horrible details, I could not eat for 5 days, not even water. The pain was incredible and it looked like I would not be able to make it to Florida. However, the weekend before the trip I was discharged and given clearance to fly. I decided to surprise my girls at school which could be seen in the video taken by another teacher. My illness definitely brought out the best in my girls. The story of my girls goes more in depth; gang violence, arrests, molestation, rape, “cutting” where I have to constantly check girls for small cuts on their arms, suicidal tendencies, runaways, etc. For my girls, softball has become a way of life, a means to escape the harsh reality of their cirXXXXstances and simply enjoy being a teen.
I am currently searching for those who are able to support the Lady Tigers in our efforts in returning to Florida State University in 2016. Any help will be greatly appreciated. We are a girls’ softball team from a Title 1 middle school located in the South Bronx, NY. Thank you for taking the time in reading this.
Thank you for taking the time in reading this.

sadley after being a long time supporter of Disney for many years with my children and now grandchildren, we will be stopping due to the companies support of planned parenthood. Many of of our healthcare meetings for physicians, CRNAs etc are booked their each year. To Whom It May Concern:
I live a few doors down from the Disney Animation Studio — off Buena Vista — and just down the street from the Disney-owned homes that run along Keystone.
Everyday, as I walk down Keystone, I see more and more take-out food trash: bags, food containers, soft drink cups, cans, and bottles tossed into the ivy directly across the street from the very same Disney-owned homes on Keystone. I also see cigarette butts littering the street. Everyday, I clean up after your groundsmen/landscapers and, quiet frankly, I’m tired of it. It’s disrespectful to your neighbors who also live here. Please have a little chat with your landscaping staff — or whomever you contract with.
I wanted to attach a video of the trash that I came across on tonight’s walk but am unable to in this forum. (This morning I had already picked up several bags, cups, and cigarette butts.)
Thanks for your time

It breaks my heart to write this because I live in Orlando and I benefit from Disney’s success. We don’t have a state income tax because of our thriving tourist industry for which we have Disney to thank. Unfortunately the truth must be told about the dark side of Disney.
According to Bloomberg1 Disney, headed by CEO Bob Iger, owns a 50% stake in A&E Networks, headed by CEO Nancy Dubuc. Earlier this year, The Disney owned A&E network aired a show “Neighbors with Benefits” where couples, including couples with children, from a small town in Ohio, were hired to openly engaged in adultery and recruit other couples to have sex with them. Disney owned A&E made nine episodes but the show was cancelled after the second episode was aired. During one of the episodes the male ringleader said to his friends, “Use her and abuse her” referring to his wife. During the last episode that was aired, the female ringleader broke down in tears saying “It’s hardest on the kids”. We can only speculate as to the permanent psychological damage the children suffered
Unrepentant, a new show called “The Seven Year Switch” aired July 7th. Married couples are split up and provided with someone to commit adultery with for two weeks. This is supposed to help their marriages. The trailer shows panic stricken couples proclaiming their love for each other as they leave in a limousine to commit adultery with a stranger provided by the Disney owned A&E network. One can only speculate what psychobabble was fed to these couples by A&E to make them believe that committing adultery would help their marriages.
I contacted the two advertisers that appeared on the trailer. Amazon.com, and AARP. I am happy to report that both must have pulled their adds because their adds were not present on the first episode. What companies would want to be associated with such depravity and sexual exploitation of fellow human beings? Here are the companies who ran adds during the first episode;
DeVry University 1-866-338-7934

Since A&E is 50% owned by Disney, it is hard to believe this depraved offensive programming rated suitable for minors and shown in early afternoon could have happened without Bob Iger giving the green light. Give Bob a call and let him know what you think.

I’m coming down in December and wanted to see if the Disney Travel Agent could find me a free dining deal for the week my sister and I arrive. Your Cast Member went above and beyond!!! Her name is Thelma Louise…She is a very valuable asset for your business!!! Not many people like to leave nice things but…..I am! I’m not sure if many appreciate your Cast Members but I do very much! Thelma Louise looked at every angle she could think of to try and help me out. My sister and I don’t have alot of money and I had hopes of the free dining being at the time frame we were going to visit. It didn’t work out to be. You had a 2 week frame in Dec. that didn’t have the dining. I called and the WONDERFUL Thelma Louise did her best. Thank you for hiring her!!! She had hopes of having “Magic” that she could send my way. Not today. She did send “Magic”….she has the magic of kindness!!!! Thought you should know of your lovely Cast Member~Miss Thelma Louise. Thanks Much!

My whole family is boycotting Disney. It is disgraceful that you hired Indian workers to replace American workers. Makes me sick.

What Happen To The Disney Family Value? All My Family, Cousins, Children, Grandchildren, Have Made Disney A lot Of Money Over The Years. Just My Own Family Alone Has Been To Disneyland 5 Times, Disney World Over 33 Times. And Yes We Love Disney Parks, And Yes I Know Were Every Bathrooms At ! But, I Do Get Up Set When I Have To Listen To Other Language, When Getting On And Off Rides. This Is The U.S.A. ! If I Would Go To Other Country With Disney Parks I Would Expect To Hear There Language ! This Year At Universal Studio I Only Heard English On And Off The Rides ! That’s The Way It Should Be ! Now At $105.+Tax For Disney World And The Other Parks $97.+Tax.You Sure Don’t Need To Bring People From India To Work And Fire People You Have Used All These Years ! I Know Epcot Has Had People From Around The World Working In There Own Country And That’s Fine. But To Bring Who Knows What From India, Really, Upsets Me ! Now I Don’t Feel Very Safe In Your Parks ! I Hope You Do Better Then Homeland Security To Screen Them. You Need To Hirer These People All Back You Fired, They Helped Disney Co. Grow ! If This Is How Disney’s Co. Is Going ,I Know I May Not Go To Disney Next Again Year Or The Next. It Sounds Like The Magic Is Going, Gone ! . I Also Go To Sea World And Bush Garden And Universal . Thanks For Your Time . Laying off American (tech) workers? You’ll never get another dime from me – regarding any Disney theme park or Disney product. Why don’t you move your theme parks to India – you’re not wanted here. Adios Disney.

I am a shareholder and am appalled by your recent hiring practices. My goodness, lay off people who have been devoted to Disney and replace them with foreigners here on visas. You are contributing to the United States not being the country it used to be. We need to keep jobs here in the USA. Let’s worry about our citizens first and foremost.
The next annual meeting I plan to vote this present Board out!!!!!

I am so appalled over the Disney news as of today June 4th. In florida they have laid off many workers only to give their jobs to Indian workers from India! Not only that but they get to come and stay with a visa and the workers who have been fired have to train the indians their job. How humiliating is that! Unbelievable to think Disney of all people. If Walt would be here today he would be very disappointed.I have seen many families over the last 2 years lose their jobs to India, China, Philippines and many more countries. Their trying to say that they are better skilled if that was the case then why do they have to be trained for almost a year and still do not know what the heck they are doing because I deal with them all the time and they never do anything right. We all know that it is based on getting out of taxes, lower wages, and not having to supply health insurance. Our government has really screwed up this country. The United States is no longer a producing country. We have fallen far below. And it is only going to get worse. Everyone better start waking up because you may be next. And the sad part is all the people that lost their jobs over the last couple of years still do not have a job. What about children! Families can’t even support them with no job. The United States every year implements the teaching of history in schools on all types of areas, one being slavery. I do not know why it is taught because the US replay their actions over and over, They are okaying slavery in all of these countries. The government needs to bring back the jobs to the United States and start worrying about its own people!

Dear Disney, I am a wife and mother of two. My family and I have visited Disney atleast 5 times. I can honestly say that each visit has been special and unique in its own way. My first visit is the one I share every chance that I get. I am writing today because I thought you should know…whenever anyone asks me if we’ve every been and how’s the disney experience…my reply is and has always been…a magical place where hopes and dreams really come true. My first visit to disney I lost my eyeglasses on mickeys fantasia, we looked and looked, even the ride assistants helped, but because of the dark, literally, we couldn’t see. The attendant told me they would recheck later and for me to check back with lost and found. Well needless to say I was devasted, I am pretty much blind without my glasses. My husband advised me to just “let it go” and enjoy our vacation, and to not let it ruin our trip…well at the end of the night, about 11 hours later, after the fireworks display, we decided to check with lost and found…feeling like it was a waste of time, And that it would only upset me again, I reluctantly went in. I am pleased to say that I came out of the lost and found not just with “my glasses,” but with joy and an overwhelming feeling of happiness and hope. As I left crying and overwhelmed with emotion, listening to the disney theme music…I said to my husband…”this is truly a magical place.” Not just because of my found glasses, but because of the promise of that worker…”I will do my best to find your glasses.”This is the story that I share over and over with as many people as I can.

To Whom it May Concerns:
I do not even know where to begin, but THIS was not the “Magical” vacation we were promised/expecting! I have stayed at nicer Red roof/Budget Inns!!!!
All the prep/excitement that goes into planning a vacation was destroyed by this hotel multiple times! I have been saving for YEARS to take my son to Disney World. This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had to deal with!
I am not a fancy person by any means, which is why the value resort appealed to me, traveling with a little boy…
I promise you this is the absolute WORST hotel EVER and I’ve stayed at over a thousand, traveling for work so often.
-The staff was RUDE…. from the front desk, to cafe workers; to housekeeping; to lifeguards…. everyone was downright nasty!
-The pools were constantly closed due to maintenance issues or kids pooping in the pool. All my son could talk about was swimming and watching a movie. That didn’t happen once in over a week!
-They had 2 people cashing people out at the cafe, therefore…. By the time you even got through the line, your food was cold or your child dropped it on the floor. I just cannot get over how rude these people were. We seemed to be a “bother!” Not one person ever said “Hi” or “How was your day?” God forbid you show up 5-10 min prior to close! They treat you even worse!!! We had a man actually yell at my special needs son because he couldn’t make up his mind on what flavor of ice cream to choose! Thanks for making him cry on this “Magical” vacation!
-The WiFi …. Now that is a joke…. Couldn’t hardly even update your Disney Plans because the internet was “Weak/No Connection!”
-The ground would have been more comfortable than those awful, nasty, stained up beds! The pillows were like rocks. The sheets were hard and noisy…. After a long day in Disney…. You need a good night’s sleep…. NOT HERE. The noise was also out of control! Not just from other guests, but the rooms are paper thin. You can hear water running in other rooms, toilets, showers, people sneezing, not to mention the thing some adults do! My God…. THEN the WORKERS! Ahhhh…. Replacing doors until 1:30am, power washing and yard maintenance starts at 7-8am every single day! That also includes hearing them all stand around and yell over the machines they have running!
-The rooms were DISGUSTING!!!! I spent an hour cleaning our 1st room… it was never vacuumed, tub wasn’t clean, no toilet paper, bed was not made well, there was hair all over the toilet and sink…. GROSS…. Oh it gets better!!! There were “unknown” bugs in our room that would crawl all over everything and laid eggs all around the toilet, I didn’t know and sat on them in the middle of the night. Lets just say popping eggs with your bottom at 4am doesn’t make for a good start to the day. I called the front desk and was placed on hold for more than 15 min before I gave up. I went to the desk later and it took them 2 hours to switch our room…. Did I mention NO ONE helped!!???
-Security is rude, rude, rude as well. My son said “hi” to one and the security guard told him “Get to your room; you’re too young to be out after 10pm!” Dear Lord… Hello, I’m his mother holding his hand walking that way!
-We had a life guard grab my son for throwing a ball near the pool….
There is so many awful things that happened…. I was not the only guest with these complaints either. Even the managers agreed there are problems here… yet, not one offered the proper accommodations or credits for all these problems and pretty much ruining this “Magical” Vacation!!!
This is just a few of the problems we were faced with. Not to mention the rash both my son and I still have, the bugs that found their way into our suitcases, therefore having to wash EVERYTHING twice, clean my entire house…. THIS is just awful. I would have never expected this experience from Disney. I am so sad, have cried multiple times. This is just not the memory I was hoping to capture for my son and I. He has been through so much with having special needs and losing his dad a couple years ago. I tried so hard to have this “Magical” experience that is advertised and was not just let down and disappointed, but blatantly disrespected and was treated like dirt.
I just want you to know…feel free to contact me if you would like more information.
I’m not sure at this point though, if anyone at Disney really cares.

Dear Disney,
Lately your shows have not been satisfying the interest of older kids preferably ages 11 to16. Even though it is not your targeted age group we would still like to watch Disney Channel, but there’s nothing really appealing to our age group on Disney Channel anymore. I am asking if you could make a Teen Disney channel. Disney channel just for teens that includes new shows or even old shows such as That’s so Raven, Hannah Montana, and Wizards of Waverly Place. All the time I hear in the hallways of our middle school that they miss shows like Proud Family or Cory in the House in other words Old Disney. Shows like that made us laugh and enjoy TV. This could also be a boost to your ratings. I am sure that we are not the only people asking for this and hopefully you will take our ideas into consideration. Please email us back if you think that this is a good idea. Thank you.

Dear Phonenix Cinemas
On February 20th 2015 I went to see the Disney Movie McFarland USA with my family at the Phoenix Big Cinema in Bridgeville PA. We had a snow day from school and thought this would be a great family outing. I was appalled and completely horrified to see the trailer for Unfinished Business. This movie trailer had both extreme profanity as well as full frontal nudity. With all of the VERY young children in the audience (especially since it was a day off from school) I was mortified and so completely shocked. This was a R rated trailer being shown at a Disney family movie!! I mentioned to the manager how upset I was and he stated that “others already expressed their concern and he was going to remove this trailer for the week” I was in shock and very upset that this manager was not embarrassed and also horrified that small children just watched this disgustingly inappropriate preview. As for “pulling it for a week” this is NOT in anyway acceptable. As a paying customer I can honestly say that I was not only gravely disapointed in the managers reaction but to the fact that all he could say was it was not his fault and it had everything to do with the distributer. He is the manager of this business and at the very least should make sure that the previews are age appropriate and match up with the standards of the viewing age. Next time you are going to the theatre with young children image your horror when people are yelling the F word and then simulating sex naked in front of your children.
A deeply concerned viewer

I and my pre-teen boys are fans of StarWars and thus started playing StarWars Commander designed by Disney Interactive. The game has numberous bugs/glitches and many players like myself have commented on them in the games playdom.com forum. Soon after joining the forum I noticed that one of your developers was being attacked by someone who was frustrated. I responded to him by posting, “don’t worry (name) they crucified Jesus too. Hang in there. :)”
For which I received a sanction for posting religious content and was directed toward the forum rules. I read those rules and understand that because there are multiple religious perspectives in the world, Disney Interactive restricts religious discussions or content in order to focus on gameplay instead. I do not mind this there are other areas I can go to engage in religious discussions if need be.
I was frustrated and appalled however when I noticed within two posts of mine individuals who personally verbally attacked this same individual with hateful and spiteful language. The post after that used Jesus as a blasphemous epithet. Both went without correction by your moderators.
Per your rules I pointed out that they seem to be cherry picking which rules to enforce and who to enforce them on. For my efforts I was retaliated against. Again per your rules I escalated this to your Forum Administrator, who first quoted the rules at me, then started deleting my posts about the poor condition of the game and a desire for someone to provide updates regarding fixes that were needed to the game (it having been decimated by a scheduled update on your end that was improperly tested prior to release -the game developers posted as much). When I pointed this out and requested to address the situation with her manager, she threatened me with banning me from your game and online community.
Sadly the message that Disney is the worlds largest Media Conglomerate, plays by its own rules and will do anything for a buck has come across loud and clear.
Sadly as well, you have taken a great product, i.e. Star Wars and driven it into the ground

So disappointed. We placed an order on 12/26/2014. Here we are 1/8/2015 and still no order. So we thought we would call to get an update. Update order is processing.. According to this website i should get a personalized order within 7-9 Business days. Tomorrow is 9 business days and our order is still processing. Appartently now a days Disnesy Customer Service cant call anyone to find out why the order is still processing and ask can this order be shipped tomorrow, it has to be an email is what we were told. So now we are placing another order with a supervisor with 2 orders
because 3 out of 20 items are personalized and for us to get anything before we leave to go to Walt Disney World we had to split the order. So disappointed with the way customer service treated us and our order. I just cant imagine that this is the way Mr. Walt Disney would have wanted his customers treated. Its appalling and a disgrace for a company to treat a customer in the manner. The supervisor did keep her cool and was very polite despite my frustration but the answers we were given were just appalling. And we still are not guaranteed to have our order in time before our vacation.
Great customer service!!!
I just wonder if i was Walt Disney himself or any Disney cast member’s family would someone really try to make sure or order got out on time or put it on the back bunner and tell them its still processing . Doubt it Now after being on the phone for an hour and half some items are not available. Amazing .

I am writing this letter as a result of my recent family trip to Walt Disney World. My grandfather knew Walt Disney and we were raised with the magic and caring of families of Mr. Disney. I have brought my children their a few times in the past, this time I took my grandchildren to experience the magic and outstanding treatment of my family that Walt always made sure his guests would encounter. It takes me as well as many families to save for this trip to Walt Disney. I am a 100% disabled veteran which makes it hard to save enough to fly, house, feed and treat my family to Walt Disney World. I was very disappointed and disheartened by what I saw that changed since I had been there years ago. It seems that “Walt” has been taken out of Walt Disney World. I know Walt Disney created this magical fun place for people to bring their families to, at the same time I realize it is a business. The admission price is expensive, one can only do and see so much in a day no matter how big the park is, and to top it off we are charged to park there?? The prices of food and items in the park are way above retail outside the park: I purchased three burgers, two chicken nuggets both with fries and drinks and it cost me $75.00! This is absurd! In the past everyone paid for one kind of ticket and anyone with a disability were allowed to the front of a line. This has turned into what is now known as a Fastpass that anyone can purchase for a lot more money and the people with regular tickets as well as anyone disabled are treated like second-class guests. My family was in one line when we were stopped from entering a ride when there was no Fastpass line at all and were told that they were waiting to see if anyone with a Fastpass would be coming. To view a parade close to the street, you need a Fastpass. I saw 3 people in wheelchairs just in my area that were about 5 people deep from the road and could see the parade because they didn’t purchase a Fastpass! This is disgusting!! Walt must be rolling over in his grave!!!! It use to be thrilling to run across a Walt Disney character while walking through the park, now you must wait in a long line at certain places for your children to see and meet them and the handlers that are with them let everyone take as much time with them as they wish. At least outside people are pressured to hurry up for others to get some time with them. I know it’s crowded, but it was always crowded. To solve this issue Walt had many different crews in different areas of the park, why isn’t it the same today?? I want to mention about your designated smoking area’s: isn’t it better to thin out the smoke through the park then to put many people in one place to smoke when non-smokers walk through the area that is designated for smoking, heck we are all outside! To find them was hard enough, made that objective sometimes a priority than enjoying the facility. I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal to non-smokers, but it is. Lastly, I want to let you know I have never seen or experienced a rude person that worked at Disney (Left the Walt out) until this recent trip. One in a food area who was rude to my wife and worst was someone who was Goofy. This Goofy did not show any excitement to see my children and didn’t even encourage them to come to him/her and didn’t care if they came to them or not. Then I go into see a film about Walt Disney and his reasons for creating “Walt Disney” and feel so sad at what Disney has become.
Disheartened,
Walt Finch

Hi, I am from Houston Texas and for years we have heard rumors of Disney possibly coming to Texas to build it’s biggest theme park yet in the Houston area. I would really like to note that Texans are big fans of Disney and are wishing and hoping for the opportunity to one day hosts Disney Universe here in Houston or the Houston area. As you know Houston lost its six flags theme park some years ago and has been a quiet big city for a long time. We need Disney. We want Disney, and we can handle Disney. Please consider bringing Disney to the Houston area. Our city and metro is quickly growing and the job market is extremely hot right now. Iwould, that you would please consider this. Some person are not able to go to Floriday or California. Why not have one in the middle of the country. Can you see it? Disney Universe in Houston Texas. Disney would stand to gain a lot. Please consider this option. Thanks and Respectfully

As an annual passholder for the past 14 years, I feel like I have never been more disappointed than I am now.
1) Wrist Bands – As a passholder, I definitely do not see any value added to the Bands. I am unable to use it for parking, discounts, or credit card. If I have to wear the band, and carry my parking pass and discount pass, where is the value? I tried several times to bring my point across at two different Customer Service desks and never received any satisfaction. As in one-stop shopping, there should be an “all-in-one” mechanism. When I made the transition to the band last year, I did not realize I would have to wear the band, plus carry a parking card which was expiring Dec 2014 [but my pass expires in Jun 2015] and plus a discount card. The expiration date on the parking card mystified me. I finally managed to get someone to put everything on one card. I tried to turn in the Band but they would not accept it. I was told I could still use it. I told them I did not want to use it that everything I have is on this one card. The cast member still would not take the band. There appears to be a lot of funding wasted on the band and box when all anyone needs is one “card” to do everything that can easily be placed in wallet or pocket. The bands are bulky and uncomfortable. The card alone would be more cost effective in my opinion.
2) Fast Pass – This has really gotten out of hand. Plus the over-promotion of doing “My Disney Experience” in advance has reached new levels of complexity that do NOT enhance my experience. Can we just stop the madness and make ONE GUEST LINE and forget about Fast Pass! To me, there is still the same amount of people that have to go through the line. With one line, there is an even flow of people WITHOUT INTERRUPTIONS. If patrons do not make the reservations in advance, they are left out. I was left out on one ride because the Fast Pass for that ride was already issued for the day and the other two available passes were late in the evening. This was even after I showed up right when the park opened. Again, the same amount of people has to go through the line and everyone has the same idea to see and do all. Recommend taking one popular ride and remove the Fast Pass, and monitor the progress. Make the “Disney Experience” an even playing field for everyone.
3) Downtown Disney – the renovation of Downtown Disney is a major undertaking all at one time. The parking is horrendous. The valet parking is a joke. I can’t tell you how many times I have seen an empty valet lot or only a few cars parked in these “large” lots. I am not sure what value is being added other than “adding more costs” to an already expensive shopping trip. Recommend getting rid of the Valet Parking areas.
4) Please bring back the cigar lounge to Downtown Disney. So many times we enjoyed that break from the crowd and it provided an “adults only” place to relax. The cigar shop in downtown is great but we need a place to enjoy those cigars inside an air-conditioned, drinking establishment.

On 8/26/14 my family and I attended Disneyland in Anaheim CA. After 9+ hours in the park we returned to our car to find the windows smashed and my possessions stolen. This was the same for several other cars in that area. I want others to know that when you park, there are many Disney employees helping to get you settled but after that, the criminals rule the parking garages. Disney has no security presence in the garage and is incompetent to stop crime there. Their security employees are untrained, detached and completely disconnected to what happens to customers after they leave their cars. If you go back to your car in the middle of the day you may get a chance to meet one of these criminals face to face. I wrote a letter and was ultimately told by Mr. Bob Wiese of guest services that Disney isn’t responsible at all for what happens in their garage on Disney property. The image of Disney is all about family and safety but yet in their garages you are completely without help and could be risking your life by simply walking into a parking structure. The supervisor of security that I filed my report with was rude and emotionally disconnected as well as the manager I spoke to. I would say to those visiting the park beware, Disney loves you when you’re spending hundreds of dollars enjoying yourself but turns a deaf ear to the criminal presence that existing on their property. I won’t be coming back.

I absolutely love Disney . I am a mother of two older teens and they love it too , and even though they are older . We still watch the Disney Chanel , after all if you love disney , you never grow up , right ? These shows that are on now are really just not good . They kind of are just too silly , I know they are meant for kids , but come on . I am going to make a plea .
Love the days of House of mouse , Duck Tales, Bonkers, Rescue Rangers , Little Mermaid(the series) cartoon along with Aladdin series and all the others like this . What Disney was founded on . CARTOONS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
CARTOONS !!!!! My kids loved them and I bet anything this generation would love them too.
Give them a chance , please , to know the real disney , not this mindless silliness that is on now.
Maybe create yet another Disney Chanel just for the classics . You know just for cartoons !
And add the classic cartoons too of Mickey , Donald , Goofy . Not this new , sometimes disgusting Mickey Mouse cartoons . I really don’t think Mr. Disney would like those at all. Just my opinion. I was hoping Disney would never go to the level of the Sponge Bobs or Cartoon Network cartoons , because I never did let my kids watch that Chanel , because of the harshness of that type of animation .
Also please bring back Rollie Pollie Olie , Jo Jo’s circus , Bear in the big blue house ,
Winnie the Pooh ! Even Out of the Box was a great show my 19 year old daughter , and her cousins the same age , still talk about how much they loved that show , they can still sing the theme song .
The shows that are now are just , sorry , but lack of a better word . Stupid . Way to silly and almost seem like they are looking down on how smart kids are . The Phil of the future , LIzzy Maguire , Even Steven and those type shows were funny but did not make the actors look like idiots . Please , please make a Disney Classics Chanel and give this generation a real chance to know the real Disney and to know the real art of animation . I love Pixar , but it’s the real fine art of cartoons , and my opinion , but it’s becoming a lots art and for Disney to lose that is just truly heart braking , and I believe not just my opinion . I hope .

Hello,
I have been a long time supported of Disney since a child and now my children are lovers of Disney. We go to Disneyland twice a year. I invest lots of money and love into Disney.
I had a question about if Disney funds Israel and where that money goes specifically. Does the money go to the Israeli military in specific or where. I am very concerned if the funds are going to Israeli military because of right now Israeli has taken over Palestine. They are killing and bombing Gaza. 800 over people, children mainly killed. Over 5,800 injured. So please tell me if Disney is funding military specifically. I look forward to your honesty.
Thank you .

I have gone to the Disney store in Merrillville Indiana numerous time and have also called the store. I would like to purchase the Frozen’s blonde Elsa doll for my niece. I have had no luck. The Merrillville, IN store located in the Southlake Mall had a shipment of inventory sent today but no doll. I have called the store to see if they do get a shipment of blonde Elsa dolls if they could reserve one for me instead of selling numerous dolls to customers who purchase them up and sell them on e-bay for an exorbitant amount of money for profit. In Northwest Indiana the Frozen blonde Elsa dolls are out of stock everywhere. Could you please find out if I could purchase one for my niece who is 9 years old since she does not ask for much. I would like to be able to put a smile on her face. Thank you, Dorinda Gregor

“Do what you do so well that they will want to see it again and bring their friends.” At this point my wife and I feel like we do not want to vacation at Disney again nor recommend it to our friends, which we have done for years in the past.
Every year my wife books a trip to Disney; it has become a family tradition. To the extreme of acquiring a Disney credit card to contribute to our trips and take advantage of the specials. Last year when we came home from our Disney trip my wife booked an exceptional trip for October of this year and booked the concierge level at one of your hotels, the Contemporary. Late October is the time of year we enjoy; it gives a break from the guests we deal with daily and recharges our batteries before the long holiday season because we are both in the retail business.
We have always loved the level of service that we receive and have come to expect nothing less from Disney. This occasion has been far from it, which started while trying to book a reservation at Victoria and Alberts. I called the special concierge telephone number to have them assist me in getting a reservation to this special restaurant; I received voicemail, which I left a detailed message about what I needed. I then waited 30min; I started getting nervous and proceeded in calling the restaurant itself. After 4 calls I got through and was able to book this special experience with only a few seats left. To this day weeks later I have still NOT received a phone call back to help me with my request. Not sure why we have paid a higher cost for a room w/concierge if there is no special benefit with items like helping to get hard to get reservations.
Most recently my wife received an email from her Disney credit card stating “Great News” Disney is now offering a free food plan from September to December. This was no surprise to us because last year Disney did the same thing you just had to call to have your reservation adjusted when booked through them, which I did. This year I make the same call which I expect to be a 5min call, reservation adjusted in true Disney fashion and instead I am told “Sorry you are in a black out period.” “Did I have an offer code?” which we were not given. Mind you this is the same week we took last year and received the free plan. When I started asking questions around why and asked for a supervisor, that is when I truly felt the Disney Experience drain from my body. I was told things like “There are conventions going on then and that is why you can’t get it” / “We are fully booked so there is no reason to offer it then” / “Disney’s marketing department does the offers way in advance and we have no control over it” / and the best was “It is Mickey’s Halloween Party time and we are really busy” , but when I asked about the offer being available the next week after we stay which is the week of Halloween, I got dead silence over the phone. I felt like I was dealing with the customer service department of a Walmart, not guest services of Disney World. I was so perplexed at the level of service and hearing NO FROM DISNEY that I just said “Since you can’t help me, thank you for your time” and hung up.
Our biggest complaint is that our trip does not feel special anymore and we never expected to hear the word NO from Disney. The free plan that Disney is offering would be the “Standard One” which we would already be upgrading our plan to the “Deluxe Plan” with what we have already booked. I don’t feel anyone at Disney is taking the time to look at where we are staying, what level room we have or even our history with Disney to make a flawless decision or at least what should be done to keep a lifelong customer and keep Disney’s reputation intact. Furthermore, how can Disney offer a special that lasts almost 18 weeks, but then black out half of those weeks? And on top of the blackout period, not train their guest service specialist the why around it or give them the ability to resolve customer’s issues other than trying to rebook the trip. What is easier, giving a free meal plan with a code or trying to rebook a trip that includes none refundable airfare, reservations at restaurant’s like Victoria and Alberts which is almost unattainable, time off from work, etc….
What would make the situation right?
• To allow us to take advantage of the Free Meal Plan offer, we then pay the difference to our deluxe meal plan which we have already booked.
• The reevaluation of offering a free plan, but then putting uncalled restrictions on the very promotion.
• A better system in place for concierge guests not staying at the Grand Floridian Hotel.
I look forward to corresponding with someone from Disney that has the ability and authority to just make this situation right and reclaim our faith in the Disney Experience. Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Glenn SXXXXXworth

Disney advertises a Disney World discount to “members of the U.S. Military. I am a veteran and have proper doXXXXents to verify service. However, in order to purchase discount tickets one needs an ID card which in turn requires 20 years of service or a disability. So, apparently other military member having served less than 20 years do not qualify whether or not they served 10 years, in combat, etc. Disney might qualify its advertising of support for military if this is correct.

Dear Disney,
I am a Florida resident and for the past 14 years my family and I have been going to the Disney parks at least 1-2 times a year. My family and I recently came back from Disney World and have to say that it was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had there. To begin with, the new fastpass system is horrible. You used to be able to go around the park to each ride and get a fast past every hour. Now it only allows you to obtain a fastpass for three rides at one park for the whole day. We had the 3-day park hopper and wasn’t allowed to use our fastpass for more than one park a day. We were going to do all four parks, but we couldn’t even get through three of them in the three days we were there. All the rides were at least two hours or more to stand in line. We had to do Magic Kingdom in two days and still didn’t finish the park. We couldn’t even get a fastpass for Space Mountain on either day. We went to Epcot and ended up leaving after three hours because we couldn’t get on the two main rides (Test Track and Soarin) due to the extremely long lines. I’m sorry but 2 1/2 hours to wait in line to get on Soarin is not right. When we went to the fastpass kiosk, we were advised that all of the fastpasses for those two rides were done for the day and that was early in the morning. We went to Disney Hollywood Studios and wasn’t able to finish it either. We got there when the park opened and had to stand in line at a fastpass kiosk for 1/2 to 45 minutes. By the time we got up to the person to help us with the fastpasses, the main rides (Rockin Rollercoaster and Tower of Terror) were already sold out of their fastpasses for the day. It’s pretty sad when you have to waste your time standing in line at a fastpass kiosk before you can ride any rides. The old fastpass system was so much better than this new one. Another thing that bothered my family was the highly over-priced food. If you are going to pay that much for food, it should at least include a drink with the meal. In addition, there was not enough choices on the kids menu. The only choices were chicken nuggets, veggie burger and PB&J sandwiches. Not all kids like veggie burgers. The kid menus should also include pizza and hamburgers. Overall, our Disney experience was very disappointing. I am a huge Disney fan, but I have to say that at this point and time I am thoroughly disappointed with this new Disney park experience and don’t know if I will be going back to any of the Disney parks anytime soon.
Priscilla says
We go every year and have never had a pproblem getting on rides. As far as the food prices, when you look at the quality of the parks, the professionalism in the employees, the cleanliness of the grounds, and the detail into the atmosphere I will pay the prices. Look at what ou get at the cheaper parks. No comparrison. You get what you pay for.

Dear Disney
We visited the park on April 5, 2014 with all of our family and Choir family. We all go once a year for music in the parks and every experience has always been a good one. But this time around it wasn’t a happy one. First we all went to your guest relations to find out what your new policies were for disabled Guest in the park. I was given just a brochure that look like the map of your Disneyland resort and had four spots marked off where were supposed to enter if we have a wheelchair. We were never given a green card with the lanyard to distinguish our family had a disabled person in our party. So this is just the beginning we went to go rent an electric wheelchair for my brother-in-law and he was given one with a broken seat which I thought was not fair since the prices are not cheap to rent your Wheelchairs. So the day was going okay until we got on Star Tours and was directed by one of you’re cast members that we had to wait in the regular line just like everyone else which I thought was very rude the way he told us. We didn’t mind waiting in line I just wanted to know where we were supposed to line up. When we got to the entrance we were directed to go through a blue door and then was told that he needed to leave his wheelchair at the door and walked to the elevator. Mind you your cast member can easily see he was connected to an oxygen tank that’s in his backpack. My brother-in-law and sister-in-law didn’t complain and just walked very slowly over to the elevator and met up with the rest of us. When we exited the ride no one told us we were supposed to exit back the way we came in to get our wheelchair. So we had to wait till the ride ended the so we can walk through the entrance again. By this time my brother-in-law is a little weary and is a little disoriented because he’s tired and it’s already too much walking for him. So after he get his wheelchair we had over to Autopia to ride the cars. So when we entered the ride we are told that he has to go in through the exit but not with his wheelchair. So by that time my sister-in-law says he is not going to get off his wheelchair and he can go to the elevator. And your female cast member says well I guess you guys can use the elevator. And when my brother-in-law’s going through that exit to get onto the ride he stopped by another of your cast members and says wait you don’t look disabled you cant come in through here. Mind you he has an oxygen tank connected to him and an electric wheelchair. What more did she need but apparently she needed to see a green card which we were never given in Guest Relations. As soon as my son got off he came to tell me the way his uncle was treated I was upset about it. I replied don’t worry baby I’m going to speak to a supervisor before the night is over I promise you that. So we head over to Star Tours after with our fast passes. And was helped by the same cast member who helped us earlier and this time he directed us straight to the door and even offered a manual chair for us to push my brother in law to the elevator now why did he not offer that the first time we were there did he feel we were cutting in lines because were with a disabled person in his eyes. At least that’s the way we all felt. So after we get off that ride we continue our trip. But my brother-in-law was already tired and frustrated and upset going through the park. So I told them they should just leave since he was tired which was almost 9 o’clock. We were waiting for the fireworks they wanted to go to guess relations to tell them about the experience that they had had in the resort. And when they spoke to Lauren at guest relations. She tells my inlaw all she could offer them was a half day pass but in order for her to give them to her she needed the whole party there that she paid for and she wasn’t going to give us our tickets until we left the park. So we all had to go meet up at guest relations in order for her to take care of us if that’s what you call taking care of your guest visiting your park. Getting kicked out. The worst part of it all was seeing my nieces and my sons witnessing the way they treated their dad and their uncle that broke my heart. Especially when one of the little ones turned around and said gee daddy I guess this isn’t the happiest place on earth. So after missing the FIREWORKS because we were asked to leave park. Do you feel it was fair the way my in laws were treated???? Because I didn’t think it was fair that you offered them half day tickets. When she paid regular price for tickets for 9 of us. I think the less you can do is call them to apologize for your cast members. And you should really Retrain your cast members on how to treat a guest . And know how to handle people with disabilities and proper protocol. Please email me so I can give you her number thank you.

Dear Disney,
Today, I strolled the aisles of several stores in my area; Wal-Mart, Dollar General, and Family Dollar in search of items to make my child an Easter basket. I am quite angry and I am starting with Disney first. Exactly which one(s) and how many characters do you as a company direct towards brown skin girls and boys. Either I live so far in the sticks that you have characters I am unaware of or I think you just don’t care about producing characters geared toward other races besides Caucasian. I have a 7yo daughter that is biracial (Caucasian and African American) and she loves everything girly put out by Disney. You did do the princess Tiana but for some reason just as fast as she appeared, she disappeared. Now we have Doc McStuffins and that’s a start but there should be more role models for little girls with brown skin.
Savannah says
There are other Disney princesses that are not Caucasian, there is Jasmine, Mulan, and Pocahontas, not just Tiana. They are not African American and are each a different race. While the majority of the Disney princesses are white, it follows the story line and makes sense. For example, Belle is set in France so it makes sense that she would be white. To my knowledge there are only 11 official Disney princesses and 4 of them are not white. I understand your frustration but I would like to point this out.

Dear Disney,
You are a wonderful company. As with most of my generation, I was raised on Disney, watching the beautiful films, celebrating my 5th birthday at Disneyland, visiting my sister at Walt Disney World during her internship and many more wonderful visits.
My last visit was 2 years ago with my fiance. It was, as always, perfect. We were overwhelmed with emotion at the thought of all of Walt’s beautiful creations. He literally created a world (make that worlds) where fairy tales are real, heroes always save the day, and every dream becomes reality.
I want to say thank you to everyone involved with this company. I have nothing but praise and respect for all of you. I will continue to keep Disney in my life and one day share all of Walt’s and Roy’s (along with all of the many people that have contributed to this magical company’s success) accomplishments with my children.
Thank you,
Megan Vallee

well how every disney princess is that she lives a happy life just like a fairy tail and every thing goes right in the end well how about the real princesses like the girls with cancer or fighting a deathly illness because they deserve more, they fight through it and always end up unknown and they need to be told that they are special and that they are the real princesses not theses made up people but the real people who do more than you think just like Talia since finding Dory but think about all of those other boys and girls out there just like that so think about that disney, think about the REAL princesses.

Disney I needed a copy of Beauty and the Beast (mine is missing) for my college masters program. I first went to the library; however their copies didn’t work well and that is when I found out what the Disney fault really means. So you can make more money a movie disappears from everywhere. I found all kinds of copies that were not the Disney version; even on Demand, however not one copy could be streamed, bought, stolen or anything else because Disney took it back. Is that really necessary that you remove movies so completely that it is like they don’t exist? I am not sure how I am going to finish my project this weekend without a copy. Between this and the way you are running your shows it has really placed Disney in a different light; I am not sure that it is the position that the Disney Brothers had wanted it to go in. Particularly Walt. I am very disappointed and try and steer my children away from watching many of the shows. I so loved your Characters and shows from years gone by.

My husband and I ate at the Blue Bayou restaurant in Disneyland in January 2014. He ordered the gumbo and found a large sharp chicken bone in it! The waitress was not nice – all she said was she would inform the chef. But it got worse from there. I ordered the jambalaya and the prawns didn’t taste cooked well. When I got back to our hotel room 3 hours later, I GOT VIOLENTLY ILL FROM FOOD POISONING – MY HUSBAND ALMOST TOOK ME TO THE HOSPITAL! I WAS SO SICK FOR 3 DAYS THAT I COULDN’T LEAVE OUR HOTEL ROOM AND IT RUINED THE REST OF OUR TRIP. I know for sure it was food poisoning – my husband never got sick because he didn’t eat the same thing I did. I”M SPREADING THE WORD BOTH ONLINE AND IN PERSON: DO NOT EAT AT THE BLUE BAYOU RESTAURANT IN DISNEYLAND – YOU WILL GET VERY ILL AND MAY EVEN DIE.
P.S. Both our means totaled $80 – at the very least we should get refunded our money!

The removal of the Legacy FastPass system in the parks due to FastPass+ will end the way my family and many other guests prefer to tour the parks. Like most visitors, we want to ride the big ticket rides such as Space Mountain, Soarin’ or Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster several times in a single day without waiting in 90 minute stand-by lines. This was easy to achieve because we were always able to obtain a FastPass every 2 hours for the ride of our choice. The new tier system prohibits us from doing so. If I wish to acquire 3 Fastpasses throughout a given day for Space Mountain shouldn’t I have that option instead the tier program that restricts the rides to which I’ve been accustomed to ridding using the Fastpass system?
Limiting Fastpass availability will lessen the guest experience. We will no longer have the ability to have the “Magic OUR Way”. Many FastPass+ reservations will go unused as do those for Advanced Dinning Reservations. Clearly there is a maximum number of passes allowed per attraction. What if only a partial allowance was booked online? The balance should be available inside the park to be acquired as the previous system allowed
I was compelled to write because I feel this is a huge injustice to us loyal and repeat customers that have helped make Walt Disney World into the number one vacation destination in the world. So please ask yourself, will the guest experience will be better with less Fastpasses? This Fastpass and 20 year Disney Park expert knows the answer is no.
I implore you to not take away the vacation experience that so many of us have come to love for so many years.

so Disney puts a couple of perverts on good luck Charlie to try to tell my kid’s that “hey look kid’s, this is the new norm”? really Disney? all you did was infuriate a lot of us traditional Disney supporters, who have gone on your cruises, your theme parks and support your Disney channels. and this is how you repay us….with a perverted agenda? no thanks Disney, I can spend my money else where that’s more family friendly! your call? you go pervert and we boycott you! walt Disney would be absolutely ashamed of what happened to his once proud FAMILY network I think! better smarten up or we’re done with you!
Jennifer says
You’re right. Knowing a kid with two mom’s isn’t the new norm. It’s been the norm for a very long time. In fact, homosexuality has been pervasive throughout some of the greatest intellectual and economic times throughout history. Google it if you don’t believe me. Although I would say calling homosexuals perverts more shows a lack of sexual understanding on your part than anything else, I’m not going to condemn you for that. But implying that Disney Channel has an agenda for putting a gay couple on the second to last episode of a series run is ridiculous. Look at it this way, never in the show did they say “Two moms is better,” “All kids should have two moms,” or even a simple “It’s okay that she has two moms.” All that was said is that she has two moms. That’s a simple fact of the character. It isn’t pushing an agenda at all.
Richard Green says
It is most certainly “Pushing an Agenda’ to expose our children to a lifestyle that goes contrary to our beliefs and morals. The Public has trusted Disney to provide Childrens entertainment and that trust has made Disney the Worlds largest entertainment comglomerate . Disney has spit in the faces of American Families for way two long, and not just this one program but many more. Nowhere does our trust, which is eroding rapidly, imply you have a right to impose YOUR views on OUR children.

There is a facebook game, called Party Town, that is not only using Disney characters without permission, but also that of other Big Name Companies and small time artists.
They are most likely making a profit off of the trademark/copyrighted work, and nothing has been done. So I’ll continue to keep reporting this, until I get a response. I as well as a few handful of small time artists are being stolen from, and we do not have a voice, compared to the Disney Company
Again the game’s facebook page, that is stealing from your company is: https://www.facebook.com/europartytown.

I am so disappointed with DISNEY on its availability of old TVshows and/or Movies and their prohibitive costs. Cases in point. The classic TV show “Zorro” with Guy Williams- over $200 and just for season 1 etc. And how about the classic “Dr.Syn:the scarecrow of Romney Marsh” over $300. REALLY.
And don’t blame retailers. It starts with the manufacturer and the licensing and what they want and that points back to Disney.
Don’t you think you might catch more flies (customers) with honey (prices more in line with Paramount,Fox etc) than with vinager (cost prohibitive).

I recently heard that the Disabled will not be able to have their own entrance, I think this is VERY unfair. I am a disabled person; I have noticed that there are lots of people that do take advantage and bring 10 or more people with them in line. I THINK THAT IS WRONG! When I go I it is just my husband and I, because I need him to assist me. What I think you should do is have a limit to either Two to Three people which include the disabled person. When I went with my husband in my wheelchair I was SO IMPRESSED on how YOU Disneyland treated us (the Disabled)! Now you are changing your rules. PLEASE LEAVE IT AS IT WAS AND HAVE THE DISABLED HAVE A LIMIT! It really upsets me that there are people that TAKE ADVANTAGE, BUT PLEASE DON’T PUNISH US THAT ARE REALLY DISABLED BECAUSE OF IGNORANT PEOPLE. IT IS NOT FAIR TO DISCRIMINATE THE DISABLED! PLEASE DISNEYLAND DON’T CHANGE!!!!!

Hi, my name is Ariella Mahoney im 13 and my dog, Chewie, was born with ‘Mickey Mouse’ on her back and i have pictures to prove it. She really is a special dog. I was writing to Disney because we need help. Chewie has Grandmal Seizures. We rescued her as a puppy from a man who was beating her and kicking her in the head. Soon after we got her she began to have seizures and she won’t stop having them. It’s almost every hour that she will have a seizure. We have taken her to ever vet in our area and no one knows what’s wrong with her. We have put her on every medication that we can afford. I really love my dog and if we can’t get some type of help we might loose her…. Please give us a call at 417-770-7294 she really does have Mickey mouse on her back.

Dear Disney,
I know you could care less about complaints filed to you but my heart is broken by the new Bibbidi Bobbdidi Botique age policy .I went every year for my birthday and got the hair make and nails package it my gift to myself at Disney world. Now since the policy is in place no one over 12 is allowed to do the special princess make over.I never wanted the grown just the hair make up and nails .They keep telling me about some Pirate make over and after looking at the pictures the make overs including the mermaid one is very odd looking and bit loud for my taste. Why are adult men allow to live there dream of being pirates while adult aren’t allowed to live there dream of becoming princesses is because women aren’t allow to kids at Disney and men are. I never returning to Disney and neither are my friends you have let us down Disney and ashamed of you

Dear disney, a lot of people get frustrated
Because of the disney fast past they only have
It running durning certine times to get one
And they let them go more then the other lines
So people who don’t have the fast pass have to
Wait twice as long really gets them mad.you might
Want to consider getting rid ofvit and make
It fare for everyone, who ever came up with
This didn’t think of your customers much let them
Wait like the rest of us.you would have a lot more happy

Dear Walt Disney Company,
Hi, I am Cayla Johnson from Little Rock Arkansas and I am thirteen years old. On behalf of my age group I am writing this letter to explain an idea that we have talked about for a while. I personally love Disney channel. I mean it is my favorite network of all times, but I also miss the old shows too. I was wondering if every Thursday on Disney Channel it would be a “Throwback Thursday day.” Throwback Thursday Day would be a day when you play all of the old Disney channel shows and or movies. For example the all-time favorites such as: That’s So Raven, Lizzie McGuire, Even Stevens, Kim Possible, Hannah Montana , and many other fantastic shows that were once played. Thank you for taking the time to read this email and I hope you take this into consideration. Please and thank you.
Sincerely,
Cayla Johnson
P.S. To contact me please email me at caylaj2000@gmail.com or give me a call at 501-837-2846

Hello, my name is Mary Stewart and my family and I are planning a short vacation to Disney Land in May 2013. I am having a great deal of difficulty obtaining maps to both Disney Land and California Adventures. My travel agent was unable to obtain them and when I called customer service the women was very rude about sending me one. I am unable to down load them so that they print out legibly on my computer and informed her of this. All that she could offer me was a vacation planning cd which I told her over and over I did not need. I was told that once we arrived at the park, that we could get a map, but I would rather not spend the time planning once we are there, our time would be better spent enjoying the park. I am actually somewhat confused as to the big deal about sending out maps? I found it rather ironic that while holding on the phone I was listening to a song about being your guest and “putting your service to the test” and I can’t even get you to send me copies of your park maps. If I hadn’t all ready informed my daughter that we were going to Disney Land, I would reconsider our trip for such horrible service and absurdness. It is horrible that you would risk loosing “guests” over sending maps. Thank you for your time and I would hope that you would reconsider and in the future re think the actions of your so called “cast members”. My address in case you would be so kind as to send out these maps is 3178 Kentwood dr Eugene, Oregon 97401. Thank you again, Mary Stewart.

You probably should have accepted the vacation planning DVD that was offered to you, considering they come with park maps… Just saying.

Have experienced your trainers at the International Alliance of Accelerative Learning conferences in years past, and your methods are superb. I have also had the pleasure of the Behind the scenes tour of Disney World, which was absolutely fascinating. One thing that impressed me is your waste management: You researched the exact distance between trash cans that is necessary to encourage people not to litter. I unfortunately have forgotten the figure. May I have that exact measurement, please, because I want to forward it to the Parks Board of my city. We have a litter problem in our parks, and your experience can be part of the solution. Many Thanks.

Please disney change the comment of the soldier girl calling her soldiers a pussy willow in the movie wreck it ralph!! my little boy and husband really enjoyed the movie but because of that statement we will not be buying it. I am not looking forward to the day of telling him no we can’t buy it because of something that was said. He will be so sad because he loves video games and really loved the movie. So please make the changes so kids everywhere can enjoy it and parents dont have to worry about that statement anymore!!!
