Tried to book a fast deal. After a long hold, vacation planner comes back with they would not honor the price posted. This has occurred before. I find this to be poor practice. The same rate is still posted. Poor customer survice. Will not use your company again. I will advice all others not to book with you also.

FOUR WEEKS AGO WE WERE TOLD BY OUR REP. THAT WE WOULD BE RECEIVING PARTIAL PAYMENT FROM ROYAL CARRIBEAN. WE HAVE RECEIVED THE PAPERWORK THROUGH VACATION TO GO, BUT NO CHECK AS YET. WE HAVE BEEN CALLING THE REP FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS TO FIND OUT ABOUT OUR MONEY CREDITED, SINCE THERE IS NOTHING THAT HAS BEEN SENT TO OUR BANK OF AMERICA IN THE FORM OF A CREDIT TO OUR CREDIT CARD.
