I have been a long time customer to pizza guys in yuba city ca. I order the same pizza stuffed crust tro pep and it arrived cold and there was not cheese in the crust I called to get the right pizza staff argued with me and told me that I ordered a plain pep pizza I sent the online order showing that I ordered stuff crust and still refused to fix there mess up. Promised to call back and never did. I called back they said that they would replace it but never came. And never replaced my order not to mention when my order arrived it was cold.
I ordered online est ¹⁰:30 pm, sd it was be delivered by 11:40. Tracker shows “baKing” status since 11pm. I refresh the page,, tracker disappears and shows tonight’s order as a previous order as if it were delivered. this is after I had to create a whole new email address & losing 10,000+ points because everytime I get a new phone the points don’t carryover.
It’s 12:22am and my children are still hungry..
I ordered close to 60 of food only for it to be never delivered and I was charged. The delivery screen is still even up. I waited 4 hours the last night. 2 hours in I called to see where my delivery was. It hadn’t been made. They told me the delivery would be made as soon as possible. I’m out 60 dollars that could’ve gone to a better meal, gas, phone Bill’s, groceries, but I wanted to treat my friend. Mot the way to handle business. I’m not a reviaew writer. Dont really ever care much bit this made me livid. Waited until midnight.
It would be helpful to be able to contact the right store for complaints. I had a bad experience and it cost me a lot of money. I ordered a large pep sliced tomatoe on the side 13.99 cool when the drivers arrived with his hair sticking out and inch in the back and not combing it after he rolled out of bed the kid didn’t have change and that’s after I already added 20 on my bill and paid 5 for delivery so he got to get 5 more bucks out of me. It would have been fine except the tomatoes were diced with left over cheese In them they were gross . The pizza gave me the runs and tasted gross. This was the gresham store
I live in modesto and I have a 17 year old daughter who was hired by a manager at the crowslanding road location in modesto. This manager Alexis is three years older than my daughter who instead of being a manager to her he decides he wants this under age girl to his girlfriend. This is a vulnerable young girl who was looking first job experience for her future and going to college ect. But now she gave up on a future and college because her manager is all she sees now. Stays out all nite and has sex with over age manager who is hiring young under age girls for his own personal gain of ruining young girls direction in life with their future. This going on right now and it’s just unexceptable and disgusting as a parent views this situation

I ordered a pizza from our residents from the Placerville Pizza Guys. I left my phone order at 7pmwith the manager and guaranteed that the pizza be delivered by 8pm. The pizza arrived at 9pm and cold. The manager told me it is impossible that is was cold. I called today and the manager did Not offer to make it right. Poor customer service.
Hello I’m a long time customer, there’s so much germ and bacteria going on in fast food restaurants if you can have your staff wear plastic glove and hair nets would be greatly appreciated and not talk on the pizza as their making them??
I have had pizza guys for over 20 years this was the worst experience ever from Manteca ca After ordering an hour and half later I called the store and was told online orders did not match up to the store hours delivery schedule the new associate kept talking with someone while I was listening then the so called assistant (Lilly) came on line with a attitude stating there was nothing she could do and acted like she could care less. The driver showed up after about an hour and 40 minutes later ( with an online quote of 45 minuets) and he told me without me asking to call on Tuesday and report it to the manager stating things were really bad there. Needless to say pizza was cold and mushy. Won’t be ordering from there again until the stafff/assistant is replaced!,,,,,,,,,
