I visited the Campcreek location March 2024 purchasing a small banana pudding. Being a banana pudding taste expert from the days my grandmotmade banana pudding from scratch boy was I disappointed on my visit!! The pudding was missing and filled with cheap vanilla wafers. Not the good Nilla vanilla wafers. I took the baby pudding to corporate office in Fayetteville. The receptionist was professor and understanding. She took photos of the pudding and my receipt stating the manager would reach out to me the next day. It’s been a week no call from the manager. I called speaking with someone identifying himself as the manager until I compla. He quickly said the Mai manager was not in this he could not help me! I’m still waiting for follow up. It’s Good Friday, March 29, 2024. I’ll run by Corporate again to secure resolution. Wish me luck????!!

I was hosting my 1st Christmas dinner for family . I was expecting 10 to 14 people . I had spoken to someone at your Fayetteville location because I wasn’t sure that a half pan or pound of this or that was enough . The person I spoke to was SUPER helpful & gave me assurances that I had enough . Needless to say EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT !!!

I had a very unprofessional non-courtesy downright rude experience at your location on Panola Road in Lithonia. The person that took my order was very inconsiderate, Had a attitude.
The line server did not follow direction when I ask four the pot liquor from the collards. The cashier over charge me for a half of a dozen of corn muffins, in which the muffins was not done in the middle. I refuse The order and left that location went to the location in Stockbridge. It was no different at that location then it was at the Panola location so that leads me to believe that you do not care about your operation, your operation at those two location do not care anything about good customer service. You have good food and healthy food I have been going to yell restaurant since you had located here in Georgia and I have supported you all the way even when you was in the CNN building, when they tried to Force you to serve alcohol. Yeah sure we’ll like to talk to you or someone inHR because I hate to lose you as a black restaurant on there because our support black business

Normally I would say Camp Creek is my favorite location…..but to see how unorganized they are with the prepaid orders a day before Thanksgiving is ridiculous. Its raining and everyone is inside during Covid-19 which is against the CDC guidelines. There is literally a 100 people or more waiting for prepaid food. We were given a specific time to pick up when placing the order mine was 3:30 here it is 4:53 and the line has not really moved. I’m disturbed that the level of safety for people is at an ultimate low. Someone needs to be held accountable for poor planning and organizing these orders.

A friend and I dined at the location on Panola Road on 06/08/2020 for lunch. We ordered the two for 29.00 deal. We specifically asked the order taker what was Not part of the special. Of course by the time we get to the register its a different story. I feel your staff should be more knowledgeable about what’s on special. Some people are on budgets. If you advertise 2 for 29 then honor it and don’t shake the spoon or nick pick extra dollars for what should be what you advertise. It hinges on false advertisement.

The Fayetteville and Camp Creek locations have been my favorite stores for many, many years. The food and service has always been the very best at these two stores. On 3/22/19
I stopped at the Mount Zion store in Morrow Ga. I purchased the St Louis style rims, collard greens and macaroni and cheese. The meat was not done all the way. The piece that was done taste awful. Macaroni was awful and the same for the greens. The meal cost me $17.81,I threw it in the trash because I live to far to go back. I was so disappointed in this meal after buying the same meal in Fayetteville. Morrow needs better cooks and someone to check the quality of their food. I will never go back to that location and will tell everyone I know not to go there.
