We are retired and moved to a 55+ community of 600 homes who typically need new draperies for their new homes. Our first order for draperies was November 13, 2020, for our bedroom. To date, we have no draperies for the master bedroom or bedskirt! The next order was November 18, 2020, and the draperies and rod/brackets were installed but no finials. On December 23, 2020, we ordered matching pillows. Nothing! On December 24, 2020, we gave Ethan Allen our own draperies for fitting for a new size window. On December 31, 2020, an order was placed for sheer treatments for side light at front door. Nothing! On April 30, 2021, another order. Nothing! Despite all the assurances from the Hyannis location and the COVID reality, it is now July 8, 2021, and we are still waiting.

Hello,
I have two Marino Swivel Chairs that are 20 years old. I love the chairs and they are in incredibly good condition. My problem is that I do not like the fabric choice as it no longer goes with my current style. Do you sell Slipcovers?
Please let me know….many thanks.

I purchased over 100,000 over the past 18 years with Ethan Allen. The first go around I could not have been more happy. The quality was excellent. I was sold. Now fast forward 16 years. I bought over 35,000 of furniture for just one room To upgrade. I’ve had for 4 months and I’m noticing quality problem. I bought cubes that have become very nubby, steel coffee table with finish coming off, and dining table that I put a water glass on and that left a ring. I’m not sure What’s going on but I’m questioning whether I need to look for another furniture store going forward. I did contact my store that I purchased from and they said nubby, peeling fabric is normal. REALLY ! I’m very stressed cuz of the amount of money spent for the Poor quality, lack of concern or customer service received. I haven’t even told the store about the coffee table or dining table issue yet. I have appointment tomorrow and I am going to address. If I don’t get proper service – I’m done ! The worst part is I’m ready to upgrade and redo 5 more rooms. You’d think that recovering the cubes would be cheaper than losing a great customer. Then the really poor part is that I can’t refer people to the brand anymore.

Just had a chair delivered, they took off the plastic .Signed, thought it was okay Then after they left , the chair looks like it has been used or the floor model. So upset, called the store immediately and was told to take pictures. Then,I was called and was told someone would get in touch with me! Disgraceful, I have spent a significant amount of money at This establishment. I didn’t know I had to go through a song and dance. I should receive a new chair no problem! Also, I had terrible experience with one of your employees. Nancy Craig from the Princeton store . She was rude and had horrible customer service! I would love to have a complaint against her made right up to the top of your company!! And, I also explained this to Clorissa, the manager. I did not want her to get all the sales recognition of my purchases. She was nasty and mean.I was with my daughter, and she also witnessed this! Please get back to me! I will talk in detail! Thank you! Jacquelyn McNair

Almost 3 years ago, my wife and I began a journey of redefining our style and began furnishing a new house we purchased on the Central California Coast with mostly Ethan Allen furniture, artwork, and decor. We have endured the challenges of long wait times and the usual nicks and scratches with excellent repair response from the Pomona, Ca. site but, we are at the end of our patients with your finance company, Synchrony.
It is time that corporate Ethan Allen look seriously at what has become a mistake-riden company of Synchrony, that borders on criminal but, it has slowed my purchase of my goods from your brand as I fight the never ending errors they make. I can’t see that adding more purchases to this corrupted system does anything more than frustrate me. Even worse is that when I send written proof, multiple people trying to resolve the problem and only make it worse.
This is a systemic problem that seems to be rooted in outdated rules and practices with manual overrides to supplement their rules/practices which they violate frequently in applying payments, adding purchases that never happened, later adding purchases that were canceled, and adding purchases to the Promotional Balances not backed up by New Purchases, and even denying payments made electronically from my bank but adding the amount to the total balance after they recognized the payment.
Can You help me?
Regards,
Donald Fox

I have been trying to contact your customer service rep for recently purchased furniture repair, and it has been extremely difficult and frustrating! One number after another only gives me options to dial and extension. When I do, it goes ‘blank’! The message says it’s open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.. I started calling at 3:45 p.m. and can never get someone to talk to.
Just left a message in your ‘corporate’ message center.
Would it be possible to have someone call me? It is very upsetting that I need to have a sectional which was purchased 6 months ago, repaired due to slacking cushions. Price was pretty steep and I would not expect this type of hassle of having to get it repaired and worst, to being able to talk to a customer service representative who can actually address this problem.
