I call on legal zoom to help me with a business license on 3/16/19. while I call to double check with the bank Wells Fargo the charges I heard the voice prompt say more than $4,856dollars 50 Dollars shy of the felony amt needed to send em up the river. They must have studied that area of the law. I was in super shocked, became disoriented, upset stomach and came down with the flu. In my weakened condition I pick up the phone to call Illeagel Zoom but at that time last year I found it very hard to find them to answer the phone. I continue and call Wells Fargo , (my hands and legs trembling) I call and speak to bank service desk and file a complaint. The banks earwax must of been building up because I was refunded the same day the problem is The ear wax must be effecting their thinking. I was not given my money back to the total amount stolen. Of the 23 separate charges I’m given back 10 of 23 unauthorized debuts. The total $2,365 dollars . doesn’t look like the amount stolen. A balance of $2,491dollars remain. The cost of the agreed amount was $513.00dollars . This amount was priced by , of all things price gouging . $79online price my price $99.$199 basic plan my price $214 multiplied by 8.Why Eight?I have called several times asking to return the cash. No. This is probably why ? In September with my account $1,909.00 in debt and in collections because the bank doesn’t notify me each time I was in the bank filing complaint after complaint. A total of 15 complaints and 10months later and days from homelessness the bank and illegal zoom still have my my close to $21,000dollars. The merchants were refunding and the bank was keeping them. The bank has more of the 34,000 dollars than I got to spend Including a Check that someone deposited into my account For $750dollars. all this and not one red penny back from the bank robbing bank or their sidekicks Illegal zoom . Money manipulation stated when I returned deposit 1400in Feb. 25.19 $34000turned to 35.400and away it goes in 29days 35.400wasdown to26.788 . Deposits and additions $35.400-$8.611= $26.788.hile March is 4843 dollars away. and provisional I paid for that was constantly deducuc?ted 5 or 6 times @1909 ea. I sit here wondering how to feed my cat , me , and my baby momma, I must call legal again and try to avoid REAL LEGAL ACTION . PHONETIME
I called to check on a will I did on 02-01-2018. When the automated machine answered I was told that someone would call me back in 38-57 min. 90 min. later I called back & was told wait time 2-3 min., 18 min. later Josh came on the line. After a short conversation he wanted me to logon to legalzoom. I ask him if he would wait for me to logon & was told yes. In less than a min. As I was logging on I heard music come over my phone speaker so I knew he put me on hold. 13 min. later a woman comes on the line so I ask her “where is the man that put me on hold” she said she didn’t know that he put me in queue. I then ask her who the CEO of Legalzoom is & she burst out laughing so I hung up. I was upset that I had to wait almost 2 hours before I got to speak to an agent & he couldn’t give me 1 min. to logon. If this is the way U treat Ur clients then cancel my account as of 02-13-2018. All this happened on 02-12-2018, I recorded my conversation with Josh as I do all my business calls.
David nailed it right on the head. By far the worst customer service for any b2b. If you are looking to get any service from legal zoom think twice!!! There are other companies that will do the same thing for half the price and I’m sure better customer service. I am canceling my order that I paid for as we speak.
This company is a joke! Seriously turn and run…. I will never use them again. Waiting 10 days for my LLC which I paid extra $400 to have in 24-48 hours. Customer Service is a joke. Spend the money on a real attorney!!
