CEO: Brad Griffith
CFO: Colin Evans
COO:

GameTime was founded in 2012 in San Francisco, California, by current CEO Brad Griffith. The company operates a mobile phone app which allows clients to purchase tickets to events.

After almost missing a game because of printer issues, Griffith decided there had to be a better way. He created a mobile phone app which stores a user’s credit card information and presents only the best tickets available to clients, rather than a long list of options. Currently, the company offers e-tickets for NBA, NHL, MLB, MLS, NCAA, and NFL teams and operates in 35 cities, with more being added each year.

In April of 2016, the company released a new option called SNAP, which allows clients to sell their tickets, even last minute, in the event they cannot attend. Company headquarters remain in San Francisco, California.

Super disappointed with this app. They violated their terms and conditions and allowed a seller to cancel our tickets and try to swindle us into paying more for our tickets. This violated your seller agreement. He claimed he stated the ticket was cancelled and this was not the case also I can no longer view my chat with your representative Rose about this issue. Suspicious!

    A. Seller Agreement

By listing a ticket for sale, you are making a binding offer to sell that ticket to a Buyer who purchases the ticket for the final sale price. You agree to allow Gametime to adjust the price of your tickets at any time in order to increase the odds that your tickets sell. You can remove any listing before the ticket(s) are sold.

It’s up to you to make sure the tickets you list for sale on Gametime are valid. If you deliver incorrect, misrepresented, invalid, fraudulent or counterfeit tickets for any sale or portion of a sale you will be subject to a replacement fee, other charges, and/or account suspension. Selling stolen tickets or other stolen items on Gametime is against the rules and violates various laws.

Gametime United reserves the right to void a seller’s payout when the ticket(s) sold were previously purchased on Gametime using Promo Code and/or Referral Code credit in a manner otherwise not intended by Gametime United.

This was violated when our seller tried to sell this to us at a higher price. All we were offered was a measly $40 compensation fee and a refund when we paid $160 for a hotel room. Unacceptable. This seller should be barred and our hotel room and emotional distress compensated. They violated their own terms and conditions which is not okay.

Fix this gametime. I’m not going away or standing by while you chose to ruin mine and my boyfriend’s weekend with your carelessness.

I have never used this app and i logged on just to browse and see how it works i tried to log out by clicking on my home button on my iphone and it bought tickets on the app.
Mind you there are people who are not tech savvy or are new to iphone but most importantly your app never asked for my card number expiration date and security code. I wanted to log out of the app and clicked the home button fast multiple times and to my surprise i was charged $38 for tickets to a game that was over an hour into the game. what is gametime fan protection that is mentioned on your website, you dont provide any of that .Also it says on your website customers should be confident in gametime i dont feel that way. How can you do this to potential customers, I have never used this app before but after this incident im not sure i feel comfortable. I want a refund for my $38 that were charged for tickets i did not want and cant use since game has already started and these tickets were being sold too much time into the game this is ridiculous. I would love a chance to speak to management. I screenshotted the chat with the rep. I also called customer service right away when this happened and both times I was not helped.

Extremely disappointed with our food. The Kids meals chicken tenders were extremely small, they looked like calamari strips. The mozzarella sticks were burned and hard. The macaroni and cheese balls were burned and so small compared to our past visits.
Chicken fajitas arrived cold and no flavor at all. The wait time for food was long but we didn’t mind waiting however to be unhappy with the food was upsetting. Only good meak was a cheese pizza kids meal. We spent over $100.00 just on food and drinks. We left very disappointed. Good environment for kids to play and enjoy but won’t be returning ever for food. We will await for Dave and Busters to open in Fort Myers, FL soon .. Our server was pleasant and attentive but stated cooking issues are beyond his control .

    To Whom It May Concern:

I will be taking further action listed below on September 19, 2017

I have had two experiences with Gametime:

First. A purchase of 4 tickets that went off without a hitch

    Aug 9 12:45PM

Fwd: From Gametime: Your Washington Redskins tickets have arrived! Tap gtix.io/HymPPF to view your tickets.

Second. An attempted sale that turned into a NIGHTMARE !

I am a 67 year old man, that had SIX tickets to the VT vs WVA game Sept 3. Five college buddies committed to going. I had an extra ticket.

On August 30, I attempted to list a ticket with you.
At 3:29PM I received this notice of listing:

Fwd: We just listed your West Virginia vs Virginia Tech ticket for sale! We’ll do all the work to make sure it sells and we’ll send you

At 3:30 PM the same date, I received this:
Fwd: Sorry, your tickets have not been approved for sale. Unfortunately this event does not support mobile fan resale. We recommend inve

NO FURTHER TEXTS, until Sept 3. In the meantime, I sold one of my tickets to another buddy.

On September 3, just before leaving for the tailgate. I received a new text from you at 8:47 AM

Fwd: Your last West Virginia vs Virginia Tech ticket has been sold! Check out the app for more details. gametime.co/dl/selling?resaleID=

I called your operation as soon as I saw it, and went over the fact that that ticket was sold elsewhere, because of YOUR COMMUNICATIONS TO ME refusing the ticket, and the young lady told me that you would contact the buyer, and work something out with them. My ticket was usable.

I went to the game with the ticket that you had ” FIXED”, and was BARRED from entry. Your buyer still had the ticket, and had already gone into the stadium.

I sent feedback to you on September 4th. IT WAS UNANSWERED ( Third Glitch). I called today, and was told that you were going to give me a $97 payout.

You have taken a ticket that cost me $120, and DESTROYED A LIFE EVENT ( those are precious at my age ). Your operation told me TWICE that there would be no issue with the ticket. First, when my ticket was not accepted ( with NO further notice ), and second, when I was told on the phone that it was solved.

You have 7 days to make a better offer to try and make me whole again.

On September 19, I will contact our local Washington DC News Station about your operation. I will then post a review of your operation. Next, I will seek counsel regarding further action against you.

Your system has glitches, and I hope you address them. Leaving someone marooned at an empty
tailgate for hours ( it was a really long game too ), away from the anticipated camaraderie is a misery
I wouldn’t wish on anybody else.

I received the following, as I was writing this. You may want to direct it to her.
    Hey Bill,

We are able to make Gametime a smoother, swifter process when our fans let us know about their experience.

You mentioned you sent feedback that was not responded to. We noted that you called in on this issue. Is there anything we can help with further as we want to ensure that your concerns are addressed.

    Thanks for using Gametime,
