i bought a set of 275-55-20 tires from one of your venders(evans tires smithfield nc) and they would not back your warranty,just refund (1) tire purchase price n void warranty on rest, tire in question was over weighted to eliminate bounce from high?low spots discovered by other tire facility which i have do all my required balances and check and adjust balance,alignment.rotation as needed, is it my fault i caught them trying 2 sell me something that they say was defective and was not,. it seems the attitude from your venders in goldsboro ,nc is you got what you paid for junk, so is their attitude the correct response to your product

I order a set of tires on 1 15 19 the tire size 255 60 15 with 7 treadswide was showing on computer when they came these tires only have 5 treads wide tryed to return was told it would be 341.00 to return what gives on the return charge when the wrong tires came on my order . this is my first order with this co. would some one check on this for me please .
