Just left Drive thru at your Sheboygan Wi location after someone said they would right with me then ended up sitting 15 min for someone to take my order finally just left! Totally unacceptable someone could have tried to tell me they would be a while or anything to justify the wait!

I walked into the Bayshore store today at 2:30 to order a couple of pizzas and breadsticks for guests arriving at my house later. I told them I would be back to pick up the order at 5:30. I paid just under $50 and left. Returned at 5:25, the girl at the counter remembered me and told the cooks that Suzi was here to pick up her order. The men in the kitchen had no idea of what she was requesting and certainly did not have the food ready or were even aware. She felt terrible, offered me a drink, (for which I refused) and I waited for an additional 30 minutes. At one point, she told me 2 pizzas were ready and I suggested she possibly ask the mgr. for a gift card for my inconvenience…she asked…nothing was given to me.
I wanted everything to be perfect and went out of my way to avoid any online mistakes, by ordering in person. Public relations does not exist at this store…doubt whether I’ll ever return.

Love the pizza but we just can’t do it anymore. We gave it numerous chances and the service continues to be rude and employees just don’t care. Last nite was our last encounter with Rockys – ordered on-line for a carry out at 7:00 p.m. We walked to get our pizza as it is in the neighborhood. Once we arrived we found all doors locked but could see employees moving about. So we called and said your carry out for ‘Mary’ is waiting outside at the front door can u see us? The employee asked for the name and she obviously had no clue about the online order. I asked if she could bring it to the door and she never came. Didn’t want to bang on windows as passer bys would think we were weird so we just gave up. Do you think they could have at least came out to apologize or give us a status update? Guess not.

The reason I get pizza at Rocky Rococo is becuase my two sons love the pizza. I pick up Rockys at least 2/3 times a month. However, my experince with the service has been horrible lately, to the point that I am considering taking my business eleswhere. I work full-time and I am currently working on my master’s therefore, my times is precious. Yet I felt that this had to be done. Additionally, they never give the companies receipt, in which I find odd.

We have just experienced extremely slow service with NO apology. At 4:04 we ordered a pan Garden pizza and 4 orders of bread sticks. We received the pizza at 4:25 but still no breadsticks!! After nearly 25 more minutes, pizza all eaten and three complaints after standing in line at the counter, we finally received order at 4:48 . No apology for delay. This occurred at the ne Madison store. We will never eat at this place again!!
