This is the worst company to have as your insurance provider. Now that they are working in conjunction with QuestX, Johanna Bendt (989) 640-2372 and Marion McDonald, Damage Supervisor (702)-280-4395 are extremely rude, liars, both ladies don’t have any manners and are very unprofessional. They will yell at you since the moment that you begin talk to either one. They will yell at you (I am the customer- 21st Century Insurance is my insurance provider), Both would yell at you from the top of their lungs. They will lie right in your face trying to get them out of any liability. They will say that your vehicle is 7 to 10 years old and that is why your vehicle is being damaged. Short story: I had to call roadside assistance because I needed some fuel to deliver, so I waited about 5 hours to get it, when the tow truck arrived (a van- with the fuel, both gentleman were very suspicious) so right after that, they said, if you truck breaks down, give us a call we are going to be open until 8 pm pacific time zone. So, They damaged the fuel sensor. Long story short I reported it to 21st Century Insurance right away and I filed several reports during the first week, then months later. So I’ve been driving with a broken fuel sensor ever since, and it’s about a year and 8 months. So I have reached to 21st Century Insurance and now I am being transferred to QuestX – and both ladies Johanna Bendt and Marion McDonald have treated me worst than an animal. Yelling, telling me that they are doing me a favor calling me back. I have called the Toyota Dealearship and I am being informed that mist likely that sensor was damaged purposely. Both Ladies informed that the fuel sensor is located at the bottom of the fuel tank. NOOO, They have lied. The sensor is actually located at the top where the fuel nuzzle is inserted at the moment of getting fuel. They have called me scammer, thief. The Case number is: 12341717. I will ask anyone that is trying to do business with 21st Century to stay away- If I have that vehicle insurance at the moment is because I was a student but I am definitely going to find a different insurance that is going to treat me with respect and that values my business. Note: I have never any accidents , never- First time I got 21st Century Insurance was back in 2002- 2003 until this day September 19, 2021. DON’T RECOMMEND 21ST INSURANCE AND QUESTX- Johanna Bendt (989) 640–2372 and Marion McDonald, damage supervisor (702) 280-4395. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. With 21st Century Insurance and QuestX. Unless if you want to be treated like a criminal. OH, and They are my insurance, just imagine if I get into a car accident, they won’t pay the other person for any damages. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I am going to post this in any social media outlet. I will share this with all my friends and online- everywhere. Please people beware, stay away from them. Thank you for reading.

Hello Mrs. Majarucon,
-I just spoke with an adjuster from your company. She is quoting me less than what the Auto Body Shop Estimated for the repairs. This is going to cause more delays and more communication back and forth to try to get this car repaired. We have been very patient throughout this process. Our 16 year old daughter was involved in an accident that was your clients fault. Your client then got out of her car and shoved my daughter yelling at her in a foreign language, took her keys out of our car and refused to give them back to her until my wife arrived. This traumatized my daughter and she was afraid to drive until very recently. We took our time and money to get estimates, the police report, photos, repeated phone calls and emails. And now the insurance company is Low-Balling us on the repairs. Is this really the way 21st Century operates?
I humbly ask you to settle this case for the amount the Body shop estimated the cost of the repairs. We do not want to spend any more time resolving this issue.
Sincerely,
Troy C. Basham

My car was hit in front of my house at 630 am by a guy who was so drunk he couldn’t walk. I had to chase him down the street and detain him until the police arrived. He hit my car at well over 40mph pushing my 1985 Mercedes into my wife’s 2004 v40 volvo. I had to spend the first six weeks of my claim fighting w 21st now farmers to not junk my car the offer was more than ridiculous they assigned us two agents. The agent in charge of my wife’s car gave me the go ahead to fix the mechanics on her car.2 broken motor mounts fan damaged etc I paid over 1200 out of my pocket. They send a guy out 7 weeks later that admitted her car needs front body work that he cannot see how this other stuff happened after a 45 minute argument I finally threw him off my property the accident happened October 11th and here is the kicker my car will not be done until the end of january. My insurance knowing all the details flat out refuses to pay for a rental car so I am now basically on house arrest for the next five weeks because I do not have a car I turned in the rental car after paying over 1400 out of my own pocket . How about this. The guy has insurance! My insurance company is treating me this poorly even knowing full well they will get all there money back. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 17 years but guess what. As soon as my car is fixed see ya I’m going to try aaa. Shame on you 21st every time you get someone on the phone the apologize up and down how my life has been so disrupted by a drunk driver but not enough to just do the basics that insurance companies do and help their insurers. Very sad time . This has been the worst experience of my life!!!!! Thank you 21st and farmers
