I want to thank Value Home Centers for a dedicated member of your team. A couple of weeks ago I was shopping in the Fredonia New York store and asked if there is delivery to large items. I was told no, but then a gentleman offered to drop off my items if I ordered them. I was very grateful as I have no one to transport a heavy vanity and sink. Lowe’s would have charged $94 and I couldn’t find any other store to deliver. I immediately went home and ordered three items including the vanity and sink from Valu online. When they came in I received a call saying Joe could drop the items off on his way home the next day! Come to find out, Joe is the district manager of 7 stores. Who knew? I am so impressed that he would go out of his way for me that I will always check first to see if you have what I am looking for. I have been telling everyone my story. Thank you Valu Home Stores!
I would like a face to face with corporate to discuss my un-justified termination
I was in your South Rossler store. I was able to find what I needed however the one girl was texting. Kept looking at the manager. Whatever she was saying she seemed full of herself and interested to see the response.Your employees need to learn to keep their outside relationships out of the store and not talk about the customers. I don’t appreciate them talking about me.
I visited your store in Syracuse, N.Y.. I was purchasing some items for my lawn. As I was walking down the aisle a gentleman was standing in the entrance on his phone looked at me as I had a hand full of items, I said exuse me he gave me a nasty look and moved slightly. The cashiers were so friendly. As I told the cashier how rude this guy was he informed me he was the store manager Mr. Wise. He is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Even as I was cashing out the manager had a nasty look on his face. The cashier was even shocked and apologized for his behavior. I won’t be shopping with your company if this is how customers are treated.
