To whom it may concern, I started working at the Homegoods distribution center in Lordstown Ohio August 29. As a veteran of the US NAVY at found the work to be something I could see myself doing long term. Even saw myself moving up in the company. I came to work everyday early. An loved the pay because I planned on buying me a home soon in the area since relocating here to Ohio. But sadly I was wrongfully terminated by my supervisor who I felt didn’t like me an was always so rude to me an selected others. I tried to just do my work an stay out of the way. But I noticed the closer I got to being in the union the more aggressive she became. She always talked nasty to me when I ask her a question. So yesterday once I heard the 5 min end of work bell. I cleaned my station an started headed towards the area near the time clock. Once I got to it. Me an others were waiting for the last minute to change so we could clock out an she came to me an said in such a rude manner. We work bell to bell an if I have a problem I can find other employment. I was so crushed at how she was talking to me. My response was I do have a problem. (Meaning with her) an decided in the morning It was it to go above her an address the disrespect. I’m in my late 40’s so I am not use to being spoken to that way. However I do look younger then I am. To make a long story short. I came in a hour earlier today to speak with HR about the issues. An no one was available but took my information an said they would come get me. But once I clocked in an went to my work location. My manager Melissa took me back into a room with just me an her an no one else told me she fired me last night and to give her my badge. An she was smiling as I asked her why I’m I fired? She said because I left early. But when I responded that why am I the only one being terminated when others left too? An why she only yelled at me. She said I got smart with her. But she has been harassing an discriminating and disrespecting me my whole time working there. I was only 4 days from being in the union I feel like I was Retaliate against for speaking up for myself. An her whole plan was to hire me this whole time. I have always had management positions an have also been the hiring manager for jobs. I would have never done anything to get hired. I’m so broken right now of how a person can do this to someone get because they don’t like them. She has her favorites an if she doesn’t like you. It shows. I hope no one else has to go through what just happened to me. I really thought this would be my last time in life finding employment. But I guess things happen for a reason. I ask is that you please train your supervisors to respect an uplift the workers and lead by example.

I was at TJMaxx store in Poughkeepsie NY on Aug 05, 2021 for the online return practically from 12:30 PM EST to 2:08 PM EST because instead to return 7 small swim items, they returned 5 and they charged for two items over again on the same return-receipt. The store manager got involved – extremely rude, accusing me paying shipping charge that is not refundable, however, I didn’t paid any shipping because the order was over $140.00. I told her that I didn’t paid any shipping charges on this order. She rudely insisted that everyone is paying shipping ordering online at TJMaxx. She, was nasty and her disposition…. as she own the store and make all the rules. She refused to provide her name after I asked her name (she didn’t wear any employee name-tag or any other employees ID). She got me sick, my body was shaking from her stressing me – after she took the return receipts to the front of the store and never came back. – I had to call to the customer service 800 number to ask them to get involved. Ref. # 4287190. The Customer Service representative had to call to the store 3 times and force store manager to return my two return receipts. The store manager told me that she is not going to provide her name for a privacy reasons. I told this to the customer service and customer service representative told me that she knows her name, however she has to respect store manager wishes and she will not disclose her name either. I came to the store on my lunch brake, however I was stock there – all stressed out, actually sick – for almost two hours. I missed my food delivery scheduled to be delivered between 1pm-2pm – they contacted me that they could not leave the food outside as its too hot outside. It was an extremely abusive experience today with Poughkeepsie NY store manager. I will contact the Board of Directors with a separate complain about this manager.

There have been young neighborhood teenagers and young adults in groups of no less than 6 people each night at the back of the store where they have deliveries—- drinking beer and who knows what else — I am a homeowner and we are being intimidated by them throwing rocks and leaving their garbage besides the fact they set the dumpster on fire 3 days ago —-I’m afraid to sit on my back yard property because there is no lighting back there and too dark after the store is closed ——please look into this – we all in this neighbor pay High taxes and don’t deserve to be subjected to this – THERE ARE NO SIGNS AS FAR AS WE CAN SEE THAT SAY NO TRESPASSING OR LOITERING so the police just tell them to leave but they return once the police are gone

To Whom It May Concern,
I wish to express my concern regarding the theft at TJ Maxx/Alameda California Store. The continued shoplifting on a daily basis provides an unsafe environment for customer and store staff. There’s no security at the store leading to the store being taken over by shoplifters stealing merchandise in bulk. It leaves little merchandise for the paying customer. Paying customers attempt at intervention results in threats of verbal and physical violence by the thieves. With deep regret, I no longer able/willing to shop at the store. Please act on a request to provide security for safety of the customers and store staff.

Please lower the temp. I literally can’t shop here in the summer due to the temperature inside. I’ve even seen employees trying to cool off with fans. Please visit this store in June-august. It’s unbearable!

Dear Ms. Meyrowitz
I am a 72 year old stroke victim who loves shopping at your store. You could say it’s my favorite ! However since my stroke which paralyzed my left side and has left me walking with a walker I can’t stand for long periods of time. The visits to your store are one of the few outings I enjoy that let me leave the house, however it is a struggle. I have a few suggestions for making it easier for handicapped to shop at your store.
I’m happy that you have the designated area for handicapped to walk up at the register. However because there is no large visible signage I often have people glaring at me for “cutting” the line and I am embarrassed. If there was a hanging sign from above that said handicapped that was more visible for other people to see it would be helpful. Also if maybe you could have a couple of electric scooters to assist for people who can’t walk or stand for long periods it would be wonderful. More and more stores have these available and it makes such a huge difference in the lives of people who can’t navigate on their own and even allow them to better leave the house.
I hope these suggestions are things that you can implement. I do hope that I can continue shopping at your store for more years to come.
Sincerely,
Fong Su Chen

My wife and I shop regularly at the various TJ Maxx stores in Orange County CA. It has always been a pleasant experience, and today that experience was made even more memorable. My wife selected several articles of clothing to try on, so I dutifully sat in the husband’s corral. As my wife entered the anteroom to the changing area, I noticed the young lady greeting customers in that area. She was absolutely amazing. Her genuine pleasant greeting, her amazing smile, her bubbly and contagious attitude made my day. And she exhibited that wonderful personal touch with everyone who approached her area. Her name is Stephanie Wheaton, and she can be found in your store located at 2500 East Imperial Highway, Brea CA 92821. She deserves some kind of employee award, or at lease sincere recognition for her very valuable contribution to your company.

Branson Missouri TJ MAXX has always been a wonderful experience until recently. Both fitting room employees were rude and smart aleck towards me in the store today. I’ve shopped in this store for years, literally no less than 1-2 times per week and I refuse to return until there’s been enough time for some turnover. Clearly politeness isn’t important to them. They should find a behind the scenes job. Also make sure to bring your stroller if you have children because even if you have a completely EMPTY cart, but show them the clothes you want to try on, they think you might hide something in between some of the bars, and you’ll have to take your child in to sit and play on their dirty ass floors.

I wish to file a formal complaint on the hiring manager in Tulsa, OK, Mike. he repeatedly berates the employees and is verbally abusive. there have been numerous offenses in tone as well. the ladies are so beat up they are like rabbits and do not stand up for themselves. it’s been so bad on the walkies – he forgets that, while on the walkies, people (customers) can actually HEAR HIM. one gentleman indicated he was going to tell corporate. that particular night it was scorced earth – EVERYONE endured this spewed wrath.
this is nothing new – it has been ONGOING and still continues. the store manager has counseled him without apparent success as he has not ceased.
this has created a HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT. which to me, if someone cared, could begin lawsuits. there is a reason for this high turnover. no matter the excuses given. I have never ever seen such high turnover – ever.
I was only hired in November 2018 but has been a struggle to continue. this past Saturday evening when I came in to work I had previously applied to be off work for Friday July 5th. this request was dated 6/15/2019 –so the new schedule was not yet posted. when I came in that evening his statement was: this is not accurate – you need to find someone to cover your schedule. there is zip inaccurate about it. Friday IS the 5th. My request was dated 6/15/19 AND was prior to any schedule being made up. I wrote across that note 1) there isn’t an inaccuracy 2) I quit effective IMMEDIATELY 3) was requested prior to that week’s schedule and sign it.
I would be happy to upload this, but apparently have no capability on this site. I would be more than happy to send you a copy of that photo. please advise me how to do so and I will. while I’ve understood he has been told on more than one occasion to be nicer to the employees, that does not last…. he is a repeat offender. and I do repeat – he has created A HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT. the ladies appear to be afraid – so this is intolerable and if Becky cannot or will not handle this then corporate should. these ladies should not have to endure this indignity any longer.

Yikes: I shop in Walnut Creek, Ca.. While checking out, my right foot slipped on something. I almost fell, but hurt my right knee and left side of neck. When I looked back, I saw a large paper clip on the floor. I told the clerk, and went to pick it up. The manager came and filed a accident report.
I was very sore, but after a few days, I thought I was ok. I didn’t see a Doctor, but was contacted by TJ Max Insurance. They called, I spoke with a adjustor, who asks a few questions. He said, “I’ll send you a gift card tomorrow.”
I’ve received nothing, my knee still hurts, and I wanted to avoid taking legal action. It’s been three weeks, five phone to that adjustor, and nada, nothing. Yesterday, I got in the mail a form from TJ Max requesting personal information. SSN, medicare card, etc. I called the adjustor and told him “I’ve had it.” I’m an honest person, didn’t want to cause difficulties for anyone, but I would Yelp them and call our local News Station.
Very poor business practice, and probably will have my knee checked out.

I had the most absolute worst experiece at the TJMAXX/Home Goods combo store in Peachtree City Ga this evening. First, I want to say I have spent thousands at this store since it open, especially lots on home decor since purchasing a new home.
I returned a mirror to the store the day prior with the wrong receipt by accident, I had bought 2 mirrors for $79.99 and brought the wrong one. Today, I returned with the mirror with the correct receipt. I was tried EXTREMELY RUDE by Mary Clarie, head cashier, who was not only condesending, but talked down to me and was very disrespectful to me. She told me it was none of my business what her name was and not to use it though displayed on her name tag. She didnt want to take back the mirror though approved by the night Home Goods Manager. She embarassed herself, and her cashiers, along with other personnel as other customers looked on horrified. I was given the credit back on my card for the mirror that was in perfect condition and never taken out of the box. A very nice Tommy Bahamas mirror only returned because I had found a square shaped shell mirror which went better with my decor than this round one. Excuse my langauage but WHAT A B*TCH!. I wont be spending my money in that store again. BEWARE Peachtree City and other customers in surrounding areas. Dont take anything back… they dont want it and fear the store will close like the one in Fayetteville, GA because it didnt make quota. Yes, the Home Good employees constantly complaint out on the floor because they are constantly stocking the shelves. Someone needs to do undercover from Corporate and straighten this store out…. Normally the fish rots from the head. This disappointed shopper says BUYER BEWARE~~~

I went into the tjmaxx store in Hyannis on march first to return something. There was 4 cashiers and I was the only one in line but yet it took 2 minutes before any of them even acknowledged me. I ended up having a cashier by the name of lisa who was very rude! I gave her the 3 shirts I was returning and handed her my receipt. After checking the shirts to make sure they had tags on them she realized one of them didn’t and she basically tossed at me and said very rudely this doesn’t have a tag on it. So I took two tags out of the bag I had and said it must be one of those. She didn’t even bother to look at my receipt but instead told me there was no way for her to match one of those tags with the shirt. Only after I told her it was on the receipt I bought them all the same day and used my credit card did she scan the tag in the computer to find it. She then proceeded to tell me in a condescending voice like she was talking to a child or something “next time don’t remove the tag”. by this time I was fed up with her attitude and so I replied “don’t worry I won’t ever come back to this store again. she asked me for the credit card to refund and I realized I left it in car so as I was walking out the door to get it she said to one of her coworkers she said shes never coming back again I ignored her. When I came back into the store with my card her manager was there and she asked what the issue was I told her and in the meantime the cashier was still getting an attitude with me and the manager allowed it she said nothing to her! I will be cancelling my credit card and I will never step foot into that store again!

Hi,
First, I am here to register a complaint. I came to TJ Maxx in Acton on Dec 12th 2018 to make a purchase. I asked the associates to hold the merchandise until the next day. When I returned to pick up the items the next day (within 24 hours). the clothing had been returned to the floor. That was very disturbing as I had picked up the clothes for a party the next day, and for an announcement of my new job appointment the next week. I also just needed clothes for my new job which was a very big promotion.
Second, the manager appeared to be very sorry and had her staff locate my dresses in other stores and on the Acton floor. I was able to find one of my dresses in one size smaller (not ideal) that i wanted. The other dress was supposedly located in the Sudbury store. When I came to pick it up, believe it or not the number of the dress that the Acton associate gave her and the dress they found on the Sudbury stores were different. Therefore the dress was not the right dress.
Third, because the Acton staff could only call three stores, I ended up having to call the Needham Street store the next day to locate the green velvet dress ( my favorite), They told me they had the dress. When I arrived to the Needham store to pick it up, it was the wrong dress. They had pulled two from the rank and neither one was velvet, although that is one of the ways it was described.
Needless to say these experiences have been disappointing and frustrating in general to say the least. I spent most of the day yesterday and the day before between Acton, Sudbury and Needham street to no avail. Furthermore, I utilized needless mileage and gas charges, as well as not having the dresses i wanted and needed. This also necessitates utilizing my time to continue shopping when I thought this task had been completed.
Please contact me via email to discuss this important matter.

I have shopped TJMaxx for years in various parts of country; however, having two recent very unnecessary problems due to a cashier’s m;istake I was in the store on Howell Mill Rd(where I mostly shop) for an hour and the first lady was very rude, didn’t understand or want to understand a situation which was a “stupid” mistake on the store’s part! Finally, I got to a “store coordinator” who recognized me and I tried to explain the situation to her. She said she understood, etc.;however, after all the explanation, etc. she issueind me a “store credit” which I do NOT want as with all I’ve encounter this past week w/ returns I do NOT want to shop there again. I bought a dress in XL and when I tried it on at home it was too big so went back 2 days later to exchange for a large. Store coordinator told me where to find this item. I got the large & proceeded to check-out which is always a ZOO!!!
The young lady who was checking me out said she’d need to return XL which she did and then charge me for the L. All was okay BUT she credited me for the XL charged me for the LARGE ; however, when I tried it on it was TOO big so I took it back to store & that’s when the FIRE begin!!!! The first cashier said, ” You can’t return this dress as you’ve already returned it once!” How STUPID can you be– IF I’d returned the dre WHY would I have it???? Finally I got to store coordinator and then realized the cashier had put my Large back in stock, put the XL in the bag BUT did not give me a ticket for the sale. I thought the ticket I had was for the Large BUT when I tried to return what I thought was a Large it was the original XL dress so that’s what the ticket showed!!! WHAT A CONFUSED MESS!!!!!!
I had no choice BUT to accept the store credit and that’s WHY I’m contacting you!! I have my charge card statement where I was charged again on 9/19/18 for the dress ( which the store credit is for BUT I do NOT want this——————— I want this credited back to my charge account ASAP/ WHO DO I SPEAK WITH TO GET THIS DONE????
VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I currently have a TJ Maxx credit card and earn the reward points from this card. I shop at TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Home Goods and Sierra Trading Company. When applying for the card, my sole purpose was to earn rewards credits since I already have an American Express and Visa card. When applying for this card I was told the award credits never expire and have been told that by numerous employees at TJ Maxx and Marshals during conversations asking if I had any reward credit I wanted to use. I usually reply back that I am saving for something special. Many employees have replied back “well they never expire”. I recently found out that they do expire, but the expiration is not listed on the front of the reward only in the fine print on the back of the card. If I would not have been told this numerous times by the employees, I would have no complaint, but that is not the case. I asked one of the employees on Manchester in Creve Coeur about it and she asked the manager. I was then told to call the number on the credit card and they would reissue the expired certificates. I did this and was told they could not do anything with expired certificates. I have $130 worth of expired certificates and surely would have used them if I had known. After spending thousands of dollars at you stores, I would assume you would honor the certificates since it was TJ Maxx/Marshalls employees which have gave me the inaccurate information. I was offered a credit of $20, but that does not make up for the additional $110.00. I’m not saying I will never shop at your stores again, but I will definitely be cancelling my card and make it a point to try and shop elsewhere. It is the point of the matter. My advice is to put the expiration on the front of the certificate where it can be seen and train your employees not to give out misleading and false information!

On June 6th my husband purchased 3 men’s shirts in the Warminster store (Store Manager: Maria Wolf). Some shirts did not fit and he came back to the same store on 6/10 to return these shirts. As it turned out one of the shirts had a wrong tag; from some item from women’s department and the price was $19.99. This is the price my husband paid because the shirt has been sold to him with this tag. Obviously, he did not compare short description of the item he bought on the receipt if it’s marching to the item. When he was returning item the cashier and shift manager – Heather Reed not just refused to return him full price he paid, but also accused him of changing tag. It’s clear to me this is what they are doing in the store, if this is first what came to their mind. Obviously, someone in the store put wrong tag on this shirt, maybe it was simple mistake. They found similar shirt and gave him back $12.99. The cost of this issue is $7. I’m working all my life in the retail corporation and many years supporting the customer satisfaction application. This is unacceptable customer service!!! I’m sending copy of this letter with receipts attached to the Consumer Protection Agency and Better Business Bureau.

Today in TJMaxx in Paramus NJ people were running and screaming through the store RUN. We had no idea what happened. My family and I ran to nearest exit door in back of store and ran in fear not knowing if there was a gunmen or something else! I did call the store later and the manager stated in custody I should come back. I asked about the incident and she did not give me an answer. Not her fault I assume the company made her say that. I’m sure she was as terrified as me and my family. I think I am owed an explanation as to what happened as I feared for my family and myself. So Inwill contact by phone the corporate headquarters to ask what happened.

TJ Maxx Corporate Office. On March 27, 2018 someone used my husband’s debit card number at your TJ. Maxx Store #1021. The person(s) purchased $429.61 of merchandise with out a card or ID. I noticed the transaction as a debit to my checking account on the same day. I contacted my credit union and thought I would also contact the store to make them aware of a fraudulent transaction in their store. I first spoke with Walla who was rude and unconcerned about what had happened. She quickly got a manger by the name of Patrick Hudson who was basically the same rude, short and unconcerned. I thought they would have an idea or maybe remember who spent that much money at one time, without a card or ID, but he said call your credit union, we do not investigate when this happens. Again, it seems they would be a bit concerned about thieves in the store. I’m really surprised that cards and proper Identification is not needed in the store.

I have a really bad experience with TJ Maxx. When I brought the items for return, I was told that the price tag did not match the manufacture’s label and they refused to take it back for a refund. It already happened to me twice. There might be only three explanations for that: 1 – TJ Maxx is trying to increase its revenues by not accepting the returns, and 2 – low professional level of the employees, who mess up with the price tags, and finally, 3 – a customer is replacing price tags. Do you really believe that I am doing this? By the way, when you sell merchandise do you check whether the two labels match? No, you don’t.
I am not shopping at TJM anymore, and let all my friends urbi et orbi know about the way you run your business.

I had my receipt and paid with my credit card she was very rude and condescending about it. I will never step foot into that store again and will be cancelling my credit card with them

I have never seen a company ran like this and I would not recommend anyone i know to work for this company. Since I am a former employee of this company. I seen how they favor some employees and treat others unfairly.

I am a current employee and I whole heartily agree with that. Today I was told by my store’s head manager that I was a “tattle tail and throwing people under the bus”, never have I heard something so unprofessional in my history of work. I was told they had in “open door policy ” that is not the case apparently at store 0032 you don’t have to do your job instead talking and laughing with the managers is what you need to focus on if you want to be viewed as a great employee not making sure you job is done and everyone else’s too for if you do that you are as she put it “NOT A TEAM PLAYER ” I’m sorry for thinking everyone should be doing their job when we just had a meeting on how a costumer wrote in our comments section saying how she didn’t appreciate how the cashiers were talking among themselves about which water they were getting and what to do that night but of course those people are the good employees at store 0032. If only the CEO would do the whole undercover boss thing there maybe thing would change but I doubt it. As soon as I can find a new job I’m out and NEVER LOOKING BACK. Not a place anyone should want to work!

We have been loyal customers to TJmaxx, Marshalls & and all Homegoods Almost everywhere we go. The reason being is obviously the inventory they carry. But most of all it’s the customer service/employees. In reality no mater how good or crappy the items are, if a business has great customer service or onsite employees, it makes shopping at those stores that much more pleasant and you end up leaving with a whole bunch of items you would never have thought to purchase.
But tonight, my fianc & I were holiday shopping at the TJmaxx 1600 SE RD Farmington Connecticut & I had my service animal with me in its carrier (less than 6lbs). We are frequent customers at this location since we live near by. So I always have my service animal with me at all times. I needed to pay for the items we decided to purchase so I had my fianc take the dog outside. While I was paying at the register, a TJmaxx employee decided to head outside towards my fianc while his back was turned and making kissy noises while extending his arm to pet/ grab the dog. This obviously startled the both of them. He walks behind him and tries to pet the dog without consent. So my fianc politely told him not to touch the dog. Your TJmaxx employee(male, Caucasian & tall) has the audacity to sneer and question WHY! After explaining to him WHY even though there is no reason to explain to another person not to touch anything that does not belong to them even to an employee who should have had the common sense working as a customer service rep or whatever position he was hired for. Then rudely had the audacity to make snarky remarks and comments and then threaten by saying “well if I can’t touch the dog then you better not bring it back into the store.” I believe this kind of behavior is UNACCEPTABLE. A customer exiting the store heard that and was dumbfounded himself witnessing such behavior. I don’t know how corporate or HR or their hiring staff at that location can hire such an incompetent person who lacks the ability to behave in front of customer who are usually the one who represents the brand and the store. Especially for that location to allow an employee to have such a vulgar vocabulary in the store for customers to hear while exiting their break room. It was such a disgusting, uncomfortable & ridiculous experience we had because of one rude, uneducated employee they had on staff. Behavior like that could have escalated to bigger altercations if we addressed it differently by calling authorities because we felt violated which we mentioned to the manager as well. But instead we just reported to the store manager (which I am sure either she addressed it correctly with her employee or ignored it cause it didn’t matter to her) who knows. Incidents like these makes certain store locations less desirable. Such a shame.

Hello, I have been a long time customer of Homegoods. I love shopping there and the store always has something new and exciting for you to choose from. However, Christmas is my favorite time of the year and I was in the store looking for a new Santa. The store had over 100 Santa’s and not one of them was black. I was not the only one in the store looking for them either. I visit all the stores and you can never find one. I wondered why it was not any there. I know they make them. Homegoods is very popular and you must have some diversity. I know you can’t do anything about it this year but your buyer’s can do something for next year. Did I mention that I bought a large black Nativity(Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus) from Homegoods several years ago and each year my guess want to know where I got it and the day I bought it was only two black pieces in the whole store.

I purchased a purse on 9/29/17 at the site location on Stockdale Highway in Bakersfield Ca right before leaving out of state for a family emergency. It ripped all to crap while I was gone and I went to exchange it on 11/2/17 (one day after I returned home). I was told that it had to be in perfect condition and have the tags. Why in the world would I be exchanging it if there was nothing wrong with it? The manager that told me that was named Rick, I believe.

I am making a formal complaint about an employee (Terri N) at the TJ Maxx at 14150 Nicollet Ave; Burnsville, MN 55337. The incident happened today at 2:51 p.m. I was returning a pair of Bluetooth wireless headphones; my daughter had purchased them for my birthday, and I was returning them because my daughter thought they had been opened and used, I had the receipt and was also purchasing some other items. I only wanted to exchange them, and buy the items in my basket…. Terri, said “well they look fine to me”
“why did your daughter buy them, if she thought they had been used” ” well I’m being honest atleast”. Does that mean I’m not. What does that mean… I believe she is a racist and should be fired. She threated to call the police. Why because I’m Black and she is a racist? I was very upset when I left the store. I was humiliated and hurt. I want her fired and compensation for my pain and suffering. If I do not hear from you, I will contact the attorney general, twitter and the news. Sincerely, Not a Racist.

I believe the cashiers need more training on customer service. I dealt with a cashier in store number 0241 her name was lisa. I was returning a shirt that the tag had been taken off of along with two other shirts with the tag. I had my receipt and the tag and she was very rude about the return she was very condescending almost like she was talking to a child. she rudely told me next time don’t take the tag off. I told her don’t worry there won’t be a next time because I will never step foot into this tj maxx again.

and the manager that came over to help was no help at all she allowed the cashier to continue being rude to me. I had to tell the manager 3 times that I just wanted my money back before she did it and then gave me an attitude when I asked for the cashiers name because I was contacting corporate

I have been calling and emailing TJMaxx customer service for about 6mos. now and still have not heard a word back from them. I’ve been shopping at this store since it first opened and I’m very very surprised at the shaft I’m getting.
My name is Beverly Alessandra and I reside at Buffalo, NY 14220 and my phone number is 716 783-XXXXX. I received a package from TJ that was a green vase and when I received it, it was in a hundred pieces. I did everything TJ told me to do that included pictures of my package and what the order no., date, etc and an explanation of what the problem. I still have the package, I emailed back all my information to the information they gave me twice and spoke to someone in returns customer service. I don’t understand why I am not receiving an answer from no one, I am tired of looking up the info so you might call them and so the work for once because I’ve gotton no response at all. I love tj maxx’s merchandise and I do not want to bad mouth them at all but this is just inconsiderate and unforgiving, if it was my bill you’d sure be on my a>> quickly asking for the payment so what’s up. I’d really like a response asap and I believe a little benefit should be included for the wait I’ve had to suffer.

Not a progressive company which only benefits TJMaxx and not customers. With using the TJMaxx card and returning any items with no receipt but tagged they give store credit only. Steinmart and Nordstrom will quickly locate the item on the card through its register and credits you back on the card. Ancient “TJMaxx” issues store credit so they control how you spend your money which profits them as a business making it about them and not customers. I’ll spend more at Steinmart and Nordstrom because they care about me. TJMAXX is managed horribly and without consideration to it’s customers.

To TJMaxx
I am truly frustrated by your lack of accommodations for individuals with disabilities. No automated doors- no place for wheelchair bound individuals to place their purchases ( baskets) and lack of employees knowledge of store policies regarding the ADA act
I will contact the ADA also

I would like to file a formal complaint about one of your TJ Maxx employees. I received an invite to the soft opening of the HomeGoods in Ocala Florida on 8/4/17. I worked until 3:30 went to the opening that started at 4:00. I joined my friend in line that had been in line for an hour and half prior to opening. There were 4 people ahead of her when I joined in the line that was stretched around the building. The very first person in line that had stated they had been in line for 4 hours was a man that works in the Inverness location of TJ Maxx. He had several other women with him when his mom joining the line after I did. Fast forward to the doors opening and the TJ Maxx worker from the Inverness Florida location led with way straight to the display end cap where the Rae Dunn pottery was at. He proceed to help the ladies that were with him start clearing the shelves of the display of Rae Dunn pottery. I did not think this was fair as he is a worker of the TJ Maxx store so I pushed my way through them with my friend in tow and started grabbing Rae Dunn pottery off the same in cap in the middle of them. I passed it to my friend with the buggy. I got as much as they would allow me to get with the TJ Maxx worker and his group of women filling their carts. I did not get all of the items for myself. I purchased all I could and have distributed the majority of my purchase to my Rae Dunn sisters that also collect. As I was trying to get to the cash registered I was being constantly harassed by the TJ Maxx workers group of women about how unfair it was that I pushed my way through and got the Rae Dunn pottery that I did, while of course they are pushing 3 buggies full of Rae Dunn pottery to the cash register to check out. I only grabbed what I could so that they did not get it all with no one else having a chance. I probably did not act very lady like to them after their constant harassment. It was so bad that I had a friend walk me to the car because of their behavior. The TJ Maxx worker is KNOWN by the local collectors to call one of the ladies that was in line with him and the major one harassing me if any Rae Dunn comes into the store so she can come up and buy before one another local collector has a change to purchase it. I don’t know the reason for him doing this but a lot of people purchase it and then sell it online for triple the price. I have photos and a video of the man I am talking about I do not know his name however I do know that people have filed complaints against him in the past for unfair practices in putting Rae Dunn a side in his store until one of his friends can get up there to buy it. Because of me pushing my way up to the middle of them I am now being bad mouthed on the social media pages of the Rae Dunn Facebook sites. Yes they are mad at me because I did not allow for them to clear the shelves of everything and I grabbed what I could so that my Rae Dunn sisters could each have a piece that they have been wanting. I hope that someone reads this and contacts me over this or emails me back because I do feel something should be done about this employee. I don’t feel it was fair for him to even be in attendance to purchase anything! You can contact me at 352-843-XXXXX or email me at ginamrush26 at gmail.com

I think it’s very disheartening that a retail store gives in to the demands of an intolerant, hateful over the top group of pathetic morons who can’t deal with reality as adults and drops a clothing line based on their “politics”. What about the other 50% of the country? It’s a shame. After all these years, I will no longer be shopping at any of the TJX stores. You’ve clearly made a statement and unlike the “other side”, I will peacefully move on.

What a stupid & selfish corporate decision to drop Ivanka’s line. Did you know or care that more than 1/2 of your customers support Trump & his temporary travel ban?
I have spent thousands of dollars at your stores over the past 20 years but no more!
I just returned my most recent purchase due to your selfish political statement.
Inconsiderate of who should be your first priority-YOUR CUSTOMERS!!
I would appreciate your explanation! SO disappointed in your IMMATURE decision that I will no longer shop in TJMaxx or Marshalls!!! Marcia Cleveland
STAY OUT OF POLITICS!!

I have been a long time customer of TJMaxx and I can tell you as of today I will never step foot in any of your stores nor will my family and friends. I think its horrible on how your company has taken it to the level it has on how you have treated Ivanka Trumps products, you would think you would have enough common sense to not allow other haters effect how you run your company. So sad !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please be advised that I spend a lot of money at TJMax. Further be advised that I will not shop there ever again due to what you just did to Ivanka Trump’s line which I also purchased there. I will also be calling tomorrow during business hours to cancel my credit card. This company is a disgrace for what you are doing to the children of the President of the United States. Disgusting!

The President is disgusting….not a nice person. I had a handicapped son therefore I thought a President was acting childish and disgusting the way he made fun of the handicapped journalist.

I have been a faithful TJ Maxx. Marshalls and Home Goods shopper for probably 20 years. Starting first in NY on Long Island then pretty much every store south to Florida. Additionally as far west as Las Vegas and all the states in between The purpose of my email is to let you know that the news announced today February 8, 2017 that the stores will be dropping the Ivanka Trump line. If this is true I will close my credit card with TJX Rewards and never grace the entrance of those locations again. I feel that the corporation is being discriminatory towards females as this company has heavily employed women. If this is not accurate I would expect the CEO CFO or the COO of this corporation to get on the news and straighten out any misinformation. Please respond to my email as a courtesy Thank you

I have over 30 years of management experience starting with Wal-Mart, Toys R Us , Rite Aid all as a store manager. I was expecting the district managers to follow up on their commitment. Nothing, I am starting to believe with all m experience it has to do with my age. I am pretty sure this commit will not get a response as the d.m.s commitments mean nothing. Thank you for your time when I send the same comment to you head of HR I will provide the names
