Your recent commercial is an insult to both viewers and the two actors who, hopefully, were very well paid to behave so foolishly on camera. I suggest that you dismiss the ad man who came up with the idea of two people looking for crust as they repeat, over and over, pepperoni, cheese. I am not at all tempted to purchase this product.

I got fired October 31st … all because I said can you stop messing up orders because I have like 5 people come in catching attitudes with me because they stuff not right and I told him he gone say either I can stfu ( Shut The F*** Up ) or come over there and do it and I said no I’m not doing you been working here for 3yrs like you said right so there should be no problem and then he told me to stfu ( Shut The F*** Up ) I was very disrespected and Not once have I ever disrespected him at this job .

Please pay the employees more.
Kentucky’s minimum wage is a little over 7.00 pre hour. Not enough!! Even the kids can’t pay for gas and car insurance for that. Not to mention adults. If you want good help and less turnover— pay more.-—
Thank you for your time and reply.

You need to look at the yelp reviews for the Little Caesars location at 1766 University Ave Riverside CA 92607. The reviews are really bad. Something should be said to their management -yeah it’s that bad. I myself had a very bad experience there today, I placed my order 4-1/2 hours prior to needed pick up time – order wasn’t even started yet, and disappointed a group of students (making myself look very bad in the process) and the employees there just didn’t care.

My husband went to get a cheese pizza, Thursday august 22, 2019. 45 minutes later he came home with a pepperoni pizza which will send him to the emergency room if he ate it, he cannot eat red meat, greasy meats, fried food. I called little caesars, to tell the girl he was bringing the pizza back, and the reason he couldn’t eat it. Then I called the manager to tell him the reason for bringing the pizza back, and that we should get a free one. He said it would be free. Husband comes though their door while I am talking to the manager on the phone, the manager tells him he can keep the pepperoni and no charge, I just finish telling him why he could not eat it, again my husband told him the same story, it would send him to the emergency room within 4 hrs. He came home with the cheese pizza, but he paid for the pepperoni one, no free pizza. I call corporate office, told them about what had happened, then got customer service, the lady Susan was very nice, she said she would sent a gift card for a free pizza, and if they didn’t honor it to call her back. The little Caesars in Fruitland Park, Florida, Miller ave.

Absolutely disgusted with the Belton, Tx location. I have had problems with their customer service a few times in the past as well. This evening I called in an order for pick up(as I do every Friday night) for pick up at 7pm. When I arrived I was told there was no order. I asked what they would be doing to make it right ( again this wasn’t the first time). I was told by the cashier (Kenneth S.) that I could have a free 2 liter. Beyond irritated (after working all day and picking dinner up for the kids) I asked for the corporate number. He called his manager on the phone and I was told that they were refusing to give me the number to corporate. I asked for his managers name and that was also refused and then I was told to get out of the store. Not only was I humiliated, I didn’t get the order I originally called in for( had to settle for burned pizza that had been sitting in the warmers), I also payed for something that was beyond what I would consider giving to my dog. I am a GM for a fine dining establishment and have been in the food/ restaurant industry for 20 plus years. This is by far the worst display of customer service I have ever seen.

Just want to say I love you pizza but your new commercial with the family all together that says cheeeeeeeeeeese Is really annoying can you not find a better commercial than that it’s like a pinging in your head that won’t stop
Thank you

I first want to say the pizza portal is so smart. Love it.
Now, the Little Caesars on
3000 Loyola Dr Ste D
Kenner, La
For the past several weeks do not have online service or and phone service.
I think they are closing or don’t care.
Picked up a cook at home one from Sam’s. What is the problem?

Nicole June 17, 2019 at 12:04 am

I got 4 pizzas from your Williston North Dakota store costed me over 60 dollars if I knew your crappy cardboard pizzas would cost me that much I would have gone to a real pizza place like Pizza Hut which is still less expensive then that!

Frank Murphy May 21, 2019 at 8:25 am

I requested information on where the impossible burger would be served in Naples Florida. This is going be a huge success and everyone should be on board. The genius that responded said to call all the local little Caesars and ask to talk to the manager about whether they have this product. Absolutely brilliant……do your job or find another business to enter which won’t tax your brain.

On Sunday 5/19/19 at approximately 1:30 p.m. I ordered 2 large one topping pizzas to take to a Kairos Women’s Prison Ministry Meeting. I did not get a receipt, my receipt is my bank statement. When I arrived at the meeting I discovered that both pizzas were burnt. I was so embarrassed and needless to say no one ate the burnt, unattractive pizzas. I called the store after the meeting and talked to the manager, he did not seem to understand my frustration. I ordered the pizzas from the store in Jennings, Missouri.

I would really appreciate a gift certificate for complimentary pizza for our next meeting. I am anxious to prove that your company has fantastic pizzas. My mailing address is XXXX Arden Avenue, St. Louis Missouri 63121-5408.

Thank you in advance for positive economics,

Jackie Williams

Why advertise “Hot n ready” when there is never any ready? People buy Little Caesars for the quick convenience. If we have to order the pizza and wait for it, might as well order a better quality pizza from a different company. Also, might consider training the employees.

Jeremy Rodebaugh March 30, 2019 at 1:41 pm

Went to store 01413. Order number 90-429

Tried to order a lunch special. Told only on weekdays. When I showed her the sigh on counter stating weekdays hot and ready and weekends upon request she stared at it for a few minutes in confused. Again asking why she just said no. I had to buy a large deep dish. I asked her who the manager was she had no idea. No one in store knew her the manager was. Ask for a pen to write phone number down and was told they don’t have pens. Very unprofessional. Her name was Christy r. On a good note the pizza I ordered was amazing. Little good out of this.

On Saturday 3/16 at approximately 7:30pm, I went to store # 03362-00001 located on 907 S Orange Avenue, East Orange, NJ. Initially I called up to order my pizza. I ordered a plain thin crust pizza.
I specifically asked if it was still offered for $6 and the person stated “yes – your total will be $6.40”. I said thank you I will be there soon to pick it up.
When I arrived, I gave the cashier my name and told her what I ordered, she rang it up and stated the amount I had to pay was $7.45. I said how is it $7.45, aren’t the thin crust $6.00? She said as of now they are $7.45. I said but I was told over the phone $6.40, she said who told you that? Whoever told you that was wrong, the price is $7.45.
I was so disgusted. I paid for it anyway, but if I wasn’t so tired, I would have gone somewhere else to buy a pizza.
I also told her if you are changing the price, why do have all of these signs up stating $6 thin crust pizza? If you’re going to change the price you need to take the damn signs down.

I would like to be compensated for the aggravation I had to endure at the hands of this cashier – Abimbola A.

Angie goodin March 8, 2019 at 8:32 pm

I tried to use a coupon for an extra most bestest for the thin crust. I was told I could not at the window. So I called and a manager (not sure of the name) told me I could. So a few days later I tried again and told them the GM said I could use it. I was called a liar. The mananger on duty said she was going to call her brother who was the store manager to ask him. She never picked up the phone. I could see her, she never made that call. But she came back to the window and said he never authorized it. I cannot believe the blatant lies told to my face. I love your pizza and it is affordable to me as a single mother. But I was so upset by being called a liar I pulled away without ordering.

I live in Greenville South Carolina there is a Little Caesars on Whitehorse Road that their speaker has been tore up about six weeks now but I know I have I have been in line I’m in line right now I have been in line for 30 minutes trying to get a pizza somebody needs to fix the bank before they lose a lot of customers

Brenda Altman January 30, 2019 at 9:12 pm

Someone needs to contact the branch in North Augusta SC on Market Place Dr. and let them know they suck. I have been trying to call them for about 10 minutes (nine times) and all I get is ringing for about 5 or 6 times then it hangs up. If thats how you treat your customers, then u have just lost my business. There are plenty of other pizza places I can go to.

Eleanor Vick January 5, 2019 at 6:01 pm

I have NEVER seen a more rediculous commercial in my life than the current Little Caesar”s one running on the Hallmark Channel. Each time it appears we groan and grab the mute. The woman’s head on the table proclaiming the pizza’s ingredients is most unappetizing, followed by the guys remarks ehyuck. Eleanor Vick , first time writer to a company to voice my opinion.

Regarding Order # 315 115 at store ID: 01338-00014. This is not a question or comment-this is a complaint on what an employee said to me today at YOUR business. While waiting for my order there was another lady waiting too. She was right in front of me in line. She and I made comments to each other on how long the wait was taking. When they called her name, she asked for extra crazy bread for her wait. The guy gave it to her with no problem. When I went up to ask how much longer I was told they were still waiting for 1 of my pizzas. After a couple minutes mine order was up. I asked if I could have an extra crazy bread for my wait the kid got them and put them down in front of me and bummed under his breath what sounded like, “beggars can’t be choosers”. I said, “what did you just say?” And he proceeded to look me right in the eye and repeat, “beggars can’t be choosers”. I was LIVID! I immediately asked for the manager. When the kid went back to get the “manager” I saw the manager laughing. WOW! I insisted on my money back for what I ordered and told the manager that what that kid said to me was BS! There apparently were two managers there because when I asked for the managers manager he pointed over to a younger guy wearing camo. And that manager gave me corporate number. What really impressed me about your franchise in Battle Creek MI store ID: 01338-00014 is how they really could have cared less about what that employee said to me. That’s what happens when they are all buddies-I even said that to them. Regarding Order # 315 115 at store ID: 01338-00014. I asked the other kid at the register if he said the same thing to the lady who he gave bread sticks to and all he said to me was, “I didn’t know how long she waited.’ I then repeated, “II have been here waiting for 30 minutes!” I am absolutely appalled by the behavior at that store. The kids name who said that to me was, Kyleik R and the “manager” I spoke with (who could have cared less because he was laughing moments previously) was Christian. I intend to follow up on this and not drop this. This by all means was uncalled for, unnecessary and so disrespectful. I will. be expecting to hear back from you with a follow up to this situation. My receipt states my order was placed at 3:46 and my refund was issued at 4:15.

We always order pizza on Friday night and have been ordering online from the Little Caesars on 10 Mile Road in Novi, Michigan and picking up from the portal. Tonight we ordered as usual and the posted pickup time was 6:12pm. We arrived at 6:32 and were unable to get our pizza from the portal. The manager advised that there is a 30 minute time limit for orders to be in the portal, and that time limit had been exceeded, although it was now only 20 minutes since the scheduled availability time. Apparently the Little Caesar’s staff prepared the order so quickly that it went into the portal 10 minutes early. The manager offered to re-make our order, but we then had to wait another 15 minutes through no fault of our own. An offer from the manager for a free 2-liter bottle of pop would have eased my anger, but I guess we’ll probably give Domino’s a shot next week!

I would like to know what kind of recognition you give a dedicated employee. That has worked for Little Ceasars for over 20 yrs. Just wondering…..Thank you

Lisa November 26, 2018 at 9:35 pm

I was at your Avon, Indiana location 10976 US HIGHWAY 36
IN – 46123, US on Sunday November 25,2018 about noon. I was very disappointed and very disconcerted by the fact my Hawaiian pizza had a big piece of broken plastic in it. I took a bite and had to pull the broken plastic out of my mouth. This could have caused damage to my esophagus and internal damage if I didn’t notice it first in my mouth. I was then embarrassed by the store employee when I told him about the plastic. He told me i had to bring the pizza back, and when I did he didn’t give me a full refund. This left me very upset and embarrassed. I have alot of questions about how this non food item got passed through many peoples hands into my mouth?

Nancy Filip November 2, 2018 at 6:23 pm

Purchased a large thin 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 half sausage from Berwyn Illinois location, extremely disappointed. Crust was thin but tasted like cardboard, pepperoni was burnt and there was hardly any cheese and the pizza looked nothing like what the TV ad shows. We were first time buyers and probably the last time. Completely unsatisfied.

I stop in Lil Caesars in Garfield Heights Ohio store number 0158600024 and that phone number is 216-518-1111.I ordered two sausage and pepperoni pizzas. My order was taking at 5:40pm and I waited and I waited all while I’m waiting the cashier was the worst cashier I had ever seen working that front counter. She apparently doesn’t know how to handle customer services. It is now 6:00 I asked the manager if he could check on my order and said it was coming right up.So 6:13 I’m tired of waiting so I asked for a refund.Thats when I here them say my order was giving to someone else.No one said I’m sorry or anything. That was terrible service on the cashier and your manager. That cashier name is Sabrina.

I first tried to call in an order to the Little Ceasars in Harlem Ave in Tinley Park Illinois and let the phone ring until I was disconnected. I called 4times and it rang and rang for several minutes and then disconnected me. Since I couldn’t get through on the phone I drove to Little Ceasars on Harlem Ave in Tinley Psrk Illinois and ordered 5 neatest pizzas and prepaid for them. I asked for them to be ready in an hour. The Manager Dartanion assured me they would be ready in an hour After waiting for approximately 90 minutes I asked the manager of my order was ready and he told me it would be ready in a few minutes. After 10 more minutes I asked again and was told no your order is not ready. I then asked for and received a refund. I was very disappointed and so was my grandson and his friends. You need more workers and management. You advertise Hot and Ready when in reality I couldn’t get my order in 90 minutes. Is this false advertising?

I order 5 pizzas every other Friday because I allow my special needs grandson to have 10 friends over for pizza.
How much advance notice does Little Ceasars need to have 5 pizzas ready.
Don’t tell me to order on line because none of those orders where ready either so many of those customers asked for refunds also. I also think you owe me something for all my time and frustration

OMG…today was the best experience ever. Always had great pizza and customer service. This Harrisburg-Union Deposit store out did themselves. ALWAYS GOOD PIZZA…never a complaint. MUST GO BEYOND THE NORM AND EXTEND CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE. Impressed to the MAX today. From the time I placed my order by phone until I picked up my order. Phone friendliness was friendly, sincere and welcoming. My $5 pizza order was the best!!! My guests even asked and commented that the pizza..dough and sauce was exceptional even for $5. We always enjoy their pizza but today..hats off to your hard working..cheerful and helpful staff. And my very best to all. I hope they all are commended and rewarded in some small way and praised for a job well done as always. BTW I picked up my pizza along with 2 lg bottles of soda. THANKS FOR LISTENING.Hope the right Corporate Managers/Owners and Execs take the time to read my honest comment and reward or send my comments to the union Deposit-Hbg Store. much appreciated!! Linda .. Harrisburg, PA

The Little Cesar’s in Saint Louis on Florida any Rd is incompetent. They and tell you 6 mins and it ends up being 15 minutes. Not good service… The last time was the last time for me. Too many other pizza joints who I can give my money too!

Edgard Lopez July 5, 2018 at 1:21 pm

Very disturbing to see how little Caesar’s business and employees are supporting the murderous, communist government of Nicaragua, and their minority supporters.
As seen in the picture, little Caesar’s employees are marching with the Communist flag in support of the Dictator of Nicaragua.
Also, said but not verified, is the donation of 100 pizzas to the Communist supporters marching with them.

Steph June 22, 2018 at 12:17 pm

The little ceasers in elkridge MD is horrible. The manager shows favoritism and steals her employees money by refusing to pay them once she fires them. Her assistant manager ( who is never at the store) is the managers boyfriend. All he does is watch the employees all day while they work so the manager can call and yell at the employees for not doing something. The store is filthy, the cleaning rags are never washed and there is not sanatizing bucket to disinfect the tables. I don’t know what type of business you are running but I am a manager in a kitchen and this kitchen would be shut down by the health department in a split second. For being a company that makes millions I would think you would want your franchise stores to be run properly.

Pam Cox May 26, 2018 at 5:07 pm

Today at 13:57pm I ordered a bestest pepperoni pizza and pepperoni cheesy bread. I was told it would be 5 min to pull around to the front . At 4:23 I got out of my hot car from waiting in the sun with my handicapped grandson to go in and check on my order. I was greeted from the back welcome to Little Ceasar’s. No one came and finally a voice from behind the counter on the floor spoke up and said could someone wait on her. When I presented my bill they asked what it was for. I repeated my order 3 times before the girl ever got it straight. They all looked at each other like I was crazy. They finally produced what I guess is my food! I was so mad I told them I was calling corporate. Go right ahead they said but we have a manager on duty.
I cooled off and called the number printed on my receipt 606-726-7164 not a working number but printed on your receipt! I then looked on internet to get the number. The manager Miss Taylor said she was sorry, the girl in the floor was counting money! WHAT IN THE FLOORCOUNTING MONEY?????
I was told they were sorry but was not offered anything for my experience! NOT THAT I WOULD TAKE IT! We have two other pizza places in Stanford and a Brick Oven coming soon! I wish you luck you might want to look into your employees at this franchise!

Tammy Robinson May 27, 2018 at 1:53 pm

Thanks for letting us know the number was out of date. We have updated the information.

Tracy BoXXXX April 19, 2018 at 7:27 pm

Rushville Indiana store is horrible!! Nothing is ever hot and ready, employees are rude and the owner never returns calls! The employees stand at the counter doing nothing. Employees don’t wash their hands. It’s not clearly the cleanest.

Judy March 16, 2018 at 6:30 pm

jlhines77@ Your Inglis, FL store is awful. They never answer their phone and when you go down there to get a hot and ready pizza they never have any ready and tell you that it will take 18 mins. It’s always only one or two young adults or teens in there. I have been to several Little Caesar stores and they always have pizza ready. It’s a shame because this is a very small town and it’s the only pizza place here unless we drive 15 mins away. Guess I will start eating frozen pizza. This store needs to be manage by a mature adult who cares about the business.

Dave February 15, 2018 at 8:13 am

Your little ceasars in Kinston NC the managers are rude the employee that was sitting outside I asked them their names and they said bob and Cheryl . This the the 2nd time I went there and they were being extremely rude . I also have seen some employees being favored more than others and to find out it was their son. He cusses when Others and I are in the lobby and all they tell him is shut up I’ve also seen him make his own pizzas not buy them and walk right out the store I also seen how they acted towards other employees and if I have to say they are not representing little ceasars correctly at all . If you don’t get new franchisers you will lose respect for your business and lose plenty of employees I have talked to the employees serval times and they have told me a lot about them two. And at this point they will lose my business and I talked to others that have went there too and they feel the same way.

angry mother January 7, 2018 at 12:19 pm

my son works at the one in cullman Alabama and because we are not fro alabama he is being treated differently. When he is put on the schedule he comes in to work and works hard . He has never called out in the2 and a half years he has worked their. well now if hecalls out he needs a dr. note. but all other employees who call out several times a week never have docytors notes. and they also change his schedule without notifying him. his name is Logan Einsmann. He works at the cullmansouth store on Highway 31

Vickie Billings November 16, 2017 at 10:46 pm

Our son was stationed at Fort Benning GA we ate at the little ceasars on base and as we was walking around we saw a poster that had two men boxing on it. That was my husbands dad and I was wondering If I could get a couple of posters for him. I called the Little Ceasars at 129 Fort Benning GA 31902 the poster hung on one of the steel posts in the common areas Name on the botttom of the poster read 3 count combo meal Top had WF sports. I would like to have 4 posters if it would be possible for my husbands mom who is now a widower and his sister his son and one for my husband. It would mean a great deal. When he first saw it he said If i didn’t know better that is my dad and took a picture showed his mom and she said yes that is your dad I have that picture. It would mean so much to us to be able to have a posters for his family. Please contact me via email.

Kimi November 4, 2017 at 6:44 pm

I would like to say as a wife of a very valued worker of a jackson county little ceasers, u should be ashamed of some of your workers. Manager’s who are extremely sexist. Who give special treatment and not have consequences to certain female employees for not showing up on time always calling making pizzas as she pleases. But any other employee makes a pizza for crew that hasn’t eaten all day and get told they r wasting it and time. Giving special treatment on holidays when EVERYONE is told to work but of course not her. He abuses his power and will he losing there best workers if it continues. I hope u pull it heads out of ur butts and fix this

Cheri-Kim Race October 27, 2017 at 5:25 pm

I will no longer be purchasing your products due to your most recent commercial. Any company that glorifies the disrespecting of parents is a company that does not deserve any hardworking parents financial support. I hope every parent takes a stand against your disrespectful add.

Your commercial with the little boy, disrespecting his father is terrible. We will not do buisness with you for that reason.
You know you don’t have to be like all the other companies who use disrepectful adds to get buisness. Try somthing good for a change.
Father’s should be honored. Not dishonored.

les October 26, 2017 at 3:20 pm

your ad on tv about a boy disrespecting his father is shameful. We will not do business with any store who encourages children to belittle adults. This ad of yours is a very bad example for children.

Don Rood October 23, 2017 at 3:13 pm

Your #1 Dad demoted commercial is INSULTING! It should be pulled immediately. And fire the ad agency who came up with it.

I don’t have a LC in my area but wouldn’t go there now if you were paying me to eat there.

Your pizza is crap and so are your commercials. I sincerely hope you are losing revenue over this vile promo. Shame on you LC.

Michelle McLaren October 23, 2017 at 8:24 am

Guess I’m not the only one who thinks the Father losing his #1Dad Status is a HORRIBLE advertisement. Watched this weekend and every time it just got worse. Seriously ? This speaks more about you Little Caesar’s. Who are you trying to market? Would think you’d show your customers more respect????

Ingrid Breckon October 22, 2017 at 4:25 pm

The commercial currently running for Little Caesar’s should be removed. I am VERY surprised the concept idea for such a commercial did not stay on the scrap heap in the garbage can. To have a child ‘call the shots’ and berate his Dad and further ‘stripping’ him of his #1 Dad patch is just a very wrong message to be sending out!! Explain why this wrong moral message is OK in our society? How about a change to the commercial such as the father coming in with a Caesars Pizza and the dad and boy have their conversation how it was a great deal. Then the boy giving his Dad the hat with the #1 Dad patch. How about that message of giving parents RESPECT ! I know publicity of any kind can work for a company’s exposure, but this publicity is just a turn off to any parent ! Your name will get around but it won’t be in a positive note.

Larry clemishire October 17, 2017 at 11:07 pm

I agree with the previous statement that commercial with the kid berating his dad because he got the pizza wrong is wrong in every way,we have enoughmof these kids that can’t think for themselves and blame their parents for all the things that go wrong in there pitiful lives.

Clara Rosinsky October 17, 2017 at 7:03 pm

Dear sir, is the owner of little Caesar’s suppose threaten it’s employes
By telling them he is suing them
If they don’t work a shift when someone calls in? Right this is the only information I have, I will give you more when I find out more, please let me know if this is right.

Bob Herriman October 15, 2017 at 9:01 pm

Your commercial with the dad crying and sweating before his arrogant disrespectful son, and then losing his #1 dad status, is in very poor taste, and is demeaning to fathers. It blatantly encourages children to disrespect their parents and be rebellious. It is sad that for the large amounts of money you probably pay for advertising, that you cannot do better than that. It is also very sad that an ad agency would come up with that concept in the first place. For your company to approve it, amounts to corporate suicide. If you think it is smart to target your marketing to disrespectful, rebellious children, then you have forgotten that it is their parents who are actually paying for your products. Our family has been customers of your stores, and enjoyed your products for many years. We will now take our business elsewhere.

Patti October 12, 2017 at 1:46 pm

The commercial with the boy and his father has got to go. Children are disrespectful enough without showing it on t.v. How you can continue to show it, well I don’t know. I won’t eat at you business and neither will my friends and family!!!!

Disappointed October 12, 2017 at 9:02 am

I am writing to express my disappointment of the Little Caesars Pizza located at 936 Southfield Rd, Lincoln Park, MI 48146. Not once, but 3 days in a row I have gone to get crazy bread or Italian cheese bread to be told each time, they were out of the ingredients. Either, they were lying and didn’t feel like filling the order or whoever takes care of the inventory is not doing a good job. Either way it goes, they need to do better! This is a multi-million dollar franchise and it’s real unprofessional and unacceptable to continuously tell the customer you don’t have the ingredients to fill an order. Seriously considering taking my business somewhere else.

Cathy Dobucki October 11, 2017 at 5:35 pm

I hate this commercial every time it comes on! If a parent doesn’t get the right kind of pizza they’re unworthy! Are you kidding me! This is nuts! Teaching kids that the things their parents or others get them are the most important is unconscionable! I will not buy from Little Caesars until this and the one where the little boy with the dream is told too bad kid, it’s already been done. The person who conceived these ideas must have had very disturbing childhood! I’m very disappointed that these got past so many people and got on the air! SAD!! 😔

Sandra Cobian September 30, 2017 at 8:48 pm

Every time I visit the Gonzales Ca location I am disappointed with not only the poor customer service but that this location never answers there phone!! The reason I am trying to place an order before I get to this location is because they never have pizzas… never!!! And then I get attitude from the very rude young lady at the counter. I don’t understand why you hire eye rolling kids!! This kid should be nowhere near customers, she needs to be in the back of the store where she has no contact with customers or maybe not even working at this business because it is obvious she hates her job! Please hire more mature respectful employees. I visit this location at least twice a week and every time I get attitude!

Jeanne September 30, 2017 at 2:08 am

Thank you all that I have read that also do not like this despicable ad regarding the boy disrespecting his father! I also greatly disagree with this message and I have emailed Little Caesars corporate office letting them know my intense dislike of this ad. Parents have enough difficulty raising their children now without some corporation deciding to teach kids how to be disrespectful to a parent! Really bad choices by this corp.!

J. Jammond September 23, 2017 at 11:37 pm

I know it’s just a commercial, but I get upset every time I see your latest commercial where the boy disrespects his Dad over the pizza and rips off his #1. At least the Dad brought home something to eat! This ad is disgusting! You will Not be getting my business any more!

Lorraine Snipas September 23, 2017 at 3:17 pm

I am glad to see others that are disgusted with the commercial with the little brat taking the #1 dad from his dad’s hat because he didn’t get the pizza from Little Caesars. Any parent that takes that crap from their bratty kids , made them that way. Do you really think that commercial is going to generate more business? I change the channel immediately, and I don’t have children. I get my pizza from a local pizza shop. It is a family business. If any of their Italian kids talked to their parents like that they would get their heads knocked off.

Karron Zahnow September 23, 2017 at 2:53 pm

I just want to inform you that I am very offended by your “little godfather boy” demoting his father for not buying the right pizza. It is very offensive to me. I raised my sons to be better than that. I am so offended by it that I turn it off every time I it comes on.. I had to google commercials to find out which pizza company it was. I will never ever buy another pizza from Little Caesars. You should make commercials that honor hard working fathers and honor father son relationships. Sincerely, Karron Zahnow

Julie September 23, 2017 at 12:30 am

I agree with the other people that have commented on your commercial with the young boy that disrespected his dad when he brought home the wrong pizza. There are enough young people in this world that are being taught that it is ok to be disrespectful to their parents and to others. Kids need to be taught and shown that they need to be respectful to others.

sandra September 15, 2017 at 5:09 pm

I agree with everyone who is just as disgusted as I with the new ad depicting that incorrigible child who has absolutely no discipline what so ever and who further appears to be chastising his father for not purchasing the pizza “he “ wanted, he then proceeds to rip of “#1” from his father’s hat. If either of my children ever did anything like that they would be punished for being so disrespectful.
I too realize this is just an advertisement that someone thought would be funny and bring in customers…well I for one have been completely turned off by this gross advertising, it will not generate any income from me and I hope others as well.

I did call corporate but would not be given the opportunity to speak with anyone in the advertising department. The person who answered the phone said she could take my complaint and would forward it on to the right person for consideration…YEAH RIGHT!!!

Went to the Little Caesars in Macclenny Florida on September 13th 2017 at 9:35 pm. I call them at 9:00 to make an order and was told that there system was down and I had to come in and make my order and they close at 10:00 pm. I got there at 9:35 from St. George, Ga 31562 to Macclenny. We got there and the office manager had no XXXXster service. She came to the front lady and told her that no one else should have been coming in because they had do more pizza dough. Then went back to the back and was still going off about us being in there. I told her we call a headed of time and came from St. George, Ga and she told me that they where out of pizza dough never said sorry she needs to go back to school and learn custerm service. I will never go back to that Little Caesars again. Very unhappy with service.

Mary September 10, 2017 at 5:44 pm

The Little Caesars at 1032 BOLL WEEVIL CIR
ENTERPRISE, AL 36330 has a sign that says hot and ready pizza $5.00 all day long. They are telling customers that this does not apply to them and are charging over $7 for a cheese pizza. They have been doing this for a while now. I don’t know if they understand that by not following that sign it’s false advertising.

Rick Rice September 6, 2017 at 4:59 pm

I was just sitting here watching commercial where a little boy ripped off the number one dad off the fathers cap the father had not gotten pizza at another pizza place .Little Caesars, as are loyal customer to Little Caesars and always use little Caesar I see this Ad as an insult to American Family and to the American Worker to the American Dad .this belittles the American Father .The Father in American Father brings the money home and at movie nights with the kids and eaten food Little Caesars and breadsticks are wonderful but this upsets me with everything is going on to separate us in the United States today you’ll put this commercial On to belittle the white American Father I would retract that commercial because American Dads can’t take too much more I am a faithful customer but these commercials keep running and you belittle fathers like this I will stop buying Little Caesar Pizza in my State . my name is Rickey Rice I live atTrafford AL 35172 . I’m sorry I’m just so upset right now thank you Rick Rice a very mad American Father .

Cathy Underwood September 8, 2017 at 7:32 pm

I’m so disheartened over your most recent ad for your pizza. I realize it’s just a commercial, and in the end it’s about generating revenue, but in my opinion the marketing department really missed the mark on this. Why are we portraying to our children that it is alright to disrespect a father (parent) because of the pizza he brought home. We are bringing up a generation of entitled children, and this commercial really drove the point home. We are living in a time where many fathers are absent from their children’s life and to see this man with sweat running down his face because the pizza wasn’t good enough and then see the look on his face when that little boy ripped off the #1 from the actors hat.
made my heart ache. I’m sorry but your marketing department missed the mark on this. Your pizza is very good, the price is spot on. Let that speak for itself. I’m just disappointed in the ad. I saw another person also disliked the ad. I hope others express themselves if they are disappointed. I know it’s just a commercial and actors, but to a child who is watching this commercial it may not be so obvious.

Laurie Yee October 4, 2017 at 7:44 pm

I’m glad I’m not the only one who finds this commercial distasteful. I turn it off as soon as I see it. Is there really any kid out there who complains because their parents spent too much money on them. If my son gave me attitude like that, I’d be eating pizza and he would be eating PB and J.

Maria September 6, 2017 at 2:37 am

I live in Stockton Ca…first they don’t carry the $5 pizzas here they are $6.99…they are not hot and ready it is a 15 min wait..and the workers don’t wear hair nets, some don’t wear anything and have long hair, and they don’t wear gloves…. Hammer Ln location…. something should be done ASAP

Sydney deSouza September 3, 2017 at 9:13 am

Last night I went to the Little Caesars down the road. I’m not sure how this store is in business other than people usually walk in and out pretty quick with there order and don’t notice how gross and dirty it is. Last night, there were many problems with everything about my experience and order. First off, there were just two people in front of me when I walked in. The front counter worker was stress out because he didn’t have any change for a guy who wanted to pay cash and also because the pizza maker in the back kept walking out of the back door because apparently some girl he knew was parked out there playing loud music and was having some kind of a drama which was distracting him from working. The front counter worker was so dirty and the register was filthy which he proceeded to take apart while I waited so that he could fix the tape. Not usually an issue except for that he flung the cover onto the dirty floor and then when he was done he put it back on, went outside to get his coworker who finally returned without washing his hands and as he started making pizzas again, the two of them talked loudly about the dramas of the girl outside all while myself and two others waited for our pizzas. This gave us all time to notice how dirty the store actually is. I have worked in restaurants my who life and I can see how the health department would ever be ok with what is going on in this store!!!!! The other issue is that I ordered the new most cheese and pepperoni pizzas that are $6 and are being widely advertised. When I finally got my pizzas, I can say that they were the worst looking pizzas that I have ever had and I have pictures to prove it. Some slices were 2×3 inches in size while other were gigantic. There was little crust on the pizza. Mostly just sauce spread out and dropping onto the box. I did not notice that it had any more cheese or pepperoni that the normal $5 pizzas and certainly did not look at all like any of the pictures advertised! I am pretty appalled by the experience last night and I am not usually one to pick dominos over Your brand, but they are littlerally in the same complex and now I have many reasons to make the switch. I would like too see these issue fixed or hire me to go in and clean it up and set them straight! I would like to be compensated obviously as well.

rosie July 29, 2017 at 7:52 pm

your Caesars on Smthe/Copperhill in Valencia,Ca is terrible. They never have the pizza ready and this is your new $6 pizza. They said they were told NOT to make the $5 pizza unless asked. People are waiting 15-20 minutes. You need to get a competent manager at this store

April July 15, 2017 at 12:43 pm

If someone was to open a Little Caesars in Anna il, they would make a lot of money. Hint hint***

rosie ray June 26, 2017 at 3:14 pm

Went to lil Caesars on Copperhill/Smythe Valencia, ca on Saturday
They did not have any of the $5 pepperoni’s read y (this was around 4 pm), only your new $6. The menu board was dark except for the $6 special. I asked for the $5, they said it would be 10 or 15 min, but the $6 were ready now. Said I wanted the $5. Employ Lindsay
Is this like bait and switch?

I’d been going to the Little Caesars at 11600 GLADIOLUS DR., FT. MYERS, FL 33908 for close to two years, ever since I first asked for a small pepperoni pizza with extra sauce put on it prior to adding the toppings and putting it in the oven. Wow! It put all other local pizzas to shame, and I ordered it religiously, about once a month. I always offered to pay extra for the sauce, and the owner always refused to charge any more than the regular 5-dollar hot-and-ready price, saying he was glad to have me as a customer.

Today I went back to order my usual small pepperoni with extra sauce, and learned that the store had been sold to a new owner. Nonetheless, they said they would make it for me, no problem. When I opened the box and checked it visually before carrying it out, it looked great. When I got it home and started into it, I discovered that not only didn’t it have extra sauce, but had very little sauce at all, was mostly bread, and dry as toast. It was a poor excuse for even a mediocre pizza.

What burned me further was that I called up the store and asked to speak with the manager. I politely told him what I ordered versus what I ended up getting, and he simply said, “Okay. Well, all right.” He offered no apology, made no effort to make it right, and truly sounded like he couldn’t care less.

Sorry, Little Caesars, but good customer relations DO make a difference! I told that new manager (or whoever it was who claimed to be him) that he lost a customer, wished him good luck, and that I would NOT be coming back.

Diane Hart July 11, 2015 at 10:35 pm

Went to Little Caesars tonight in Lewisburg Tn. The pizza was hard as a rock and cold as ice. Call the manager but she was a stupid , If you can not teach the people how to run a store then you need to be out of bussiness. You got young kids as managers that don’t need to be in that position. So I am going to the news media, and facebook. This comment will be on face book.

Tim Morton December 30, 2014 at 8:25 pm

I visited the little caesars inside true Kmart store in Kingsburg California Dec 30th.
The store was very dirty. The person behind the counter was by herself. I ordered two pretzel crust pizzas and one regular pepperoni pizza. The dough was flat the pizza was a mess. I ordered extra pepperoni it looked like I didn’t get extra but the pepperoni was just placed closer together in the middle and nothing on the outside. Is there any quality control? Several years ago when the store first opened th place was neat clean and you got a quality product. Now sadly it seems that management for the store is poor and cleanliness is forgotten. The dressing station had all of the covers broken and missing hinges one door was bent so it wouldn’t even set over the top correctly. Someone needs to go look at the store located near the Save Mart at the other end of town and take notes on how to run a good quality store that puts out a quality product. Maybe they can learn something.
I will not ever visit the store at Kmart again until someone goes there and puts this store back in shape and train the employees how to do their job. Please have someone take the time to visit this store and they will see what I’m talking about. Show some leadership and return the store back to what it was.

James Cantu September 22, 2014 at 4:30 pm

Hard working American!!!
Look corporate office, please contact this location in oak hill,512-374-0006 Austin TX about the watching over and inspection of the product. I am a hard working American, and when I go to take my family to enjoy one of your pizzas, my wife tells my2year old daughter not to eat it, BC it has a mosquito cooked inside the cheesy pizza. This is unacceptable in any manner! Now when i called the store to let them know, the Mgr mari-Lou Wilson seemed more concerned with my vocabulary instead of the product she is repeatedly selling out of your business! I’m wife said not to go back , but when the store management acts as if it is not that big of a problem,i see this differently. If it was your child about to eat food with a bug or mosquito inside of it in sure you guys would feel what i am experiencing at one of your stores. I have pictures of this and will post online for the rest of the ppl to see. We have also purchased previously pizzas with hair in them as well. The women weren’t wearing hairnets either. Please contact this store for inspection! I will be reporting to health department.

remi September 4, 2014 at 1:07 pm

Dear Service Director:

I am writing to express my profound frustration and disappointment with my September 3rd visit to your store.. I went to your restarant that night with high expectations.I was very excited to try the New prezel pizza.

My concerns revolve around two primary areas, cash register and boxing up of the pizzas preparation. The young man they had working the cash register they also had working the area to box up the pizzas once they came out of the oven.My issue is that the young man is touching money that is very dirty at one point then hes going over to box up my pizza and and has no gloves on so his hands are no dirty with the dirty money and touching my pizza. Also this young man seem to have no belt on so about every 2 mins he would pull up his pants right at the part of his behind.Seeing this really made me sick to me stomach.I getting a Pizza that i was truly excited to bring my daughter that is now dirty from this young man touching dirty money and pulling on his pants every other min with no gloves. This is how people get sick and i do beleive that there should have been someone else working on the food part, not the same person touching dirty money.
