Keller Williams was founded in 1983 by Gary Keller and Joe Williams in Austin, Texas.

In 1991, the company began franchising.

In 1998, the company expands to Canada.

In 2007, the Luxury Homes by Keller Williams program was launched.

In 2008, KW Commercial, a commercial real estate division, was launched.

In 2013, the company announced plans to expand into Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Turkey.

A May 2018 article in Bizjournal says that Keller Williams has grown so large that they now have 181,000 agents, which is larger than the population of most small cities in the US.

Today, Keller Williams is the largest real estate company in the US and Canada with over 80,000 real estate agents.

On 9/13 we placed a deposit on a contract for the purchasing of a home. On 9/20, after an unsafe home inspection, we canceled the contract. I waited a week for the return of our deposit and heard, saw nothing. On 9/26 I reached out directly to the Seller’s Agent at KW Stroudsburg, PA office and was told the check was in the mail. On 9/27, Alexandra Soto emailed me wanting proof of my Wells Fargo Personal Money Order (which had been deposited for almost 2 weeks at this point); angry and a few choice words, I provided a copy of my receipt. On 9/30, the ‘check is in the mail’ . . . it’s 10/11 and the check is still in the mail??????????????????? Your ‘deposit’ on a real estate transaction is supposed to be a ‘good faith deposit’ . . . where is that good faith if you cannot rely on the Realtor Office to return your deposit to you?

Now, I need to hire an Attorney for the return of my deposit. Needless to say, I am telling whomever; wherever, I can what an awful, horrible and dishonest office KW of Stroudsburg is and I believe that the Corporate Office in Austin, TX is just as much to blame as their legal department has been cc’d on all communication and is choosing to stay quiet.

I made the very unfortunate mistake of listing my house with KW in April. The agent, Matt Brown had it listed as a condo the 1st 3 weeks on Zillow, only communicates via texts and emails, is incredibly rude and insulting to me and has been unable to sell my house. He lowered the price without my prior written authorization and scheduled an Open House which I found out about via a Zilllow notification, he proceeded to argue with me. I have finally asked to have my listing withdrawn with 6 weeks left on the contract as I just can’t work with him and another insulting, bullying email. Totally ignored, no response even from the broker. Worst experience of my life !!! I am trying to move on in another state. Refuse to even LOOK at a house listed by KW.

Dayna Williams June 18, 2019 at 11:17 pm

I listed my home for Sale by Owner and have 6-8 Keller Williams agents calling a day. Not ONE of them reads the Zillow Ad before calling to ask for that exact same information! I called corporate offices to try to get this harassment STOPPED, but could not get help from the horrible person at the switchboard. I was not able to connect to anyone by phone to get a message to our area supervisor to get my name off the distributed spreadsheet! I will never use Keller Williams because of this Harassment and have noted this at the head of my Zillow Ad!

Phillip May 27, 2019 at 9:55 pm

Michelle Blackwell, Heritage Realeste group ad stating if Trump wins 2020 and your leaving I’ll sell your home. I am and independent but she’s would not sell anything for me. This only continues to spread hatred. If Keller Williams is okay with this they will never have my business. And I will spread this for all to see.

sirscubalot@ I live in Northern Virginia. I had my house on the market and took it off for personal reasons. These Keller Williams Bottom Feeders keep calling me and my son in NYC that has the same name, our MLS# says do not call seller. I am also on Do not call list . All of this has been ignored . These franchise agents, who care about nothing keep harassing me and my family to try to get a listing . I have spoken to Len Le , the supposed “Regional Manager for the Northern Va area” and was promised no more calls. But they keep calling asking for the listing . If you call the Corp office they will not transfer you to anyone that can help you, I now must resort to “Cease and desist Order”, and a “ Restraining Order “ as my next level of determent, to not be called on a number on the do not call list .
Keller Williams has a big name with little people that can’t get listings with out harassment. Stay clear . You only get an admin if you call to have a grownup discussion with the company .

I have some complaints but we are currently under contract for sale so afraid to make the complaints. Not only because of how it might affect our selling currently but because if give a name that something bad could happen to us if it affects their job or license. Is there State realtor over-site company in Idaho that can be contacted so that maybe we will have our privacy secured? How we got to this place in life now with a home is devastating. We had trust in our agent and now we know that what happened was wrong.

Sam Attal April 4, 2019 at 4:15 pm

I have been visiting with one of your agents in California about financing. I have documentation, he is lying, his comments are misleading, and I think he is incompetent.

Celeste May 10, 2019 at 2:07 pm

I have a similar problem now with a KW agent in Prescott Az. My agent actually left their employment and they never told me, they took my sign without telling me, they never had any buyers agents out to my house and when I asked to speak to my agent, prior to her leaving, they lied about her not being available when they knew she was no longer there. When I finally contacted them after a couple of months and after I sent an email to my agent that we wanted to cancel the contract, they then ACCEPTED my call and said they were going to ‘get together’ with us. Um Hm…After I called to cancel NOW they want to speak to me! I’ve tried in vain to cancel the contract, I even had a lawyer in Az send them a letter to tell them they were fired for cause and STILL NO CALL FROM ANYONE! Out contract is up in August of 2019 and I will continue to try to get out of this contract which, according to my attorney is no longer valid since Brad Bergamini and his ‘team’ here in Prescott have not lived up to their end. Regardless, I have sent a complaint to the AZ STATE Department of Realtors. All states should have these state departments where you can complain. DO NOT use the Association since they really will not do anything. Interestingly I fired these people for cause on 4/26/2019 and as of today, NO RESPONSE to my complaints I’ve sent via emails and phone calls AT ALL! NO responses to my attorney’s letter, NOTHING! THEY ARE A DISGRACE and I would definitely NOT recommend them because even if you tell them YOU DO NOT TRUST THEM and DO NOT WANT TO WORK WITH THEM they will NOT let you out of your contract.

We just bought a house in Edgewater, Fl. Our Keller Williams Realtor was a God send. Randena Leonard was a top notch professional. We have bought and sold several houses during our marriage and she was absolutely the best realtor we have ever had. She was organized and quick to return documents for signing. She was available to answer all our questions and made sure that the selling realtor completed contracts and paperwork quickly and accurately. Randena came back early from vacation and changed another planned trip to ensure she was in the area while we were negotiating with the sellers. She has quickly become a trusted friend. If/when we decide to sell or buy another house, Randena will be our realtor of choice. Thank you Randena.

I am a first time home buyer. By myself so my top price for a home was not as much as a couple buying a home. The first Realtor I signed up with seemed nice, hooked my up with the Collaboration Center. I started putting homes in my range in the “possible” choice section, thinking (as I was told) she would see this, and set up a viewing…..{ cricket sounds}
I emailed (because I was never given a cell phone number for contact) and would wait at least two days for a response, by then, the house was under contract. I would email with my concerns or questions, and the reply had nothing to do with my concerns or questions, just that I was impatient, and there wasn’t much on the market….huh?? I have checked off possible houses in my price range.. After two weeks of having to initiate ANY contact, I asked to move on with someone else who has time and effort to help me. I finally got a response to a question….yaaa, not!! I was told that I had signed an agreement for 1 year.
Needless to say, that threat, to control my life and destiny for a year, ended in a couple of days.
So I met with another KW agent, who “totally understands”. You MUST get out there and see homes, have comparisons, so when you walk into that “one” house, you’ll know its the one for you. Horray!! Lets do this!! Communication was a bit better this time around, although things changed as to get comparisons, I was told to go see open houses, by myself, to get an idea of what I wanted. I was told houses I chose, had no negotiation room (must be psychic), but go look at “this” house (10K more, half the size & twice the taxes). I was told to come and see an open house he was holding, turns out the address didn’t even exist. Finally after two weeks of waiting, he suggested viewing three house’s in my “possible” folder on a day I clearly said I couldn’t get out of work. And to boot, one house was the no negotiation house, another was already under contract after being in the folder for two weeks, and the 3rd was 10K over budget with a leaking roof. When I questioned why we were looking at these houses, the reply was, “we need to go our separate ways”…lol What the fuck was this?? I spent 30 days with KW and was not shown ONE house. And there were plenty in my price range. I am moving on to another realtor, obviously not KW, and I will make sure the house I buy, is NOT being sold by a KW realtor.
Both of these realtors ended our relationship with a very long winded letter about how wonderful and how helpful they were to me, which I found rather amusing. They also mentioned, indirectly, how difficult I was. Now that’s funny!
I think asking you to do your job and show me houses in my price range is YOUR job. I was willing to go see ANYTHING!! But because the commission they are going get off me is lower than a couple buying a house, I was a low priority.
A company this big doesn’t really care, or take to heart any complaints. Bottom line, it’s about the mighty dollar. Kiss the big spenders ass, and put the loose change on the counter for a while.
What a sad first time ever, home buying experience this company has presented.
KW should have a policy that at least one home (minimum) per week be shown to any potential client, and documented. Thanks for 30 days of home viewing (or lack of) I will never get back!

Maya November 2, 2018 at 10:45 am

Wow! I see a long list of complaints here. Not surprised. KW is known for aggressive sales tactics. Well, add cold-calling for an open house to the list of offenses. It was very creepy, since the agent is unknown to me and shouldn’t have my phone number. That’s it, keep alienating and offending folks!

Steve Rogge October 26, 2018 at 11:42 am

I have taken my house off the market 30 days ago. We have decided to stay where we are. I have been harassed and my extended family has been harassed by people representing Kellar Williams. Calls at work, calls at home. Please stop this. Next step is BBB and my Texas State Representative. Stop the HARASSMENT!!!!

I just had someone representing Keller Williams knock on my front door at 530pm, dinner time. He shoved some literature at me saying he represented Keller Williams and they just sold a house down my street I needed to read his pamphlets not even introducing himself nor giving me tine to verbally respond. How tacky. I didn’t know Keller Williams was in such financial straits as to stoop to door to door sales people.

DeMarcus Hudson October 31, 2017 at 11:50 am

i had a couple of representatives tell me that they would destroy the contract if I decided that did not want to use there services after I signed the contract. The next day i told them that i decided to go a different route. They returned my key then later called me and told me that even if i use another agent they will still get there percentage because they have me under contract. There names are Latrece Gatewood and Lori Bailey and they work with the Tierny Jordan Network under Keller Williams. These people are holding me up on selling my house and buying another one. I don’t trust them and i refuse to work with them and they will not release me from contract even though no services have been rendered. Most companies would just release you from the contract if you did not want to use them if they don’t have any time and money invested with you. But not these people. This is disgusting. They are so hungry for money that they would rather hold me hostage and work in an awkward situation rather than just part ways. i wish someone with some decency would help me get this resolved so i can move on with my life. I will not work with this company and I will wait until the contract expires if I have to. This is how serious I am about not working with this company. Just let me go!

Does anyone wonder if Keller Williams even looks at these? I’m looking at posts that are 1-2-3 yrs old and nothing has changed.

Monica Wright July 26, 2017 at 4:27 pm

Keller Williams is responsible for my son and his family being homeless. The agent in Austin, TX showed property, took deposits and then we found out the seller did not own the property, the house had been moved from another locations and there is a right of way thru the middle of the house. No mortgage company will finance the property.

Now the seller has refused to return the good faith $ and the survey and inspection fees.. Keller Williams is still trying to sell the property and they have removed and replaced all old MLRS listings. We have them and know the facts stated on the original MLRS are bogus. My son took a big loss selling his current home as a “quick sell”. If Keller Williams agent would ( or could?) have done her job and verified information this situation would not have happened. They would not have considered the property. Now Keller Williams is still refusing to make the situation right. Who can afford to loose thousands of $$$ a 20 something hard working young man or a giant real estate company who didn’t do their job to begin with????

I also have lost money. In the middle of a home sale gone bad. My agents contract was for 30 days. My fault I know, what kind of agent signs up for 30 days. Now I cannot get my good faith money back from other agent.

I too had a terrible experience with KW.
Antoinette Gangi at the woodcliff lake nj office is a liar, cheater, and a total fake.
Lied about all her accomplishments and I will file a false ad complaint with NJ AG office

Joe July 18, 2017 at 8:00 pm

I too am very unhappy using Keller Williams
Antoinette Gangi in woodcliff lake NNj is a liar, cheater, and a fake.
She said she had 40 listings, I counted she had 18. She said in her bio, she sold $177,000,000 in properties in five years, an outright lie. I will be calling the Bbb for false advertising. Anything I can do to prevent her from scamming and lying to anyone else

Could you give me information on what outlets there are for an employee of a Keller Williams agent who is bullying, degrading and mistreating the employee. Thank you so much!

Bill McAndrew May 26, 2017 at 10:37 pm

Daughter bought a condo in D C. Was reviewing the Settlement Sheet and noticed a R/E Company Flat Fee. Further review was that it is a “Junk Fee” to supplement the Agent’s commission. Most people feel it is normal. I thought this “fraudulent” misrepresentation was cleaned-up years ago and the R/E agent status have moved above that of an used car salesman. Sad

Trudell Parker June 10, 2017 at 1:32 am

I relocated from Colorado Springs this May 2017. Signed up with Keller Williams because I used the agency in the past to purchase a home and to sell a home. Upon planning the move from CO to Anderson SC, I signed a contract on a house with the Keller Williams on Liberty Hwy Anderson SC. This would have been my fourth home purchased, however I had to cancel the contract due to the service provided me. The agent lacked integrity. Gave me false information on apraisal being completed. He suggested to that I handle a situation regarding a fence and the property line. Extremely shoddy work was performed on some items listed on the inspection, very few items were completed on the day “he” stated I would be closing. When I arrived to Anderson with no where to stay, I was never offered by Keller Williams’ agent Frank any services. I was steered away from contacting his Broker in charge. After my furniture sat in the moving van for 6 days I went to the office to speak to the Broker in charge I was told she was on vacation and no one was left in charge. Voice mailed Terri Anderson, the Broker in charge. Later spoke to Sandy Jordan who I reached because I went through another party in an outside real estate agency. Sandy Jordan stated to the other party her Broker in charge was on vacation and she was in charge. I have yet to receive a call from Terri Anderson…now 13 days later. The contract expired. I was verbally told by agent Frank just sign an extension, verbally giving another closing date. When I asked to see the closing date in writing he had nothing. Agent Frank verbally stated I would be able to move into the home before closing because he had done that with other sellers. The home was a nightmare; at the backdoor what appeared to be termite damage and trails of ants coming into the kitchen, had been reported as repaired. Will I be reimbursed in any way? Horrible experience. Very inconvenienced.

I am a Keller Williams agent. I found this page when I googled up the home office in Texas because I needed to ask a question. As I was on hold, I scrolled down and saw all these complaints. Really had me going. I thought this page was real, and was getting upset with my own company.
Upon investigation, I found that this is a fake page. Just another internet spoof. The internet has nearly become useless because of this kind of thing. Spammers, scammers, virus artists, hackers, spoofers, and crackpots. Notice the “hq” up in the url just after https//corporateoffcehq. This is a totally fake page. Don’t believe a word of this crap. I’d sign my name, but we all know they’d use it for their internet baloney. HTF

Tammy Robinson April 27, 2017 at 3:50 pm

Sorry, but this isn’t a fake page. The HQ means headquarters. We edit every post to remove spammers and others. Sorry if you found the complaints upsetting, perhaps you should address them, rather than complain about this page?

gary okupant November 6, 2017 at 4:22 pm

Simply want your mail address for the law Dept., Keller Williams Corp HQ and same for Cleveland Office, Law Dept mail address.

If not I can research it myself if I have to. You can not have a walk in customer abused by an agent using police, for a problem clearly the agent has. Within two minutes of stopping in and just looking at a model home. The damage done publicly, mentally to myself and wife is un-believable; and I just stopped in on an Open HOUSE!

Karl & Krysstyna Schmitt March 13, 2017 at 2:30 pm

I am not writing this email out of anger but mostly out of being disheartened. As it has almost been a month now. We picked Keller Williams, as it seemed like the most perfessional and the best choice for us, to sell our home and to purchase a new one. We do appreciate all the work, the time and the effort that you all spent with my husband and my self during this process. When it was all said and done, which is usually a ceremonious time, we have as of yet to receive a house warming gift, treated to dinner or even a thank you card. I know this is not a given, however considering the fact that we paid you $15,000.00, as a group, in this process, it does seem a little disingenuous, in-personable and actually unappreciative on your part. It just makes me alittle sad. I am not sending this email to get any one in trouble or to point fingers. Just a little FYI to you, as a company, to let you know that $15,000.00 from a retried military couple, that has scrimped and saved every penny we have ever had to pursue and move forward in this life, it does change our view of Keller Williams. And has left us both feeling as though we are not valued customers. Very disappointed! CSM Ret. Karl E. Schmitt & Krysstyna Schmitt. Navarre, Florida. 32566

T Finley April 27, 2017 at 4:54 pm

Speaking for NC, it is illegal for real estate agents to give a gift after the sale. No bottles of wine, no flowers, not even a piece of bubble gum. Loss of license. No appeal, no excuses, just goodbye hard-earned license. As for the 15,000, yeah–paying commissions is sickening. You know how much of that 15,000 that agent got? Maybe 27-2800, after marketing costs and BEFORE taxes. And I guarantee you he busted his butt and went sleepless nights till your house closed. BTW–thanks for your military service.

Shame on KW HQ for not responding

Has and is repeatedly blasting=over posting ads every 21-26 minutes on Craigslist locally.
As many as 4-6 times per home or listing, all on the same page. I realize each office is
indendpently owned-operated.

However the damage to your rep in our Metro Detroit Area is done already. This has been
going on for #6 mos in a row straight now. You should pop up CL in Detroit and see for

They are destroying your corporate name. One phone call with your input, would put a end to it asap. No one else can advertise fairly or equally, as this exact office dominates the
site 24-7.

Check it out you will not be disappointed at all-if not horrified.

Rene Dodd November 4, 2016 at 10:22 am

Ah, the great debate…… Nathan Bowers (keller Williams Realtor) hired me to do a make ready for one of his clients on 10/29/16. The home took me 6 hours to complete. Upon completion, I text nathan about payment. He sent me the clients phone # and email and said Id need to get payment from her. I contacted the client by email & phone and she asked to email her an invoice! This was done the following morning on 10/30/16. She called me after receiving the invoice and said that it would be Monday befits she could submit the invoice to the bank and that payment would be deposited then. I have emailed and called Nathan & his client with no response until yesterday, when he text me saying that she had mailed me a check. Well, the check came yesterday……… The invoice was for $600.00 and the check is for $360.00. I called him about this difference and his statement was “the client said she is only paying that amount. It should not have taken 6 hours.” So I’m unsure of how to handle this situation. Amy advice would be helpful

Lela Genzlinger June 23, 2016 at 3:26 pm

I listed my house through Cristin Holloway, Holloway Realestate group. I never met the woman, she conducts business via text message for the most part. A photographer came out to take pictures, I recieved no instruction on what he was taking pictures or how the house should be ” staged”. Weeks later I get a text message from Cristin telling me ” We are coming to pick up the lockbox from the house today. FYI. “..Unbeknownst to me, after a call to her, I find out she decided to terminate my contract with no contact or explantion. I am resigning with Century 21, I will never do business with a company that allows their representatives to treat people that way.

I want to fire my agent so how do I do this? He won’t return emails or do what he says he will do. I am so angry and will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

Tim April 16, 2016 at 5:49 am

I used KW to sell my home and also purchase one (same deal). The agent that we used was Charlie Hutchinson. He is extremely unethical and we will be reporting him to the MLS. He tried to deceive us. We had a bump clause and he tried to remove us from the deal to buy our house when a new buyer emerged. Although he vehemently denied it he brought the buyer. He told us we could not afford it and to remove the contingency would “put us in a very vulnerable position”.

Becca April 20, 2016 at 6:51 pm

There is another completely unethical realtor by the name of Garth Dahl I will also be reporting him to MLS. Stay away from this guy, I am having him legally trespassed from my property! I have personally asked him, he refuses yet enters homes, uses mail boxes which I will also be reporting! I am not , have not, and never will have anything to do with this company–what a disgrace to harass the handicapped and elderly

Gerald Ramm April 11, 2016 at 3:24 pm

I see many comments of people losing money from Keller Williams, well Im another. We had our home for sale by Keller William, a month from closing our agent said to start packing and move our belonging into storage and stated an appraiser will be by to appraise our home for the buyers, I ask the agent what if the appraiser appraises the home less than asking price of 230,000.00 she said it wont and keep packing and moving belongings out. Well we spent over 2,000.00 dollar in storage and rental trucks, day off from work, and the eve of complete move out our agent called at 930 at night to tell us the appraiser appraised our home 8,000.00 under asking price. Why did our agent tell us to pack up and move out prior to appraisers results. We lost over 2,000.00 dollars believing in our agent.

An employee of Keller Williams was found guilty of 12 counts, by the Real Estate Board of Indiana. The Real Estate board made it clear that the broker of Keller Williams was negligent. In result my husband and I had $30,000 stolen from us. I just thought you should know what kind of people own a Keller Williams. Your website states your company is trustworthy but me putting trust in Keller Williams lost me $30,000. That isn’t very trusting to me. Will I ever get my money back, probably NOT!! I do know one thing the broker of Keller Williams drives around in a fancy car, has a nice home, and not a care in the world. It took my husband and I years and years to save that kind of money. I am a server and it would take me 2 years to get that money if I didn’t spend a single penny of my earnings. Do you think that man that owes Keller Williams gives a XXXXX or lost a night of sleep…. Hell no he didnt, but I lost everything I saved up, so my kids could have a better life!! Thanks, I hope you have a wonderful day

KW-Deceit, Fraud, Bait and Switch, Incompetence & Unethical Agents

Most unprofessional firm I have ever dealt with!
Firm posted a property FOR SALE ad. NEVER said anywhere this was an auction (I have 6 people who saw the first ad to back me up on this –the ad has change 4 times at least this week alone! plus screen shots and even saw the ad change real time while I was viewing it. Unbelievable ! ).

I was the FIRST to call about it, the FIRST to look at the property and the FIRST to make a FULL PRICE offer! All within 12 hours of the posting!!!

Went back to his office after viewing the house with Cash to do an agreement of sale. Got there and was told we can’t do an agreement of sale because this is an Auction— BS!
(it’s actually in auction terms which means I could buy it at full price before it goes to the online auction– but NEVER said that at first!)

I verified that this was the SALE PRICE 2 times before I set up the viewing–with 2 different agents of the firm, as well.

Oh yea and this bunch of BS–He says well the Auction notification is posted on the MLS—uhhhhh Duh a-hole consumers can not see the MLS pages until a Realtor shows that to them –which he did not do until I had to ask to see it then and there!
(folks note: without an agreement of sale I can not file a lawsuit against them— be warned on this part).

Signed all kinds of agreements and contracts including cost of settlement /closing cost ($395 fee) –for him to place a bid.
7 days latter still no bid placed for me!

He says he did not place the bid cause he was busy with other offers. WTF !!! Should have been place 7 days ago when there were no others interested !
He calls me 4 times on the 6th day saying I need to call you back with new cost at closing–huh why call me in the first place if you don’t have it in front of you? Again each time refusing to place the bid.

Then get this – Now he says we are canceling your contract because you are yelling at me— You damn F’in right I am yelling at you, your lucky all I am doing is yelling! Your haven’t posted the bid 4 times today alone like I demanded —now 6 times, no bid place like I wanted. . AND I hear other agents in the background laughing at me and saying we have to keep him (me) away so we can sell this to so and so…

I have called the owner of the property (Wells Fargo Bank) FOR A WEEK to dispute all this. Been escalated to the Office of the President— I have gotten everything from “we don’t own the property, yes we do own it and you should have been able to buy it 7 days ago, to we can’t sell the property to you by law!, To this exec. cannot say those things to you, To we will call you back—lmao when has a corporate dweeb ever called you back? Was also told they would sell it before auction status for the asking price and sell it for 90% of that as well.
And yes I do know they own it from tax records and the Boro Hall property info.
Now the both say bid on it your self at Hudson & Marshall –OMG read about them on your own… and get this they want a $2000 fee in order to bid –can you say Bait and Switch ?

Called KW corporate to complain — no calls back and then reached the regional office of KW— fell on deaf ears IMHO.

So this is the MO here: Stall them until it gets to auction status, keep them on the line until we can raise the fees.

Be warned about dealing with these 3 firms!

Jen January 16, 2017 at 2:52 pm

KW doesn’t care, neither does Wells Fargo. Bayview and BSI are two other ones who who lie and try to manipulate you into doing just as they want you to do. A rep from BSI told me to disregard letters I was receiving from the court…….that “they”, BSI, would take care of it. Riiiiiight.

Jeffrey B, Hunter July 28, 2015 at 9:55 am

Good Morning Mr. Williams, my name is Jeffrey Blackfoot Hunter and I am appalled about the unethical practice and behavior that Keller Williams Hudson Valley Realty engages in. On July 13, 2015 one of your Brokers by the name of Madeline Wiebicke informed my Broker John that my offer of $301,000 was accepted to purchase 128 South Little Tor Road in New City NY. I drove up there on several occasions with my family, my two kids Anoki and Aleshanee both fell in love with the house.
I had an inspection done, signed a contract and gave a down payment of $25,000 to secure the property but, all of that was to no avail. My Broker John called me a few days later and said Keller Williams Realty in no longer doing business with us because the sellers attorney is not getting along with my attorney. The two attorneys spoke for the first time on 07-27-2015 and concluded that the “attorney story” was completely fabricated so KW could allegedly make more with another buyer or maybe that community wasn’t ready for a Native American/Black family.
I’m not sure what the reasons are but, one thing I do know, it was extreamly difficult for me to tell my kids that their not getting their dream house.
Yours truly, a disappointed first time home buyer JBH

Kelly Ann July 21, 2015 at 9:45 pm

I did a routine check before hiring KW found out one of the agents at the Keller Williams office is a felon. Last time I checked you can’t be a real estate agent with 2 violent felonies in your background.
What else is KW hiding from us?

Fred September 15, 2015 at 4:07 pm

Tell us more, associated with investigation, as KW is in some rather large level trouble in other areas, and they are possibly being reviewed by US Attorney investigator.

I have never in my 6 house purchasing/ selling experiences dealt with a more lazy, non responsive, pre Madonna Keller Williams Real Estate agent, than the one we hired in Portland Oregon. Have you ever heard of the homeowners holding their own open houses since the agent was too busy to do so? She had her assistant doing everything. My assistant will drop off the open house signs, my assistant will bring the open house brochures. I suggest you never ever use Keller Williams Porch Swing Properties. They’re a complete joke, Lazy, non responsive, too busy to show up for closings, too buys to update house photos, but always available to take the take the commission.

chandy April 22, 2015 at 6:18 pm

I’m not a KW client nor will I EVER be w the way 2 of your Springfield, MO agents just handled themselves.
The house for sale across the street from me has single parking driveway. A female agent & the client parked in my grass while another agent parked in the driveway. I came outside asking who the female worked for & her name, she refused to give one. I told them that if they show the house again not to park on my grass as its city ordinance & RUDE! Not only were they on my grass, but they were parked on a “resident only street” that is posted. Then, I got flack from not only the female, but the male in the white pickup in the driveway about how I’m a “great neighbor”. They don’t care for the yard, WE DO! I could have just called the Police to come talk to them vs asking myself…had to call w the owner before as she was a whole other problem

Jen March 11, 2015 at 2:58 pm

I don’t know if ALL KW agents/offices handle their business practices/clients the way our agent handled us, but I will NEVER, EVER use KW nor will I EVER recommend KW to anyone I know. We were interested in doing a short sale on our Florida condo, and contacted an agent, who by the way was recommended to us via our mortgage company, Wells Fargo.
Very nice agent and seemed to have good repoire with her, until it got down to the business of trying to short sale our home. New to the process, we of course had many questions, which is what the realtor is there for? Our realtor was a hot mess…..we would ask questions and get answers that made no sense, so when we asked for clarification, we seemed to anger the agent.
We had more interaction with the title agent than the realtor, which is crazy. Our condo we were trying to short sale is in Florida, and we were going to be moving to Ohio, which of course the realtor knew. She told us we had to leave the utilities on, which we did not have to, and when we expressed our concern about doing so, she told us that if we disconnected services, all it took was a phone call to hook it back up for her to show, etc. Of course after talking to the electric company in the area, they told us absolutely not…after disconnection, to reconnect, even if for one day, deposit would have to be paid, etc., so basically the realtor didn’t know squat. We were asked to sign papers with errors on it, which we called the realtor out on, and when we refused, got an attitude.
I could go on and on at the unprofessionalism of the realtor, the realtors daughter (who our short sale was turned over to with no hi, bye, I’m done with you, kiss my ass, etc.), but the kicker was when the realtor asked, several times, for the password to our online banking account!! Maybe this is normal practice, but surely not. Stay away people for KW, at least the specific office in Florida that we dealt with.

Your “wonderfull” new branch in Emalahleni South Africa that has recently joined the Keller Williams group is busy with narcotics inside the office.

belinda goosen March 10, 2015 at 1:44 am

The principal of the company knows about the illegal activities going on in her office.

Kelly Montague February 21, 2015 at 12:09 am

There is an agent currently showing homes in the Phoenix area who has two felonies on his record. Both aggravated assault, but one count was plead down from homicide.

This agent’s name is Andrew Todd Ladrigan.
He has a history of violent behavior. Keller Williams has been made aware of this yet contiues to employ him in a position that specifically states agents cannot have felonies in their record.
Be careful with Keller Williams’ agents. They may have violent pasts. Possibly even have taken a life violently.

who pays for the food stamps, medicaide, medicare, military, welfare, housing, freebies that the poor, disabled and working poor are ” generously given” with much bowing and scraping and thank you massah.s….humble humiliation across their whole life time because the govts actually not representing anyone other than a few ceos? we all pay for wallmarts and other ceos to not pay decent wages, give good healthcare coverage and get a third huuuuuge subsidy which is these programs that support the poor, unemployed and disabled working poor, as more and more companies rack up billions and have no conscience at all about how theyve effected the country, economy, the american dream….everyone can loose their homes or get foreclosure bailouts paid for by who????? who got bailed out? banks? not the honest hardworking people who owned the homes and worked and fixed them up for years, poured tons of money into their cute uninspected moneypits and lemons, because theres been no representation for us, the average decent hardworking person supporting their thievery and i think we need to boot them out of office and elect some decent people who get us compensated for all this loss. not half assed compensation,,,real compensation. no taxation without representation? im owed a mountain of tax refunds ,over 90,000.from the irs to be honest and i owe them a big fat zero anyway you cut it and they know it. im owed 13 million dollars in lpt pay and 3 million dollars in payment for my property i used to own,.id make them pay me all of that and not allow them to tax me or harrass me ever make them fix all the harm theyve done to me and prove its fixed, staying fixed in writing, real proof thats indisputable .to be honest, if i were the judge, id make the us govt pay me 100 million dollars right now if i was the one in charge of settling this and id make the irs pay me back every dollar and delete their stupid crap. id make housing pay me back every cent, plus make them pay me 800,000.00 in back wages for participating in slavery, extortion, blackmail, them and put them in jail in texas for life, prosecute them for slavery, human trafficking, aiding and abetting pimps and drug dealers, coercion, extortion, blackmail, entrapment attempts and subversion and the cops and businesses in volved and prosecute them under the rico act against ganglike activity and harrassment of an individual and ada laws against exploiting disabled and injured, vulnerable persons, attempted murder.

Juanita K Beazley February 15, 2017 at 7:01 pm

Why did you put Military in that list?

dana mcdowell February 18, 2015 at 10:57 am

as you know, the laws state there shall be no taxation without representation. in the last 50 years the govts only robbed most of us, as have most of the ceos and administrators who help themselves to billions and trillions while we do most of the work and get crumbs, crummy homes, crummy apts, lemons, bad consumer protection regarding cars, homes, the crap we buy at wallmarts, ollies and other billionaires whose stores and driveways are paved on all of our money when these ceos are already getting 40billion a year in income from all of us, and their employees are so badly ripped off on pay they have to live in govt housing or with four roomates to afford the heat and bills.

fairview developmental center a state of california facility, not only threatened and harrassed and injured me, deliberately harmed me and set me up to be injured and abused to retaliate against me for merely reporting id been left alone at 19 years old in the worst behavioral programs, worst unit with 15 adult clients known to be dangerous and assaultive and had no orientation or mab, cpi training yet and was left alone while three staff went off on a break together without getting coverage. i had not started nursing school yet, had no training, didnt know my rights or that theyre never supposed to leave an orientee alone like that. fairview told two employers after that job, who relayed to me, that fairview lied about why i resigned from that job and failed to be truthful about the fact that three of their unprofessional staff left an orientee alone with 15 assaultive male pts and later made jokes about it and comments such as thats what we do to people we feel are too nice to the pts and too liberal about their conditions, we teach them a lesson and show them, we could leave them with the worst situation and not come when they call for help. which is what they did. they were not disciplined or fired. when i was hired at several jobs after fairview, as a salesperson both mgrs liked me and told me that fairview had lied to them when they called for a reference for me and acted like and inferred id quit without notice because i was flakey, unreliable, uncommitted, as if id done something wrong. when we secured an attorney and my advocate contacted them prepared to sue the state of california they stopped and claimed their harrassment would stop and i was eligable for rehire and theyd correct the facts in records to reflect i never had done anything wrong, that three abusive staff were harrassing me, set me up to be injured and bullied me out of my job because i was kind to pts and thought they deserved decent conditions and their own clothes, decent groups and activities, decent food and treatment thats caring, and decent, not abusive treatment. when i worked on program 5 they worked us so hard, the exhuastion, heavy pt load, extreme workload i had, i had a miscarriage while living on mcas tustin base with my husband ramon collazo jr, a dessert storm marine and veteran of war. i was a military dependent and had to lug my kid everywhere or push her stoller everywhere on foot, because another brand new lemon, our ford escort we bought and paid off from the usmcas el toro car sale was one of thousands of hertz car lemons they sell military every year on the base car sale and the credit union on base finances these lemons year after year that military families have to pay five years big payments and car insurance and repairs, maintenance, storage, tows, etc, even license and registration on, which never run, theyre cars dumped by hertz rental cars because theyre lemons onto marines and navy, the husbands are oveseas and the wives are lugging their kids miles on foot for years along some back gate stretch of high speed hiways by the base with no lighting or sidewalks and dirt clods that bust off the wheels of the baby carriages, lugging tons of groceries on foot, and working fulltime, doing all the housework and paying for these lemons for five years base legal does nothing about them or to stop that racket the entire time, the guys are off at war or elsewhere and the women are exhausted and living in the middle of nowhere, no buses, and disconnected from stores, clinics, daycare, with no real support. we had no guard at the back gate of tustin base through most of dessert storm, while they kept telling everyone that terrorists were such a threat and trying to get on the base and that we were on high level alert, but the wives could not have a gun or weapon in housing on base and they were left with husbands overseas, off in the backgate of tustin base in a large empty field by a high speed freeway and totally cut off from the rest of irvine and no bus to the back gate and for housing, dumped with 26,000. lemons they were forced to pay off from the marine bases hertz car sales scams they did. we worked and had to walk miles to the store along that fast traffic hiway lugging kids and pushing strollers in dirt clods and mud, heat and no sidewalk, at night dark and dangerous, no lights along there or bathrooms. lugging diaper bags and sometimes ten bags of groceries for the family. we paid off that lemon too.its amazing how the govt supports military and dependents, vets, former military and former dependents, nurses and disabled nurses theyve deliberately injured, threatened and harassed for 30 plus years….nearly to death, then they take 7 years to pay their disabled social security, while denying them a job (harrassment and retaliation, discrimination for being disabled by them, intentionally for over thirty years )…..its amazing how they owe me at least 800,000. in backwages, any way you cut it, theyre totally responsible for my injuries, exhaustion, the slavery and human trafficking scam here in north carolina perpetrated by shelter, housing, businesses, govt, even the library, salvation army, abetted by sherriffs dept officers, several cops intimidating me about calling the labor board, reporting their abuse of me, as a disabled exploited abused woman and forced to work for free or sub sub sub minimum wages, harrassed to death, traumatized, retaliated, hit by their thugs sent to harrass me, run over’m

dana mcdowell February 18, 2015 at 9:39 am

the govt needs to nail keller williams, remax, uhs del amo, international escrow, american home owners warrantee and mike and alcye tyler.hit them hard, put them away for life over this. hit em hard or go home as they say in football. the govt needs to nail walker willis revels car dealership and papas scooters, and power toyota of buena park, cabe toyota of long beach. pull their licenses, business licenses, put them away for what theyve done to me, power toyota of buena park sold me 30,000. worth of solara theyd already told shippers had been damaged in shipping, rusted out, in water and was defective, couldnt be sold. they not only got 30,000.00 from me, when i bought it, they got 30,000. from the insurance company and then sold me the car theyd already collected 30,000. on it that they knew was defective and were paid by the insurance for the fact, it could not be sold…yet sold it to me. i reported them, keller williams, remax, american home warrantee which never fixed or paid for the repairs on my home which i was sold in long beach for 130,000. which had a huuuuuuge gash in the roof and serious termite, plumbing, roof and other problems. i poured about thirty thousand dollars in repairs into the home and found out that marco ocampo and his wife told fha, the bank, inspectors and realtor manny nevarez about all the problems with the house including a huge gash in the roof that he showed the inspector shocked that anyone would try to dump a single parent with a house with a big gash in the roof and plumbing rotted out. i spent a fortune and put on new roofs, put in all new plumbing, tore out seven layers of tile, worked myself to death trying to keep up with the huge amt of repairs and expenses for removing walls, fences, termited out fences and walls, that were not treated by the termite company but i paid for a ton of inspections, fees, warrantees, and termite treatment about 20,000. in fees supposedly added to the mortgage on my behalf to protect me as the homebuyer from being stuck in a termite ridden moneypit full of costly repairs. petes plumbing was paid three thousand dollars, never finished the job, never fixed the leak and put the toilette in without the wax setting crooked so it wobbled and was unstable, leaked, ran all the time. they left a huge hole in the wall of the bathroom leading into the backyard and another hole leading into the downstairs unit they never plumbers, seven attempts, thousands and thousands of dollars just for the plumbing in the bathroom, then three thousand to replace the rotted out plumbing and a main line later that year, five thousand for the roof and thousands for the termite and wall and greenbacker, replaced floor and wall. hauled off tons and tons of fencing, walls, tile, carpet, concrete, redid all the concrete in one area and leveled areas. i worked every day for six years, like a construction worker, fixing, remodeling, putting in carpet, tile, painting, working fulltime as a charge nurse forty hours a week plus landscaping and maintaining 18 fruit trees.the yard was thorns, brush, one big mess of bramble and half dead trees bent over, dry, and the fenced yards full of leaves up to the fence line, old rotted out couches and obviously termited crumbling fences that we recieved on move in, and got no keys and had to climb in the window at ten pm in north long beach, like common bandits, into our own home after handing these jerks twenty thousand dollars down payment and 130,000. for the dream home that three inspectors and a licensed realtor and termite inspector all supposedly doesnt matter to me, if the fha and bank inspectors were protecting wells fargo or lenders, the govt…the fact is, they never inspected the house, they all lied to me, the decent home buyer who financed it, made my payments for six years, sold it and paid them off.i sold my home in a 1031 exchange contingency contract and paid off all my debts and was supposed to get a decent home.the distress sale was caused by my employers harrassment.not just del amos but the others, the state of california fairview developmental center which harrassed me badly from the age of 19 yrs old when i was nearly choked to death and killed on program seven and threatened that theyd blackball me and the govt would make sure i never work again or get another state or govt job if i told anyone or reported them and be fired for taking any time off. thats par for the course at many psych facilities of how they treat their psych techs and nurses, mental health workers, evading responsability, threats, dishonesty, harrassment, failure to advise of their right and evading paying proper compensation and dirty checanerous legal tactics upon their decent injured, traumatized, harrassed nurses and trying to intimidate and blackball them into silence or blackball them to death, as if thats a minor thing to murder people they injure and cheat them out of a lifetime of wages and benefits and cause them to loose homes, cars, relationships, permanent loss of a right hand, writing ability, drawing, back injuries, hernias, and serious trauma from their harrassment and the extroidinarily abusive staff they failed to fire, failed to deal with who harrass the decent nurses out of job after job at state delopmental centers, psych hospitals, county psych hospitals, private psych hospitals where mgmt supports them, by not firing them, no stopping their harrassment fostering a conspiracy of silence, hostile, dangerous workpla

dana mcdowell February 18, 2015 at 8:36 am

ms hayes called me nightly in front of witnesses, and pulled me off the floor for hours to interrogate me for hours, asking me to tell her who amoung my peers had called the authorities and reported del amo hospital and told me lisa montes and terri gibson told her and othe house supervisors to pull each of us in and intimidate and harrass us till we gave up the names and information, so they could harrass and blackball those staff.their supervisors not only harrassed us, twenty of us called authorities and corporate, nurses were kept in contant fear and terror, told to lie on progress notes, to not check vitals, labs for tylenol toxicity or for signs of severe medical emergency and critically ill pts were sent to and kept in del amo hospital which is a very small free standing psychiatric facility which has no drs on pms or nocs and is not set up like an er or icu,ccu with the amt of staff or the caliber of staff, equipment or crash carts, monitors to provide the level of care for pts who are medically compromised and not medically stable or medically clear to be admitted into a psych unit. its death for a pt, to be admitted onto a psych unit with 40pts to one licensed nurse, possibly two at most, with no md, not enough staff, none of the equipment found in the er or meds, that are common there. psych facilities and units are supposed to have pts medically cleared in the er before accepting them, because they do not have the mds on nights and the type or number of staff needed for acute medical pts in cardiac arrest or medical emergencies. they dont have the equipment, monitors, crash carts or the type of mds and staff that are used in ers, they dont have iv poles or ivs, monitors for their vitals, a lab and the meds that would be available immediately in the er of any decent er, for immediate care thats appropriate. if i were the judge, id convict my realtors, the escrow staff and convict them of attempted murder in texas since keller williams is based in texas and has the death penalty there, so that they will be convicted, put on death row and exucuted for murder, which will certainly stop all of the realtors and people like my coworkers and supervisors at del amo and the abusive staff at remax, wells fargo, fha, and countrywide, keller williams and international home warrantee, and people like mr tyler and the others who participated in this eight year ordeal and ganglike harrassment with intent to kill, by the hr staff and even a care provider i sought out for decent care and to be my advocate and deal with them properly, to protect my confidentiality, my license,my credit, career, income, equity, savings, even my refunds and my workers comp rights, to force them to pay me for all backwages, all injury, illness, time off, all lost savings, force them to pay all my expenses to live, pay all medical, dental, chiro and other bills, any debts, any lien, all my debts, all taxes i owe, any fine or fee, all damage to my home, cars, to pay me enough to replace my home in southern california with a decent home and a new car, to replace my home and new car, furniture, clothes, etc. which i lost because they deliberately harrassed me, set me up, lied about me, harrassed me for 6 yrs to profound profound levels ceaselessly night after night and gave me no way to escape or to stay, created a pressure cooker for us, so wed pop like grapes.some nurses quit nursing altogether because of the power of these corporations giving them no real out, like a monopoly. not because of the stress of “nursing” because of the profound profound abuse, threats, cornering, the threats to backball us, ruin our lives in retaliation for speaking up about staffing, pts being hit, horrible conditions, sexual harrassment, just a pattern of severe abuse by these facilities.they worked us sixteen hours a day, we lived in tiny old dumpy apts and homes closed to compton, definately not the lap of luxery. we paid monstrous amts of fees, taxes, and parking tickets to the govt and union dues, funded ten different charities, the people of long beach funded 40billion dollars to provide every person who had lived in long beach, a decent home, not a voucher hotel, not a shelter, not to build wallmarts, right aides, and do truly truly bad redevelopment that those billionaire welfare kings should pay for from their mega billions in profits not public money . ooh aah they need to stop ripping me off on my hrly rate of pay, and monthly and yearly take home pay. a decent person with my education and experience, deserves much better than a bunch of terrible realtors, lousy govt, a terrible city and state and federal govt thats in dire need of a big house cleaning where they are fired and never elected again over this and the fact these idiots even forced me to work as a slave and for sub minimum wages for prosecute the clintons and president obamma, mayor cochrane, sarah stevens, hud, mt airy housing authority, the city of mt airy, lugos fonda, remedios lugo hernandez and some officers involved in intimidating and harrassing me, aiding and abetting these corrupt businesses exploiting me and others, and the state of north carolina and those corrupt businesses, for human trafficking, slavery, ada violations of harrassing and exploiting a disabled person, hippa violations, all info is only to be used to help disabled get proper compensation, care, advocacy, keep their homes and property or get better ones.not to use as blackmail, extortion, to rip them off

dana mcdowell February 18, 2015 at 7:35 am

the district attorney needs to take your business license and your agents licenses, and put your staff who were involved in my homesale into prison in texas for attempted murder and attempt to steal my home.he needs to force, not ask, force your company to pay me at least 100 million dollars in a lump sum settlement immediately and place both realtors, the one who sold me the duplex through remax and the one who sold my home through keller williams into prison for attempted murder and also prosecute all the staff in keller williams and remax, the escrow company that was involved, into prison also for their failure to resolve this issue with me to my satisfaction and fully compensate me for my losses they caused me and the torture and suffering of spending 6 months without water or necessities of life due to their attempt to lock me into a lengthy escrow while a home flipper remodelled my home and advertised it via prudential to sell my home and steal 180,000. of my equity, while he stretched out illegally escrow 6 months, i had no water or food, laid sick and die ing and the illegal entry into my home and illegal remodellung, dragging out escrow was meant to cause my death.the buyer mr tyler and his agent aku thomas, mine alex bahu and nick clauio, their supervisor elaine maggido and leslie mcdanials who failed to report them and compensate me and mark willis the ceo, need to be prosecuted by the federal district attorney over what they did to me and tried in texas because texas has the death penalty and they take attempted murder and stealing a persons home and equity, real estate theft seriously in texas and would not only convict all the realtors involved including manny nevarez and the warrantee company american homeowners warrantee, theyd prosecute and convict them and the escrow staff and the company i worked for del amo hospital universal health services and their ceo lisa montes, her hr dir terri gibson, her former house supervisor corazon hayes, and irene wojek, carrie dickens, walter, derrick, littel barton, and suzanne the nurse manager, monday for realty fraud, coercion, harrassing a disabled nurse, attempted murder, setting up a nurse and making a false complaint, threats and harrassment, vandalism, deliberately vandalizing and ruining my home and car for the purpose of retaliation, harrassment, to steal my home, equity and an attempt to kill me, to ruin my life and credit, home and cause my death in retaliation for reporting uhs del amo to authorities and organizing the decent nurses and confronting that corporation in meetings about severe pt abuse that was a sixteen yr pattern by ms montes and her inner circle which caused a death, two rapes and could have caused thousands of pts deaths and could have caused serious injury and suffering to them and harmed us as well and cost our lives. additionally the terrible conditions, short staffing, abusive staff they hired and failed to fire who harrassed me and stole from me, vandalized my home deliberately for the purpose of sabotaging my home sale, the fact one supervisor over me conned me into doing a contract with keller williams (irene wojek rn) and worked for them on the side ( conflict of interest, harrassment, realty theft and equity, setting up a peer, attempted murder ) a pattern for six years of profound abuse, psychological abuse, sexual harrassment, harrassment, unprofessional and inapropriate conduct for years, abusing my pts and inapropriate admits that could have killed many pts which we doXXXXented well, and the fact i was retaliated against for refusing to doXXXXent a mans nearly die ing and being severely abused by del amo and the pattern of doing that hundreds of times, i refused to alter the time on progress notes which basically convicts them of attempted murder and forces them to pay him, and me a huge huge settlement. if i were the district attorney id prosecute them for attempted murder in texas because texas will not only convict them of trying to kill me and severe harrassment in retaliation against me thats gone on about thirteen years, that was so severe i was nearly killed many times intentionally to silence me as a witness, to intimidate me out of testifying against them in my deposition. retaliation is also illegal. over twenty nurses at del amo reported to corporate and authorities being blackballed, harrassed, threatened, extreme extreme fear, short staffing that was dangerous and abusive to us and pts, hundreds of inapropriate admits that could have caused a death, caused terrible suffering for pts and staff injuries, a pattern of abusing pts, ignoring them, terrible conditions, especially in seclusion areas in pra and forcing critically ill pts to wait all night to be transferred to the er, and forcing staff to use medical transport van that took an hour to arrive and pts had to wait till morning for that who needed immediate transport by paramedics, chastising and threatening, interrogating nightly, blackballing nurses and telling us wed be blackballed for telling authorities or accurately doXXXXenting the truth, that theyd would ” set me up, ruin my home and my life, screw me big time, make sure i never worked as a nurse or anywhere again, cause me to loose me home and all my savings, and id die” if i “XXXXXed” with lisa montes, per corazon hayes rn house supervisor of del amo hospital in torrance, sister of manny alvanno rn don of del amo, ms hayes claims lisa montes and terri gibson told her to harrass and harm me, set me up.

our (dual agent) rental manager qualified her daughter and her boyfriend(no background check) all unknown to us . Is this legal? We started to see favoritism being shown to the tenants. The oil in tank on move in day was 150 gallons .Contract said to be paid before occupancy. It is 19 days ,still no money for the fuel.Clearly a breach in the contract. Tenants and Agent are dismissed as of the 19th of this month
does the property manager become the landlord.?To quote her “I am the landlord”
what if she is collecting the rent but holding it til she wants to give it to us?
I wrote before and never hear any answers to my questions
I need to let you know about this .

We used Buyers Agent, Zachariah Castillo of the Alexis Weigand Group of Keller Williams, to purchase our home in the Spring of 2014 and was extremely happy with our experience with him. However, when we attempted to use the Broker and Listing Agent, Alexis Weigand, we were deliberately misled of the market value of the house in order to get our listing. Alexis also failed to prioritize and promote my interests and when I confronted her directly with how I felt (on numerous occasions) and ultimately requested to terminate the listing agreement, she is charging me $500 to do so. Some red flags that I should have recognized include her initial reluctance to tell us her suggested listing price, the term of the contract was an entire year, and that she wrote in a special provision of $500 processing fee to break the contract. We have drawn a conclusion from how this was handled that Alexis has acted deliberately in bad faith

I’m going through the same thing here in NC. I was made to feel less important than the buyer i.e. pressured to buy a warranty, get a home inspection to help “buyer”. I was a broker back in the 80s and it was always the seller who was the primary party to represent and get the most dollar. My house was not listed at what I thought it is worth and they relied on lower comps. ignoring me. Within 24 hrs., I felt great anxiety and remorse and wanted out of the listing contract, but was given a lot of grief about it. I DO NOT recommend Keller Williams. Seller’s are not being protected the way brokers were originally designed.

Your agent Heather Smith during final walk through was very rude and disrespectful. We originally had walk through on Saturday but all repairs were not complete. Therefore, we requested inspect final items listed. Heather was very confrontational and disrespectful in her approach. She continued to suggest me and my agent was there to either steal or damage home. This is corporate move for me number seven and I can’t recall such blatant disrespect or profiling with organization. I will definitely review with my corporate offices as I do not wish my management team to have same experience. Heather did not represent her client well because very close to walking away from purchase based off her behavior and violating contract.

Do you handle the real estate dept for Amazon. I have a couple of great locations for them to look at in the Northeast.
One location in North Brookfield, Mass that was previously used as a distribution center and another location in Auburn,Mass that would need to be developed.
I can provide more info when needed on these locations or others.

Take Care,

My house at XXXXX Nola Place, Orangevale, ca 95662 is for sale with Keller agent Tammy Williams, # Bre01513267. Ms. Williams has disregarded all my instructions. My home is listed on MSL# 13068550 for $234,888.00 but it is on Zillow and Trulia for a different price, last Friday they were all the same, after I sent an email complaining about her actions. I instruction her to have open house on 2-8-14 and she scheduled for 2-1-14 and 2-2-14, Superbowl sunday. I have tried to call Keller in Austin Texas but got no answer.
Something very wrong is going on, this is just a few of the strange things that have gone on.

Please tell your agents to stop posting on craigslist by listing every city, town, and crossroads they can think of in every single posting regardless of where the property is actually located. I had to go through ELEVEN postings before I came to a property that was really located in the town I was looking for, and numerous postings after that one were the same Keller Williams junk in towns I was not interested in. I will NEVER use Keller Williams for that reason alone. How rude and inconsiderate.

I am filing a complaint with the ” Consumer Finace Protection Bureau” in Washington, DC regarding the “foreclosure ” of my property in Warwick ,RI. Your former agent” Claudia Campanella” associated with your Cranston, RI office and Evelyn Ranone of the same office, have refused to provide me with the details of the foreclosure of my property while a “short sale” and purchase and sale agreement were simultaneously in effect. It is your responsibility to obtain the details of this fraud and immediately inform me in writing of how this occurred.

Legal action will commence in the event I do not hear from you or your agent/broker in the Cranston ,RI office!! As of this date the sale has not been recorded!!
