Fashion Nova was founded in 2014 in Vernon, California, by current CEO Richard Saghian. The company runs a chain of eCommerce and stores offering women’s fashion clothing, coats, and shoes. Although very new, the company boasts more than 4 million Instagram followers in less than 1 year.

The company currently has a 180,000 square foot warehouse in Los Angeles, California, and 5 locations in the greater Los Angeles area. Unlike many other clothing brands, Fashion Nova sews their own jeans here in the USA. The company is best known for its sexy, Victoria Secret type models.

Fashion Nova clothing is often seen on celebrities such as Nicki Minaj, Amber Rose, and Blac Chyna. Although the company has already had more than 146 complaints on the website, they currently have a B rating with the Better Business Bureau.

I loved them until recently 🙁 They didn’t send a dress I ordered and when I contacted Ariel in customer service, I was told it sold out. Then they offered me a store credit as a courtesy. I said it wasn’t a courtesy if I didn’t get what I ordered. Then, they told me it did ship out according to their records, so the “courtesy credit” was a one time deal. Also, I ordered over $75 to get the free shipping, and now I have to pay shipping and the difference for a replacement dress in a completely different style. Not cool. Left a really bad taste in my mouth even though I love their clothes.

The post office claims they delivered it but I don’t have anything !!!!! I’m just getting really irritated I order the shoes so earlier for a reason I need them for my trip in October ! Something has to be done, this experience really makes me not want to order from here again.

This company is a joke, they have it advertised by celebrities making it seem like it’s a great clothing brand but sadly they haven’t invested money in jobs where REAL people can answer the phone NOT automated emails and phone calls. How pathetic! You can’t have a successful business without customer service. Shipped my jeans back for refund and even paid for shipping. USPS says it was recived by an agent but fashion nova has not done anything but STEAL MONEY! Not surprised if this company gets reported, sued and crash and burn down.

I must say im very disspointed in the customer service of you guys ! ive emailed you’s more times than iI can count on my fingers and have yet to recive a respond about my oreders one which has been missing for going on a month now and the other about how I asked for a medium size and you guys sent me a large in the bottoms which were way to big and a medium in the top !!!! and forget about calling i’ve called over and over again and all i get is a recorded system , i’m highly upset at the fact that you could take my money and email me with discounts and new items almost everyday but not get back to me and my concerns about my belongings that i paid for , youve lost a very loyal customer and i will be taking higher actions reading the reviews I see that iam not the only customer who feels this way !!!!

The reason fashion nova is so bold to take people money and not have a direct line of contact is because they have celebrity helping them market and advertise. Its been 4 weeks and I’ve yet to receive my store credit I say hit them where it hurts and report them to the BBB pretty soon people will wake the hell up and not support this mediocre company they are a complete scam how the hell the corporate of this company does not have a valid contact number and when it comes to contacting fashion nova there is a complete run around I hope this company crash and burn.

As of today no one from your company has contacted me as of yet and I must say this is unacceptable! Your company has no issues with taking the money out of customers’ accounts but when there’s an issue with a customer no one responds to it and you send out auto replies! At this point I don’t even want the store credit anymore and want a full refund! I was a 1st time customer and unfortunately a last time customer. If I do not receive a full refund for the items I returned to your company then I will call my bank and retrieve it that way. You can void out the e-gift cards because I no longer want to purchase anything from a company that does not value it’s customers.

NEVER order from here, if so at your own risk! I ordered a few times which was fine, my order came within 2 weeks. This last order one of my dresses was defected coming apart at the seams. I followed the policy And returned the item thinking I will be issued store credit. I paid shipping charges amd my item was recived by fashion nova on July3rd 2017. 5-7 days my foot! No credit no refund. No point of calling the system is a joke! Don’t even think about social media they will neglect any questions or concerns. So basically I got ripped off for a dress and shipping. I’m cooking a lawsuit for mental distress and false advertisement

TO SAY I AM BEYOND PISSED WOULD BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!! This is my second time ordering from Fashion Nova and will most DEFINITELY be my last! My order was placed on July 3rd, and as of today, July 18 I still have NOTHING!! Not even a tracking number! I keep going back to the page which shows me that it was confirmed in hopes that it will be updated saying my order has shipped. It has been OVER 2 WEEKS!!! Where TF is my order? I have called a million times and can never speak with anyone. Simply sit on hold with the worst hold music ever for over 20 minutes, then it goes back to the beginning or just disconnects me! I have sent countless emails, and still nothing! All I get is an automated email, which says if my question wasn’t answered to simply reply back to the email and someone will get back to me. I even checked my bank account thinking maybe the payment was cancelled or never went through, but NOPE!! There it was clear as day deducted!!! I just want my money back at this point! Fashion Nova you are terrible and clearly do not care about your customers! I will GLADLY take my money elsewhere and advise everyone I know HOW MUCH OF A RIP OFF YOUR COMPANY IS!!! I’m filing this complaint because I ordered something in June and 1 out of the 3 items came in which was jewelry. I waited for my clothing and it said it was out of stock. It should’ve said it was out of stock on the website. I’m irritated. I got credited back money and gave the benefit of the doubt thinking that I can order something again and it would arrive back fast. I ordered two sets on July 4th and got nothing. I called, sent countless emails and messaging on their social media. I got nothing. Then today, I got a email saying I was credit back money AGAIN. I want my $73 dollars back for the things I purchased. I don’t want store credit because I’m never buying from here again. It was my first and now my last. I want a refund on everything and if not I’m going to have to get the bank involved. The customer service is terrible and basically nonexistent. I want my money back ASAP or it’s going to be a problem. period.

I’m a first time customer with fashion nova. I placed my order on June 20. I never received shipping information. Later I find out through an email that my shoes are no longer in stock m and that I would receive my full refund. It’s been well past 10 business days and I have yet to get my refund. I’ve called fashion nova numerous times but never get to talk to anybody. I’m way beyond disappointed and unsatisfied with this company. I just want my money back ASAP!

I placed an order on JUNE 13 and as of today, JULY 12, I still have not received my order or a refund. I’ve been blocked from their Instagram page for asking about my order and complaining about the lack of communication. I’ve tried calling but no one ever answers. I’ve only been able to reach someone(who knows if it’s actually a person) through email. They informed me they were experiencing delays on orders placed on or after June 13 and that I will get an email once my order ships, but couldn’t tell me why or when I should expect my order to ship. Finally on June 27, after sending a couple more emails and getting no reply, I told them I wanted a refund or an explanation as to what’s taking so long, why my order hasn’t shipped, and when I can expect it to ship. On July 1 I received an email from the oh so unhelpful Elva stating that they’ve issued a refund and that it can take up to 7-10 days but usually only takes 2-5. Well, as of today, July 12, I have nothing, no order and no refund. This company is extremely unprofessional and misleading(claims 2 day flat rate shipping but fails to mention it could take a month for your order to actually ship). Something needs to be done about the horrible way they conduct business or it won’t change. All I know is I’ll never buy from them again and I’ll be advising anyone else not to either. They’re a selfish company who doesn’t care about their customers at all. I can’t even believe Instagram “celebrities” support this brand.

As of late fashion Nova customer service shipping fulfillment and consumer relations has been a deplorable example of fair business practices. I have made numerous phone call and email attempts to contact the company that has only shipped and fulfilled part of my order and then issued a gift card for items that are still available via their consumer website. This company is simply stealing from its consumers. I will be contacting consumer relations the Better Business Bureau and an attorney.

I’ve purchased from nova in the past great experience. A month ago I ordered a lot of items I only received half of my order. I’ve been trying to contact them no luck. I’m still waiting on my other half. They’ve sent me a gift card for items that they said were out of stock. I am sure not buying anything from them until I get my other half of the order! Such a disappointment. They can’t even reply to their customers, customer service sucks!

On June 24,2017 I purchased 13 items from fashion nova I qualified for free shipping and I received my package late I understood because of the delays going on but then I got an email saying only some of my items would be delivered I persistently emailed and called customer service but no type of help still. I got an email saying the missing 3 items where out of stock now… but how is that my fault when I made the purchase while those items were in stock… I am so dissaponted because still I have not received no type of help what so ever. After that I made two seperate orders on fashion nova and I haven’t gotten shipping information on neither one it’s been a week since those orders have been made.

I mailed in a return it was delivered to the warehouse June 23rd. I still haven’t received my credit. I have called , left messages and emailed NO RESPONSE so now it appears they have my money and merchandise. Guess ill have to contact the BBB and my bank this is crazy .

Currently I’m most upset, frustrated and disappointed in my Fashion Nova experience. This is a urgent matter as I have items in this order for a very special occasion.

I’ve been trying to reach out to you all since Monday, July 3rd via your Customer Care number, with NO LUCK, I’ve called at least 20 times or more over the course of the four days (internationally, from the Cayman Islands might I add) which is EXTREMELY expensive on my part, I have tried EVERY extension selection possible and STILL no luck to reach a live person, just the same recording and rerouting over and over or I’m disconnected.

This is my SECOND time ordering from you all and it has been by far been a complete 360 from the first just a few short week prior on June 1st, 2017. The lack of customer Service is COMPLETELY unacceptable and has turned me off from ordering from you all again in the future, which is very unfortunate.

I placed my order on June 27th, 2017 at 2pm it is now some 7 business days later not including July 4th and still no shipping update or even an email. With my order being $300US I qualify for free two day shipping and I have received NADA.

I made an order on June 6, 2017, worth over $180.00. when I received my order June 12, 2017 inside it was only one dress, that I didn’t even order in a size I don’t even wear worth $25. NONE OUT OF THE 3 ITEMS I OREDER WAS IN THE PACKAGE. When I first try to contact with the number on their website no one answered, I even called their corporate office that number is out of service. so I’ve been emailing ever since, still no response. I even contacted them stating I would keep the dress but just give me a refund for the balance. nothing. I am now on the verge of contacting the BBB today June 28th.

It’s been on the same status for over a month now. I would like to know what’s going on. This so extremely out of line. I’ve contacted you guys plenty of times now. I am in total agreement with the other comments. You cannot reach any live human. Most responses to any issues (small or large) they seem to dodge & avoid with what seems to be automated, computer generated responses. I place orders regularly, spent thousands and what I have noticed is.. they send cards that say ‘Oops’ item not in stock, cancel an item in my order of 10+. I will jump online to discover the item is still available, forced to reorder and now “PAY” for shipping for one single item. This happened several times. Imagine if they did this to 100,000 people? Whew! $600,000 extra profit on just shipping. After complaining, getting no one & no where.. my orders now sit for days? Status shows “UNFULFILLED” for up to 10days after placing the order?!! So much for the 2 day shipping guarantee?!! I actually used to get packages in 3 days, even here in Hawaii!! Love their items, cant beat the pricing .. BUT absolute worse customer service ever!!

So I order clothes almost two weeks ago. When I usually order from here my stuff gets here it less than 72 hours so that’s what I was expecting this time but instead I still haven’t got my clothes. I call everyday to talk to a representive and they never answer there is no way someone isn’t available. When I use to call it use to go right through and I was able to talk to someone but now all of sudden they don’t answer the phone. I ordered this outfit to wear last weekend so at this point I just want my money back!!!!! I want to speak to someone not keep getting those little emails saying y’all got my call or email.

A person or persons have been ordering from this place they tried with my credit card and was blocked then they ordered on my bank card. I’ve been trying to contact this place for two weeks to no avail.

They have not returned my calls and I keep getting an automated email response

They should be more concerned about integrity and not only about how much they can sell, obviously some on the backs of hard working people who have not ordered they clothing. I don’t care who wears they clothing. I would never order from them.

WHEN PLACING ORDER IT DID NOT STATE THAT ITEM(S) WERE NOT IN STOCK, SO I WASN’T NOTIFIED UNTIL “AFTER” THEY TOOK MY MONEY, WHICH IS “NON-REFUNDABLE”, BUT THE KICKER IS THAT THEY MAKE YOU BELIEVE THAT THEY’VE PULLED AND PACKED YOUR ORDER, BECAUSE THEY SEND YOU A “SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL” ONLY TO FIND OUT A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER THAT ITEM IS NOT AVAILABLE, BUT THEY TAKE YOU MONEY ON ITEMS THEY DON’T HAVE, AND ISSUE YOU A GIFT CARD, WHICH TO ME IS “THEFT”!!! IF YOU DIDN’T SHIP MY ITEM, AND IT WAS YOUR MISTAKE THAT YOU SHOWED ITEMS AVAILABLE THAT WEREN’T, “WHY SHOULD CONSUMERS BE CHARGED AT ALL”???????? THEY FORCE PEOPLE TO PURCHASE FROM THEM – WONDER WHAT FASHION NOVA CEO CAME UP WITH THIS “SCAM” IN THEIR BOARD MEETING?????? I’VE ALSO SENT COUNTLESS EMAILS; CALLED COUNTLESS TIMES TO NO AVAIL.

MY CURRENT SITUATION IS THAT I HAD GIFT CARD FUNDS, SO PLACED AN ORDER FOR SOME ITEMS, AND HAD MONEY LEFT ON A GIFT CARD. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THAT AN ITEM I WANTED WAS AVAILABLE, SO I PLACED ANOTHER ORDER FOR THAT ITEM. SINCE BOTH ORDERS WERE NOT PLACED TOO FAR FROM EACH OTHER, I WOULD’VE PREFERRED TO CANCEL FIRST ORDER, AND PLACE “1” ORDER FOR ALL ITEMS, BUT AS YOU KNOW, FASHION NOVA DOESN’T PROVIDE “CANCELLATIONS”, OR HAVE A “LIVE” CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER. I JUST WANTED TO BE “DONE” WITH THIS “SCAM OF A COMPANY”. AND USE GIFT CARDS UP. WELL LOW AND BEHOLD THEY SHIPPED “ALL” ITEMS, FROM BOTH ORDERS IN “ONE” SHIPMENT, BUT CHARGED ME “SHIPPING CHARGES” FOR BOTH ORDERS!!!! I THOUGHT I’D BE DONE WITH THEM, BUT THEY FOUND A “NEW ANGLE” OF COMBINING ORDERS, AND DOUBLE-CHARGING CONSUMERS FOR SHIPMENTS! THEY OWE ME A REFUND OF $6.00, AND I SENT AN EMAIL AND RECEIVED GENERATED EMAIL STATING I’LL GET A RESPONSE WITHIN A FEW DAYS (TO NO AVAIL), ALONG WITH A TICKET NUMBER. I’VE REPLIED SEVERAL TIMES TO THIS RESPONSE EMAIL, BUT ALL I GET IS THE GENERATED BULL S*#T EMAIL IN RETURN.

I DON’T FEEL ALONE IN MY FRUSTRATION FROM READING ALL OF THESE SUBMISSIONS FROM FELLOW DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMERS, AND I WILL IN DEED SUBMIT A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.

I can’t lie. I have had nothing but GREAT experiences in shipping, returns, AND quality. One minor delay, and they compensated me with a gift card credit after about 6 days. They even offered free shipping on my next order, if I was under the limit. No complaints and I love the quality of the clothes.

I recently purchased a few items from fashion nova and I’m still waiting for them to arrive. I deliberately purchased more than 75 dollars worth of clothing so I can have two day shipping and nothing has appeared to send. They sent me a confirmation email the night of initially purchasing everything stated they created a shipping label. Nothing was sent for two days, therefore, I proceed in emailing them at 2 am saying that nothing has been shipped. They never respond, but they send me a new confirmation email saying that another shipping label was created at 5 in the morning.

I wait all day just to see if anything has been sent to usps and the package is still waiting to be sent to usps. By this time I’m very disgruntled and furious.. I sent emails, no one responds. I tried to call, no one picked up. I even went to the extent of going to the instagram page and whoever posts on that site was answering everyone’s questions BUT mine and went to the lengths of deleting my comments and deleting other comments that agreed with mine.

I took screenshots of everything because I honestly feel like this is fraudulent behavior and I’m wondering if I need to contact corporate and proceed in a legal route. My birthday is Sunday and I’m going out of town, therefore I purchased this expecting the items to be here at least by Thursday. At least.

Worse customer service ever. You guys honestly suck so much. The website sucks also, how is it not possible to cancel an item? It’s not possible to cancel, we have to do our OWN returns, AND WE DONT GET OUR MONEY BACK????? We only get a GIFT CARD. that’s bull. It’s not my fault, you need to place the return policy before you purchase an item. So I want my money back to my ACCOUNT. not a damn card, because I’m NEVER shopping there ever again.

I placed a order & the merchandise didn’t for. It was three dresses in the total of $100.97 I sent the items back priority mail they arrived April 14 as of yet I have not received my refund or merchandise store credit. I have emailed them six times including my cc my receipt from the post office & the items I sent back. All you get from the emails are a bunch of excuses. Don’t try to call because your never getting to talk to a live person. I envelope posted to there IG page still another excuse. They have stopped replying to my emails. Beware of this company what a big fraud I still want my refund!!!! I’m also contacting the BBB as everyone else should on this list

I placed an order with fashion nova on April 11th the same day my credit card was charged for the items. Later that evening I received an email stating that my order was flagged and asked for a copy of my ID and a selfie. This was submitted on April 12th todate I cannot get to speak with anyone at fashion nova and all the response from my emails are that of an automatic response. I would appreciate is someone from fashion nova can deal with my order please.

Hello! I am having issues with them as well! I return 2 items that did not work for me and I got confirmation from USPS stating that my package was delivered to them on 3/16/17 and it has yet to be processed as they say and no credit to my e-mail as of yet! They say to allow 5-7 business days to process and it’s way over…then say they have a high volume of returns and it’s taking longer bull s**t! Like I told them I have just looked at your reviews and how you all scam people…but I refuse to be a victim and run me my e-Giftcard ASAP. This is my second time returning a purchase and the first time I had absolutely no problems whatsoever! I’m pissed!!!

The same thing happened to me once with the oops out of stock…well I emailed them and told them that it was not my fault that you went out of stock and that I did not want a Giftcard being that they could not even fulfill my order to begin with and that I would like my refund back to my American Express card and they did do it…I got my money back on my card within 2-3 business days.

Shop with caution!! Ive sent over 4 emails with NO response, called and left voicemails with NEVER getting a response, my bank actually even called and they transferred her to some shop in the mall in Florida? She wasn’t happy. I even tried getting ahold of them on Instagram and they BLOCKED AND DELETED my comments just simply asking about my order. I had to dispute them with my bank because I placed an order on Jan. 15 to get this jumpsuit that would be perfect for my birthday in a few months and got a bra along with it because I needed one with the type of jumpsuit it was. Anyways, they took the money out that same day and then a few days pass and still no tracking info even though they claim 2 day shipping…so I try emailing them asking if there was a problem or what is going on? I never hear anything back, but later that day on Jan. 18 they send out shipping and tracking info. I was just happy to finally have the chance to track it and its on its way! They said it was scheduled to be delivered Jan. 21. Jan. 20 came around (Friday) and at 9pm they email me saying “oops out of stock here is a $21 refund on this gift card, just use code during checkout” and let me remind you…the jumpsuit I purchased was 29.99 ALONE…plus I paid for the 12.99 bra and the $6.00…but they only want to give me $21.00? I thought it was weird hey sent me tracking and shipping info that stated that the jumpsuit was in it? So I went to check on their website and the jumpsuit was STILL in stock in EVERY size…so I was thinking maybe it was a glitch and somehow they messed up. SO stupid me, I order again trying to get that dang jumpsuit and used the gif card they “refunded” me with and also paid EXTRA and $6 shipping just in order to try to get the jumpsuit again that they said was out of stock….So I order it and some boots to go along with it because I figured mine as well order something else too since i’m ordering and they have their $6 shipping fee and also this “string me along” bodysuit I saw last minute that i fell in love with. I placed that order and was excited!!! AGAIN the day before my shipment was supposed to be here they sent an email not even saying it the jumpsuit was out of stock but just refunding my money on a gift card without any reason given….and AGAIN it was only $23.00 when the jumpsuit is $29.99 plus $6 for shipping!! I was furious at this point because they don’t allow “cash back” only refunds on gift cards so you are forced to purchase through them again, and thats how they get you and then you have to pay extra $6 for shopping costs. When my package did finally come…the two out of three items were there (because they just wanted to refund me for the bodysuit) and those two items were the WRONG SIZE!!!!! It even stated on the receipt (which I have pics of and wish I could post) that the size in the bodysuit was XS and size 5.5 in the boots…AND guess what their policy is on bodysuits?!? NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES NO EXCEPTIONS. SO. I ordered an EXTRA SMALL and received an EXTRA LARGE, there is literally no way I could fit that and now am stuck with a $22.99 bodysuit that I can’t wear, return, or exchange because they messed up on their part, even though it clearly states XS, they just failed to read the receipt correctly. AND want to know another funny thing? On the tag of the body suit it CLEARLY states $12.97, but I was charged $22.99? I don’t know what they are doing, but when I noticed that my jaw dropped. They literally sold me a bodysuit originally priced $12.97 IN THE WRONG SIZE for $22.99!!! Like HOW CAN THEY DO THAT?! And for my boots? They are a 6.5!! Which they kind of work, but are not fitting enough to where I would be comfortable wearing them out. Then the fabric on the heel of one of the boots has glued seemed and & it’s coming apart? I paid $52 for poorly made boots…and I am so worried the heel will break in half if I actually wear them for an extended period of time….I just am so so upset and dissapointed with Fashion Nova and my first time trying to purchase from them. ALL I wanted was to look cute for my birthday, but Fashion Nova failed to deliever my items .
After trying to email and call them, like I said earlier I finally tried contacting them on Instagram and asking them on there what was going on, and they just kept deleting any of my comments asking about my purchase and then blocked me. So I tried on my old account to ask again why they did that and SAME thing. Very unprofessional on their part, and I believe if you are going to try go operate a business dealing with other peoples hard earned cash, then you NEED to listen to your customers and TRY and WANT to help them, not delete their comments and block them when they simply want to know about their order because no one will email or answer the phone. I just am so disappointed!!
You may get your stuff, you may not…and if you do it may not even be the right size and you may not be able to return it. SO the risk is yours. I just know I will NEVERRRRRRRRR order or spend my heard earned money on Fashion Nova ever again because they can’t simply run their company properly for their customers. Received my order after the 2 days guarantee and a couple of my items did not fit. On the return card it states any item ending in $.96, 97, and .98 cents are final sale. Well when I purchased these items it did not state that. I Called the 1800 number and no one answers. Sent and email no response, also called corporate number and it’s not working. Back in December I ordered a dress and they FALSELY ADVERTISED that they would have it delivered by Christmas!
The dress did not arrive until Wednesday the following week after Christmas.

I called their number that was still working at the time and the rep told me that I would get my FULL REFUND if I mark the package “Return to sender”.
I DID EXACTLY that! I waited two weeks and still never received a refund in my bank so I called but this time around it came to a automated message.
So I had to send an email.

The representatives name is ANTOINETTE and she told me that they never received the package back and would not be able to refund me anything unless I have proof that I sent it.
After going back and forth with her via email 9x she would not budge and I basically gave up.
6 days later I received an email saying I have a gift card waiting to use. WHAT?
The dress I bought was $24.75 and they refunded EXACTLY $24.75. Shipping and tax was basically a lost for me on top of the inconvenience it caused me.

Fast forward a week after getting the gift card, I realized if I didn’t use it it would go to waste so I decided to give them another try. This weekend is Lunar New Years and I wanted to avoid the same problem as last time so I placed my order in Tuesday hoping it would arrive by Friday since I paid for the 2 day shipping.
Yesterday I finally got an email saying the item is shipped but when I tracked the package it was nowhere to be found. It only states that the company created the label.
Funny thing is that I live in Los Angeles and shipping locally shouldn’t take any longer than 2 days to receive an item.
I sent a package to a friend in North California via USPS and reieceved the tracking information right away. It was sent FIRST CLASS and she will receive her package tomorrow.

I’ve been emailing their customer support all day today but I have not reiecevd a single answer.

I follow Fashion Nova on instagram and seen their post. A women asked if she would get her dress by this weekend if she ordered today on their post.
I don’t want to have another person go through what I’m going through not once but TWICE. So I truthfully replied back to her only to have Fashion Nova BLOCK me from their instagram and deleted all my comments. Good thing I still have screenshots of everything, including the emails through customer service and my comments on Fashion Nova’s instagram!

Your business is a SCAM, you guys are not truthful with your shipping dates and your return policies are AWFUL.
Any company that directs you to their automated message with no reps and have over millions of followers on social media is SKETCH.
I cannot get ahold of a single person at Fashion Nova. Better Business Bereau needs to look into this company scamming people of their money.
No ethics whatsoever!

Customer Service is HORRIBLE now. I ordered an item to arrive for NYE with the guaranteed 2 day shipping; not only did the dress not get here in 2 days, it was lost in the Warehouse and was not shipped until a week later. The dress finally arrived and was not what I expected, so I sent it back 1/6/17, it arrived to Fashion Nova warehouse 1/9/17. It is now 15 days later, and I have yet to receive my credit so that I may put this towards another dress. I have reached out to customer service and continue to get the same robotic stalled messages with NO solution other than they are working on it . What is there to work on? I provided tracking information which shows the item was received at the FN warehouse 15 days ago!!! I also have ordered in the past and had 0 issues ; it seems the issues came about right around the Holidays per my experience and reading other complaints on here. FN spends more time sending out the same coupon code email every day than following up with their customers who are pending orders. Very disappointing. Get it together.

Customer service is horrible. Complaints sent with proven evidence that I am missing an item. My account shows that I paid for it. I’ve been in contact with someone from facebook messenger. I made another purchase with the other returns I received credit from, but did not receive a confirmation number. If no solutions arise, I will make further action for fraud. You don’t make business by stealing money from customers. Looking at these other complaints proves that I am clearly not the one dealing with poor service.

I am highly disappointed with the lack of customer service at fashion nova. In placed 2 orders on thanksgiving day received one that Monday and never received the other. I tried contacting only to keep being sent to voicemail and receive automated emails that don’t even answer your questions. Almost an entire month later I was able to speak with someone who stated my package was lost and they would issue me a gift card. First of all I didn’t pay with a gift card and it is fashion nova’s fault for loosing it. Second I don’t appreciate the fact I had to call YOU to find my package is lost meanwhile you took my money and never notified me. So since I was forced to reorder I placed my new order December 22nd with 2 day shipping and now my order says it will be here January 3rd. This was suppose to be my New Years and birthday dress order originally placed thanksgiving day and I STILL DONT HAVE IT. Completely unacceptable.

This is very sad because they have an 800 number but no one to answer calls. Wow!! I neebr experience nothing like this. They are guaranteed the 2 day shipping which is not.true. A label.was created but notjing moving with the shipment although its saying its been shipped. I really needed my outfit before.or.by friday but looks like that wont happen. This is sad because.u cant talk to anyone so its making the company look fraudulent also emailing them as well. I called earlier and someone.was talking in the background as the voicwmail. Im very angry and now i.think bout it want my money back..Customer service just sucks everywhere!! Keep my money in my pocket! Daum shame!!

I ordered my clothing and shoes last Tuesday a shipping label was created but nothing was shipped to USPS, USPS is still awaiting the package, I tried calling the online Customer service number that is provided on the website, I wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone, I emailed twice and allowed the 24 hr waiting period, I have yet to receive a response on my order status. I actually ordered a couple months prior and I don’t have any complaints, the shipment was fast cloths fit perfectly, I don’t know what happen this time around but it makes me really weary about purchasing anything online from this site again. If someone would please contact me and let me know if I could be refunded or have the items reshipped I would greatly appreciate it. I can be contacted by email at shay.j777 at yahoo.com thank you

Horrible horrible service I ordered 4 days ago haven’t even got a tracking number the customer service Phone number doesn’t answer.. horrible horrible service
