Purchased a Zagg screen protector – it failed and I requested a warranty replacement. I paid $11.99 for expedited shipment of the replacement item and was promised delivery in 2-5 business days. In reality the delivery will occur in 10 business days at best. I requested a refund of my postage costs since I did not receive the promised service. Zagg refused my refund request. Some of the worst customer service in the industry. Next steps are to file a complaint with the State of Utah Attorney General’s office and to contact my bank and ask them to withhold payment to Zagg. Beware of Zagg – they are not honest.

My mom bought a Invisible Shield Original. The install failed (the product itself didn’t separate from the initial peal off of the liner). Zagg will replace it, but wants $5.99 for shipping. The product never even installed. Going to try to return it to Target (who knows if they will take it in the condition it is in). Beyond that, had a ton of trouble registering on their website in the first place (spent at least an hour on that, and you have to register to try to do a warranty replacmeent). Spent another 25 minutes on hold and never did get through to Customer Support. When I finally got the product registered, was unable to try to even order the warranty replacement because they were out of stock (so you can’t even file that you have a problem until they have stock available). They just suck, bottom line. Avoid at all costs.

Trying to register my product (invisible shield) on your website took way too much time. I felt I was in a loop. This was my second try – first time after about 30 mins I quite. Lots of instructions on registering but the process is not straight forward. Tell people they first need to register/create an account before they can do anything. That would help a lot. Also no direct link to “ contact us” – I had to search for your corporate office in order to express my annoyance.

Today I tried to find out where my order is since I paid extra for the Next Day delivery. I was on the phone and again, she kept on placing me on hold. When I requested to speak with supervisor she argued with me. Finally she pit me on hold. I waited 10 minutes and then I finally hung up the phone. I bought products from your organization a few years back. Yesterday and today, these women are not the same quality of worker you previously had. WHY did I pay extra for the NEXT DAY service???? Where is my PRODUCT?? When is it being SHIPPED?? your QC of employees is less than stellar. Too bad….thank you. Bg

I bought apple 7 (cell phones) for me & my wife last September 2016, with screen scratch protection. The salesmen at Verizon store (at 9635 N. Milwaukee Ave., Niles, IL 60714) told us that this Screen Scratch Protection is guaranteed as long as we own our phone. Can some one help us to secure a replacement for this because our phones are so scratched? Thank you so much in advance for your help.
