Tried contacting the U.K. Customer Service (I am in the U.K.) with an issue regarding Fleetwood Macs Rumours vinyl.
I have three copies all with what I would call sibilance on tracks. I have purchased newer versions with similar problems so they went back.
I have beefed up my vinyl playing system: Gyrodec / Techno Arm / Goldring 1042 Cartridge / Rega Elix R Amp and Linn Majik 109 Speakers. About $6200 worth.
I then purchased a 35th Aniversary copy of the Rumours abum and found Track 2 Side 2 damaged and therefore would not play it. It was supplied shrink wrapped with pertinent stickers so not opened before I obtained it.
Your U.K. Customer Services were as useful as a Chocolate Fireguard(British Expression for useless) 🙂
