I spent 4+ hours on the phone today with Visible because I had no service. Never did get service so just decided to switch back to Verizon however those lovely people from Visible would not release my phone number. Their ad is wrong saying you can get it for 50 days.

Visible has to be a fraudulent company , there is no one who can help with issues there is no way they can help because all they do is say sorry for the inconveniences , if they were a legitimate company they would do like all the other companies and go out of there way to fix your issues but all they do is say sorry for the inconveniences , I have a defective phone and have been trying to get this resolved since the 2 day of service so they drag there feet until there trial period is up and respond with sorry for the inconveniences , and they will not even try to resolve the problem’s , so my advice is to stay away from visible because they are nothing but a fraudulent company.

I have spent all day trying to get my phone to work. I used it for two weeks on my previous phone company and I think that visible never really worked and they tricked me by piggybacking off of my previous provider.
was lied to and told they would port my number. I use my phone for business and now it’s a big mess. I also cannot work outside of my home without working data. It’s time for use to band together and sue!!

I contacted chat to verify that my phone was going to be unlocked, i was told yes and proceeded to port the phone only to find out i was a day short after being told it was unlocked. now i have a phone that i paid $700 for that will never be unlocked by visible because of the misinformation i received from a chat representative

There was an issue of calling so I contacted chat support one girl told she have don’t everything so all you need to restart phone and it will work but it didn’t so I spent another two hours just to chat again then a guy helped me and correct that issue then I asked him for a new line and that person just change my current no and gave me a new no without my consent I have been contacting them for hours and hours but still same answer our special team is working on that I missed my two job interviews ally other important stuff but still didn’t get my no back even after three days that was my worst mistake I ever did to switch my phone no I’m Visible.. I request to people pls be aware of these scam companies

seems visible can’t got their stuff together when it come to customer service they sure as hell can’t fix their problems. same old stuff with them a little problem and they can’t fix it get same thing put off for 24 to48 hours and no fix.. they need to get better tek support..for those who have lost money in anyway maybe its time to get together and do something about it

I love how we have no way to talk to a human being on the phone.. You go through chat and nobody cares that your new service is not working.. Promised a call back or an email and never to receive a response.. I’m having a hard time believing I made the right choice by selecting Visible wireless service.

I’ve been with Visible since Beta phase and have been relatively happy with their service and especially their support, up until 4 days ago. I bought a new phone and needed to switch over. Micro SIM from old phone wouldn’t work in new phone (iPhone 13 mini), so rep told me they’d do eSIM. My old phone was cut off and the new one was never turned on. I’ve been chatting every day for at least an hour, and each tech/rep assures me that if I do X, my phone will be up and running. It still isn’t. I’ve also been told different things by different reps- one told me it was a porting problem (um…I”m not porting anything), one told me the first rep didn’t activate the SIM, one told me there was some kind of an error that “our specialist” would be happy to fix in 4-24 hours. Last guy swore he would fix it, and when jumped through yet another set of hoops, V app told me “oops (or something equally lame) we are unable to activate the SIM at this time.” So now I’ve got to wait another 4-24 hrs to see if I have service. Very frustrating!

Been trying to purchase phone and service for over 2 weeks, and can’t. I have chatted with visible numerous times and I get told it’s a hiccup on their end and to give them 24 to 48 hrs to fix it and they never fix it. I have spoke with supervisor who told me the matter would be fixed in 15 hrs and it never was. I reported visible to better business bureau and got email from visible saying they would fix the problem but once again all I’m told is to wait another 24 to 48 hrs. This is ridiculous it’s been over 2 weeks and nothing was fixed. Apparently I am not the only one going threw this, I searched the web and sure enough there are alot of ppl that can’t purchase phone or service and visible has done nothing to help them either. Why does this company give ppl the run around???

I tried pulling Visible up on Better Business Bureau but nothing comes up. How did you find them, I put in Denver Co and Greenwood Village Co.. I want to also issue a complaint. Verizon needs to be ashamed of the company they started.

I signed up with Visible on Dec 21st. Visible on 12/23 Visible emails to inform porting is NOT complete. Service from previous carrier suddenly cancelled. Contacted Visible and they confirmed that they have my number.
Visible started reactivating my account. I am still with out service.
Someone from Visible was supposed to call me today 1/4/22
No one has called me.
Visible so far has proved that they have no care for customer service. Everyone on their chat do not give their name or their CEO email address
Visible must pay me far wasting my time and loss of my cellular service as of writing this

I just signed up for your service and port my number from my current carrier which was successfully completed. Now my eSIM isn’t working. They keep saying that someone will get in contact with me but no one has and I’m not able to use my phone. At first everything was working great the phone was active and soon as I did the redownload of the eSIM it hasn’t worked at all . Please can you help me get this resolved.

To someone other than the people u can’t with. I had your service. It was tough getting swapped over but no big deal. My problem is I paid for insurance on a phone for several months and then damaged it. Had a replacement sent and it was a severe downgraded phone. Costing sever hundreds of dollars less and no where near the phone I had. When I contacted assurion they told me they sent what my provider told them to send. After over 4 months of dealing with a busted phone that was hard to use and your people telling me they were working on a solution I left and went go another company. I was lied to by reps. Never received call backs like I asked for and woukd get emails saying that someone called. I have screenshots of my call logs on everyday I got a email saying someone called. Now I am paying for 2 phones and with a different company because your people woukd not resolve the issue. It’s only a matter if time before my wife leaves your service because of this ordeal .

I get into visible because a friend ,and I ported in my line ,my line was transfer without problem when I put the SIM card couldn’t!!!I been chatting with so many specialist.supervisor,etcccc,and oh shame nobody knows what happens and what to do to fix the problem ,U even contacted APPLE
because my phone is apple and they said the problem is in visible .because the did transfer my number but can’t activate!!!

Si I port out MY LINE to a company that can activate my phone but VISIBLE IS NOT accepting the other company request!! Why?

Note:one of your chatting people told me that sometimes I don’t get emails from visible because is (hotmail) I did requested so many times the port out pin for the app and still to now nobody send me an email (and don’t believe about hoy mail becauseI get all kind of email to this o e and never ever had this situation
