Without exception… the worst merchant processing company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I’ve literally wasted over a full 8 hours and several days of my time trying to manage a simple chargeback.
Incompetent would be a compliment for this company.
Nothing but a customer service run around when you have real issues. No one knows what they are doing. No one returns your calls. Transfers to departments that can’t help. Dropped calls on transfers. No resolution.
A disaster of a customer service experience.
Sickening for the fees that take to process my company’s credit cards.

The name of my company is The Current Solution and my Merchant ID is 16055007. I am writing to you to voice my frustrations with “everyone” at NPC. My fees are out of control and no one will contact me. I call and leave messages and send emails all with no response. This has been going on for the better part of a year. I am done with you guys. So I have been reaching out, yet again, about how to cancel my account. Once again no response. PLEASE TELL ME HOW I CAN CANCEL MY ACCOUNT.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Anne,
In response to your note attached:
Lets review why the charges your note references should not be considered due.
On 11/15/16 I advised Mike Marshall, our Merchant Liaison, that we were looking for a new Credit Card Processor.
On 2/26/17 We sent our last batch to Vantiv, which was paid to our account within the month of February.
On 2/27/17 We removed the software that connected our system with yours.
On 3/2/17 I comunicated to Mike Marshall that our conversion in fact completed.
On 3/7/17 I advised Mike Marshall that since the February charges had been drawn from our account Vantiv was not longer authorized to access our account.
On 4/417 We were in contact with Lisa Pokryfky, Merchant Liaison Support, that I refused the March Charges that had been drawn on our account. The bank reversed them to you.
On 4/12/17 I followed up with Lisa Pokryfky regarding the termination of our relationship with Vantiv. I received no response.
Having said that, We advised Vantiv in a timely fashion that we were looking for a new processor. There was no processing that took place after the month of February for which charges were paid by your EFT draft to my account. I advised Vantiv within 48 hours that the transition had been completed. I advised Vantiv second time on 3/7/17 of the termination of our account. You can verify any of this information with Mike Marshall or Lisa Pokryfky in your organization as I have sent Lisa copies of the email conversation last month. Or if you wish I will forward them all to you.
At this point I believe the charges in March, when our systems did not communicate, are absurd and not legitimately due.
