USA PayDayLoans is a known scam.
Generally, someone calls you at home and tells you that you have been approved for a loan for $1,000 to $3,000. This person then tells you that before your funds can be deposited in your bank account you must pay a processing fee, application fee, insurance, or taxes.

I had a loan with your company then I was speaking to a woman who said she is the manager of the Yorkville office. I tried to make arrangements to pay off but each time the price went up on what I had to put down in good faith. I called in again to try and make arrangements ad was informed that there was a wage garnishment in place mind you this the first time i am hearing about it and i was never contacted to resolve this so I told her I did not know and was told again by kim that I needed to put 122$ down and they would take payments biweekly from me in the amount of 79.00 , to which I replied I can not afford that with what I make. she then said let me talk to my corporate office and see what they let me do , she never contacted me again she said by Tuesday 4/27/2016 I would hear from her. I feel like she has waited this long to make more money off of me and I told her that I would pay the 485 they said was the principle now she said that I couldn’t because I needed to pay the interest they are charging me
I want to know if I can indeed settle this for the 485 and have this matter resolved ?

Your Quincy, IL office is filled withh cigarette smoke, which is illegal in Illinois. Also, your manager, Michelle Smith is always telling customers they can ONLY PAY WITH CASH, NO CHECKS, NO MONEY ORDERS, NO OTHER PAYMENT BUT CASH.
This must be illegal, and seems to me, she is pocketing the money and changing info on receipts, as the receipts have NO NUMBERS: No Invoice numbers, that appears to me that she is a con artist, and untrustworthy.
