Let me say first that I love Urban Outfitters and everything they carry. I recently went on the site whatnot and saw where people are selling Anthropologie and Free People NWT on there. It’s not just one piece it’s multiple pieces. The market is going to become flooded with all the brands they carry and will quit going to the stores or shopping online since they can get it for about a tenth of what it would cost in the store. How are these people doing this on whatnot? It’s making your brand cheap.
If this is possible I would like to sell on there and get the deals they do. Thanks

I have to say all my experiences with UO have been positive. When a mistake has been made I have not had any problems with having it rectified. I did have an order that was lost by UPS and UO refunded my money. I’m sorry to hear that you have had problems that haven’t been solved. Hopefully they will assist you.

The couch I am complaining about is no longer being sold. No surprise! It’s a piece of garbage.. I paid around $800+ for it, it’s a click clack couch.
Really pretty to look at but made with the cheapest materials. First the under material degraded and was all over the floor. The arms that slid into a kind of bracket never held close to the couch. The press board wood was so flimsy that one of the legs just broke off. This is not my main couch, it’s actually a couch that is not sat on often.
I have had it for awhile but it just continues to fall apart. I have had it repaired a few times and I redid the entire bottom. Yesterday another leg came off. Someone who came to look at it for another repair said it was a piece of junk and not worth fixing.
I feel so foolish for the various repairs. Why??? Make a beautiful couch
with sub standard materials. Outside lovely! Inside garbage! Why?

I am writing in total disparity and frustration with ordering a comforter for my college daughters dorm room. She placed her original order on July 18, 2019 #TN02255697 for a black and white striped twin xl comforter item number 0052236502. We were shipped the correct packing slip and the label on the comforter said it was the right item, but once opened it is lite green. We called to return item and explain that it is a quality control problem at your warehouse. We were told they would ship the right one. On 8/2/19 order #E001371025 we received the replacement comforter and it is the exact same scenario; green one labeled as black. We are days away from leaving the state to take her to college with nothing for her bed. Third time, we order the one we want it arrives yesterday green again #E001408962. We are furious! I call the customer service number and the gal on the phone was sorry but attitude was oh well. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she basically tried to explain your system and make excuses. I want this article and I want someone from your organization to take ownership for the mistake happening three times! My daughter loves your store but I would never purchase from you again and I will tell everyone how we were treated. No one seems to care. No compensation was offered and we have been loyal customers for years! I expect someone in charge to correct the triple mistake and overnight ship our correct comforter! It is ridiculous for us, the customer to have to return three comforters on our time and gas! I work in retail and we would never treat our customers like this! Fix the problem!

We placed an order on line and input the wrong “Ship To” address. We waited on the telephone for over one hour on Sunday night and no one answered in spite of it being listed that they are “available 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week”. I sent several emails and no response. I then called on Monday morning to customer service. I was told that no changes were allowed to my order. I then asked to cancel my order and was told my credit card was already charged. What kind of operation is this. How does the public get anything rectified. Can anyone from corporate get in touch with me to get this fixed, please!!!!!!!!

I am so sorry this happened to you! The exact same thing happened to me!! I plan to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau and also challenge the charge with my credit card company. So frustrating!! Plus we are both out the money we charged.

I was employed at urban outfitters in Trenton sc it was a great job at first then I being to see that its all about who you know at that plant . the supervisor only care about getting a check .younger worker disrespecting older people . I though if I talk to Traci it would be better bit her and Becky gave me the run around .I was lied on by a lead that didn’t know what she was doing because we all started together. Becky told me it was under investigation never gave me a call back .so I call Traci at first she said she didnt see why they let me go she had to call tom that was on a Fri. Then out of the blue mon. She calls saying she got statement which I know was a lie or they got other people to make up because the 8 people that was on the line said the never wrote anything . I really think y’all should hire some undercover to see who the company is really been ran on both shift because night seem like the lead the supervisor. I’m not asking for my job I just think y’all should see how traci is letting the company ran.
