There is a real concern about how a label on your juice can read 52 fl. Oz. and when I poured in water using a measuring cup I was only able to fill it with 48oz. This is very deceptive in more ways than one . I can’t imagine that there is a legal way of explaining this ..I really feel as though I’m getting cheated on what I thought was a good deal..

I just returned home after getting two items at the Dunkirk, NY Tops. There was only one cashier open, with a long line. So I went to self checkout. There were three workers there to HELP customers. But one was on a phone call (work related), and the other two were talking after helping a customer. Meanwhile if you hit the wrong button at self checkout you are locked out of continuing, which happened to me and my TWO items. Then the three workers had to conference while I and another person waited. “Be with you in a minute”. At least they noticed me. She did come over when their conversation was finished and unlocked the computer. I worked many years in retail and worked at that Tops during college. The customer pays your bills and workers! I’m sick of paying your high prices and doing your job! The former owner would cash you out or bag if needed. Jerry Trindel would be rolling in his grave if he could see it now. Wegmans usually has many cashiers open, has better prices and produce. But I’m not going 40 minutes away for 2 items that would only be in a large grocery store. I realize that retail today has many challenges, but customer service should not be one of them. Perhaps it would have been a better idea to put one of the people in self checkout at a register.

I have a complaint about the store in Hamlin, NY
my dad who is a senior and hard of hearing & can’t see that good,went into the store about 2 weeks ago, he was in the seafood dept, where he was looking around. An employee(her tag) read Thersa that’s all he saw. He asked her a question where a product in her dept was, & her answer was Rude, Nasty & uncalled for, She said in a nasty voice well if you don’t see then we don’t have it, did you actually look for it or just bugging me with a stupid question. And this employee is working for your company,

Tops market 672 Kane pa is by far the best store I have visited.
The deli dept. looked like a new store opening. The food display was fresh and inviting. For a small store it is packed to perfection. Friendly staff well merchandised store. You can tell the team is not just in it for the money.
I will travel the 30 miles to shop this location.
If I could give them all a raise I would.

I have a complaint about tops in Hamlin Ny
It is not diverse in population of staff. Everytime they hire African Americans they have a very short stay. It’s not culturally diverse. I never seen hire of Latinos either
I recently stopped shopping there.

My husband had a manufacturer coupon (just $1 but that’s not the point) off coffee and told the cashier. The cashier, without looking at said coupon snapped at him staying “it’s no good, the sale was last week”. He produced said coupon to her, which she still denied! The coupon is good for over another week! He got frustrated, paid and left- if I had only been with him.. he hates tops and now so do I! Terrible customer service ?

I’m writing to complain about the scheduling at your 1st north st store in Syracuse N.Y. Can you please tell me why there would only be one cashier on from 6am till 9am or 10am daily..especially in the beginning of the month when it’s usually it’s busiest. This is very frustrating to the cashier as well as the customers. This isn’t my first complaint about this and it won’t be my last until something is done.
