I recently received a gift from my 4 year old son and husband. They know how much I love Tom Ford perfume and bought me Tobacco Vanilla. Unfortunately, it was not my scent and needed to be returned for a different Tom Ford scent. I was not asking for a refund, just an exchange. Well, I called your customer service and they refused to do anything for me and told me I was stuck? Really? Stuck with a $240.00 perfume that I did not like? I can easily have my husband dispute the charges on his American Express Black card but who needs the headache, you should exchange my scent without a problem. Today I am going to attempt a return at Saks if I am not successful we will dispute the charges and I’ll take this issue to the internet. Poor and terrible customer service from Tom Ford? Sorry but you need to check your policies and check the people you hire. The people I dealt with had the worst customer service skills, like amateurs at Modells.

Have you ever given a thought to manufacture some of your products at prices that people like me can really afford. I love your products and really admire you. I am a 67 year old that still works and feel young at heart you are only as old as you feel. I have made a promise to myself to budget in a small bottle of you perfume this year cause so many other things come up. It gets on my list and eventually gets kick out.
I am just thinking out loud and know we call can dream so I take a trip to the store to look for one of your beauty products sample.
