I am more than disappointed regarding the service I am receiving. As an owner of great beautiful Thomasville furniture, my husband and when searching for kitchen cabinets. We decided to purchase Thomasville kitchen cabinets as well. I ordered Thomasville kitchen cabinets from Home Depot in late December. I was told the cabinets were ready and Had an appointment for March. I tore my kitchen based on the date given. The installer was ready to go. Then 1 day prior to the delivery I was told. They had to cancel.
Both my husband and I have been on top of Home Depot crew on a weekly bases. We were told yes May. May came then it’s June JUNE LEFT AND NOW WE ARE TOLD MAYBE JULY OR AUGUST. The only explanation given is they had material problems. My delivery was set originally in March. So what material product problems are there. I presently have a makeshift kitchen and very stressful daily cooking activities with no going out to eat dinner options.
It is now 6 months of this insanity. Would someone please get back to me on this problem. !! I need this resolved. It is not cabinets made from rare diamonds. Shame on all of you for this treatment of a client. Awaiting a Sensible response to close this much extended inappropriate situation.

We purchased our carpet at Costco and love the color and feel of it. We have questions about cleaning this carpet and now find you absolutely do NOT want to actually have to speak to your customers. I have tried every phone number I could find on any web site only to be told that the number is not correct, is not available from my area or in 3 cases actually go to other firms. I expect little difference from my effort her but will try anyway. If I can not speak to anyone about this matter I will simply return the carpet and put any Thomasville product on my DO NOT BY list in future. My time is as valuable to me as yours is to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Truly regretful with our furniture purchase. We ordered our sofa and love seat in January 2018 and are still waiting on toss pillows to complete our order. We’ve been given the run around and the “it’s not our fault the pattern is nla” month after month. I honestly can’t understand how this company is still even in business. Very displeased. And you really have no recourse. There’s no one you can contact at a corporate level to speak with. They simply do not care about their customers. I strongly advise anyone interested in this furniture to seeak another company.

Horrible customer service! I special ordered a Scandia table from Thomasville Furniture at the Hall Rd store in Michigan. I was told that they would deliver it and I could pick it up in the store. I waited and waited. I contacted the store and they said it was on the way and that they would contact me when it arrived. I waited another week and no response. I went in the store to find out and no one knew what was going on. I then received an email, not a phone call, that there were “problems” and that I would have to pick it up from the warehouse located 40 miles from my house, instead of the 10 minutes the store is located from my home. I called the customer service number and the customer service rep for SE Michigan was rude, lied about when information was know about the closing, and offered me only $50 for gas money to pick up the merchandise. If I did not want to pick it up, they would charge me a 30 percent restocking fee for $750 table, even though it is their fault. When I complained, she hung up on me. Very bad customer service! I bought furniture at Gardner White Furniture and had excellent customer service, I guess that is why they are doing well and Thomasville is going out of business.

Horrible customer service! I was lied to by the sales people about being able to pick up my furniture at their Hall Rd. MIchigan store. I was told that I could pick up my Scandia table at the store, 10 minutes from my house, instead I was told at a later date that there were “problems” and that I would have to pick up my furniture near Metro Airport which is over an hour from my home. If I did not pick it up there would be a 30 percent restocking fee. First, the store associate did not even tell me that the merchandise was coming from out of state, when it arrived at the warehouse I was not informed (I found out when I went into the store to ask about my purchase) and then received an email, not a phone calll, that I would have to pick it up at the warehouse. I called their customer service number and the representative for SE Michigan was rude, unhelpful and hung up on me when I complained. In short, I would have to drive over 40 miles each way to get my furniture or I would have to pay 30 percent restocking fee for a $750 piece of furniture. I was offered $50 for gas to pay for the pickup, but that does not cover my time. Horrible customer service! I bought a bedroom set at Gardner White furniture and received excellent customer service, I guess that is why they are still in business and why a Thomasville is going out of business in Michigan.

Good morning. My daughter, Tera Henderson, her husband and 3 small children live in Santa Fe, Tx and their home was destroyed by Hurricane Harvey. While they had flood insurance, the company’s determination of loss is but a pittance if the actual valuation. This young family recently ordered $30,000 worth of kitchen cabinets (yours) and countertops to facilitate their rebuild and were forced to charge these purchases on their Home Depot card. I’m writing today to inquire about the possibility of JUST a discount from you on their purchase. ANY help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your consideration. To contact either Tera or Steven Henderson, their address is Santa Fe, Tex 77517. Her phone number is 713-314-XXXXX. Thank you again.

I too am very disappointed in the quality of my furniture and the pitiful service I have received. I ordered furniture and the issues still aren’t resolved. I keep getting the run around, finger pointing, no returned phone calls from main office . I will be taking my business elsewhere. What I have heard/read is that the quality of Thomasville Heritage has really really gone downhill. Save yourself grief Buy your furniture someplace else. I have been talked down to by staff and ignored by reps. Portland Ore
